Review Costa Coffee - Gurugram (Gurgaon)

The Cafe is situated near the Food Court of the Ambience Mall. The calm and composed atmosphere of the cafe makes it a perfect place for having some quick snacks while having a conversation about life with a friend or two. The staffs were helpful and friendly. You should try Brownie with Ice cream here and Please instruct them to warmup the Brownie as it makes it tastier. Having warm brownie with cold ice cream makes it a perfect combination. The Donut was also pretty good. And for this too tell them to put it in oven for 30 seconds ... After that the Donut becomes soft. All in one it is quite comfy, silent and secluded zone for going out on a date.

Great place to hang out! The iced cappuccino was great and even the latte was good. The chicken Tikka sandwich also tasted good. The butter croissant was amazing. The atmosphere was also very good. Its a value for money place, as the items aren't that expensive. The service was average, it wasn't bad but wasn't the best, but that was because the place was packed when I went there. Better than the starbucks outlet in ambience mall. Highly Recommended

What an amazing place at ambience mall gurgaon. Very calm and peaceful ambience, perfect setup for a date. Great variety available in menu Must try crossiant and cold cofee truly amazing . Highly recommended

The Flat White was good but the Truffle cake was so dry … otherwise a nice place to hangout for a bit.

Lovely coffee shop. It served us a perfect cold coffee that we craved for more. The cake was delicious and crossiants were fresh and crispy. Pleasant atmosphere to sit in. Though the chair got old and the cushion was uneven.

I went to meet a friend for coffee at this coffee outlet. Ambience was nice. Small & cozy place. We ordered cappuccinos which was good in taste. Had a great time at this coffee outlet.

Cold coffee was really good. best thing is that they provide sugar free sweetners. Brownie was total crap. It was really one of the worst brownies I have ever had.

Do not bother with a take away coffee, there cups should actually be considered a health hazard, the lids don’t even grip the cup and your almost guaranteed for it to spill on yourself, Please be careful if you get a take away hot beverage... Half my coffee spilt through the lid with very little movement in my car, They need to have lids that actually fit the cups not just sit on the rim as it doesn’t create a seal...

It’s a fine place to spend time with friends over coffee. It has great couches you can sit on. A great place for couples to have long conversations about their future :P

However I visited Costa after a really long time.<br/><br/>We ordered Cappuccino, Bombay ki sandwich and triple chocolate muffin.<br/><br/>The muffin was the best thing. Must have. Filled with Chocolate in the center, do get it warmed before eating.<br/><br/>Cappuccino was good. However the sandwich was average.<br/><br/>The chairs were not comfortable. They really need to get them replaced.<br/>4* just for the muffin.

Costa Coffee at Ambience mall is a cozy place or some may feel its a bit congested. However, the interior decor is really nice. And the coffee is, by-default, great, as always.

Ambience- Well this is a small place with not more than 8-9 tables. So it does feel a little cramped up but if you are in for a quick coffee, it is ok I guess.<br/><br/>Food- Well the egg burger of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I always like Costa coffee ☕️,A place for a coffee lover. I love costa but the ambience at this cafe dint allow me to enjoy my coffee. Loud music and ineffective air conditioner spoilt the ambience. I ordered a medium Irish cappuccino the size of the mug was as big as a soup bowl and it was too heavy and big to hold and sip.

After dlf place now at ambience mall , fast service , efficient staff , made to order coffee and chai ☕️ and a hot muffin add on for a laid back sunday evenings and a rainy ⛈ stormy weather as ambience at ambience mall . Cheers !

I am here for the first time. The ambience is good and coffee is always Costa signature. I love the taste of the coffee though I have not tried any eatables yet.<br/><br/>Ambience is average. It's so hard to get a decent coffee and croissant even in the best of coffee shops in Delhi. But today, I was lucky. As soon as I reached the 3rd floor of the mall for a movie, I saw a number of coffee shops. Finally, I decided on Costa after seeing their big fluffy croissant. Their almond croissant looked the best so I ordered it with a cappuccino. The coffee was fine and the croissant tasted divine. I also ordered a panner tikka sandwich which tasted well. <br/>The ambience of the coffee shop was very inviting too.

One of the best coffee places in the area! (Atleast they care enough to ask you if you need any changes to your regular coffee!) i love the smell of fresh muffins the minute you enter but for almost everything else to eat, please make them fresh! The breads for the bang bang chicken sandwich that I had a take away for was very dry!!!<br/>

My favourite chocolate muffins are the triple chocolate muffins. These are amongst the best chocolate muffins I have had till date. I also tried the cherry almond muffin and it was also made really well. Disclaimer: Being a chocolate fan I am biased towards desserts made of chocolate ! <br/>I also tried the red velvet frotino- one of the new introductions to their menu. I liked the frostino and was impressed with the new idea implemented in making this drink. <br/>The outlet at ambience mall looks good though I'm not sure if it can accommodate a large number of people during holidays, even though I was lucky to find an empty table around lunch time on a Sunday. <br/>Courteous staff and undoubtedly the best place for chocolate muffins !

Costa Coffee- does it have a buzzy image like its american counterpart- Perhaps No. Does it have the reach to serve customers in small towns and highways like its Indian Counterparts- Again No. But what it lacks in imagery and geographical reach is more than made up by its excellent coffee quality. Their Lattes, Cappuccinos, Frappes are always great. The ambience Mall outlet also has a 50% discount after 7pm on all days and that makes the deal even better. Their cakes, muffins, Roulades and sandwiches are also worth a try. In short- a good coffee experience.<br/><br/><br/><br/>

Costa coffee is in the ambience mall. We went for the night muvi and then we want to have a cup of coffe. They have dark chocolated coffee with a good quantity. <br/>They have a nice snacks also. I mostly like their cappuccino glace cold coffee, now i have tried belgium chocolate cream. It was quite impressive and tasty.

This is a big Costa coffee with comfortable seating on the third floor of ambience mall gurgaon. The service is quick and it is a great place to catch up with friends or have a meeting. It is not very crowded and the food is nice and fresh. I love their cold coffee and paneer sandwich. It is a great break between a shopping day.

Great place to hangout. The Cappuccino with hazelnut is good. I hangout in this place quite a lot. A good place to sit and work/read. Coffee , fruit coolers all are sth that will match your mood in the cafe. The service is excellent . At the end of couple of visits, I became good friends with the then Cafe manager Sumit. Visited Ambience mall on weekend and got to know there that Costa's after 7 50% scheme is back so visited the place to relax ourselves after after shopping and to enjoy marvelous coffee in half cost.<br/><br/>This outlet is located at the third floor next to pizza hut, has a small sitting area with around 6-7 tables, and kind of open area as front part us not covered with a wall or glass, so you get a feel as if you are sitting in an open area. The place was well decorated and was clean.<br/><br/>In food we had their iced latte, cafe mocha, berry iced tea, chilli chicken wrap, chicken sandwich and marble cake. Costa's coffees are always good as they are known for their quality, taste, presentation etc. So as the coffee was here just perfect as they are supposed to be. Iced was nice too a perfect flavor of tea and berry's, perfectly balanced. Chicken sandwich was good, hot and crispy, flavorful, smokey flavor, i liked it. Then chilli chicken wrap, i didn't like it much as there was a lot of capsicum was there so the taste of chicken was almost missing. At the end we had marble cake, i didn't enjoy it much as it was dry inside, so i felt like its not fresh. So overall food was good.<br/><br/>In terms of service i am a bit disappointed here, seems like they were pissed off with this 50% scheme that more people are coming so they were giving just their 50% in terms of service as well. Most of the time we were unattended, initially no one was there to clean the table even. Then after ordering the food they served us without iced tea and cake., both these things were served 10 minutes after everything else was finished and that's too after reminding them that we are waiting for rest of the items. We didn't even get the proper bill for our food, first they gave us a bill in which just total amount was mentioned with only the numbers of items we purchased like 7 items and total amount, means there was no itemised bill, then we asked the manager for proper bill and again they gave us a bill with name of the items were mentioned but again no individual prices were there. And then we left the place.<br/><br/>Overall a fine experience, you can try the place and enjoy 50% discount.

Kudos to them for deploying such a courteous and helpful staff at the coffee shop.<br/><br/>The staff comprises not more than six people (excluding housekeeping) but still there's never a dull moment. The Cafe Manager, Mr. Manoranjan Kumar Singh, personally ensures that guests are having a good time. Thus you'll always find regular customers like yours truly frequenting Costa. The cafe is quite popular with families as well.<br/><br/>My only wish is that the outlet expands a wee bit, as currently it can only accommodate 40 people. Wifi-enabled and Full on Entertainment <br/><br/>I like the fact that I can carry my laptop or tablet inside Costa and connect to the Internet through Wifi. Also, the light Western music playing in the background doesn't hurt, especially when all songs are the latest. The cafe is open from 10am to 10pm, and yet, I have never found the place to be over-crowded.<br/><br/>With fierce competition from Starbucks and Cafe Beans, Costa is constantly reinventing its menu. For instance, they have launched five new Summer specials - Iced Expresso, Iced Macchiato, Iced Ristretto, Iced Chai Latte, and Iced Chocolate. I am usually disappointed with Costa Coffee elsewhere but this is one good outlet I have been to. The combos that they have introduced are pretty good. Tried their Cafe Mocha and it was heavenly. Their bagel sandwich was pretty decent too, however not really a fan of their bakery. Mostly overpriced and overrated.

After very long time got a chance to visit Costa Coffee :) in ambience mall which is Located on the second floor. Small Outlet but must say nice ambience and paintings on the wall is good too. Best and cozy seating makes it perfect for couples and singles to to spend time.<br/><br/>Ordered their combo menu which if of Rs. 379 which includes (Two Cold coffee, one Muffin of our choice and Sandwich) which make its perfect deal for two. The sandwich was good not that great, but MUFFINS was really Yum with a perfect balance of sugar in it.<br/><br/>Must try their Chocolate Pastry with Vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. <br/><br/>Costa is perfect for eating for two people without having a burden on the pocket.

After long I got a chance to have great coffee at Costa Cofee, Ambience Mall Gurgaon. Ordered Cafe Mocha and Grilled Chicken Sandwich. The ambience and the seating is nice although would appreciate if there's a glass window separating the cafe. A special mention to the amazing staff.

As i am a coffee freak , i like costa coffee taste . Its very refreshing . Cost is a bit on higher side but worth it .<br/>It was a good exp . Place is full most of the times.

Expensive and not amazing !!!! That's for the coffee ..... As for this place I'd say eat the muffin.... Costa had got amazing muffins and okayish coffee..... For coffee especially cappuccino I'd suggest u to try the outlet rite next to it "dunken" .... <br/><br/>Luv the muffins they have and would recommend the place for muffins !!!!

Considering the fact that coffee chains are supposed to have standard outlets, the one at Ambience Gurgaon stands out from the rest. If you ask them to modify your coffee even after it is on your table, they will readily do so. Hot Mocha is my favourite. No complaints about the food and cake slices. Service is definitely their forte.

Right next to dunkin donuts. Famous for Italian coffee and being expensive as compared to other coffee joints. They serve huge potions. But I quite like the latte here nevertheless. Hi5 for the pretty patterns they make on top of the coffee.

Costa Coffee outlets in different cities/different suburbs have a lot of variation. This particular one has nice ambience. Food/beverages are overall good. Staff is communicative. Will go again.

Let me start off by saying this review is not for your outlet and is for the Costa Coffee Outlet in the food court of Terminal 1 Domestic Delhi airport arrivals. I couldn't find them on Zomato and as a result writing it here. I ordered for a black coffee and a cold coffee w/ice cream. We were waiting for someone and as we got our phone call we left from there with our order, once we reached half way is when my girlfriend realised that there is something stuck in the straw of her cold coffee. Guessing it must be ice cream took the straw out to clear it but to our surprise it was plastic (pictures attached). By that time we had left the airport. I tweeted @CostaCoffeeInd a couple of days post the incident. No response from anyone for the next 2 days and then I received a tweet stating we apologise and please share your contact details which I did the same day. Now it has been over 3 days I have shared my contact# but haven't heard from anyone. Used to love your coffee but this sort of an experience makes me wonder, if I will ever set foot in any of your outlets

Sometimes it's not only the taste of coffee but gesture by people which overwhelms you.<br/>Same happened with me yesterday at Costa coffee outlet in Ambience mall. I along with my wife and one year son visited the mall. After 3-4 hours of shopping we were running short of milk for my son. My son was crying for milk.<br/>First I requested the guy in outlet in front of Costa coffee (So called coffee bean) for some milk for son. We offered them to pay also. But guy at counter simply turned hostile saying it is against our rules.  He did not even pay heed to crying child.<br/>Then we reached Costa coffee. Guy at counter immediately arranged 1 bottle of milk. When we offered them to pay. He mentioned we will not charge for child's milk and its complimentary from our side.  They did not charge even after asking for multiple times.<br/><br/>It would have costed us hardly around 100-200 bucks but the impression they left is everlasting. Costa coffee should be proud to have such people as employees.

I was really disappointed by Costa this time. For a person who doesn't like Starbucks, you have great expectations from Costa. But this time it could not live up to the expectations. We ordered to Vanila cold coffee which was pathetic. The vanila flavour was minimal in the coffee, which was a big disappointment. Probably the worst cold coffee I have ever had. Only saving grace for the paneer toast we ordered. Thee paneer toast was good, crispy and made of fresh paneer. Overall experience was pathetic.

Nice coffee as always , Costa has made its place in people's hearts in the last many years of its operations in India. It was my first visit to this outlet, as wanted to have some cold coffee.<br/>They have recently come up with new Shaken style coffees .Like a bar tender they pull out out a shot of coffee mix it with ice and other things in a cool hand shaker and just shake shake it and serve it. I tried the Mocha and my friends tried the latte as well as Chai latte. Very light no froth, non blended cups of shaken coolers.Good for a change.<br/><br/>The usual blended Frappe and other options are always in vogue and can never be out of fashion. We also liked their Smoked chicken and Paneer tikka sandwiches. Very good quality food I must admit.<br/>Nice and cozy place to just sit and relax for sometime, away from the hussle bussle of Ambience Mall. The staff is very courteous and overtly hospitable. I loved the way they welcome and bid goodbye to the the customers. The best place to enjoy good sandwiches and nice coffee is perfect lunch or one craves for ... Today I was ambiance mall thought of having some tit bits ... was craving for nice sandwichs ... saw this cosy little costa coffee ... not packed ... But soulely cosy ... took a corner and sat down ... Tried some coolers ... summer coolers nice offbeat taste of coffee beans and chocolates ... shaken not blended . Lovely chilled ... By the time I was over with Coolers ... My friends were all tired down with their shopping and joined me ... I had already ordered for smoked chicken sandwich as well as Mushroom sandwich. The best thing i like about sandwich is the bread ... beautifully aromatic of pepper and little sweetness which cuts the heat of the pepper  ... over the sandwiched gossiped and laughed ... Were happy to meet Cafe Manager Mr. Ajay ... Nice Jolly fellow ... Staff was so helpful and nice ... My niece spilled her haslenut cold coffee , ... staff was quick to clean off and offered us  new glass cold coffee ( Vanila Cold coffee ) ... Nice of them to do so ... <br/><br/>Loved the lemonades ... Peach and Mint ... Breather during heated up day , very refreshing ... more than coffee i love the lemonades ... to end we had carrot cake and Gooseberry cranberry danish ... awesome ... perfect ... My friend ended up with Mocha ... <br/><br/>One should visit ... have coolers ... donot be shy to bring ur kids .. Kids would enjoy around the kids corner in the mall  and parents can enjoy a nice cup of Hot mocha or cold coffees and lemonades Costa is offering . Hailed as one of the largest and fastest growing coffee shop outlets in the UK, the brand is coming into its own in India. <br/><br/>I am a regular customer at Costa Coffee, located at the third level of the sprawling Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. It is my favorite haunt for several reasons but in this blog post, I'm just going to list my Top 5. <br/><br/># 1. Foam and Finishing<br/><br/>Creating a perfect blend of coffee requires great skill and care. I've noticed that the baristas at Costa are totally committed to their craft. You could simply tell by the foam and the finishing.<br/><br/>If you're lucky, they'll be happy to demonstrate how a magnificent Iced Latte is made right in front of your eyes - shaken refreshingly cold - just the way I like.<br/><br/># 2. A Vast Variety of Beverages<br/><br/>Costa never ceases to surprise me with their never-ending range of drinks - be it iced coffees, freshly brewed iced teas, lemonades, classic coffees, specialty drinks, and coffee/fruit/creamy coolers.<br/><br/>I am a huge fan of the Mango & Passion Fruit cooler, which just costs merely INR 220 for a large cup. It seems like the baristas have been trained long and hard to be able to serve these magnificent beverages within the shortest time.<br/><br/># 3. What's a Coffee without a Great Sandwich<br/><br/>C'mon, we all know how a great sandwich can complement your irresistible coffee.<br/><br/>I generally prefer my latte with a Smoked Chicken and Herb Focaccia. These delicious sandwiches are delivered from TajSATS Air Catering Ltd., which is a joint venture between the Indian Hotels Company (also known as the Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces) and SATS. <br/><br/># 4. Courteous and Helpful Staff<br/><br/>As you probably know that Costa Coffee is a British coffee retail chain in a franchisee arrangement with Devyani International (which is owned by the Ravi Jaipuria Group firm). Kudos to them for deploying such a courteous and helpful staff at the coffee shop.<br/><br/>The staff comprises not more than six people (excluding housekeeping) but still there's never a dull moment. The Cafe Manager, Mr. Manoranjan Kumar Singh, personally ensures that guests are having a good time. Thus you'll always find regular customers like yours truly frequenting Costa. The cafe is quite popular with families as well.<br/><br/>My only wish is that the outlet expands a wee bit, as currently it can only accommodate 40 people. Also, the décor and lighting could be better.<br/><br/># 5. Wifi-enabled and Full on Entertainment <br/><br/>I like the fact that I can carry my laptop or tablet inside Costa and connect to the Internet through Wifi. Also, the light Western music playing in the background doesn't hurt, especially when all songs are the latest. The cafe is open from 10am to 10pm, and yet, I have never found the place to be over-crowded.<br/><br/>With fierce competition from Starbucks and Cafe Beans, Costa is constantly reinventing its menu. For instance, they have launched five new Summer specials - Iced Expresso, Iced Macchiato, Iced Ristretto, Iced Chai Latte, and Iced Chocolate. This is the only way to grow and make inroads into our hearts.

Costa Coffee standards have dropped or perhaps its just this particular outlet which is not up to the mark. The staff here has a very "chalta hai" attitude. The WiFi here is perpetually not working. <br/>The Cafe Latte was nice but the coolers were a disappointment. The ice tea tasted very diluted and the sandwich tasted as if it was a few days old.<br/>The management of this outlet needs to get their act together.

I went here to kill the summer heat with a taste of costa coffee<br/>Their cold coffee drink 'coffee coolers' is very ordinary and unlike hot coffees its not worth at all

Costa Coffee standards have gone down.<br/>Just ordered coffee cooler which was supposed to be with ice and cold but it was not. Also ordered dates fig & raisin muffin but we could feel sugar in our mouth while eating it. I wonder what kinda sugar they used. I am sure muffins are not made like this. Anyways!!<br/>Not a fan of costa coffee anymore. Sigh!<br/><br/>But here's a symmetry picture we clicked :)

After moving around many joints and not finding the comfortable place to have a simple sandwich and a cup of coffee, one turns and walks into Costa as one knows about the comfort and quality is assured. Whether u r in India or any part of the world comfort and quality of food is assured. Had my all time favorite cappuccino with a perfect mushroom panini. To to it up Costa has a range of amazing sweet delicacy's. We tried the mocha Italian coffee cake which turned out to be a great choice.Priyanka Khar

I am a fan of costa and their coffee brews and on top of that they serve great food. My favourite is the cappuccino. Their desserts and selection of cakes are amazing. Have not tried much at this outlet other than the coffee and the cake but will go there for more as I love their coffee.Staff could be more polite and helpful. Other wise a good option for a nice coffee.
