Review Cafe Coffee Day - Gurugram (Gurgaon)

I am giving this review for the only person who was present there and running around. To be honest, I was a little hard on him because someone was waiting for me in the car & there was no parking. But he went all out to provide me the best & quickest service. I even asked him fot a refund because there was a power cut and I had to wait some more. But he didn't budge...kept on working & ensured that I get a delicious drink that I ordered. More power to him & kudos CCD for recruiting a greatly devoted team member.

Chocolate brownie and Alfonso frappe were awesome, staff is well behaved. Loved it. 🙂

Food quality is awesome and tasty too 😋. Nice place. Love it 😊. You have to try their Classic Hot Fudge❤️ which is loaded with caramel and chocolate.

Spacious outlet with nice interior. Apart from the coffee this outlet offers you wide range of snacks as well. Basement sitting is very beautiful and well maintained.

Hello friends, I am going to share my experience about Cafe Coffee Day which is located at Sector 14, Gurgaon. A best place to have a hot chocolate amd food with your family or friends.I tried my favorite Hot chocolate which I like specially in CCD.The food and presentation are both excellent.The food is served in a well mannered way and the food looks hygienic and well presented.They serve the food on your table in a well presented way.The food looks yummy and delicious.Customer service of CCD is good.

Fine experience. Have tasted better coffee in other ccd's in comparision to sector 14 one. Food and drink were not that hot looked like before serving they have kept to themselves. Ground floor there was no air ventilation. Basement was much much better, the decor the sitting arrangement are good. Ample sitting space.

Nice place. Good ambience. They have ground floor and -1 floor as well. Sat there and worked on a Sunday and had food as well. -1 floor has least disturbance. The staff are polite.

Cafe coffee day is awesome when it comes to what they serve and ambience they show to enjoy relaxation and upbeat. It completely presses the refresh button on your mental keyboard. This outlet is fortunately the one. This is a new outlet and spacious, flamboyant, and very nice interiors done for furniture to roof and everything minute thing. You will love to enjoy your sip here specially in night. Nice stuff, and highly recommended

Very pathetic CCD outlet. They shoud be given the award for worst CCD outlet. We tried to order from CCD app and they refused it, said we do not accept it. And they are inflating the price from the listed price in app. Worst idiotic staff.

An evergreen place to hangout. I ordered for a cold coffee and brownie. It tasted so well. The brownie was awesome. A wonderful place to visit.

Visited this place for a quick coffee and trust we made a right choice coming here.<br/><br/>Food and drinks : We ordered a latte, cold coffee and chilli cheese toast. The coffee was amazing and the chilli cheese toast was made well.<br/><br/>Ambiance : The biggest turnoff for me was the ambiance. The seating was very small and we had to go down to the basement seating. A coffee shop should be big enough. Nice place to have coffee at. The outlet is located in the main market of sector 14.<br/><br/>Went to the caffee to catchup with a friend over a cup of coffee.<br/><br/>Ordered the following:<br/><br/>Cappiceino : this hot cup of coffee was very amazing. Really bad packing.Half of the coffee had already spilled out before reaching me...And the coffee was more water than milk...Not recommended

Alphonso mango shake was nice but Garlic bread, really dissapoint me.. Even roadside shop provide better garlic bread.

Went to Cafe Coffee day with my daughter after shopping at FBB and Vishal Mega Mall which are close to this CCD. Must try Paneer burger which comes with yummy dip slightly spicy and potato wedges. The food was yummy and we had good lunch. Staff was courteous to give us chilled water on request of my daughter. Overall nice place to hangout after a tiring shopping day.

Cafe coffee day sector 14 is a great place for coffee and snacks. I love their cafe cappuccino with cookies. The coffee was delicious and great. Cookies was amazing. Must try it.

I like the cafe coffee Day much as you can sit with your friends and chat over coffee or snacks.This is located in sector14 market near vishal mega mart, lil away from main market<br/>The service of this is good and fast.The staff is cooperative.I usually have cheese burger and hot chocolate fudge both are really good.Keep it up guys<br/>A little improvement is required in terms of cleanliness as I can hear rat noise there which uncomfortable making place unhygienic.<br/>They should also improve the music as well as ventilation at basement can work on their ambience<br/>Rest all is fine

Its a place I visit evry alternate day and I am totally in love with the ‘oh so quick’ serves. The coffee at ccd has always been a anytime pick up for me. So go there, chill out with friends or your some1 special as alot can happen over a coffee *wink*

Best peaceful place for sitting. Meetings, get together etc. In basement, you can have a proper relaxation with a cup of coffee and other beverages.

No matter how many coffee shops open up in the town. CCD is going to be my all time favourite. Perfect place to catch up with that long distance friend you're meeting after ages. I find this place pocket friendly and nothing of what all I have tried has ever turned bad. <br/><br/>Soo this outlet was no exception. The seating arrangement and staff is all good. The only problem that I find in this outlet is that major seating area is in basement while their counter is on the ground floor and there is no staff in their basement section soo if you have to order something you have to climb upstairs and make your order but it can be a plus point too at the same point as it provides a little privacy to the couples landing there. <br/><br/>So We had a cafe latte and devil's own which was topped with whipped cream on top and tasted divineee (I cannot stress enough on divine) . Trust me devil's own is the best in their cold coffee range!!<br/><br/>For the sides we had their burger which had a baked patty, jalapeños, it was different than normal burgers and definitely worth a try and here comes the best part, I just love to try out all their desserts, soo we had the pure indulgence pastryy this time which was an absoolutee blisss It had the chocolate-caramel taste. Soo if you're a fan of caramel, this is your perfect buy.

Smoaked chicken sandwich. It is extremely well made. Well served with tomato ketchup. Can be eaten by two people. Can be taken with the family.

This is my daily hangout place with my people. Went around 12pm but couldn't get either nachos for myself or burger for my friend. Had to settle for spinach and corn, cheese sandwich, cappuccino and cocoa frappe. Tasted good but i'll want the outlet to cater to the needs of the customer at all times..

I have visited this place many times ,though i had an average exp at this place . But once wen we went and made our orders ,one lady wanted the same sandwich wat we had ordered for . The person taking orders had the guts to take and give it to the lady as it was the last piece . It is that day and till today .I have never visited this place and will never tooo . Hate this CCD now for always

Staff here is really hopeless..cant even understand what the customer has ordered. I have faced multiple instances where I got something else and I ordered something else. Really hopeless outlet. Kindly think about hiring people with some sense please.

It's not the café coffee I know, had a very bad experience, staff is not so cool as you normally see in CCD, not at all recommended, you can find some other better places in sector 14

Like all coffee days, this is also a nice place by the main road. Went there with my daughter when I was out to buy a cycle for her.<br/>Ordered my favourite cappuccino and my daughter ordered a cold coffee. <br/>For sides we ordered a chilli cheese toast and shots for dessert (they are very attractively priced).<br/>I always enjoy CCD because of its casual appeal and relax seating.<br/>Staff is nice in most outlets and this one is no differet.<br/>Love going here.

Quite a big fan of CCD and this one happens to be the closest !! <br/>Paid 2 visits to this outlet but somehow the experience has never been great !!<br/>The place is extremely cramped without almost no space. The staff ain't as friendly as you would like them to be. <br/>Wouldn't recommend this outlet unless you have no other option for good old coffee with some good old company !!

This a small outlet situated near Sector 14 market on the main road near to the Vishal Mega Mart. You will always find a place here as it is most of the times empty. The staff if not too friendly but Ok. I usually visit to have my favorite the Mocha or otherwise the coffee is fine. You can also try the sandwiches they are good. The newly introduced Chicken Roll is just fine.

This CCD not only has got the worst location,worst coffee and not to mention the staff but will create horrific memories if you happen to be here.<br/><br/>I visited with my friends and it was so hot and suffocating that they had to let the door open for people to breath.Staff was unfriendly,our orders got mixed up with somebody else's.<br/><br/>Sandwich was cold and cold coffee was served at room temperature.<br/><br/>It was a complete nightmare.Would never go or recommend anyone to go there again.

I and my wife visited the outlet along with few friends at around 9:30 in the night. The outlet had nobody but us. I ordered 4 regular cappuccinos and offered to pay by card. The guy at the counter (only staff) informed that card machine was out of order and he can only accept cash. I walked in to the nearby ATM and when I came back there was no power and was utter dark. I managed to reach the counter and paid for my order.<br/><br/>2-3 minutes later guy asked me to pick up my order myself instead of being delivered at the table as he had to check for the power back up. Our coffee was cold and when I called for him to complain, he was not there. He was on backend fixing something.<br/><br/>If I describe the guy on counter, he was shabby, uncouth and literally in his bathroom slippers.<br/><br/>Meanwhile we had finished half of the coffee and when he came back I informed him of our coffee being cold. The guy took this very normally and said he would reheat the remaining coffee once the power is back. When I threatened that I would complain he said he did not care and that is the policy.<br/><br/>I was not offered the bill and when I asked he denied to do so as there was no electricity. Upon forcing he agreed to give me a manual bill.<br/><br/>Imagine the only four people in the coffee shop sipping cold coffee. By the time power was back the guy was in his casual clothing talking to somebody.<br/><br/>This is what separated you from other brand like Costa and Starbucks. If I had complaint any of their staff members about this not only i would have got my coffee exchanged but the person dealing would have been more empathetic.<br/><br/>P.S-This is not my first bad experience with CCD but definitely my worst. In the past as well the same lousy this very location has treated me and other people in the same. GOOD JOB CCD in training your employees and giving such a marvellous customer service and experience that it has brought tears into my eyes while writing this review for you.

The worst outlet of CCD i have ever been to. Don't have many options. Staff is busy among themselves. Though close to my place, still i prefer going to sec 29 outlet.

Great place! Recently it's been renovated and it's gotten even better. Great staff. Devender ( manager) is very helpful and friendly. I have been to many cafe coffee day outlets but find this has the best staff and service! The team deserve to be awarded. 5 stars!

Love this place. Used to go their almost every time whenever i want coffee. Ambiance was excellent that smell of coffee every time you enter in the cafe. <br/>Staff is good. Most of them know me by face. <br/>Place is little congested but i m ok with that.<br/>Talking about cold coffee i love iced Eskimo, Devils own, Choco frappe, tropical iceberg <br/>Hot coffee - cafe mocha nd cappuccino<br/>Except for 1 time my experience was awesome.<br/>I'll definitely recommend you to go their if you ask me about it.

If you love coffee. Then CCD it is. :) The outlet has a special emotional connect for me and will always be special. <br/>Every time you cross this place. The smell of freshly brewed coffee is soooo tempting. There serving size are really large and filling. Among the coolers their 'Devils Own' is delicious. I also like their choco frappe. For the hot ones I like their caffe latte or the Irish Coffee. For a quick bite you could go in for their evg samosa (huge and filling) or the Chilli Cheez toasties. I love their muffins and truffle cake too. Well, this little cafe is on my official stress buster list. Its a relatively small place but surprisingly well managed. I go there almost every weekend. The staff is great, and so is the ambiance, if you ignore the teeny tiny size. I remember having spent many a wonderful evenings here.<br/><br/>You should definitely try choco hola and tropical iceberg. I hope they keep up with the quality.

This is a smallish place right at the corner of the parking lot at Vishal Mega Mart. The minute you enter you are greeted with the refreshing smell of freshly roasted coffee. Bang opposite the entrance is the counter. You'll mostly find people either hanging around or getting a quick bite to eat before rushing off to attend to their business. As much as I love my coffee, I have really never had the patience (or time) to roast my beans. I'd rather let the experts do the hard work... while I just sip.<br/><br/>Whenever we have coffee at CCD, my wife usually prefers either a Mocha or Iced Tea, while I go in for Cappuccino first or Macchiato (medium sweet) as an alternative. If you want something refreshing on a hot day, try the Lichee Chill or Green Apple Soda. For a quick filling bite, don't miss the Chicken 65 or the Smoked Chicken Sandwich. This outlet's central location makes it a great hangout for students, couples, office goers or anyone who wants to grab a bite and relax.

I generally don't prefer jotting reviews for cafe'/ fast food chains, except when they are too good or too bad !<br/>This one is BAD ! <br/>You can always expect churned milk in cold frappes, and you can only find this out after getting done with extra cover of unwanted cream and choco-sauce toppings. <br/>I found only the regular cuppachino good, even the black coffee was blended with milk and given to one of my friends in the name of providing convenience. The place is not even spacious enough have a good chat (for which cafes are generally visited for) to forget about the bad coffee. <br/>I decided to rate it poor not with one time experience but giving them their due chances.<br/>Being the only cafe' places in sector 14 you should go only with free coupons else no point wasting money on them. <br/>*thumbs down*

Nice and warm little cozy place. This cafe is what can be called a recluse. You can sit here for hours sipping quietly on the Choco Frappe and reading a book, and no one will disturb you. Chocolate Fantasy and choc-brownies with hot chocolate and a scoop of vanilla ice cream should NOT be missed at any cost! However, the Irish Coffee disappoints. And how. Must not order it if you've ever had a thing for the same.
