Review Sankalp The Taste Of South - Gurugram (Gurgaon)

The best place I have come across to have South Indian food, there is nothing that gets better than this. Nice homely feel to the restaurant not to flash and all. It is decent, the staff is very respectful, courteous and warm. The food is served with utter love and is to tasty. You will love the aroma as soon you get in there. They got a sweet little selection of drinks as well. Good family restaurant can also go with friends too. Carry on guys 😎😎😎👍👍👍

Fantastic place for a south indian lover. I would say its 20 as compared to Sarvana bhawan in terms of authentic taste. Try their paper masala dosa & malabar paratha curry dish. Is finger licking. The ambience is good as well as the staff they are all proactive & well mannered. We went to Sohna’s branch and had a great experience. Will come again for sure.

🍱 Great food. 🖼️ Pretty average ambience 🧑‍🍳 low on service - pretty slow 🚗 Parking is a problem 🚡 No lifts so you have to climb up the stairs Food I tried : - Rawa Masala Chilly Garlic Dosa : 4/5 - Sambar Vada : 5/5

Firstly, the atmosphere of the restaurant was very inviting and pleasant. The decor was simple yet elegant, and the lighting was just right. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable seating arrangement. Moving on to the food, I must say that the dishes were absolutely delicious and authentic. The menu had a wide variety of vegetarian options, and the dishes were cooked to perfection. I particularly enjoyed the dosas, idlis, and sambar, which were all freshly prepared and bursting with flavor. The chutneys were also excellent, and complemented the dishes perfectly. The service at Naivedhyam was prompt and courteous. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and were happy to offer suggestions based on our preferences. They were also attentive to our needs and made sure that we had a great dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend Naivedhyam South Indian restaurant to anyone who is looking for an authentic and delicious South Indian dining experience. The food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch, and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Good place for South Indian cuisine. Unfortunately the service was not as great as I expected in comparison to the restaurants serving same cuisine styles in Hyderabad or Bangalore. Nonetheless the food is good. We ordered an onion dosa, a maharaja thali and mixed vegetable uttapam. The taste was good. The ambience is nice and one can take family to this place. More suitable for lunches and dinners I would say rather than snacks.
Varun Gadhok
Cozy ambience, dim lights with light music … a perfect setting for a relaxed south indian cuisine. A very authentic south indian restaurant…. Ordered a plain paper dosa and rava mysore masala, both were outstandingly delicious. Staff is warm. They give complimentary butter milk which can be replaced by rasam on request
Jaspal Dehal
Absolutely amazing food, very tasty. Place is very neat and clean. Service level is very good. Staff is very professional. Service is prompt. It’s on the first floor and entry is from right side of mart, towards the gate of Vatika society. There is ample free parking in front of the restaurant on the road.
Abhishek Kumar
Authentic South Indian food . Food was tasty up to the mark but service was slow.
Siddharth Garg
Could have more options. Tastewise it is a good place, could have been better. Has some non-onion and non-garlic options, so people who prefer that could give this place a try. Staff behaviour is good.
Vipul Sharma
Ample parking space on the road outside. Restaurant is located on 1st floor. I couldn't find an Elevator to reach there and took stairs. They are serving authentic South Indian food. One can try their range of thalis as it has variety of dishes. Five stars for the food and 3 stars for the service. The waiters don't come by themselves and need to be called every time you need something. Overall a good experience.
Nitin Sharma
Awesome south Indian restaurant. Every dish we ordered was sumptuous and delightful. Very nice restaurant and super fast service they have proven ded to us though the restaurant was crowded. Kudos to the staff and management for their optimal service and sorted kitchen which is processing dishes effortlessly.

This is place highly recommended if you love proper South Indian food. Service is excellent here. Don't miss their welcome drink which is Butter milk or Rasam, they will ask you which one you want. Must try their naivedyam special icecream it's really delicious with lots of fruits
Neha Kashyap
Best for South Indian Cuisine. Mysore Dosa is a must try here.
Aarohi Pareek
Had a wonderful dining experience here. Absolutely loved the authentic flavors at this South Indian restaurant! The dosas were crispy and delicious, and the sambar had the perfect balance of spices. The presentation of the dishes was top-notch, and the taste didn't disappoint either. The fusion of traditional and contemporary flavors in their unique dishes made for an interesting and enjoyable culinary experience."Will definitely be coming back for more!"

Love this place . Food is ultimate 😋 All chatni suberb.... Enjoying dhosa with South Indian light music ..lovely Everything is perfect 🥰

Just a little expensive for a south indian restaurant. But I love the food here. Must have rava masala and Naivedyam Special Thaali. Also in desserts Kesari Bhath is stupendous. Service is good, food is good.. atmosphere is quite and good amount of seating. 50-60 people can seat at a time.
Mayank Gupta
Food is good, prices reasonable. Portion sizes are small. Parking here is free. Very decent quality South Indian food. There is lots of variety too. Prices may sound cheap but they are compensated by the portion sizes. Per person still it could be somewhere around 250. You can buy some sweets to take home too from here. There is just stairs you have to walk one floor up to the restaurant and no elevators. So keep this in mind while bringing elderly and physically challenged people here.

We were excited to try out Sankalp after hearing so much positive reviews on social media and we landed at the restaurant recently for lunch.

Wanted to try the appam but were informed that th e menu has been printed incorrectly and they don't keep appam and stew. Ordered the south indian platter and medu vada instead.

We were served rasam to start with and it was nice and tangy. Set us up expecting a nice meal.

The service was quick and our order arrived.

The vada was super oily and lookedl reheated and too salty.

The platter has baby idli which were hard and stale. Vada was oily and too salty. Dosa was average, and so was the Utapam. Sambhar is a little sweet if you like that kind.

Overall, a very bad experience in terms of food. A place calling them South Indian specialists need to think if they really got it right.

Ambience is fine but they need
Parul Sukhija
Tried their food a while back but did not like the dosa, sambhar or the chutney. vada was the only thing that tasted good - rest all was not worth it
Aparna Garg
Tried to order food twice, once dinner and second time lunch. Both the time, restaurant accepted the order and after 1 hr, when following up they rejected it. Very unprofessional behavior
Pankaj
Presentation is very cool(great). Ambience &staff &feel is very nice. What it lacks is great taste and ...quantity of food I found is less so not value for money.
Guneet Bhatia
Great outlet for south Indian cuisine. We tried masala dosa, plain dosa and south Indian platter. Dosa was good in taste. Platter had one uttapam, a mini dosa, two small idlis abd a vada. Quantity was good enough for one person. The service was a bit slow which I feel needs to be improved.
Khake_dekh
Great nourishment ! esteem for cash ! . One can have a speedy get of any south Indian nourishment here . Spot is open till 11 , so on the off chance that you get late can in any case get a nibble here.
Sanya Kapoor
Delecious food!!! Those who have south Indian food craving! This place is a must!! Lovely ambience! Desserts are amazing too! Must go! 💚💚
Mohit Jain
Superb food and ambience. A value for money for great taste.
Kuldeep Singh Yadav
Ordered the onion and paneer dosa considering they would be safe options, it being a supposedly South indian restaurant. But was disappointed with them. The onion dosa was bland and tasteless and paneer dosa was overly done with too much spices. Also the chutneys and sambhar were nothing to write about. Atleast get the basics right before putting zillion items in the menu.
Simran Oberoi
Would definitely recommend this place ! Food was good except the Upma .
Amit Jain
Love this place for its true south Indian taste. Ordered a plate Idli online, great packing, and request for extra sambhar kindly meet unlike most of the other places. Great place and everyone should try in once.
Arvind Taneja
I went with lot of expectation to this place, unfortunately this world record making restaurant chain just cudnt live upto it.

Fried Masala idli was served normal idli tosed in onion tomato capsicum,

Gun powder was served in paste form in oil all other good restaurants serve it with ghee, even after asking them change it into ghee they brought it in coconut oil the second time and then it came the third time in ghee.

Cheese uthapam was cold and seemed reheated even the cheese on top was cold as if it was an after thought.

This is the only south Indian restaurant that serves all mughlai dishes but NoO LEMON RICE. Good part we paid for two things juices which we again forced them to serve as they don't have juice in the menu and one dish. I rest my case...
Gaurav Singh Gary
Idli was tasteless. Improve your quality.
Aditi Goel
My pocket money was due and I was supposed to get tonight but after having dinner at Sankalp my father was in no mood to give the same. The Sankalp people have destroyed my Diwali as I forced my dad to have dinner there and now he thinks I waste money.
Manali Arora
Well I can't tell you how good or bad is the South Indian food but what I can definitely recommend is to try the chef style preparation and the pudhina paranthas. They both are awesome.
Sumit Bansal
Very very ordinary food. In fact we tried all the spectrum of south indian food but sadly nothing tasted even average. Also the dosa served was not fresh. The rating is either fake or the restaurant has deteriorated recently. As of now its a below average restaurant which cannot be recommended
Anvi Khanna
The food was really delicious. We over stuffed ourselves so much, just because the food was so great. The staff is also as good as the food. Strongly recommend this place.
Saurabh Sharma
Guys, pls if u want to eat good south indian food then don't order it from here they are serving the worst south indian food...i want simple curd rice instead they put cucumber and carrot in curd rice...pls chefs in sankalp learn some traditional south indian food n then serve...u have all cuisines like north indian south indian but firstly took expertise in cuisine n then let people to come......Sab ka mixture krdo or barbaad krdo cuisine ke naam pe.... One thing is that they don't use fresh oil because the pic i uploaded is of vaghar idli and it smells worst like some old oil is used in idli....
Yugal Karkhur
I expected one basic dosa to be made proper! Not made even close to my expectations. I also ordered vada but was badly overcooked. Sambhar was not good in taste! Very upset

Went to Sankalp recently, was very disappointed with the food. This is a super honest review and try it yourself and you will feel the same.

Restaurant offers a good ambience and styled the traditional South Indian cuisine and presented in a modern way. Of course that presentation comes with a price.. The Normal dosas cost a bomb , you have to have separate potato filling for your masala dosa, means potato is charged separately. The offer variety in dosas and trust me it's not even that special to fall for. The disable sizes are small, except you buy the biggest one. The sambhar tastes like a ready mix sambhar being used and trust me you will 100 percent feel this. The chutneys are fine. I tried a mix of stuffs the quantity is less and also they prices are high. Overall I would not suggest this place , would suggest to go to Navediyam my 2000 bill in sankalp would have coated me max 1000 in navediyam and with better taste and quality.
Yogesh Huja
We have ordered some dosa and idlis for home delivery. Sambar and chutney were missing and the whole experience was killed.
Vijay Sharma
Sankalp is very nice restaurent for sitting dining and home deliveryes . The south indian dishes is my first choice to delivered by this restaurent and different types of fresh beverege also available here
Pari Saloni
When it comes to South it's one of the restaurants to taste
Parniet
Nice place in Good earth city center. For good South Indian food. We ordered Dahi vada, cheese uttpam, cheese dosa and idli. The food was served in no time and was hot n fresh. The idli was apt and enough for 2 people. The cheese dosa was awesome and the Dahi vadda was simply outstanding. Overall a nice place for family to have food.
Sandeep Sethi
We went to Sankalp after my wife was missing the mumbai dosas and we tried the schezwan cheese rawa dosa ! To say that it was anything short of mind blowing would be wrong on my part ! Loved the taste, the spice and the crispness ! The chutneys are great and overall an awesome experience
Paritosh
Went to Sankalp looking for a south indian experience on the occassion of Onam.. had discovered it thru Zomato.. the ambience of the restaurant is contemporary and not specifically south indian.. the menu also has ample north indian items.. coming to the food.. we tried the newly launched idli Medley and spooky dosa rolls.. the kebab shots was not available.. the presentation and taste were great.. we also ordered the classic Malabar parotta and veg korma combination.. it was also good.. the taste of the sambhar was disappointing however the rasam served initially as an appetizer was spot on.. service was prompt and the prices are reasonable.. all I all a good option for a family meal..
Sahil Manchanda
I ordered a plate of steamed idli for delivery through Swiggy. The idlis that I received were stale and tasted sour. I really the doubt the quality of food this restaurant is offering. I will never ever think of eating in Sankalp and would recommend against this restaurant to everybody that I know.
Tejal Pujara
I ordered a plate of steamed idli through Swiggy. The Idli delivered was stale and tasted sour. I strongly recommend to avoid this restaurant.
Meets
The aloo bhaji in dosas was undercooked and bland. The dosas became hard by the time they were delivered. I have ordered several times before. The quality has gone down.

There was a cockroach crawling on my plate. On complaining they casually said “aa gaya hogs”. I wonder if there are bugs in plate what will be happening in the kitchen. They were not even apologetic!
Garima Rastogi
Got to know about this place from Zomato. They serve a variety of south indian dishes. I just loved the various chutneys they were serving along with the dosas. The prices were economical. must visit place for all south indian food lovers!!!!
Dbatra10
No Taste, wastage of money on South Indian food. Better visit Naivaidyam. No doubt ambience, cutlery are good.
Sneha Manocha
It was a wonderful experience. Everything was proper - the taste of the food, the service , the ambience. This outlet is keeping the authenticity of the cuisine with courteous staff and beautiful ambience.
Pavi
We ordered Poori bhaji meal..was very disappointing..they have given oily poori's with dosa aaloo dry filling...this is not authentic poori bhaji..they shd mention the same clearly in their menu"poori with dry potato dosa filling" bad start of day..
Mohd Amir
Good place if you want to try new varieties of Dosas. Sambhar is of average quality, I don't liked it much. Ambience is good. Service is fast.
Worth a try!!
Shivangi Arora
I have recently visited this place . Could not find it worth it as compared to the prices they are charging . The staff is friendly but the South Indian food is not at all upto the mark . I have ordered cheese idli which is not at all good . And corn cheese dosa . The cheese used was not at all good . I will not recommend this place
Anjali Chaudhary
I was just roaming around the place and felt hungry so entered sankalp for the first time and it taste good. My 1.5 yr old kid loved the cheese idli. I had schewan dosa and i liked it a lot.
Kriti Ranjan
Super crispy authentic dosa with mouthwatering and a variety of chutnies but honestly speaking the north Indian thali stole my heart, with right amount of flavors, the thali was just beyond my expectations...
Schivein Grover
I ordered food from this place and looking at their rating was excited. But it was a real disappointment because I received my sambar in a broken packet that was spilled over and was obviously not edible. When I asked the delivery man from the restaurant to replace the sambar, he told me to write a review instead of apologising. Even though I received credits for my order but the food was not enjoyable because Sambar is the main component of South Indian food. Will not order from this place again, worst delivery ever.
Heer Toh Badi Fat Hai - Juhi Kapoor
A great place to be with family! Great staff always there. Food is average comparatively to other South Indian places. But a bit of a fine dine experience !
Nimisha Jain
Expected much more authentic south indian food!! Highly disappointed with the Mysore Masala Dosa and Set Dosa. It tasted like they tried to be Authentic South Indian joint but they were not even close to being one. Worst south indian I have ever had. Go to Sankalp to have sizzling brownie but not South Indian for sure.
Saloni Bhatia
Pathetic service... the quality of packing is bad... the was food spilled in the poly bag... whatz d use of delivering if the packaging can not carry it
Sanjay Dutt Vyas
The order was completely damaged - very shabby - zomato is playing with the health of people
Sankalp is the Reastaurant and they are also crappy
Sarvan Gupta
A South Indian restaurant in Sec 50 Gurugram. Very nice ambience and neat and clean.
Dahi Vada and Masala dosa was so good and filling as well. Food presentation was nice.
Prompt service and nice and humble staff.
Jyoti Pokhariya
Perfect place for family and friends...food is delicious and excellent staff (if you have never tasted South Indian then they'll elaborate you so patiently).... Loved it 😊
Sunny Pahuja
Going their for breakfast and order Idli sambhar. They served the meal fast and presentation was also nice. The Idli was soft and sambhar was fresh very tasty. Ambiance interior and sitting arrangements all were upto the level.
Sikander Singh
Really not worth it and please dont order food from there to your place by mistake also , it is expensive for no reason not even close to real south Indian food, piece of shit!!
Varun Mishra
It is a decent place to eat good aouth Indian food. Has a very nice ambience and good service. I ate Ghee Dosa with potato inside. Its was decent. A bit different. Sambhar was also nice. I also had malabari paratha woth kurma which was also up to the mark. Kurma could have been more mashed. One suggestionz - they serve welcome drink but it is hot rasam. I would have been happpier if it was something cold. For dessert, had sizzling brownie with ice cream which was very well done. There is also waiting during the weekends. But the service is prompt.
Balram Sharma
Food are taste less. We have tired south Indian. Dosa look like road side. Food is like street food will not recommend. I really suggest to avoid this. For South Indian food, I'll suggest Navedum.
Ankur Singhal
Good place for authentic South Indian food. I like pav bhaji dosa and fried idly. Specially, sambhar is very delicious and I will recommend to everyone for must try.
TT
Most horrible food. Burnt vadas, stale coconut chutney and onions in onion rava dosa also burnt. Tasteless food. The sambar had not a single vegetable. Never seen or tasted such a sambar. A review from a South Indian who will never recommend this place
Chef Harsh Neerav
Went there for the second time because my sister and her hubby somehow like it.. But there are better south indian options available. The mock tails are good though
Sumit Jain
Sankalp is the best South Indian chain as per my experience till now. The staff is equally good and generous. Gou cannot miss to try the set of 5 Chutneys along with the original rasam.
1990.anurag
Food was pathetic. They haven't mentioned details in their items. I ordered fried idli which was nothing but plain idli deep fried soaking oil. The poori bhaji was nothing but the dosa filling. When i called the staff they were so rude. Please dont go on the fake good reviews. Ruined my sunday.
Santosh Pal
It is a nice place with wonderful ambiance. Food is good here which is fresh and good to taste. When you order you get rasam before starting your meal which will end with the offering of paan. Overall a nice place to visit.
Paras Mani Barman
You won't find the best of South India here but the variety is definitely eye-catching. The food is average. A thumbs up for the hygienic ambience.
Rahul Tikoo
Nothing special, mediocre food. Better presentation than the competitors but was very disappointed with all items ordered. I'd rather avoid it for next time..
Geetika Tandon
This place has too good South Indian food which tastes like never before. They are value for money and taste both. Food is awesome and presentation is also good.
Arpit Banerjee
Went for a dine in on a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed. The place is big with good seating and is mostly packed at eating hours. They have a varied selection of dosa with interesting fusions ,like spinach cheese dosa(?). Was a bit sceptical but it turned out great. Ordered dosa, uthapam and upma , all dishes were good and are accompanied with different chutnies which taste great. Recommended for a family outing.
Parth
The food here is amazing and the service is super prompt. Been here multiple times and never once been disappointed. The ambience is great and the staff is super polite and courteous.

We have generally been visiting Naivedyam (Vatika Business Park) for South India until we tried Sankalk in Good Earth City Centre. Nice ambiance and very good service.

The food gives you the feel of real south indian taste.

Some of the dishes we order regularly from here - Mysore Masala Dosa , Chettinad Dosa , Malabari Parotta , Paper Dosaand, Pyasam

Ambience-5

Service - 5

Food - 4.5

Location - 5

Also is a partner with Zomato's Gold Membership !!!
Alba Singh
We visited Sankalp for dinner on a weekday and the restaurant was fairly busy. After placing our order, we were served a glass of freshly made rasam. Our starter included Medu Vada (recommended). Our main included Kara Mura Dosa (recommended - highly flaky) and Malabari Porotta with Kurma (ok - the Porotta was slightly dry). The sambar and accompanying chutneys were excellent!. For dessert, we ordered a serve of Payasam (recommended). The service is good and the ambiance is casual. The restaurant is great for a family meal.
DivyaA
I happened to stay at Holiday Inn Express at the Good Earth City Center and I was looking for a place to eat. I saw Sankalp had really amazing reviews on Google Maps and trust me they were not wrong. The amazing Rasam that is offered to everyone who comes to dine and the Masala Dosa were an absolute delight. Even their North Indian cuisine came as a great surprise. Must try!
Tastebuddy
Best South Indian I ever had in Delhi/NCR..They have a variety of dosas which are very delicious..I love their idea of serving kid-friendly dishes. My baby had butter idly and even we couldn't stop ourselves from tasting that
Neharika
Amazing place in good earth city centre..
Delicious food
They have some amazing options in south indian food and north india as well
For weekenda..be ready for long queue.
Prateek Vijayvergia
My family feel sick after having lunch. Must have been stale food.
Ambience was decent and service was prompt.
Would NOT recommend to anyone.
Pranav
Ambience, crowd, location and seating are great. Feels upmarket compared to other south Indian restaurants. We ordered 4 dishes. Uthappa: We had the "5 assorted Uthapa" dish and one "double roast with all veg topping" - all looked great. But poorly cooked and oozing with oil, due to which they were deficient in both texture and taste. "Chatpata Dosa" does was not chatpata - had some promising marsala, but i guess too much oil killed the taste... Perhaps chef needs to explore adding some spices help this dish live up to its name - at the least be flavorful. Paneer Malai tikka was juicy, although a little under cooked, was served with a salad that made it the best dish in our meal. Chutneys were nice and helped us in consuming almost three-fourth of quantity of food served. Service: seemed to be adequately staffed, but needs more training - we were not offered additional hot sambhar (nice in taste), which is a norm in other south Indian restaurants. Paan served at the end were just about OK, but ranked the tastiest amongst what all we had there..Plus were complementary :-).
Janvi Arora
f you want well cooked, authentic South Indian food then come along to this great restaurant.

The Sankalp was recommended to us by friends who knew that we were visiting Sector 50. We love Indian food and are quite discerning and this place really delivered.

The food was cooked beautifully, portion sizes were great and the staff was attentive without being intrusive.

We sat in the glass area at the front of the restaurant on a beautiful Tuesday evening and had a great time.

I would definitely visit again when we come back to Sector 50
Fiza Ansari
Sankalp is perfect choice for South Indian lover.. they have good varities and all are neat n clean with good surrounding. I do recommend their Onion Rava Dosa
, it was seriously good option at the premises. Panchavarna Uttapam
with butter is also a healthiest option. Prices are slightly high but worth to try.
Avni Dua
I have been to Sankalp, Sector 50. I have started with Payasam
, one should not missed this divine milk dessert. It was followed by South Indian Platter
which comes with couple of idli, vada, dosa, mini uttampam and sambhar chatney. it is right meal for adult and you will get everything in under Rs 250. Tastewise it didn't disappoint. Quality is too impressive. Services and environment are charming. I will return back for sure.
Sonal Taneja
After reading so many reviews I finally visited Sankalp located at Good Earth City Centre. It is a mid range place with about good seats but clean and comfortable. I asked the waiter and he suggested Onion Rava Dosa
. The dosa was a big wrap made from lentil and rice batter. It was stuffed with mashed potatoes bhaajis garnished with chilly, onion & spices. Also it was served with 3 different sauce and sambar. The food was good and service was attentive. You should try this place.
Alka Patel
I eat Onion Rava Dosa
here regularly. Last week I was surprised Sankalp started Mysore Chatpata Dosa
for which I was waiting for a while. As a customer I have been requesting this for a long time and went crazy with this deal. Freshly made and served Dosa's right off the pan. It was served with unlimited coconut chutney, tomato chutney, corriander chutney and sambar. I was being asked frequently if I needed another dosa and was served on time. I enjoyed and was full. Service and food was super. This is a real deal and should try!!!!
Divya Bali
Disgusting food. No taste . Feel like vomiting after eating it. Who has rated them 4.5 . Either the ratings have been bought or planned otherwise it has been rated by people who have not tasted original south Indian food. I will not rely on zomato rating after eating this restaurant's food
Mayank
Fine ambience with decent service. Good collection of Dosa and other food items. Starters were delicious including vegetable idly. Only problem is entire array of Rava Dosa weren't available when I visited. If they served better filter coffee and simple ghee roast masla dosa, this place would have been way better than adjoining Sarvana Bhavan.
Must try nevertheless.
Shubhranshu Patnaik
We landed up last weekend based on all the fabulous reviews. The place is good and the service swift. It was packed to capacity, which means it is popular too. It shouldn’t however be classified as South Indian. It isn’t authentic South Indian by any stretch of imagination. We ordered a simple butter dosa, which had to be ordered with masala separately. Although the dosa was good, the potato masala was weirdly un-south Indian. It had a melange of vegetables in it and tasted of spices rarely used in South Indian dishes. We had also ordered Bisi Bele rice, which was a curry powder infused, spicy concoction, which is far from anything you would remotely call as Bisi Bele. None of the other South Indian dishes tasted anything remotely authentic. It is at best, a fusion set up for various cuisines.
Bisman Preet
Courteous staff. Quick service. Good food. Nice to try with family. Liked their different variety of idlis especially nilgiri and achari rice cakes. Surely visiting again :)
Aastha Jain
They serve authentic south Indian food, full of flavours and it's really really delicious food. Recommended to all the south Indian food lovers.
Kashish Goyal
Visited with my family. Really impressed with restaurant ambience. Staff was very polite. Prompt service with amazing south indian cuisines. Must visit if you wanna try some good South Indian food.
Would love to again.
Karan
Authentic South Indian food with great variety . It’s their in good earth city centre mall . They had good variety of authentic South Indian food . It was jam packed . The staff was courteous and we had a great time
Nivedita S
South Indian cuisine has always been a much healthier and cut-through routine option and this is a nice place if you want to try it out..food here is economical and they have many varieties of dosa, idli, vada and other North Indian options too. They serve rasam as a complimentary welcome drink (which is very tasty). Service is very prompt (you don't even need to ask for anything). We had cream of tomato soup, crispy cheesy idli and onion rava dosa with potato filling on the side. Everything was delicious but a few things may be more better like please serve crumbs separately and not dipped in the soup and chutneys can be more tastier ( coconut chutney was awesome).
Nikhileshwar Singh
Very good food but I would recommend dine in only ... they don’t care about delivery .. have ordered twice with specific instructions which they ignore ... even if you order 2/3 portions of food , their Sambar etc is very inadequate and can’t serve more than 1
King Of Taste
I try their masala Dosa and filter coffee in lunch. The masala Dosa was freshly made and the stuffing was quite good and taste was great. Sambhar was just average must do work on it and make it more tasty. Will surely visit again soon.
Sandeep Niranjan
Good place with additional option apart from sagar ratna and others, tried dosas, rasam vada, mocktails all were very standard. What was missing the real taste of South India
Aakash Kaushik
Disappointing would be the right word to describe the food here.
Order: Military Ghee Dosa, Veg Upma, Little idlis
Everything seemed pre cooked. Major ingredient missing: Ghee.
Upma was so dry like packed food.
If you're looking for authentication, try Carnatic Cafe. This is just hyped up.
Abhishek
Worst South Indian food ever tasted! Food was stale and smelly as well as few items were raw as if restaurant was in a hurry to complete all orders. When complained to them they totally denied everything and were unapologetic. Even the packing was so bad that sambhar came spilled. We will never order again from this horrible place .Don’t want to give even a single star.
Akanksha Singh
This place is a Good Earth Mall in Sector 50. I’ve heard a lot about this place. My hopes were very high in terms of food. Ambience of the restaurant is quite good. They served Rasam before the Main course. But food was not as good as I was expecting.

KEERAI CHEESE GARLIC DOSA- Dosa was really delicious but the quality can be improved.

VEGETABLE PULAO- I really expected a lot because it is Sankalp’s best seller. But when I took one bite it’s was nothing but lots of chillis...

What I like the most is the water they served in the beautiful bottle.
Didn't like the experiment they've done with food. Atmosphere and service are good but didn't like food taste and when we went they didn't have half of stuff
If u love South Indian food...this is a very good place to visit. Lot of variety of dosas, idllis, uthapams...Bit costly and on weekends the waiting period is but high

Looking for authentic south indian food. Sankalp is the place to go. From rasam to bhaji dosa to tiny idlis platter to paneer tiranga everything was great in taste. Complete family restaraunt. Highly recommended.

Never had this kind of South Indian food ever. Entire food was under cooked. We ordered several types of dosas and starters and none of the dish was properly cooked.
