I recently placed a Domino's delivery order, and I had a good overall experience. The stuffed garlic bread had the ideal flavor combination and that comfortable garlic fragrance, and it was extremely amazing. The zingy package, however, left me wanting more because it was so small and didn't contain the anticipated sauce. However, the service was excellent. The delivery man was really courteous and humble, which gave the whole thing a nice finishing touch. Domino's has always been a dependable option, and I value their dedication to providing excellent service.

Nice people, normal ambience and sitting space is little low. Around only 16 peoples can fit in for dining orders. Mostly people prefer take away. You can order too online on Domino's App. Happy pizza.

Domino's is quite a good place of you are looking to have some delicious pizzas. Domino's is not that pricey as compared to other restaurants and fast food chains. You can choose to visit Domino's with your friends or your family. And a visit to Domino's is always quick and efficient.

My most recent order at this outlet. It had been an hour since I ordered and there no sign of any delivery / ready status. I had to go to the outlet personally and that's when they handed me the packed food. Was there no intention for delivery? Or short of staff? No reason given. On top of that I get charged for delivery INR 60. No thanks to this outlet.<br/>Moreover, as mentioned before, it had been an hour, plus time for me to go and collect it myself, the food ended up being cold and stale. Not ordering from this outlet again.

Had a hard time today, got my order delivered in 1 hour 15 mins by such an arrogant delivery boy with 2 seasonings with 3 pizza's and garlic breads. Dont know what to select just overall it was a pathetic experience with the cold food received.<br/>Not sure I will ever use zomato for ordering, <br/><br/>worst experience and never worth ordering from dominos, food experience was so pathetic and moreover the delivery boy spoiled my mood for the party. Guests went before the food got delivered.<br/>Dominos hongkong bazaaar is a waste, and zomato dint gave me any support for my order.

After 1 hour of calling the restaurant which was not answered. I asked the manager @ 79-88662873 to cancel the order. As there is no option on zomato to cancel. Oh you cheaters. You first tell that an order that was late by 1 hour would be refunded in the form of credits on the dominos app. I waited for like 5 days, didn't get anything. Called the customer care, they said that they had raised the concern and someone from the team would call you back in 24 hours. The 24 hours for dominos is never. Then someone tells from your customer care that a refund would happen in your account. It's been 11 days and I haven't got any such transaction showing in my account.<br/><br/>So, do you have the guts to function in India? I guess no. You should be sent back to where you came from and jubilant foodworks should be thrown away in the garbage companies list.<br/>Secondly, what's with this negligent attitude? You really think you rule the market share so you would do anything. I guess someone should take a piss on the pie chart where you are put in.

Nothing can beat the Pizzas of Dominoes and I had a chance to visit this outlet with my friends. We ordered a farmhouse pizza and cheese burst pizza along with their yummiest pasta and garlic bread sticks. Pizzas were amazing as usual. The base was thin and soft and vegetables were very fresh. Pasta was creamy and full of vegetables. Also Garlic bread was stuffed with cheese and corn and was luscious. All in all, it was an amazing experience.

It's a very small eating area. The management at this place really doesn't care about the cleanliness of the place. The staff is also non-cooperative and extremely rude. They don't listen to your complaints. It's not a one-time experience. I have experienced this quite a few time. Since they know they are a brand and every one still likes pizza, so they will come, they don't care about their service.

This is the worst outlet of all the Domino outlets. I had to wait for 2 hours to get a call from them that my order is cancelled. They never pick the calls neither they tell the status of the order. Please refrain from ordering your Pizza from this outlet. We ordered 3 pizzas for team event and prepaid the full amount. They changed the delivery status to Delivered without any delivery.<br/><br/>They know their Delivery guy has not delivered order in past yet they didn't take any action.<br/><br/>In addition when we called them to check they stop picking call. Till date, there is no refund issued.<br/><br/>Their store manager have no courtesy to apologize for inconvenience. Really pathetic customer experience. Unprofessional staff.

I have Very bad experience twice. Today I have ordered pizza @ 8 :15 pm and they delivered it so late around 10:30 pm. Even the delivered pizza is so much cold and hard to eat because of its hardness. Very much disappointed with the restaurant approach. I am a big 🍕 fan. I usually order Cheese burst pizzas at my home from Dominos.<br/>Last time when I ordered cheese burst pizza there was hardly any cheese in it. So I posted a complaint about the same.<br/>After 15-20 days I thought of going to the outlet and have pizza there instead of getting it delivered at my home.<br/>To my surprise, I got a FREE cheeseburst pizza because of my complaint that I posted 20 days back. That was quite generous.<br/><br/>Coming back to quality and taste of pizzas here- it is delicious. The toppings and pizza base are fresh and pizza is fully loaded with cheese.<br/>Staff is courteous and sweet.<br/>However do not try the Burger pizza- it's really bad.<br/>However the outlet is quite small and congested for dine in. Home delivery is a better option.<br/><br/>Food-5/5<br/>Service-5/5<br/>Ambience-3/5

Worst service ever!My order was delivered after 2 hrs and they smartly updated order status to 'on the way' after 10 minutes. I kept calling the store for 45 mins only to be told that it will take another 45 minutes. Ordered two double cheese margheritas, one cheese burst and the other pan fresh but the cheese topping was extremely lacking. Such a simple pizza to make but it was mostly just bread. Dissappointed. Even the red sauce was lacking. A bad experience. The pizzas being hot and delivered on time doesn't matter when they don't taste good.
