The food here is tasty. I ordered chole bhature(4/5), noodles(5/5), idli Sambhar(3/5), lassi, badam milk and masala chaas (3/5). They have a service at seat option also where you order and you will get an order where you are seated. Overall good please for family gathering.

I recently visited Haldiram's and had a mixed experience. The untrained staff was a major disappointment as they were using abusive language in front of customers, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Moreover, some dishes, particularly the chole bhature, didn't taste good at all. However, the meals were reasonably priced, making it a decent option for a quick bite. On the positive side, Haldiram's offers a wide range of both North and South Indian dishes, catering to different tastes. They also have a variety of packed food and sweets available for purchase. Overall, the inconsistent food quality and unprofessional behavior of the staff left me with a somewhat unsatisfactory impression.

You can never go wrong with Haldiram. The taste is and always has been finger licking good. This Haldiram too serves you pretty well. And located in the largest mall, it is very spacious. I love how they even have an area for washing hands separately, yet inside their premises so people don’t have to go outside to wash hands. PATHETIC OUTLET!!! I ordered samosa and the order was prepaid and not refundable. Recieved call from Haldiram's outlet that the Samosa is not available take something else or we will cancel other things too. The store guy hung up on me. Terrible experience. Why does it showing available when it wasn't? If you can't manage a proper online delivery system then better not do it. I could have ordered from some other outlet. That's a hell lot of inconvenience Will not recommend Haldiram's deliveries to anyone its a sheer wastage of time and mood.

I visited yesterday to have a tasty Pav Bhaji as a last lunch of 2019. They have sitting space in first floor which is quite spacious. The ambience and crowd was good. We ordered pav bhaji , rabdi and Amritsari Kulche. The pav bhaji was really very good in taste and apt the price , one thing I would like to say if they provide one extra butter cube . The rabdi was too delicious and yumm, I could not enough get it :) Amritsari Kulche was so so . Not much comparison with the actual one . I ordered for home delivery dal makhani with rice what I noticed was that a lot of green mirchi had been added to the dish wish is not associated with this dish in any restaurant and this is a unique experience Haldiram. Plus they charged an exhorbitant packaging charge and a separate delivery charge so that the whole thing costs as much as a thali.

As per my experience at outlets is concerned, this is the best one Haldiram has in Gurugram in terms of food quality. But the quality they delivered was very bad.
