Review Bizibean - Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Surashree Rahane
It's a great place to kick back and relax. I was there recently with friends and family, and the ambience is so cozy, it instantly makes you feel at home. The food is comfort too, specially the hummus and pita bread. I could have their plain, pesto and tomato hummus all day. The fish and lamb preparations were fresh and flavorful. Good place to chill out!

This place is a hidden gem...numerous food options are available here, same applies to the beverages. I have tried choco chip pancakes served with Malta which adds new dimension to the dish. When pancakes are honeyed and Malta slice is added to it , it gives such mellow flavour in the mouth that you will not be able to forget easily. Apart from that, Kashmiri kahwa was prepared with certainly abundant yet adequate ingredients which leaves you with a rich taste of spices and pleasant feeling. You can take your taste buds for treat over here. The staff is supportive and place is clean

Tucked in a corner at southpoint mall, this little place has a varied selection of omelettes & coffees to try, almost all of which are very well crafted. Make sure to try the blueberry pancakes & greek omelette here & give their peach smoothie a go as well, trust me you won’t regret any of it. Comfort food at its very best.

Nice place. Good meeting point. Tea is good here. Location is perfect. Staff behavior is kool and they don't bother you if you are in middle of a discussion. Keep it up.

Uses zomato gold and thus i was able to get yummy pizza and pasta in cost of one:) Jokes aside, a lovely cozy place in south point mall for some quick grabs.

Excellent staff and service. The chaps behind the counter are very polite and responsive. I esoecially loved their disclaimer regarding language. Though it wasnt warranted but i love the extra touch!!

Too good. Innovative cafe. Amazing to take selfies.

Nice casual place for a quick bite. Nice ambience and the staff was also very polite and prompt. Amazing food and service is just fine. The food items are all prepared perfectly. Must Try- Lavender tea, Grilled fish with lemon butter sauce, Eggs Florentine. Definitely recommended for casual meetings, get-together over good food and coffee.

Good variety of teas available. The Bombay style sandwich is good. Service is sometimes slow when there's a crowd. Desserts are too pricey for the quantity.

We have visited this place multiple times. It is a very relaxed place with warm and friendly staff. Vast menu, all preparations i have tried have been very well done.

Amazing place to have a quick discussion & I love their masala chai.

The place is already closed. Why is the google listing still live? Only posting here so that other people like me dont reach the place thinking its still open

Went in for a quick bite .... food was good and the decor had a nice European chic look and feel to it. Coffee was excellent

Order not accepted even after items reflecting in stock and order accepted...highly unprofessional...

This is the best coffee available in NCR. The coffee is excellent. The baristas are well trained and professional. Their Cortado is amazing. And every once in a while they have limited edition beans and you can get drinks made with those beans. And it’s less than half the
Price of Starbucks. Highly recommended.

We ordered Assam short leaf tea and Darjeeling first flush. We come to Bizibean often but never have we encountered issues with cleanliness. This milk pot is clearly evident of our unhappiness. And the server still couldn't see the issue which is a bigger matter for us. Contemplating on whether we should visit this place again.

A small Coffee outlet located in the basement of Star Mall who does justice to providing coffee at decent prices.

****************************************************************************************

*.* CONCEPT *.*

Unlike, other commercial competitors, this coffee outlet offers an aromatic coffee experience. The seating is comfortable & coffee is definitely worth it.

****************************************************************************************

*.* FOOD *.*

I tried their CHOCO CHIP COOKIE here & fell in love with every bite. It tasted fresh & was not greasy at all. The bite was yummy & complemented by cup of Cafe Latte well.

Serving size of the Cafe Latte is good enough for a single person. I ordered Mac and cheese. The taste was bland and most importantly there wasn't a speck of cheese in it. When I called them up, they said this is how we cook. Utter disgusting. Do not to order this from here.
Kabir Bhargava
By far the best and most fresh coffee in the city. Very friendly staff and quick service. Great coffee to pick up on the go and several variations can be explored. Was an eye opener for me to experience various coffee blends made to perfection. The sandwiches complement their flavours very well. Must visit, extreme value for money and far superior to Blue tokai or Starbucks.
This place is heaven for both coffee and tea lovers because 1) you get to choose your tea and coffee from the different ranges available and 2) at a very cheap price (INR 125 for cold coffee and INR 100 for a cappuccinno). The distinct variety of beans and leaves from india (ranging from mild to strong flavour) with an astounding taste and aroma are so so satisfying. It's a small kiosk on lower ground. You must try once to believe that review.
I tried Monsoon Malabar, Mysore Nugget and Zest.

The staff of bizibean drinking beer inside the outlet (ansal plaza) . I posted this review yesterday but it is not showing now . I hope bizibean Will take action against this staff, and provide good service.
Satish Tiwari
The most pathetic employees you people have. The guy who call himself store manager is pathetic and ridiculous. Taste of Capachino was the worst I have ever had. Highly obnoxious and unpalatable experience.
Rajiv Mishra
They are superb consistent quality. And if you are trying latte. Try monsoon malabar. Nothing beats the taste. I have been drinking here for last one year every now and then. Never got disappointed. Cheers to them for consistent quality and BEST ABSOLUTELY AFFORDABILITY AT VERY GOOD PRICE.

Recently went to this place for a coffee with a friend. The place seemed very simple but talking about the taste it was really complex. I mean to say that according to the layout I expected it to be normal coffee shop but in actual the taste of coffee (latte) and cookies that I ordered were really great and were above my expectations. So if you drop to this location do have a coffee here. Even the staff was also very friendly.
Tejasvi Mohan
Decent coffees. Okaysome stuff to eat, coffee is better than what they have on food menu. Staff is friendly and interactive. They have a good coffee menu. Open seating in south point mall
Diksha Kataria
There is a huge variety of beans and blends to choose from, and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. They'll even personalize the coffee to your individual tastes.
Aarti
I am reviewing their new tiny outlet in ansal plaza right in front of decathalon. Cafe latte was amazing. He had brewed it very beautifully. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Jasmine tea is not that great. I don't recommend that.
Kunal Chhoker
Sitting here at the moment and writing this review. Just ordered a classic frappe (cold coffee) and it’s pretty decent. Neither great nor bad at all. It’s a cafe in the open in the South Point mall with classic wooden furniture. The cold coffee costed 125/- and I think it’s very cheap and good keeping in mind how expensive everything is in the South Point Mall.
Jaya Singh
By far the best coffee I have ever had.
Apart from the coffee the staff is very polite and friendly. It is much better than all the popular brands for sure.
Ram.
Do Try: Their salted caramel latte. Beautiful coffee with a generous dose of salt and caramel syrup. Huge serving, enough for two to share.

Don't try: Their masala tea.

There's no ambience to speak off, it's just a bunch of chairs in the mall.
Anwesha Datta
The best chocolate brownie I had twice in here. Coffee is good too. The place is always full as the service is quick and this is on the ground floor of the mall which catches attention to people who like to sit for hours.

Good place good food soft spoken staff tried the Texan anf Sicilian style chicken Panini with cappuccino taste was really satisfying will definitely visit bizibean again it's a recommended place good job
Nikita
Will the place is nicely located I must say the location is very good as it is located at South Point Mall in Golf Course Road basically we had the cappuccino and expressive from this place it was nice to have that hair.
Vijay Lohat
I was at this place few days back... While sitting there did not think I'd enjoy the coffee... As it was the first time for me... But surprisingly it was fine... Though coffee is something that just the same everywhere... Yet it was fine... Could not take any pictures though...

I consider Bizi Bean to be the most underrated cafe in town. Bizi bean has some amazing beans and it really shines through their coffee. If I spot a bizi bean kiosk anywhere in Gurgaon, I stop and get myself a brew every time!
Personal favourites-
- Salted Caramel Latte ( good hot and cold)
- cappuccino ( always spot on)
- Flat White ( best pick me up drink)
- cold coffee ( strong, summer staple)

What I miss is their Peanut Butter Banana Shake. Perfect pre/post workout shake. It would be a great lifesaver if they include this in their menu everywhere ;)
Anshu Agarwal
A coffee shop in the lobby of South Point mall. They have a variety of beverages and a small menu for food. We ordered an Americano, Mocha, Darjeeling tea, Caramel Latte, Iced Frappe with vada pav and a sandwich. The beverages were really good and the food was not bad either.
Bharat Jhurani
Terrible coffee. Pathetic service. Was here on a Saturday evening to kill sometime while the wife shops. The staff had no clue of the menu and the difference between French press and pour over coffee. Still not taking a cue, I ordered for a pour over of the organic beans coffee.

After a good 15 minutes, the coffee container was brought to my table. I have a puzzled look. The server gave an unassuming look. I hinted that I would need a cup! Oh! He exclaimed, and was back, after a good couple of minutes with an empty cup on my table.

After all the wait, the coffee was an even bigger let down. Forget Starbucks, I probably make better coffee with normal grocery store beans at home.

Never ever going to this cafe. Of course unless I want to kill some more time and appreciate my home made coffee.

Poonam Sahota
I think the best sandwiches in a Long Long time..!! Must visit for one and for all 😁YUMMMMM!!!! MAJOR Craving at this time as well as i write this review. Maybe they could do well with delivery services and packaging a bit.
Spice It Up With Sam
Its a small little unassuming kiosk at the ground level of South point mall in Gurgaon but serves excellent single estate coffees. The pricing is also very reasonable for the quality they serve. The aroma of the freshly brewed coffee would cast a web on you and keep you coming back for more. They do have a decent selection of teas and sandwiches as well. I would like to try them sometime. (Dont know when ) Maybe when I have had my fill of coffee in the next 20-30 years 😉

Follow me on Instagram @SPICEITUPWITHSAM

Decent kiosk for tea and coffee. Limited offering and bakery items seem a bit stale or run off the mill.
Good for grab to go beverage but that's about it.
Jayantika Sarwal
Amidst a shopping spree, this small outlet serving Indian staples for winters - tea and coffee was our saviour.

A varied lip smacking cosy sipping options to dwell into. With time constraints bounding my orders, I could just grab my tongue at Desi Ginger Chai.

I absolutely relished it. Perfectly made, boiled to perfection and served with honey. What else could've I asked for to soothe my chilly feels.

The owners( I supposed ) were so sweet to make us at easy all the while the tea was boiling to intensify the ginger flavour.

Will be back to try more of it. Thanks for the love and courtesy. :)
Aparna Mohindra
The most deplorable place run by disgusting humans who deserve no place in a service industry. Refuse to serve water! Visit this place only if you want a reminder of what a cruel place this world is.
Badal Rag
They maybe a small kiosk with limited seating in the south point mall atrium but they serve the best coffee we have had. Great choices be it French press or cappuccino or frappe. And excellent sandwiches and muffins to accompany. Try them once, you would become their fan too.

Bizibean......is very interesting ambience.
Amazing interior.
I must be recommend to my group guys.
Overall my rating's to this place ......5.0....!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect outlet for your coffee fix. Located in the open area of the mall, is a small kiosk serving premium quality arabica coffee. I tried a cup of salted caramel latte and it was made well. With that i had the bizibean special sandwich with peppers, chicken and caramelised onions. The bread was soft but it could use more filling.
The staff was quite welcoming.

This is a small Kiosk at the DLF South Point Mall, Gurgaon. Its a prefect place for quick coffee break. They have different types of coffee such as Aeropress, French press or simply pour over. Their service was very good with polite and prompt staff.
I had a Carmel Latte which was very good and with my coffee i also had a Blueberry Muffin which was very tasty. Its a great place to get you coffee fix.

Overall rating.

Ambience 3/5

Service 4/5

Taste 4/5

Pocket friendliness 4/5

Bizibean is adorable. A small kiosk in the south point mall atrium with a few chairs thrown around would normally not attract a second glance. But have a coffee here once and you are hooked for life. They manage to do various types- poured, French press, aeropress. A selection of tea and shakes are also available. The sandwiches and brownies are nice too. So take your favourite book, pick up your coffee at Bizibean and spend your day in a meditative slumber. Life would look good.
Sandeep
Has the best coffee I have had in the country. Though it is just a counter at the mall's lobby, the staff are professional and cheerful.

Cheers!...keep up the good work
Kinshu Sultania
This little coffee shop in the mall atrium might not be your first choice when you enter the mall but whoever has managed to give it a shot swears by it. The staff is one of the friendliest and the coffee is pretty good. The quantity being served is also pretty large. Their sandwiches are also worth ordering. It's perfect for both, a quick coffee as well as lounging there for a bit.
Srinjoy Sarkar
This rating is purely based on their freshly ground coffee beans. If you enjoy coffee, get your beans from here. I wish they had a website or another store from where I could purchase their coffee beans.
Vikas Malhotra
The best coffee in India I have had so far. I am a coffee connoisseur and I like it pure: espresso. That's when you get the true flavour of coffee. I have tasted espressos in, let's say, 15 different places on earth, including three countries of South America. And this coffee can give any of those coffees a run for their money, I swear.

So, if you know what real coffee should taste and smell like and, to top it, want it served with great service, pay Bizibean a visit. At Rs 62 for a single shot of espresso, this place is super cheap!

Regards
Vikas

A nice place to have a quick meal if you are in this mall or near it on golf course Road. Since its an open cafe in a relatively quite mall, you could enjoy your meal in peace. The frappes are good and the bizi bean special sandwich is a must have. Servers are cordial and helpful

If you are a coffee lover, leave everything and run to this place NOW!!

In a cozy afternoon near Golf course road, when I was searching for a nearby place to sip on some coffee, this place, fortunately, turned out to be the closest.

Ambience: In a small set up in South point mall with sitting space in the mall, the place is quiet and calm to enjoy your solitude with a hot cup of coffee.

Coffee: The outlet has a large variety of coffee beans and tea to offer.
Being impressed with all the collection, I ordered a latte with double espresso shot. The coffee was the best coffee I ever had till date. Before I could take a sip from the mug, the aroma of the fresh coffee took and a leaf latte art drawn by the coffee maker took over my mind. I took my first sip and it further enhanced the whole coffee experience. The strong taste of coffee with the right amount of milk made it a perfect mug of coffee.

Price n service: With 90 bucks for a latte is more than a fair deal keeping in mind the perfectly made coffee that you get. Also, you can buy coffee beans from the outlet which is also reasonably priced.
The staff was good and the service was prompt.

Final word: If you love your coffee and like it to be fresh, this place is an absolute must for you.

I'm dead sure this place was born out of a coffee/tea lover's dream. It is clearly the best in its domain. I'm not so much into tea, hence I'll speak about my coffee experience here. I've been here about 10 times....had about 15 cups of coffee..... Tried all the coffees they keep (single plantation as well as blends) and tried every brewing method. They do espresso, pour-over, French press and Aeropress. Imagine all those being done with about 7-8 coffee varieties. Guess I have a few more visits before I go through it all. For the tea lovers, there's a similar variety waiting. Why would a coffee purist go to a Starbucks now??!!
Ajay Wadhwa
The best place for real coffee lovers
The beans that they use has the real essense of coffee and if u r one of those real hot coffee lover, this is the place for you guys
Enjoy
VgNsH
Just tried the espresso.

Initial taste was bit burnt. Aftertaste was little sweet with still the burnt notes. Not the best espresso i had. But better than CCD.

Also had a feeling that they grind the powder once a day and use it throughout. Might explain the loss of aroma.
Shweta Mishra Suri
Go to them for some awesome coffee.!! We have been buying coffee beans from them for a few months now. They had yummy mushroom tarts which for some reason they have discontinued :-(
Chanda19
Have always enjoyed the cappuccino at bizibean, having tried it at all 3 outlets in Gurgaon - star mall, spencer's and here.
The coffee is consistently aromatic n robust. Tried the iced cappuccino too, was pretty good.
Also had a chicken sandwich called bizibean special. Was made well, with multigrain bread. The only downer being the lettuce in the sandwich which was not fresh .
Service Is polite and eager to please.
If you are a serious coffee drinker, ditch that Starbucks' and head to Bizibean!!
Vickrham (Vicky)
Not a regular hangout but once a quarter or so. Happened to reach this coffee shop located on LG floor next to escalators. Was waiting for someone, so ordered an Ice Frappe. To my surprise it was a real good coffee. My colleague tried the Espresso shot and lived it thoroughly. Nice aroma and blend of coffees at this place. They also do Teas of many types. Staff is friendly and rates are reasonable. loved it.

I work very close to this mall and this coffee shop I must say is a perfect destination to relax after spending 12 hectic hours at work. Its cappuccino is best in aroma, taste, look and texture (no order). All thanks to Rajendra who has got some magic in his brewing skills. You can actually see him turning all those brownish coffee beans into a spectacular cuppa of hot tasty coffee in minutes.

Do visit and ask Rajendra to make 'extra hot' coffee and he will get you a cup which will open your eyes in its very first sip. You may also try their oat biscuits which taste best when you dip it in Indian style. :)

Excellent coffee, Rajendran is an expert brewer, keep up good work, perhaps the best coffee in town, they listen to your preferences and give you just the right taste

The finest Coffee in North India - the variety and service straight from the heart , make BiziBean my must go to joint for a Coffee or just a chat with the owners (Raj, Aharnish - fascinating and fun to converse with) or their team (Sunny, Rakesh, Raj all gems who want to serve the best coffee and a sense of genuine service that's rare to come by these days). If you haven't been there yet - go for the coffee, and stay for the warmth (and the coffee which is the BEST)
Anindya Roy
I visit this place every day. at least once. why ?

1. You get greatest coffee at possibly the best price in NCR. I mean 40 bucks for an espresso solo ? is it 1980s ?

2. They have great selection of beans which you can choose from for your brew. Not all days you need the strongest coffee and neither all blends taste best with the same beans. Some one tell this to CCD please !!

3. The barsitas ( Specifically Rajendra ) are so keen and sincere that they remember your taste and flavor for ever, and customize the blend exactly the way you like it. I mean me and my wife could end up ordering the same drink. but they prepare it differently for both of us based on our liking. I mean I like my Mochachillo to be strong and with regular sugar and my wife likes it a bit mild with sugerfree. where else you will get that level of personalization.

Stumbled upon this place by chance after a meeting with a client. Tried there Bizibean special chicken sandwich and coffee. Simply brilliant. The sandwich was fresh and soft. Good change from the usual traditional coffee chains who serve stale tasteless food. Must try for people who like coffee as it has strong flavour.
Mayank Arora
The sandwiches weren't fresh. The cheese was stale. Dont feel good after the food. Avoid this!

Say Cheese Sandwich: 1/5
Chicken Melt Sandwich: 2/5

Overall 1.5/5

Nice place to have a cup of coffee. Use fresh coffee beans. Amazing oreo n chocolate shakes. Even the sandwiches are delicious. Quick and friendly service.
Saurabh Jaggi
Super awesome coffee. Super tasty cookies. Cold coffee is a must have. A really nice place to hangout with your friends. Also try their iced teas.
Max Sugerman
Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful. I live in Phase one, but always come here to get my ground coffee. Good quality coffee is really hard to find in NCR, but this place has a great variety of beans at a extremely reasonable price.

I chanced upon this little coffee shop, one evening, on a bank holiday. The place is located on the ground floor of the mall. It has a very spacious setting, a few tables that are occupied by coffee lovers and regular customers. The setting is spacious and not very noisy.

The cafe has a section where the coffee of different blends and roasts are displayed. Fresh roasted beans on display. Absolutely brilliant. I ordered an espresso (doppio) and was advised to try the in-house blend. The order was taken in a very professional manner. The service was prompt and the espresso, fresh and reviving. The espresso had the 'crema', which was indicative of freshly roasted beans.

I haven't tried the sandwiches yet, but I am sure they will be delicious. In addition to this, the chaps, here, are selling coffee brewing equipment (as well for brewing tea). I'd also like to add that they know their coffee well.

I will definitely visit again. A refreshing change from those mass market chains and mass market beans.
Arijit Ganguly
It was a cafe crawl day for me trying out different coffees around Gurgaon so by the time I was in Bizibean, the taste buds had given up. I had the chicken sandwich that was not that good. They had grilled it so much, it almost felt as if its fried. My friend had the macchiato that he found to be good. Its in the basement of the mall in open. They sell coffees and teas in retail as well and apparently they have their own coffee roasting company as well.

** Update August 2017 **
I have been here couple of more times and the experience was better, especially the coffee. The house blend black coffee, city roast and it hit the spot. Early mornings might not be comfortable here as they are dependent on the South Point Mall AC and somedays they start it late.
Anand Hirvey
This is the place to enjoy goooood coffee. I write this while sipping a pour over of Cafe Noir. A super strong, non acidic, real gem of a coffee that's supposed to be had black and only black.

They've recently updated their bites offerings to delicious tarts, sandwiches and good old cookies.
Sagar Khatri
I visit this place every weekend as it is at a walking distance from my home. If you are looking for a place to chit chat on a cup of coffee, this one is highly recommended. They have excellent coffee and the best part is you get to select the beans. I have now almost tried all the available beans and my favorite till date remains the cafe Noire. Its slightly on a strong side though.
They have a variety of options but I would suggest the "Pour Over" is worth giving a shot. Its good enough for two people. The place is located on the ground floor strategically at the entrance with a perfect ambiance for a coffee shop. The staff gives you good suggestions based on your likes. Overall good place to hang out and I am surely continuing going to this place for near future.

Place for and by coffee connoisseurs.

Carefully curated choice of single origin Indian coffee beans and blends. Get advice on acidity, boldness, roast type etc to get your coffee just right.

Thank you - we need you!

Origins and characteristics are clearly labelled and explained.

Gruppo Cimbali machine for espresso. Pour over available too.

Similar attention to teas.
Kanu Priya
Its amongst the newest coffee shops in the city. The coffee is good and prices are decent as compared to other coffee chains available.
Must try: hazelnut latte.
Charu Sethi
It's a nice little place tucked away in the lower ground floor of the mall. The best part abt this place is superior taste at cheaper rates than the regular coffee day n barista. A cappucino here costs only Rs 78 incl of taxes and is deliciously creamy with the right combination of caffeine. They also try to improvise by offering innovative concoctions like coco loco - coconut water, honey, ginger lime; Indonesian and French coffees too at extremely affordable rates. This has become a weekly seclude for me whenever I visit the mall. Keep up the good work guys!

I liked this place. It was a change from usual coffee shops. Enjoyed my coffee here. Will try handcrafted teas next time.
