Review The Potbelly Divine - Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Bobby Roy
Authentic Bihari food is what they serve and it is amazing, really. I tried most of their vegetarian and meat thaalis and I loved the mutton thaali which was absolutely awesome! The food is really good and this outlet's vibe is wonderful too. The staff is friendly, and overall experience was absolutely wonderful.

If you are craving for some amazing Bihari Food and you must visit this place. They have amazing Bihari Local Cuisine and offers amazing taste. The ambience is very beautiful and soothing. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements.Plants all around and beautifully painted walls. The staff is all very cooperative but they should be little more attentive with the customer sitting in their outdoor arrangements. Coming to food, you must try their Bihari Kebab (mutton), Litti-Chicken, Litti-Mutton and especially Champaran Mutton. They mutton served here is so evenly cooked and all the dishes are presented so well. The food is rich in flavour and tastes. The price is little high I feel but rest everything is great.

It was our 2nd visit yesterday & this place has our heart. Again this review can be 1-2 paragraphs. But let’s just say after 5 yrs in gurgaon one place which serves soul food. Team is cherry on top. Feel lucky if your host is Mr. Manoj. Because we have reached the place always near closing time & he has been nothing but welcoming.

Highly recommend, food and service are really good! one suggestion for restaurant is better to have credo card machine, which accepts international credit card. both my two credit cards (Visa+Master) do not accepted by their 2 machines. good thing is... they probably borrow one credit card machine from other place... in the end i could pay. so scared 😱

A place to have best Bihari cuisines in an amazing atmosphere. A must go to place for all the Bihari's living in delhi and Gurgaon. If you are missing the hometown or craving for the bihari food dont think twice come and have litti choka and satisfy your cravings. I love the place and the aura. Must try Bihari Tikki chaat, Champaran Mutton & Apple cinnamon ice tea.

This bihari food restaurant offers something different amidst several restaurants at 32 Milestones. Located at 1st floor, it has an option of outside seating. We ordered a few Thali and they didn't disappoint. The pooris were fresh n' hot. A typical thali had 2 sabzis, raita, chutneys and chokha. Service was ok, could be better as we have to call out servers a few times before they noticed. I would suggest getting Foxnut thali if you are looking for a vegetarian option.
Ashish kaushal
Located in Sec-32nd Avenue; Pot Belly is just the right place if you crave for that authentic Bihari cuisine. Staff was great and helped us in figuring out the menu.
Nishita Kumar
The food is good, Bihari cuisine is uniquely flavourful plus 32nd avenue is a great place to hang out and catch up. The interiors are soothing and the snacks are a must try. There is a huge variety of vegetarian options and do not forget to try the Litti Chokha. The service could be better but it’s safe to say the food made up for it.

Nestled in the heart of culinary excellence, this extraordinary establishment has become a cherished haven for my gastronomic adventures. Every visit is a symphony of delightful flavors and captivating aromas that transcend the ordinary. The culinary virtuosos behind the scenes have truly outdone themselves, crafting dishes that are not merely tasty but an exquisite dance on the palate. It's a testament to their culinary prowess, turning each dining experience into a masterpiece of gastronomic delight.

What a wonderful place! I've been to the one in Delhi before but this was my first time in Gurgaon. It's a really really beautiful place. It encapsulated the vibe of Bihar with all the green around. The mustard oil flavor in the food was 🙌 wow. We had the champaran mutton and it was too yum. It was also very very little oil used which I loved. The baggia basket was not amazing, but good. The apple cinnamon ice tea was refreshing and so was the hibiscus iced tea. The best part of lunch was the raspua and kulfi. It was just another level The staff is courteous and knows the food. Must visit.
Sakirat Waraich
Loved the makhana thali . The tikki Chaat was nicely balanced as well . The use of kuttu and millets makes it even more interesting

Just visited the Potbelly Divine at 32nd milestone and divine it was. We had heard about it from friends and got a chance to visit today. The food was unique and tasted great. Very different fare from what we are used to. Special mentions for the keema platter and the sabudana fritters… delicious. A visit is highly recommended for a divine and memorable meal.

A place for eating authentic Bihari cuisine. The ambiance is excellent, staff is quick, courteous and knowledgable about the ingredients of served cuisine. Nice place to be visited with family and friends.
Ashish Goyal
Nice food. Even having lesser food options, the taste is just superb..must try type

Excellent lunch meal with my colleagues on a Thursday afternoon. We enjoyed a mutton dish, similar to Rogan Josh as well as an amazing biryani made with jackfruit. Who would've known that some vegetarian dishes are sensational. Pictures show lassi, a delicious veggie combo based on Bihari tradition and containing a slow cooked dhal, eggplant (similar to Moutabbel) with onion ground in a mortar, mashed potatoes and the bread ball containing achari mix inside. Blimey this was a flavor explosion when the combo hits your taste buds. A saffron ice cream finished the afternoon. Highly recommend the meals and the service is quite prompt despite being busy at approx 2pm. <insta: UtilityChef>

Bihari cusine at its best. Loved the food. Tried Champaran meat, Litti meat, Ahuna mutton , Chicken biryani , Boondi dahi. The taste and spice level was really good. There should be more boondi and less dahi in sweet dish. Rest all mutton dish were tasty. The style of serving is pre plated one. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Overall good dining experience. Being from Bihar would love to reccomend this place to others. I knew this brand since when they started in shahpur jatt but this is first time i dined in.
shilpee bachhalsa
It was a good experience and our fist time eating a Bihari cuisine. The pepper chicken platter is so good and the rose laai too. The place is really cute and cozy.

Today I got a chance to visit in the Potbelly Divine at 32nd milestone. Again, I am gonna say my signature dialogue, as name depicts it was divine. Several times I have heard about bihiri cuisine and today got a chance to taste it. Unfortunately mostly things were not available so we have ordered appetizers and drinks. So we had Baggia Basket and freshlime + Apple lemonade. Taste was epic and delecious. Lemonades cost us 150/- each and the basket costs us 250/- only. The staff was so courteous and helped us to know about the origin of the dish, ingredients and taste. They had several other options too under 500/-. For 2 people it costs around 1000 to 1500. Must visit if you are keen to try new cuisines or fond of bihari cuisine. #potbellydivine #32ndmilestone #32avenue #gurgaon

We are still reeling from the unexpected feast we just enjoyed from this place after ordering randomly because of the unique menu. We ordered champaran mutton and jheenga curry and both were out of this world and completely distinct from each other. Both came in these thalis with vegetables and onions. Meat (ghee soaked and meltingly tender) came with spinach puri and prawns. (red, tangy, spicy) with rice. Both preparations just bowled us over. The Boondis with hung curd were a wonderful play of rich and light, sweet and sourish. This was truly a 5 star meal. Can't wait to order again. Extra points for ecofriendly packaging.

In the quarantine, when you can no longer resist. Go here. The ambience is relaxed and perfect for a weekend lunch. Order their food, and spend the next hour in bliss.
Amit
Ordered the famous Champaran Meat , Mutton Chaap & Prawns Curry. All 3 items were packed nicely. The mutton pieces were very tender, authentically prepared with unique taste.
Avishikta De
As per quality, the food is amazing. But as per price it is slightly high, compared to portions.
But definitely ordering the next time.
PartyyyParinde
Looking for a family restaurant and quality food with perfection in Bihari Cuisine? Go for it, you won't regret it. However the only clause is if you are expecting to spend so much on food. Per person cost with particular dish varies from Rs 500-700. So if you can its a must visit place. For vegetarians do try Aloo Lalu Chop and For Non vegetarians Chanparan mutton should be on Top of your list.
Piyush Kaushik
didnt like the taste much but it was good.

Finally visited this place, and loved everything we had here. The service was very fast and the staff is friendly. Ordered litti chokha first time and it was so tasty. MUST VISIT

Made a quick stop over visit to this place. We tried Baghia basket. It was tasty (especially the dip makes you crave for a repeat serving).
Tip: It is a family place for fine dining.

This place is a hidden gem for all the foodies in Gurgaon! Located in 32nd Avenue, Sector 15, Gurgaon, The Potbelly delivers best Bihari Cuisine food in Gurgaon, We tried their Litti Chicken and Madhubani Thali, the food was really tasty and authentic flavours. A must visit place in town 😊
Spice Box
Authentic Bihari food ! Mouthwatering taste ...... menu is unique and combination of food presented is spot on ..... excellent choice for spicy and non veg lovers !!

A lot has changed over the course of time from when I visited last. The baskets do not resemble baskets anymore but are more like dishes. The atmosphere is really nice and privacy is guaranteed. The climb sometimes seem too much if you are exhausted.
I had made a reservation for my fathers birthday dinner which happens to fall on Valentine’s Day. We were supremely late and by the time we had arrived, the place was closed. The manager and the entire staff was extremely sweet and accommodating and allowed us to dine in since it was my fathers birthday (we were late and panicking) and his favourite cuisine too. The manager and the staff went out of their way and got us a birthday cake and stayed with us beyond 12AM to celebrate the same. The quality of the food and the whole experience was out of this world. I would rate the place 100/100! Keep it up guys! Absolutely loved it.

So we went here for Valentine's date. And we love experiencing different cuisines. They serve Bihari Cuisine here, in a relaxed atmosphere and comfortable seating.

We started with Mutton Paya Soup, it was light and had wonderful aroma of burnt garlic.

Next we had Dehati Fish Platter, the portion was huge, and it was a nice mix of Fish Kebabs, Fried Fish & Chips.

And then we had one of the best mutton dishes of our life. Champaran Mutton, was cooked properly came with Palak Puris & Raita. This dish made my day and I am definitely coming back for more.

Overall wonderful experience and the staff took good care of us.
Gaurav Chawla
one of the better options of dining in the 32nd avenue...regional cuisines such as this should be promoted a bit more...
Rhododendron ice tea was super refreshing...the mustard fish was divine..certainly one of the best that i have had...the chana dal pyaz kachri was awesome as well...went well with the chutney and the chokha...

the ambience is quite relaxed...big windows so ample natural light...they have an outdoor seating as well which is so amazing in the winters...
Vedika Tayal
Pathetic staff, specially one particular guy. Had rice worms in my rice. When I showed it to the waiter, he took it in the kitchen and threw away the rice. Wasn't even apologetic of serving food with worms
Had the audacity to ask what additional we want to eat. No senior staff was present during peak dining hours
The waiter who took our plate had smirk all the while as if it was done purposely or it is a norm of the restaurant
Anju Gupta
The Place had no structure about setting tables. They kept saying that they will set a better table and could not handle properly the customers even though the people were sitting after paying the bill and they were fine with setting random promises and not keeping it. We were finally forced to sit outside on a winter night because we had already ordered waiting for the better table. Also, the food portion is small compared to the pricing..slow servicing..menu wasn't provided for ten minutes..Only good thing.. happiness of different cuisine.
SHRUTI ARA
Yummy food. Good service..music choice is exceptional.. love the place... definately worth a visit...must try sabudana vada

We had visited this place on 1 Jan 2019 and had been very disappointed with the service and food here. So much so that we didn’t visit this place for a whole year. Come 2 Jan 2020 and we decided to give another try to this eatery in 32nd milestone.

And they surely turned on the magic this time. The veg soup, Litti chokha and pakodas were all amazing. We ate to our heart’s content and were thoroughly amazed with the service and taste. Must really appreciate the team for the quality that they put into their food.

I’m coming back for sure 😇
Pulkit Singhal
Good ambience, great variety of bihari dishes. Mustard oil and its smell in almost every dishes which one can like or dislike.
Yuvraj
Just an awesome experience!
Aditya68agg
The staff was slow and shabbily dressed. The food was very very oily and not great. Two year old wine bottle was opened and it had already gone bad. Most of the wines in the menu and many dishes were not available. Overall not nice and poor value for money
Pooja Aggarwal
Do not plan to get a drink here, the bar is very poorly stocked and the tender has no idea of what he is doing
The cocktails are terrible
Akshay Kirti
Very amazing place indeed!! If you really wish to know what authentic Bihari food tastes like you definitely should try the place. Though the ambience is casual but they serve food which my grandmother used to cook. Really rich and definitely delicious!! Must try the khada mutton something I would die for!!
Navendu Sharma
I never had bihari cuisine before so was a unique experience for sure. The ambiance and location of this place is spot on and the staff is very courteous. We had litti choga and the paneer aalo thali out of which the latter was really disappointing. The food is a bit on the spicy end. The chocolate oreo shake is really bad and the restaurant should for sure look into it. 4/5 stars as people in my group liked the food.
Akanksha Rashmi
If you want to eat something homely especially chicken and mutton..this is the best place!!Never had such delicious mutton in Gurgaon in 5 years!! Just awesome!!
Sidhant Kapila
Good food or not. Waiting for 20 minutes for each dish certainly doesn't cut it. Nice place, nice concept. However the poorest service I've seen in Delhi NCR.
Abhimanyu Mathur
If you want to try something different then do visit this place. They serve delicious food. Try their Baggia basket for starters and go for litti chicken and champaran mutton for main course.
Sanjana Dey
Not in the appetite for a heavy lunch we decided on Keema Ghugni. It was served with crispy rice puffs and three types of chutneys. The keema was spicy and the chutneys mild, so the combination was working great. Also the fried rice puffs added a texture to the dish. Overall a common dish with a unique taste experience

We went for a family dinner to Potbelly and everyone loved the experience. Our family (with elders) were not keen to have South Indian or mughlai food and trying Bihari food seemed like an interesting option. We ordered-
1. Liti Chokha - Excellent
2. Chicken Pakora- Excellent
3. Chana Dal and Pyaz Kachri - Very Good
4. Dehathi Fish and Chips - Average
5. Khada Chicken Masala - Very Good

The food was delicious and spicy. But I am given to understand that Bihari cuisine is on the spicer side , so it was fine. The ambiance was pleasant, seating was comfortable, service courteous and the restaurant perfect for a family outing.

Potbelly is a must visit for anyone who loves to try different cuisines and especially sample part of the vast culinary heritage of India.
Manisha Kataria
Beautiful place with serene ambience and very subtle nice decor. Visited this place for lunch and ordered khada masala chicken and champaran mutton, for desserts we ordered raspua. The chicken was amazing in taste. And the champaran taste was also good but not better than the khada masala chicken. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable about Bihari cuisine. I would definitely be recommending potbelly to my friends and family.
Palak Patel
Hope this review saves all those who look for actual food. I have a good tolerance for spices, or at least I used to believe so. Too spicy food and there is no restroom as well, so beware. If you complain they behave as if it’s your fault that you can’t eat the food they served you. You might also see them laughing at you from a distance. Not a good experience specially for a price this high.

In search of trying something different cuisine, we end up finding this restaurant in 32nd Avenue, Sector 15, Gurgaon. This cafe is in midst of very calm n serene environment, has a beautiful interior , exterior sitting with good lighting. Coming to their specialty- "BIHARI Cuisine"- Food was not only different but very tasty and service was good, both chicken & mutton dishes were lipsmaking.. You can really enjoy your meal here with your family and friends in a very calm and soothing atmosphere.
Armaan Jain
This place offers authentic dishes from the state of Bihar.
The food menu really did offer a wide array of options and we went for Khada masala mutton, sarso machhli and champaran Mutton in non vegetarian mains; Litti chokha in vegetarian mains.
The mutton you get in this place is too good ! Perfectly cooked with a fragrance that will make your mouth water. I would recommend this place for its mutton alone :P

The ambience of this place is also very calming. Great place to be. I would rate this place a 5 out of 5 ! The breakdown is as follows :
Ambience : 5/5
Food taste/quality : 5/5
Service : 5/5
Value for money : 5/5

Highly recommended !
Reema L
Nice ambience. They customised our order and served us food without onion and garlic. Courteous staff.
Pragya Abrol
What yummmmm food!!! Simply loved it, had no clue about how yummy bihari food could be! The chicken & Prathas were just divine, so so good. Also, tried their popular chicken dish that comes in steamed rice rolls, so different & so flavourful, earlier I was resisting on ordering it as the combination surprised me (steamed rice balls filled with chicken & served with bihari bharta) but trust me you it was just out of the world. The best part was that I didnt even feel heavy or bloated after enjoying my meal as they actually serve wheat flour prathas which is such a treat!

The only thing I didnt enjoy was the sattu drink, I guess its just not my jam. The drink feels like gram flour & water mixed in your mouth & the gram flour’s texture just doesnt feel right. Also, they should have a washroom or at least a wash area & for the tables outside, either they leave a server in the outdoor area or put some electronic buzz buttons to improve the service, staff was pretty courteous & sweet though!

Do give it a shot, Bihari food is Bomb!
Bhagyashree Sharma
If someone told me to have Bihari food a few years ago, I’d have retorted with - Are you kidding me? Potbelly has changed the way people react to Bihari food!! It is very tough to zero down on your food because everything on the menu looks so good and different from the usual fare. However being our first time our server insisted we stick to the best sellers - Litti Chokha and Gol Mirch Chicken. The food was outstanding to say the least. Am back very soon. Thank you team Potbelly - Good Job
G S Anand
Tried bihari food for the first time. Mutton and chicken had too much oil in it. Maybe the bihari people eat this way but just too much oil for me.. Had it been less oil I would try it again. Liti was heavy too.
SS
I went to this place after hearing a lot about it from so called social media influencers. I think its over hyped and i came back hungry from this place as the food was uncooked. The idea of bihari or champaran mutton is its slow cooked to the point it comes off the bone but these people serve undercooked tasteless food even the basic pudina chutney is bland here. I wont recommend this place.
Tapan Sodhi
Great place different food. One must try.
Food is spicy so order some lassi...it was definitely a unique experience.
Try the litti choka
Kapil Darbari
The kebabs in the platter tasted more of chana Dal! Rest of it was amazing! #superspicybutlovingit
Sia
Ordered Litti chokha and one bhoj thali. It was really delicious. Loved the sitaphal ki sabzi and ghee rice. Would highly recommend and definitely visit again to try out more
Dharmesh Rajora
Their food is actually divine. You are going to be hit by a strong wave of nostalgia after eating at this place. I have tried aloo lalu chop and chana daal pyaz kachauri... perfectly cooked, their chutneys DEFINES freshness, the different types of chokha they serve at the side will fill your mouth with flavours. The food is hygienic, made with high quality ingredients which makes it so delicious and will leave you with this pleasant feeling of home made food but far away from home. The ambience is good, place is sparkling clean with the creative decor. Staff is professional, supportive and responsive. One visit won't do justice with their menu. It's a 'must go Family Place'.
Shivom Varadarajan
If you want some excellent cuisine options from Bihar & Jharkhand, this is the place to be. Wide array of appetisers & main courses to choose from, very classy decor & prompt service makes this one of the best places for a family dinner or even a laid back comfort food weekend option. We ordered Dal Pitti & Chana Dal & Pyaaz kachauri & both were a treat to the tongue. Go for it if you want some good food & excellent service
Alankriti Yaduwanshi
The restaurant is famous for bihari dishes, the ambience was great but the only issue we had was food was very spicy and costly as well.
Aparajita Sengupta
My family and I tried Pot Belly for the first time today. Quite an adventure for our tastebuds!
Our favourites were the Champaran mutton and Phish Phingers.
And a special mention for the staff, as they were polite and friendly even though it was
packed with weekend crowd
Will definitely visit again!
Deepti Saraswat
They serve authentic Bihari cuisine. Do have the starters which come with very fresh and tasty chutneys and dal baati as main course. For drinks we ordered masala lemonade which had a very balanced taste.
Abhishek Maheshwari
On my hunt for something different that this cosmo driven and aping western culture city has to offer, I landed up in Potbelly divine. Its a small place with inviting decor and offers seating outside as well. The cuisine on offfer ... Bihari. My knowledge of Bihari food is limited to Sattu and litti which I enjoi in abundance through home cooked paranthas so I wanted to stay away from the usual things on the menu.
Therefore I started with sattu cooler with a hint of mint....perfect for the summers and quiet a staple in the home state...it was just seasoned perfectly. For starters I had the Alu laloo chop platter...which had two saboodana fritters, two bihari cuttlets and bun maska with red and green chutneys. The saboodana fritters were lipsmaking...just light and vibrant with flavours. The bihari cutlets were so soft and has very light crunch outside and go down well with the maska pao and chutneys.
For the main course I decided to go for Champaran mutton served with palak pooris. The mutton was melt in your mouth soft and so perfectly balanced in spices and seasoning that they dont overpower the taste of the mutton. And the pooris lighter than air and flaky. It was served with a side of boondi raita and pickled onions. The boondi in the raita was a bit crunchy though as if put in the raita tight before serving.
This place sticks to its heart and delivers something so charming and authentic that there is no other way to date them but five stars, the staff being so courteous and attentive...bhaiyaji superhit :-)
Kanika Garg
The dishes that we ordered were very aesthetically served and lived upto the expectations taste wise as well. The ambience is also good. Giving 3 stars only because the portions sizes were very small according to the prices.
Govind
Amazing is the word, one of the places where you never leave unsatisfied, Potbelly has bihari cousine. Each and every item in the menu is delicious. Amazing food, loved it.
Sagnik Ghosh
We walked in at 10 pm and yet were refused service despite the closing time being 11:30 pm. Clear case of false business claims. Seems like going home early on Independence day matters more to some people vs fulfilling their promises to customers. Or maybe zomato just doesn't carry genuine information. Either way, terrible experience, I'd give zero stars if I could.
Praatika Mehra
This is my go to place for all things delicious! I think I have managed to try almost all their food items on the menu. I highly recommend the Maal Pua for dessert 🙋🏿‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️
Swati Singh
I have always loved the food at Potbelly and one coming up in Gurgaon was a pleasant surprise. The best is Khada Masala Chicken with Paratha , Litti Chokha is of course mandatory once you visit a Bihari cuisine restaurant ...
Dr. Tamanna
Tried this place for a lunch date. The place has a very cozy and the decor is beautiful. The cuisines are bihari and you might need the staff's help deciphering what is what. Its a non alcohol serving place and is a good family place. I had their classic cold coffee with masala fish and Maria fish after which I was quite full and couldn't try more. This place also offers classic litti chokha and staple fish curry and rice bihari style. Do try, I know I would again.
Raashi Bedi
Been here five times already. It just gets better everytime. Keep up the standards. We love the champaran mutton, the baingan the bihari nachos Almost everything we've ordered has been great

When the country is going gaga over Pasta and Pizza and anything from foreign shores, who is this crazy man who had the guts to launch an authentic Bihari eatery? Bihari Food? I know it draws a blank for most of us as we have no clue about Bihar, apart from Lalu and Rabri.

It was my love for Litti-Chokha that took me this place and I was bowled over by it. Authentic taste, large portions and staff you won't find anywhere else. So eager to help, courteous and always more than willing to replace the dish or a part of it, they take your dining experience to a new level.

I tried Litti-Gosht, Dehati Machli with finger chips and Tawa mutton with nan, of course over my two visits.

Food, you will relish and experience you will cherish. Highly recommended.
By the way, I am going there tomorrow too.
Foodie Panda
Like the place best for its authenticity and unique Bihari menu. Tried litti, mutton chamaparan, and a traditional mustard chutney. Sattu cooler as well. Different experience.
Anushka Bhasin
We really love the fact that potbelly divine brings something different to the table!
It is so refreshing to see and taste a cuisine so underrated and inherent in our culture to come up.
The food here is outstanding with the right degree of spiciness, thereby doing justice. We totally recommend the bachka basket bihari and keema kebab platter for appetisers. Also, tehri and litti chokha in mains shouldn’t go unnoticed.
The ambience and their set up is also defined properly.
Service was good too.
If you really crave to try something different and get that ‘hatke’ taste, you must visit this place; you won’t regret it.
Brajesh Upadhyay
Authentic bihari food, being bihari myself was super excited for this place, its a high class bihari cuising restaurant. Ordered bihari shoup maar(got reminded of my childhood days in bihar), litti chokha is a must in a bihari restaurant. Loved the filling of litti and with that the yellow dal was amazing. Aalo lalu chop was also amazing. Must go to get the taste of bihar.
Twisha & Shruti
The only regret about going to this place is that we chose the wrong time of the day to visit it. If only we could have chosen to have lunch over there instead of dinner, it would have been perfect. The meal was so rich and heavy that we couldn't walk for about the next 20 minutes after dinner and we kid you not that happened. We indulged in some really divine food the other day at Potbelly Cafe.

This authentic Bihari restaurant finds its new home in Gurgaon after Shahpur Jat and Chanakyapuri. Have their very famous Litti Chokha that actually a wholesome meal in itself but do not miss out on the Champaran Mutton. Succulent boneless pieces of mutton cooked in whole spices and ghee served with fluffy spinach pooris and boondi raita. This whole dish is so flavourful that you’ll like there’s a party going on in your mouth after eating it.

If you're a potato lover you'll love their Aalu Lalu Chops. Both the aaloo cutlet and the sabudana one were crispy and went really well with the tomato chutney on the side. The khada masala mutton with flaky parathas too had a very homely touch to it. it felt like rich home-made mutton that is made with a whole lot of love.

We feel if we had chosen this place for lunch, we would have been able to do more justice to it. But all-in-all, good see a good dining place in Gurgaon.

For more such reviews, follow us on Instagram & facebook: twohangrywomen

The place has noce ambience and decent service.

The food is awesome and the portions are good.

Had champaran mutton and golmirchi chicken.

Its one from another chain of potbelly cafes. Very beautiful outlet. Prices are too high but they provide authentic bihari food. I had bagiya and sattu. Both were nice. Must try place for biharis.

I have visited Potbelly in Shahpur Jaat earlier on my friend's recommendation and loved the food over their. I was very excited to try the food again here and first of all was loved by the ambience. They have beautifully done the decor giving the while restaurant a very warm and cozy feel. We ordered Ghoogni Churra, Mutton thali with spinach Puris and moong daal parantha. Good on taste and very flavourful. Would love to visit them again .

Visited this place for a small and quick lunch.

Not a friendly place for vegetarians. 😌😌
Very less veg food option. But heaven for non-veg lovers.

Our order:
#kali mirchi chicken thali - thali serves one person. It contains 3 moong dal paranthas, one bowl chicken, one small bowl raita and onions.
#sabutdana fritters- good quantity. It has sabudana tikkis and chokha (mix of 3 types).

Good food.

Service:
Quick service.
But we visited this place during odd hours. Around 5:30 pm. 😬😬

Ambience:
Nice ambience.
Liked the interior and nicely placed plants.

Try the place and let me know your comments.

Keep reading, liking and following.

NotsoActuarial
By Indu Bansal

#foodielife #food #loveforfood #liveforfood #eateateat #deliciousmeals #yummy #tempeting #foodofindia #tasteofindia #followme #followback #dilsefoodie #zomato #foodworld #foodieworld #taleofafoodie #followmeforfollowback #myfoidjourney #likesforlikes #notsoactuarial
The best litti chokha I have had in Gurgaon till now. Amazing hospitality and the server was knowledgeable. Skip the ice teas (not cause they are not good they are amazing) but have the sattu coolers and you will be amazed.

Opened on the second floor at 32 Milestone, this is a nice place to be!

To top that the food! Its deeelicious. We were a bit scepticle before visiting this place as it says "Bihari" and we had never been to a place serving ONLY Bihari Cuisine. But the food it was just out of the world

We were forur people and we ordered 3 meals. When the dishes arrived, we were thinking about ordering one more, but we couldnt even finish these three. It was so filling. Almost everything was prepared in MUSTARD OIL (even salad too) and it was rich with good fats, Not oily at all.

We visited this place on my birthday, so they treated us with fresh Pineapple Upside Down cake slice alongwith vanilla icecream. Very nice gesture by the stafff.

Would love to visit again for sure!

There are only few places out there which serve soul food. This place is one of them. Absolutely love it. If you are also bored of eating the same junk Italian, continental and American food, you are reading the right review.

Here is a place situated in the most beautiful 32nd Milestone.

Food: We had the mutton litti and the Madhubani thali. Such intricate details to the food and civil ay it was presented. Though we didnt like the aam panna much. Such awesome quality of mutton and reallt good litti. And the rest of the sabzi which a lot of us would be having for the first time, made us feel happy. The way they have brought alive the Indian food, very nice to see indeed. 6 on 5 for me

Ambience n service : the cafe is nice n easy with comfort seating and they serve you in Hindi with a smile. Extremely attentive to your needs. And yes, they do give you finger bowl as that's needed. 5 on 5

Value for money: a meal for 2 will cost you around 1000-1200 and that's good really. The quality of this food is unmatched and really something we cherished.

Great choice Shilpa Thakre and a must visit for all.

A r freshing change from regular North Indian restaurant that one lands up going to most of the times. Different flavours, the chicken stew was a bit of a let down, the gol mirch chicken could have had a just a bit more flavour of gol mirch, the veg thali was nicely prepares, suggested that the restaurant must offer a choice of poori or chapati. The ras pua was typically bihari and criminal on your stomach. The kulfi reminded me of my mothwro home made stuff , we don't make them anymore. 😝. Can go order sensibally and you shall enjoy and in true bihari spirit, there was no alcohol 😄 maybe prohibition here as well.

I went to this place yesterday. It is located at 32 Avenue and has got Beautiful interior. Their is a stairway that leads upto this restaurant. Lift is also available. Cute place. I attended a live comedy show of Anirban. It was great and food is good too. Staff is very good. I ordered the Oreo Shake, Freshlime and pineapple cake with ice cream. It was a good experience.

By far the softest mutton I had ever had ; please do try the Champaran mutton it just melts in mouth .
The Flavors and the freshness of the Chutnis brought a refreshing mouthfeel between bites.
Keema Kabab platter was undoubtedly was one of the best pre meal experience . In a nutshell they serve quality stuff ; go blank pick any dish on the menu ; youilk not be disappointed . Coming back again this Sunday with more people.

Let me list you out my favourites till now :
Baggia basket
Golmirch chicken
Dehaati Platter !

Try one of these ! You will mark it as Ur favourite!
P.S. This is the third (of three) outlet in Delhi NCR I have been to now. And the south Delhi one was the only outlet I rated 5/5 and was divine. Well this one too doesn't disappoint and is tucked in the upscale 32nd milestone arcade. They have valet parking.

Food is quite good and has authentic Bihari aroma.

Sabudana plate - 5/5 (7 pieces)

Madhubani Thali - 4.5/5 (with 4 colorful poori pieces!)

Jhamruah Thali - 5/5 (has poori made of rice floor which is a delight and sabudana cutlets)

Makhana Thali - 4/5 (4 Poori pieces)

Litti Chokha - 4/5 (3 Litti pieces)

Ranchi Pulao - 4/5

All thali are served with various delectable accompaniments - chutney, chokha, gatte ki sabji, daal etc.

Lassi - 3/5
Sattu cooler - 4.5/5 (Must try!)
Lemonade - 4/5

Better to reserve the table as outdoor seating during summers is ruled out. All in all a must visit.

Good food and good service.
I tried litti chokha , sattu drink , chicken pakora.
Everything tasted good and not very expensive also. Decor is also good. Food has a mustard flavour and quantity in a dish is decent. They don't serve any alcohol. Good family restaurant.
This restaurant is in 32nd avenue which also has nice ambience and a very quiet and peaceful garden .

Visited this lovely place on a really good evening, sat outside and enjoyed the excellent weather.
Ordered Bihari burger and Khada chicken masala.
Burger was good, had keema with some dip, a little expensive for what was served. 3/5.
Khada chicken masala was good, the parantha served and salad served with it was good and crisp. 4/5.

In drinks I had black coffee which was ordered in the beginning and was served in the middle of my main course and was cold. 0/5.
Mojito was too good, gave me what I exactly wanted. 4/5.

Ordered Chana dal pyaz kachri and makhana kheer.. kachri was good in taste and quantity but the kheer didn’t meet our expectations in terms of both taste and quantity. Nice place if you are going out with family or chit chat with friends as the music is not loud and noisy. Service was fine.

Finally good news for people in gurgaon that this shahpur jat restaurant is here. This is bihari cuisine with a continental touch. I would rate this 4 and not 5 as it doesn't have all the options available as in the main branch
