Chai Point is a fraud and thug. I had raised my concern on the 5th and they showed they were resolving it but they did not resolve it. On 5th I went to their outlet in sector 13 dwarka and ordered for snacks worth Rs. 394/-.I paid by Google Pay and the guy at the counter told me the transaction was declined so I paid by debit card too. I checked with my bank both the amount got credited to the chai point account and I disputed it. But the guy at the counter did not refund it. When I raised my concern online the feedback team promised a resolution online to show on review to the other readers they care but the fact is even after the submission of proof they have not refunded me nor reached out to me.<br/>

Chai point and Chaayos both have outlets in Infospace and hence i always compare the two. The chai is not at all great, and many a times stale. Same is with snacks and other eatables. I will always prefer Chaayos for better seating, ambience, service and tea for sure, even though tea is double the cost at Chaayos.

I have been to this place several times and it has different varieties of chai available. The chai always tastes good,however my latest experience was not good. They have added new item (idli and sambar) to their menu. The idli was too hard and we raised this concern,however they said the idlis are made up as per the standard procedure. There was no replacement,refund. We returned the food item to them.

I want to share a very weird and funny experience at Chaipoint and I hope the owner / management of this place reads it . <br/>I ordered 1 small masala chai and the order came but later looking at the size of the cup I asked them to give me a big one and I can pay extra . She refused saying that the bill has been made and the tea has arrived which is a fair point. So I gave her an idea that I ll order another small masala chai and we can put both in 1 big cup . To my surprise she refused and said that the glasses are counted , we cannot do that !!! <br/>This example is a classic case of how you get stuck with your fixed processes that customer experience and loss of revenue doesn’t really matter to the person sitting at the counter . The summary is that in today’s world of competition in food and beverage industry if you are not customising the needs of the consumer , you will soon loose your brand image and customer loyalty. <br/>I want to highlight that the tea of this place is good , however it’s imp to be flexible in your processes as well .

One of our favourite office campus hangouts!! Tried the newly introduced Anda with Cheese parantha served with butter and spicy mango chilli sauce! Definitely awesome for a great treat!<br/>Not only the food served here is amazing, its great to be welcomed with a big broad smile from Vakil(staff) everytime! Parantha made by Rashi was a 5 star! Came to this place one evening for grabbing a quick bite. Ordered a cup of green tea along with classic veggie maggi. The tea was absolutely freshly made and the maggi really tasted great with the variety of spices applied to it. Service was quick and the staff were polite and courteous.

I've ordered with you guys around 3 times in the past 7 days and just once have you managed to deliver what I ordered, this time wasn't one of those occasions. One of my items were replaced without running it by me and I have no clue what it was.<br/>To top it all off, there is now way of reaching you, your IVR system doesn't work and you guys don't bother sending the receipts with your order.<br/>PS- The 0 in the SMS you guys sent after calling you is what you guys deserve for this order- check the attached photo.
