Excellent place. Beautiful pond at the entrance, well maintained. A properly managed one way system, beautiful flowers at the roundabout. Has a gr8 clubhouse wid a gym and pool, as u go further in. A children's park as well as a large sports field add to the natural beauty. In the evening time, it's an excellent route for jogging, walking. Safety is given priority, cleanliness and hygiene is also followed. Events on national holidays are hosted wid much care ensuring fun and food while also taking care of residents' health and welfare

Central Park-1, Studio Flats in W-Block having amenities like Parking, Garden, 100% Power Backup, 24 Hours Water Supply, 24 Hours Gated Security etc. The Property is close to Rapid Metro Station, Shiv Nadar School, Galleria Market, DLF Shopping Mall, Golf Course Road

It’s very green and has a lot of open space!

Nice fresh place. Quite to roam around and love the ambience in the building. Ample security and personnel on each corner of the compound area.

Built by mahindras it is the best maintained complex with ample green area, a 20000sq ft club with a resort pool, and entrance with a lily pond and a quaint bridge,a mini football field,tennis,squash. Its an island within away from the chaos outside. Wouldn't recommend any other central park property because that is built by bakshis who went didn't give residents the club as initially shown in brochure and still hod onto it. Mahindras here too goofed up in that. Right now the president is doing a brilliant job doing a thankless job and full points to him for making central park 1 a rich condominium. Only issue right now is the horticulture which is quite bad . Residents should not be allowed to change the original job done by experts. The beautiful lily pond has been ruined with psychedelic lights installed. Also who keeps pots when there is enough space available in the ground. One resident on the board has taken over not realising age does not own the complex. Clearly she needs to step back Otherwise would highly recommend this complex as I have stayed here and location is the best

This is an excellent housing complex with nearly 11 towers meant for the high income group people. The complex has large green area , the club house has all the facilities like gym ,pool , salon etc. However the best highlight is that the Rapid metro station sec42/43 is just at the main entrance of the complex which further connects you with the main delhi metro at Sikanderpur in less than 7mins so that you actually do not need to take our your own car.

One of the very best communities to live in. Located on the Golf course road, it is a premium security with very high security and good facilities. Definitely, it comes at a price..

A good option to stay. Location is prime near to offices, school brands, hospitals and meteo.

This is a very beautiful society. You are allowed to enter in the society once guard confirm the same with the owner through phone. It is vry neat & clean society. You will love this place in one visit. It is connected with golf course road

The Central Park is a gated residential housing community which is well constructed and maintained. However some of the apartments are blandly designed and others have very poor design . The variation across some of the condo towers within Central Park is also quite stark. A few towers are centrally air conditioned ( just the apartments and excluding elevator lobbies) and face a more open expanse with greenery visible . In other towers particularly the Golf Course road facing apartments , the views can be quite terrible. The Central Park is adjacent to and overlooks the DLF Magnolias towers which are probably the finest apartments in all of Delhi NCR. The neighborhood is good ! But don't expect any Golf Course views from Central Park !

The place is a central park of gurgaon. the place has a beautiful track for runners. if you wander out in the wild, you can go bird watching. its a big natural green patch in the middle of a desert. a place where all photographers in delhi frequent for landscape shots and nature photography.
