Nice little cafe tucked away on the ground floor, in a cozy corner of ambience mall. I liked their coconut cinnamon latte and cappuccino. Their coffee is yum, and isn't overpriced like other brands. We also ordered their sea salt cookie which was perfectly gooey from the inside and crunchy from the edges. Their seating isn't much, just about adequate for 10 people i guess. The service is quick, and the lady behind the counter was polite and helped us with our order. Overall I would love to visit this cafe again, and would definitely prefer it to the bigger cafes available in ambience mall.

As usual, brilliant coffee but the little "issue", if I may call it that is the fact that it's 'open', as in you know it is not a coffee shop that has much privacy. Yes, being inside a mall might not give you much privacy anyhow, but I somehow felt, if there was some sort of privacy, it would've been way better.
However, the staff, the management, and ofcourse the coffee, as always, is brilliant! ✌️❤️

Blue tokai is situated at the other end of ambience mall on ground floor.. has a nice seating area .. the cappuccino was good along with the butter croissant.. prices are reasonable, service is fast and efficient.

Tried Blue Tokai for the first time and indeed it's coffee is stronger than rest of the cafe chains. Would recommend to people who are fond of strong caffeine.

One of the better places in The mall for coffee. Travelling from out of country, and got some seasonal beans of their specialty coffee that I took home with me. Avoid starbucks and get your coffee here.

We came from Melbourne. And were surprised to have such a good coffee. It was perfect. Lovecase , suggested and understood what we want. They had options for milk . Our experience was really good.

Heard a lot about Blue Tokai so wanted to give it a try before I buy it. I tried the iced latte. It wasn’t the best honestly and the sizing was smaller. Mostly ice and it is just one shot of espresso. I really appreciated the non dairy oat milk they had as well. However it wasn’t the best and I won’t be buying again.

Blue Tokai has great coffee options suiting different pallets. Even the confectionery is good.
Had tried butter croissant 🥐, iced americano and cappuccino. All were great. Service was good and quick.
The baristas were not in uniform, were shabbily dressed in casual apparel. I don't know if Blue Tokai staff wears branded uniforms or not.
Otherwise the whole experience was nice.

One of the best places to have coffee at Ambience. Be great if they can staff more for the rush hours esp considering it's winter. You could end up with a not so hot coffee if you are an extra hot coffee lover. The open space can get really noisy during peak hours so if you are looking for some quite time with your cuppa then probably not the best of settings.

I went to Blue Tokai on a Friday afternoon and placed a simple order of two strong cappuccinos. I have to say the service here is pretty slow, in fact I was really surprised to see the server going from table to table asking people if they had ordered cappuccino before he finally came to the right table which was mine! Phew! Besides this, there was a pretty angry lady next to my table who was practically yelling at someone over the phone. I honestly don’t understand why people hog a table forever after they’ve had their coffee. It’s understandable that you want to work but at least don’t bother other people around you. Perhaps, the manager could have intervened but they might not know about this because they are usually at the other side (sighs). The coffee itself was not bad, but I have had better.<br/>I would stick to the other coffee outlets, that I like more, in future.

i ordered a chicken salad. the order came in an unsealed box with no tape or seal. there was no sticker or cutlery. the box was barely closed. which leads me to think what could have happened along the way. Please note- the pictures illustrate the packaging and not the quantity.

This is a coffee snob's paradise. They make 'real' coffee with a few select options. I tried the cappuccino and it wasn't like the typical cafe version. The prices are on the higher side but it is ok to visit once in a while.

This place located in the centre of excavator of Ambience Mall in ground floor, Ambience is quiet ok but their Freshly brewed cappuccino with veg croissant was wonderful,<br/>1 Mark deducted because of the grooming of their staff, they were not neat & tidy.<br/>But food & coffee both were amazing.

My one of the favorite coffee place. The sea salt moccha, cafe latte and americano coffee are some of the best they have. My perfect escape for an coffee excuse. I love it. A must try coffee place for all coffee lovers. If you miss coffee here you miss joy of having a real taste of it.

This was the first time we had gone to blue tokai, even though had heard a lot about it. This is a small kiosk right next to the escalator on the ground floor. We bought some home made chocolates and ordered a frappe. The chocolate bar that we bought was for 399/- and as soon as we took the first bite, we had throw the entire bar in the bin, that's how bad it was! Frappe was really good, just the right amount of sugar but the quantity was awful, a very small cup.

Been to this one a few times. <br/>They DID have their teething issues earlier on. <br/>The girl at the counter made an absolute mess on the platform handing my take away coffee over the first time around. Too early I guess. <br/><br/>But a lot better now. And nothing beats the coffee at this place.

We visited the outlet on 16th Dec and had ordered two hot chocolate takeaways. It's tasted funny and sour on the first sip while we were walking up to out car and we didn't know what was wrong with it. We reached home and decided to empty out the liquid only to realise that the milk was split. It was just a really bad experience for us. We paid over 400 rupees for two drinks that we had to throw down the flush. Blue Tokai is a big brand name in delhi and I was quite excited to try it for the first time and it literally left a sour taste in my mouth. Please look into what they are putting in your food. Always taste it at the restaurant and decide if it's even edible. It was out biggest mistake to have takeaways coz we couldn't even get them changed.

New outlet on ground floor with cute lil open sitting but the food and service disappointed me. <br/>First they have very few options on food menu and above it they had only one available for serving in veg,which they told me after placing and paying for order ,so in short my ordered item was available . Well we went to this place today evening. Nice outlet with so polite staff and cent percent hygenic.<br/><br/>We ordered coffee shot, morning bun, chilli cinnamon hot coffee, hash brown sandwich and oats raisin cookie.<br/><br/>Everything tasted super delicious and we simply loved it to the core of our hearts.<br/><br/>Definitely worth repeated visits and complete value of money.
