The food is fine that's the beauty of food chains that they are able to provide consistent food taste across any of their stores. But the service is a big let down at this store. No body bothers for taking or servicing you order. Also, hygiene practices seem very poor esp during this pandemic stage. Go fo delivery but never dine in here!

No dine in facilities although it shows on google/Zomato there is. We had to order outside dominos and roam in the mall for an hour till the order was ready. No sanitization check for people who were coming to take orders either. There is one del guy named Kuldeep who helped us with the order. No one else even bothered. 1.5/5

So Far I am continously ordering pizza from Dominos and sure I am happy with it. on weekends obviously after whole week of hard work I need 1 day to chill so I prefer having a pizza from dominos. The best part is that price for pizza mania is very less and the delivery boy also wears a mask and gloves. All over its my personal favourite 😊

The order arrives more than an hour late than the scheduled time. On calling the customer service multiple times, everytime they assure you that you will receive a call back from the concerned authorities within 5-10 minutes but you never get the call. Even, they promise that the issue has been escalated and will be looked upon with highest priority. But, I guess for them highest priority means completely ignoring the customer and never looking back at the customer's problem again!

Providing home delivery services as well.<br/><br/>I had ordered Pizza, Taco's from this place to Tikri Sector 48. Firstly i received my order in 50minutes keeping in mind that the place is hardly 10minutes from the store & we ordered as late as 10PM.<br/>Yes, the order was late but sadly it was delivered cold. The cheese had almost stuck to the base thereby making it hard to eat. We did microwave the Pizza but seemed as if the Pizza wasn't prepared fresh, specially the cheese didnt seem fresh.<br/><br/>Taco's were good but again after heating the same.<br/>Wouldn't order again from this Outlet.<br/><br/>Not recommended 👎

Once my friend visited my place and we placed a bulk order as we were a fan of dominos and they accepted our order and we were eagerly waiting then they reject verbally by telling they don't deliver at my place when there restaurant is hardly far from my flat, even we asked them to deliver a mall near us so that our experience won't get exploited, we ready to go an extra mile for them but they move ain't a inch. However the staff of the outlet was rude as well, after so much exchange of words they finally atleast returned our hard earned after 7 days. Worst experience from this outlet neither we get the food and we have to wait for 7 days to get our money back. If you want to eat thier pizza better to go for dine in.

They can never break your trust. Few days back I ordered 4 pizza’s farmhouse, paneer makhani, peppy paneer, english cheddar and veggies. Awesome all of them. Always ready to try new pizza because of base only which is always fresh and crispy.

Placed an order online, and the food and delivered in 60 minutes (order no 190 yesterday ) after numerous follow ups. While the food was served hot and in good condition, due to this service issue our experience was totally affected. This is the wrost app and very bad experience that i really faced again and again. they are not able to deliver the order on time and exit very smartly to give the reason as they are facilitation partner. they forfited the payment and cheat customer and this statement shows that they treat customer as football and zomoto and restaurants are team. and they were playing football match with customers. really dont advice any one to place order with zomato, atlest i will not do any more from now.

Saw how they make Pizza, same person is making Veg and Non veg pizza, dipping in his hands in veggies and nonveg items that also without wearing any gloves.<br/><br/>Laddy carried the tray of dough tray from store to making area and didn't even bothered to see that dough inside the tray is touching the dustbin while she is carrying it. She was holding it from oneside of the tray and rest of the tray was hanging that's why it touched the dustbin. ( Giving clarity as that will be question on how dough touched the dustbin).<br/>

Domino's has always been my all time favorite since 1999. I have always loved their peppy paneer. However this time I wanted to have farmhouse with red peprica replaced with paneer. The shape may not look a perfect round however it tasted just awesome with perfect toppings and cheese. The veg nuggets were nice too, but a bit spicy.

One of my favourite pizza joint and the best of Domino's is always with cheese burst ...it is soft crispy and delicious.. and yes coke charges are high from regular cokes what we get from market(1 star minus) but ya it's good combination though.. cheers

Worst service I have received from any restaurant, Ordered a cheese burst pizza but received a normal base pizza. When I tried to call the restaurant and complain but Mr. Kumar Gaurav was very unprofessional and insisted that I was 'wrong'. I even told him I can send him a picture to prove it. He started giving outlandish justification like the cheese froze because it's winter. Will never order from here again and would suggest others to also refrain.

I actually want to give zomato and dominos -5 but there is no such option both are pathetic specially zomato who is burning investors money take money from me against order and than asking me to call restaurant direct for any concern. your feedback form does state that this place is for love and feedback , your service doesn’t reflect that even a bit though! I kept asking for a glass of water as there was no water in the water-cooler. A very kind employee of yours was so busy chit chatting around that he kept ignoring the request and then I had to subsequently look for an alternate thing that I could drink maybe and then I had to request for the cold drink that I had paid for which was also given after 15 min.
