Review Little Foodhall - Gurugram (Gurgaon)

This place is inside the two horizon center on the ground floor, Store experience is good. You will get mostly all kinds of imported items here. Cost wise, it is on the expensive side, They have a good range of products with good ambiance. They have a wide variety of chease. You will get lots of parking spaces there, so there is no need to worry about the car parking

Always the best place to source best cheese, meat and all imported stuff. Wide range of grocery that you would want to shop it all. Their Cafe is too good and everything is prepared fresh & with top class ingredients and it’s an amazing place to have coffee too😍Must Visit for all the Grocery shopping lovers…
Sahil
The place has some really exclusive stuff like imported milk, fruits and some dry fruits. But it's not a place for daily shopping as the prices are higher then normal market so you can visit the place if you have some specific requirements like blueberries, strawberries, Avacado, all these are imported from Netherlands. They have milk from Switzerland for Rs 279 per litre. Currently they are running good offers on juices flat 50% off until Dec 20. Enjoy the visit 😊

Food Hall inside Two Horizon Centre Gurgaon is a fabulous place to visit and shop. Brand opened by future group of Big Bazaar fame. This place mostly offers imported groceries and vegetables. Prices are for me atleast exorbitantly high, but keeping in view the offerings which are available only at handful of places In Gurgaon the price seems smartly adjusted. The store also houses a beautiful selection of cheese and meats. A small cafe inside serves some of the best pastas in the town and don't forget to pick up some fresh bake items if you visit. Other than the price point. Overall experience has been fabulous

Really loved the store experience. All items are imported, so if you are new to the are know that there are several cheaper options. The cold cuts counter was very sanitary with the sample handouts. They had a great store brand smoked ham. Lots of spices available as well, great for chefs and such. Didn’t like that the store employees kept trying to help, I like to browse by myself usually. Great overall experience.

Good place! A little on the expensive side but I can rely to get my kombuchas here! As a person who loves fresh produce, they have a variety. It keeps changing according to the season tho. Today's variety of fresh produce was a little stale with some fungus growing. I love the service here tho! Very accommodating!
Anushka Dhaaka
Really impressed with the variety and quality of goods and options here. Definitely check them out. Not completely pocket friendly. Do give the backed goods a try.
Manjusha Ashutosh
Convenient store for all imported stuff. Fresh veggies and love the freshly ground spices which are very aromatic and robust. I go there for the spices and the mathania rajasthani mirch which is difficult to get else where. The variety of cheese is also fresh and available abundantly. The Cafe has all fresh ingredients and fresh flavours. The price and quality, quantity is justified. The store is neatly organized and the staff is super helpful.

Best palce for all your daily needs and majorly fresh fruits and vegetables. They have wide variety of cheese. Spacious parking and helpful staff.

The taste and quantity and ambiance of the cafe was really awesome the staff was also so helpful

The guard at the gate requested us to wear masks before entering. This shows their commitment to safety of their patrons. The store is well stocked and displays are beautiful. Their tasters allow you to experience new cuisines and offerings so that you know what you want to buy.
Tribhovan Pandya
Great place to buy imported groceries. The spice showcase is great and a cheaper alternative to buying in bulk. Options on getting Indian grocery basics like Maggi tomato ketchup, etc. are not available but rest of their selection is amazing. Also if you are looking for healthy alternatives, as well as, diet related items then this is a great place to get everything under one roof.

I usually used to order breads and bunch of other things but in the last two months the quality of their product has dropped and what is worse, even if you reach out to them, there seems to be no reaction. I didn't want to post pictures of whatsapp exchanges but disappointed to see LACK OF interest by FOODHALL TEAM

My absolute favourite. Perfect mix of a retail store and an eatery. Love the ambience and the menu innovation. Novel dishes using the more exotic ingredients, makes the cafe the highlight of foodhall. Love their soups and bakery products

I rarely write reviews but this one prompted me to write. Terrible experience with food hall cafe. I ordered a veg pasta with garlic spinach...etc etc. I repeated multiple times to the person taking the order to not add asparagus. But asparagus was added and sweet peas left out. The pasta is not cooked properly. Theres hardly any sign of the garlic spinach that was put in the menu. So sad that had such a terrible experience at food hall cafe. Never going back.

The place is great in terms of ambience and location.. its nice and cosy and in the middle of all the supermarket aisles.
The meal bowls are good and the sandwiches are good too. However the reason I'm giving it a low rating is that they can be inconsistent. The same thing can taste different the next time

I went to this place and had bombay toastie sandwitch. They served it nicely with potato fries but. Fries was good but i didnt liked the sandwitch. However the food was hygenic and healthy. Foodhall is good if you want to purchase groceries also it has different kind of breads and food items that one can try. The only con over here is its overpriced as compared to the food quantity.

I enjoy hanging out at Cafe by Foodhall often because it gives me such major homely and welcoming vibes ✨

From Christmas to Valentine's they've given me the best of their hospitality as well as some amazing gourmet food!

They always have a pot of soup boiling at the Chef's table, make sure to try it out always. My top recommendations would be the Miso soup and the Mushroom soup.

They've got a variety of tasters assorted around the Chef's table, the last time I had an Egg waffle and some Vada pav and both were equally delicious!

Do try out their flatbread and the Spaghetti Aglio olio with Garlic bread because they're both awesome!

Would absolutely recommend this place if you wanna hang out at a cafe and grab a quick bite or even if you just wanna sit back and enjoy some good music.

On event days, there's some AMAZING Live music playing, make sure to check that out as well!

Expensive but worth it , go to food shopping destination for the expat crowd and they are the target audience. However their freshly made Thai curries are delicious and cooked really well. A prawn curry for 325 bucks is VFM contrary to some of the reviews I read today . Classy place , have had their salad , forget the name , had mint dressing avocado and jalapeño vinaigrette . Their sourdough sandwich was yum too. Like the place , will go again.

The hot chocolate was really bland and watery, as against what we had the first time we went there.
It even lacked proper taste and texture. It was as if we having chocolate water. not the quality we expect here.

Foodhall cafe is the best place for a breakfast!! The coffee and the food!! The garlic Pretzel is a must have!!
Ambience is great! You’re actually motivated to go out for groceries for the ease of having a great breakfast outside.

Service is great! Chef is very helpful they would recommend you something really good off the menu.

Flies can be an issue too since it is also a part of the grocery store.

PS:- anything with Avocado is amazing!!

Ordered a salad from the foodhall cafe because I was looking for a dish that had salmon and was healthy at the same time. Of the ten ingredients that the salad had 6 were missing or below par
- Walnuts
-Chia seeds
-nori
-Arugula
the above 4 were totally absent

Substandard or ridiculously small portion
- Salmon - there was one strip in the salad
- Pesto : Which was extremely salty, and barely enough.

Based on the above ordering experience I can tell you two things

1) If a cafe cannot toss together a salad that is straightforward to prepare and with simple ingredients this cafe should not be open and/ or must be avoided like the plague

2) Same as point 1

My office is in the same building and I have had lunch here a couple of times. Both the times I have had a below average experience. The prices are high and the food quality is not as good. Last time I had a Kung pao bowl, they didn't have one of the ingredients mentioned on the menu so they skipped it. I asked about it after the bowl had been prepared and they told me we are out of it and can replace it with something else. But this was after it had already been prepared and I asked about it. You can have way better meals at half the price.

Disclaimer - I am Not a morning person and my tummy only awakens post a cup of Joe hitting the system, but when urged by a friend to go try out the Breakfast menu at Cafe by Foodhall, Two Horizon Centre, Gurgaon; I ended up going for a meal and Boy was I surprised.

Here's what I tried, the Kaffa Cerrado Cappuccino - slightly strong (just the way I like it), woke me up and How; the Poached Egg served on top of an Olive Muffin and between the two was a generous portion of rocket leaves immersed in a light mustard and chili oil dressing along with cured salmon - not having tried a Poached Egg ever before, at the recommendation of Chef Amrusha I tried her signature style and OMG what a creamy cheesy delicious explosion that was, add to it the crunch of fresh rocket leaves and the salty meat from that cured salmon - Divinity; being a small eater I was only able to just barely demolish the generous portion, but the Chef enticed me into trying the Coconut Yogurt Parfait as well, served with a medley of fresh exotic seasonal fruits like kiwi, strawberries, mango, etc. - the sublime mix of creamy yogurt, citrusy tartness from the fruit, give just a palate-pleasing satiation.

All in all - I look forward to coming back for more dishes to indulge myself, but maybe at a more evening tea-time like hour.

I absolutely loved the avocado salad and the avocado toast. All ingredients were fresh and really good quality. Loved the vinaigrette dressing on the salad. The avocado toast was perfection with some feta cheese.

Foodhall has awesome cafe that serves awesome Nutella croissants that satiate sweet tooth perfectly.. while my visit to foodhall I ordered cappuccino, croissant and delicious pretezel.. everything was awesome..good place to checkout some international confectionery 👍
Saniya
Food was below average. The burrata pasta was over cooked (not al dente) with so much oregano, it tasted like something you’d get at a local restaurant. The kung pao Buddha bowl lacked flavour. Crispy Asian dumplings were nothing special. Only thing decent was the mushroom and gruyere sandwich. Service was also pretty poor. I was given an annoyed face when I asked for extra cutlery, and when I asked for napkins, the guy tore off a piece of kitchen towel because he didn’t want to bother looking for the actual napkins that they had run out off on the counter. Only when I asked him for proper napkins did he look inside the cupboards and pull out a packet. I was excited to try the food especially the bahn mi (which was not available), but I had a disappointing experience.

Iv been eating here a while and everything I’ve eaten is 5 star!! Special mention for
Amrusha... she adds to the experience. Mayan coffee!!! Yummy... ❤️❤️❤️

The foodhall is a paradise for food lovers with all sorts of international confectionery brands. When i spotted this one has a cafe as well, i went here for a quick lunch. I ordered the guacamole greens salad. The salad was very versatile and seemed appealing within a glance. It was super fresh but the chef had forgotten to put a lot of ingredients in it. There was no avocado, bell peppers or nacho crisps .. But on pointing it out they were kind enough to repeat the same.
I also took the hazelnut croissant which was good.

The seating is for only 15-20 people. Its a small space inside th supermarket only.

Amrusha's crepes are the perfect example of satiation. Made with perfection, the crepes are paired with a luscious ice cream, rich berry compote and indulgent nutella. Dear sweet toothers, this one is not to be missed!

I’ve spent a lot of time at Foodhall but was never really game for trying out their cafe. I mean who eats in the middle of a “food supermarket”. But then this Sunday I decided to make an exception. And I’m glad that I did! 🤓
So I was ordering a flatbread when Amrusha (hope I’ve got the name right) came out of her “fortress” and decided to make one with aubergine for me 🙄
To my surprise, it was so delicious! Everyone one the table simply loved it 😋
Thank you Amrusha for so kindly putting together an impressive array of platefuls for us! 😊

Go there for the food, go back for the chef! Amrusha makes the most amazing desserts, and even goes the extra mile if you make a puppy face (I really wanted Nutella in my sundae). It's not just instagram-worthy, but genuinely flavourful and scrumptious food, even though some of the preparations seem worthy of replacing top supermodels. Must have- the Buddha bowls, sundaes, and anything with Nutella in its name, because, well!

I love to be there. Because they have what we need related food. Awesome place near Dlf-5. Where you can stop your searching related food.

Staffs are very friendly and they always to be there specially for senior citizens which i loved.
Kunal Kala
Very poor, no vegetables in the veg dishes! Laksa is basically noodles in a spicy sauce. Pasta is the same (no vegetables!). Food was cold on arrival.

After being thoroughly confused about what to eat at horizon 1/2 - given there are many options but being alone and between meetings - finally
Decided on cafe at food hall, and for sure was a great choice. I was not too hungry so went for -
Spinach and pesto chicken sandwich - which was prepared with sourdough bread and the filling was nice chicken breast and well smeared pesto and baby spinach leaves. I was happy and couldn’t finish as half was enough for my hunger at that point. So packed the rest - which I will eat as a mid meal :) thanks for a fresh and nice sandwich.
See u again. .

I came to the foodhall here because the food at the chanakya foodhall was outstanding. Have to say this is probably the worst cafe I have eaten at. The service is absolutely nothing. The staff just chuck the food on your face and ask you to go get the tissue and spoons yourself. The food is absolutely rubbish. The crossaints smell of egg almost as if it's uncooked, the sandwich is totally tasteless. I almost threw up after having a bite.
Recommendation is to stay as far away as possible from the cafe. The place also is full up of flies!
Ram.
Ordered in a poke bowl while stuck in a never ending meeting. It just made the meeting a little bit worse. The sticky rice had been overcooked and was both burnt and congealed. I had to request for a metal fork just to be able to de-clump it enough to eat. I gave up immediately when I realised how chewy it was. The avocado was fresh but that's about the only good thing about it.

Have been to this branch a few times, so this is a review of my collective experience. Highly recommended for breakfast/ brunch as the made-to-order eggs by Chef Amrusha are the best. If you are a fan of Eggs Benedict or poached eggs, make sure to try the ones she makes. Avocado, pancetta and a mix of other exotic ingredients and flavours to complement are all on offer so take your pick! If you're not stuffed to the gills by the end of this (unlikely), do try her desserts-- they will not disappoint. Else save it for another trip, she also makes a mean grilled salmon.

The pizza station is also a great option if you want to grab a quick, delicious and filling meal. Mayank is very courteous and helpful.
Generally, the staff are hospitable and most accommodating. Sample a variety of different meats, cold cuts and select your favourite- Jay will be happy to assist you.

Last but not the least, tea aficionados, take note! The House of Tea section has a vast collection of several blends of tea to suit your tastes-- green, black, white, infusions, fruity, spiced, detox, floral or fragrant. Rishi will guide you expertly and with so much patience. If you want to try any, ask for a sample. They're all natural and don't contain synthetic flavours. I always pick up tea from here because of him. My favourite is the Orange Blossom. Lemongrass and Cream Fantasy are v refreshing too.

Word to the management- please do something about the flies in the eating area. There is an appointed fly-swatter at times, but not always. Also, organize duties among staff a little better so they're not scrambling to multitask. Would highly appreciate this for faster, more efficient food service. Once I witnessed an upper management member making quite a scene while a staff member was doing their job. Definitely unpleasant for many customers trying to enjoy their meal.

Overall, keep up the good work!

This place is right down my office. Guys, just visit. The food is orgasmically goood. Sandwiches, bowls, all day breakfast, free samples, pastas.

So my father, brother and I walked in to foodhall to buy cheese and sandwiches. We were suggested a pizza which we were skeptical of. However, we were served the two most delightful whole wheat thin crusted, crisp to the T, flat breads! Our topping were suggested to us by the little Chef Amrusha, and to our surprise it exceeded our expectations great job chef !

Amrusha is a very pleasant & cheerful, enthusiastic, helpful and efficient worker ! She enjoys her work and is truly a great brand ambassador for foodhall!!!
Full marks for her service

Compliment them for the packaging and that too eco friendly. Food is fresh and very flavourful..must try..the ingredients are good quality and great presentation

You have to try the strawberry jam Amrusha makes! It was fresh and without preservatives. She’s got a way with flavours and everything she makes is always yum!
Haroon Shergill
Great food and service.

On our request, Chef Amrusha made us a great Keto meal of smoked chicken, egg and sautéed vegetables. The quality of ingredients and the presentation was on point.

It’s always a pleasure to speak to Chef Amrusha. She’s always trying to create new dishes depending on what you’re in the mood to eat.

Perhaps one of the finest food is prepared here! Kudos to chef Amrusha for her doting and innovative way of cooking; turning simplest of dishes into a treat !! Highly recommended for bespoke and soulful food experience.
Parul Arora
Amrusha at Foodhalll made us an excellent bun omlette on one occasion and poached eggs on toast the next time and both were just out of the world. She made it with love and perfection

I ordered chicken laksa it was terrible... and lots of the gravy had fallen out of the box ... the chicken tasted super old and bad, had to throw it away!!
Charu Rastogi
Only had Red Velvet pastry from here and trust me it is the best. The best Red Velvet pastry I've ever had.
Though 100rs for a single piece, but it is worth.

A must try.

Taste 5/5

Cost 4/5
Quality 5/5
Value for money 5/5
Harsha “Sunaina” Mukhi
Absolutely love Amrusha's cooking. She creates bespoke high protein low carb dishes which are super tasty and healthy at the same time. Would recommend visiting Foodhall for a delicious yet nutritious meal!

Have had some amazing Smoothies at the foodhall. Amnusha’s counter is a must visit guys. The trio mango chia smoothie with 3 different types of mangoes was amazing and the blueberry banana beet root smoothie was outstanding !

Walked into Foodhall to buy avocados, thought of trying their breakfast... ordered poached eggs with turkey.. I’ve had poached eggs a million times before ... but the eggs benedict made by the chef at Foodhall.. Amrusha ... just blew my mind!!! The smoothest hollandaise ever!!! She told us later it was made by gheee... the eggs were cooked to perfection, couldn’t possibly be any better. We’ve never tasted any better. From the olive bread to the turkey bacon ... it was just a taste of heaven!!! We were 2 of us and we devoured the dish in seconds... in spite of having barely any cutlery. All we had was a plastic spooon and it was honestly super messy, the management should really look into this. Food of this quality deserves to be served a certain away. The very same evening I was looking for soba sauce all over delhi and gurgaon and could not find it anywhere, called Amrusha and you wouldn’t believe... she made it from us!!! Seriously a super speciality chef!! Definitely going over n over again.....

Chef Amarusa at Cafe by Foodhall does some great food. Has an all-day breakfast menu that is very tempting. Over and above this she bakes amazing cakes to order. Asked her for a Sugar Free Date & Walnut cake & it was outstanding. She’s going to do me a carrot cake next!!!
She is a baker at heart and so the next time you are there, ask her to make you your favorite.

Thanks Peppy little lady chef as some people have referred you as in the previous reviews. It's been a month, I have been having by breakfast at foodhall kitchen and everytime i am awe by the wonderful dishes that you create in your little kitchen. Just an unbelievable culinary experience. Bust wishes and Thank you.

Tried Arabiatta pasta and Zoodles pasta. Both were nice. There is not much seating. Only 5-6tables. The staff is very courteous and friendly.
Awesome place to visit and shop all my dish needs. Love the hygiene of the store and the food they offer are awesome. The staff are very helpful and I would like to thank Airin for all her assistance for my shopping and appreciate the way she handled my baby while helping me..
Cleanliness , hygiene, quality , living healthy , the importance of above said things will be realised when u enter the place . Shopping 🛒 supplies and cafe to sit back and take a break in between your shopping 🛒 supplies chores . Food 🥘 , bakery options , 🥤 hot - cold beverages and healthy cold pressed juices to choose from makes it a comfortable and refreshing experience . Friendly staff , ample of options , quality products is what makes Foodhall class apart from other supply stores .
Prices are on the higher side but no compromise on quality is guaranteed.

Worst experience. I bought fresh pomegranate and it was stale worth rs 150. The moment I opened it it was smelling badly though it was packed the same day. These guys are cheaters, they charge heavily but provides you worst food. Don't trust their quality at all.

Review: this was my first visit to food hall with a friend and we decided to have lunch at cafe food hall after our purchases.
Lively and buzzing with life as there was a live food demo with the chef turning out awesome watermelon pizzas and quinoa smoothies.
Our lunch was simple southwestern chicken sandwich, crunchy and juicy .
The Hawaiian poke bowl with prawns was a let down after having tasted the amazing one from sushi junction.
Overall a great experience and will definitely head back again to purchase and sample the exotic cheeses .

Coolest summer treat

Yum is the only word that comes to mind for the fresh homemade ice cream fruit sundae served with homemade meringues ( choice of lemon or coffee to chose from) and crunchy nougat. Special compliments to the peppy energetic young lady chef . Kudos , will be back soon !
