A decent restaurant with a pleasant ambiance and the quantity of dishes is apt. However, there is room for improvement in terms of flavor profiles, particularly when it comes to the chicken wings, which lacked the juicy essence and flavours Fish fillets was tasty, could have added some seasoning to the saute veggies though. If you're looking for a relaxed dining experience with a good selection of music, open dining(they do have indoor seating as well) with Greenery, The Ark may be worth a visit. They do live music too. Sufi night when we visited, the group was amazing and talented. Enjoyed music. Check for deals when planning a group visit for best offers. Call them for good deals. Snacks were small in quantity but delicious. It's on the second floor with a terrace and tables on the terrace and indoors both available. Check before visiting what type of music they are playing in case you have a preference.

Live music was fantastic. Even kids are enjoying more bcoz there was a lot of outdoor space. They have a nice interior and outdoor sitting option. Great Atmosphere, it feels lovely. This place is worth for get together. Booking table is so easy and user friendly. Lightings was dim and warm, so it feels pleasant. Plantings looks awesome. Staffs are more user friendly and welcoming all in a good manner. Overall foods are fresh and delicious. Snacks available in second floor was super. Bar also available. Best parking space. Service are unbelievable. Premises are clean. Overall I loved it. I would highly recommend this restaurant. You will definitely be returning soon. The environment is too good, gives us more comfortable in seating arrangement and nice view at (roof top). This restaurant is good at respecting every customer and reaching out individually treating homely. It includes veggies and non veggies food is too yummy. Hey guys, Great ambience, Humble staff, Ultimate DJ live till 12:30 am Bar was open till 12:30 am Inside and outside sitting. It’s on second floor. Lift available Ample parking space in the basement. Parking charges 50rs / first two hours, then 10rs every hour. We had an office party few days back. Everything was fine, except food quality. Drink were fine. Food was okay okay. A Beautiful place to hang out with your friends and family. The food is very delicious and testy you will get so many verities here to test. Staff is so kind and helpfull. It was a great experience out there at The Ark. The friendliness of the staff seems genuine. You get live music here with very fast servicing. I have never seen such good customer service as I experienced here. Don’t let appearances fool you—the decor may be divey, but the pies are fantastic. This place is perfect for groups. I highly recommend it. It is a suitable place for throwing parties and meet ups. Even its a good place for couples too.

Stand alone place with indoor and outdoor sitting. Good arrangement overall. Best part is it is not too crowded and u can get a table easily.

I recently dined at this restaurant and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff who were incredibly attentive throughout my meal. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with soft lighting and comfortable seating. Now, on to the food. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious. My recommendations is to must visit this place and enjoy.

I recently visited a bar and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the drinks were absolutely delicious. The bartenders were skilled and made creative cocktails that were a treat to the taste buds. The decor of the bar was also very pleasing to the eye. It had a cozy and intimate vibe with subtle lighting, comfortable seating and beautiful artwork on the walls. The music playing in the bar was also well curated and added to the overall ambiance. It was nice to enjoy good drinks while listening to great music! I would definitely recommend this bar to anyone who wants to have a great time with friends or a romantic evening out. It's one of the best bars I have visited and I can't wait to go back again!

A great place within Gurgaon for an evening for quality time. Lovely ambience. Wonderful choice in seafood grills. Was quite thrilled to have had " #Lobsterthermidor #Tachos #Bakedcheesecake. Has got good ambience as we had a party there. Everything was great from the moment we entetered till closing. A better speakers is what the place needs to upgrade as it has got not much of the base and treble which are hanged outside.

Don't ever waste your hard earned money for such a shit restro...I booked the place for my child birthday and informed the manager hemant well in advance that the decoration guys will come at 10 in the morning to do their work..But we waited with decor guys till 11 next day and finally had to cancel the venue and do last minute arrangements elsewhere...Total spoiler of a day...When you plan something with so much love, such incidents leave a bad taste in your life.

Amazing place and great service. Ambience is great and so is the food. Not crowded, drinks are good, definitely recommend the Cosmopolitan.

Was there for an office get together. Overall food and service was nice. The DJ also played good music. The only issue that I had with this place was the managers attitude. His tone and behaviour was extremely curt and rude. The only reason why I will not want to go there again.. the other staff was nice and courteous..

Last weekend visited this an amazing place for me because I met my schl time friend over there and we had a lot of fun and spent some memorable time together . I ordered fried momos and she ordered one sphagetti and it was so yummy in my Taste. trust me guys I love grilled momos cause it was full with paneer I just love there food next I ordered some mocktails over there I ordered virgin mojito it was so perfect in taste and my friend ordered blue lagoon It was amazing in flavor Nd looks so good as well and we eat our food with that and that was amazing and next to level .. I just love it<br/>Soonly I visit this place again with my friends and family.

There was no great food or facilities at all. Loved the atmosphere and good music and the sitting area of the open room. Food was perfect. We had some American visitors, and they also enjoyed the atmosphere. The live singer has been pretty good. With their timing, they were quite versatile and I'm going to recommend them to anyone for these parties.

Overall a good and decent experience. The snacks and food were cooked well and had good taste. Reason for 4 star rating is that initial snacks served were a little cold which they changed immediately after we complained. And I asked for a mocktail and d waiter forgot about it. Chilli paneer n chilli chicken are worth trying

It's pathetic. The menu on Zomato was actually not the real menu. They had an A4 sheet with menu printed on it, which had half items with 40% higher prices. Also, half of those items weren't available. Please avoid. Super crappy !!

I went to this place for an official party. I was absolutely stunned to look at the ambience of this place. The glass windows were beautiful and the outdoor seating with the plants all around was amazing. It was a perfect place for a party. We were given a welcome drink when we entered and the staff took some extra care to ensured we got what we need. I was very impressed by the service of the staff. Even though we had a buffet type service system but the staff served us the food according to our preference when we entered. They even ensured to repeat drinks whenever we needed one. That was a great positive. The food was also amazing and there was a lot of variety. The song choiced could have been a little better but definitely a good place to visit.

Came here for our office party. The ambience, food and DJ was good. Best part about the place was the staff though. So I Wanted to try it out since it's very close to my house and I had to throw a birthday party in a couple of weeks. I booked a three-course dinner for two with beers on nearbuy.com. The Ark offered an experience that kept going from bad to worse. <br/><br/>First they didn't have any air conditioned tables as they were booked for a party. The outside sitting was hot due to ineffective mist fans and there was no access to matches as well.<br/><br/>Then I ordered beers, where of course they didn't have anything except the lowest ticket items. So I was served cool tuborg beers.<br/><br/>The starter arrived when I was already done with my first beer. Chilly chicken tasted good but took upwards of 30 mins.<br/><br/>We ordered butter chicken for main course and the staff said they will serve it with steamed rice. I was on the verge of leaving when they provided two dry tandoori rotis as a big favour to us.<br/><br/>Finally we thought let's have the fudge brownie with ice-cream and forget this torrid experience. Alas, two cubes of 1mm3 size came with no ice cream. When I complained about no ice-cream, they said it's like that only. I showed the restaurant menu and also my nearbuy.com booking. Both mentioned fudge brownie with ice cream!<br/><br/>They came back after 5 min and told me actually they had served two brownies by mistake! Mind blown and I am never coming back here or allowing anyone I know go to this sad place.

So finally after a long time, a team party was organised here.<br/>The downside was that it was scheduled for late afternoon. So in this weather, it didn't look a good idea for many of us.<br/>So finally I arrive. It's located in some commercial office complex.<br/>The place in whole is really good. In evening it looks fantastic. The transparent glass walls gives a feeling of openness.<br/>Music was just okay. DJ didn't have a good playlist.<br/><br/>Now comes to the food n drinks. Welcome drinks were provided when we arrived. It was nice.<br/>Then came to drinks. They only had a limited number of beers. I mean there was a time when we were waiting for almost 30min just to get a pint of beer as we were given excuses they Beers are getting chilled in Freezer. Guys if you're already aware in advance that there will be 80-100 people gathering in the late afternoon, you must arrange it in advance.. But nonetheless it was bit disappointing when it came to drinks.<br/><br/>Food- starters Chicken tikka, Fish finger and Seekh Kebab were to die for.. They were literally lip smacking.<br/>For vegetarians, it was Chilli Paneer, Dahi ke Sholey and spring rolls. I tried once, everything was good. Again as much as the food was nice, the service was too slow. Same was in the main course. Food was again good. Mutton Rogan Josh was too good. It was perfectly cooked and had good flavours.<br/>I'm giving 3 stars only because of the reason, you really need to work on your service part. I'm not sure whether we were the only one who felt like this or there are other people too with this complaint.<br/><br/>I hope you make necessary improvements. Will try once again to see any improvements made or not.

We partied at the Ark this weekend .. their hospitality and ambiance was excellent! Manager Hemant and the special attendant given to us V.Chauhan were extremely attentive , cordial , quick in providing assistance . I’m going with my next group again to the Ark this weekend !! And would recommend that everyone should try this amazing place ! The interiors and cleanliness are also amazing ! 👍

We organised my parent's 25th anniversary at The Ark. After a lot of contemplation we picked this place based on its convenient location, wooden interiors, huge space both inside and outside.<br/>The staff here was extremely cooperative through the 2/3 weeks of planning starting from the food menu, the bar and taking in our special requests to customise the place to suit our special day.<br/>On the day of the event, they were extremely hospitable with the guests and didn't leave anyone asking for anything.<br/>The food right from North Indian butter chicken and dal makhni to Sri Lakan fish curry were lip-smacking.<br/>Our guests were all smiles and personally reached out to us, applauding the service and food and special compliments for the bartender.<br/>And lastly, without good music a party is incomplete.<br/>DJ Jazz took in our requests before the party and made sure he played everyone's tunes.<br/>They added a unique touch to our special day which will be a topic of discussion amongst families for days to come.

One of my worst experience in terms of the food taste, portion and the service.<br/>I was there last night, though they were hosting a private party, doesn't mean you have to wait for an hour for your food or drinks. We ordered a milkshake for our kid , which did not arrive until it was time to leave.<br/>The pepper chicken was chewy, the bolognaise was bland, the pasta for kids had no salt, the fazzitas had no punch. The risotto and the French fries were the only thing you could actually eat.<br/>When we called the manager so give our feedback and express our discontent on the slow service, even he arrived 20 minutes later, only when we expressed our anger.<br/>It's a pleasant place, nicely done, but they have a lot to work on!

Great place to host a party ! We recently hosted a lunch for our daughters' school friends, their parents & some friends (100 people) - it was brilliant! The staff is super attentive, they are very prompt with service and food is great ! You Must meet manager (Hemant) who would go out of his way to ensure your guests feel at home ! We celebrated my father's 60th birthday at The Ark. From the first visit when we finalized the venue, to the coordination leading up to the actual party, to the final execution, everything was smooth sailing. The food was good, the waiters were polite and smiling, the ambience of the venue itself was bright, cheery and clean. The bar was well stocked. The venue was also able to get us a photographer for the event.<br/>Would highly recommend the venue for your special occasions (we had a gathering of 50 people). We felt it was good value for money. From outside this place can turn into the next joint on Golf Course Road. But those expectations go for a dump the moment you land up. In summary Ark still needs to get its act together. The staff is great but not organised. The bar isn’t stocked appropriately and the servers aren’t sure of how long the food will take to be served. Ask for Hemant who is the saving grace and alone earned the three stars for the review. I grudgingly will accept that the food is decent ones it lands up. The place is in a state where you can’t even call it soft open. Give it a miss for a quarter. I am hopeful it will be a place to be seen at eventually....

I wish I could have given a negative reaction in the review...this restaurant doesn't deserve a single star.... I booked a table for two as it was a special day for my family... I have got a booking confirmation from zomato... We reached the restaurant on time and found that no table has been booked for us... the manager comes and tells us that there are 2 parties going on in the restaurant and showed a rooftop table in this winter... when I asked him to give a table inside ...he denied...<br/><br/>This kind of service is really not acceptable from a renowned place. Things could have been managed in a better way with prior information. We could have saved our day from getting ruined... really upset.

We had our daughters' birthday celebrated here . What an amazing place and what an amazing service . Paras, their manager is one of the best guys I have interacted with in the hospitality sector . He was super helpful made sure that he and his team take personal care of each of our guests ( 70 + ) . Their bartender was amazing and made some of the best cocktails we've had . The food, starters as well as the main course was brilliant . They also made special bites for kids ( pizza etc ) and ensured that guests keep relishing the food . Fish in starters mutton rogan josh in the main course was a very amazing . A bit on expensive side on my pocket but it's a great place for great cocktails. You can sit out or in as you like. Food is just great. I loved the place and my kids who are 3 and 12 years.

Nice ambiance, pleasant staff, great location for people in and around golf course road. Try to stick to Continental preparations as they are decent but the Oriental ones are very bad, to an extent that it even misses the base. Ordered chilly prawns which was nothing short of an apology and when feedback was given to the staff they seemed absolutely casual about it. No one even asked what was wrong with the dish. So you can imagine the rest....not everyone who is sharing the feedback is looking for a waiver on bill.

The place is done well. Outside seating area is perfect for a date night ! Food was good , quantity was enough for 2 ppl. Had Srilankan curry , calamari,martini and 2 of their signature drinks ( don't remember the names though) .

Next time we visited with some friends expecting to have the same experience. However we were highly disappointed, there was a private party going on, not a big gathering. I understand that it is difficult to manage a private party along with other orders, in that case restaurant shud closed it for general people. Nice ambience. The outdoor seating area is beautiful. The food is very pricey yet below average. I tried the Fajita there which was bland. Mocktails and potato wedges were good. They don't usually have a variety of alcoholic drinks available.

The Ark Gurugram has a perfect ambience with not so loud music, the food tastes 10/10 and the drinks were presented and tasted nice too. It’s a wonderful experience with excellent hospitality🤩 Also, special thanks to Mr. Pankaj for a lovely gesture !

Though located at a very convenient place, the place didn't give me great vibes. The outdoor seating area was covered with dust so no cleaning or don't have it if the place is so dusty. Whatever beer I asked for was not available instead they push for the most expensive one on the menu. As the interiors are nice I'm sure it looks better late night. Nothing more to write, would I go again really doubtful.

Location is prominent. Ambience is good.but food is too bad. It was such a disappointment to visit this place. Not a single item ordered was fine. We even received stale food..

Went for dinner one night, after a quick glance at the menu and were seated rather quickly up on the terrace. It's a great view from up there, with sold wooden tables and benches (placement is a bit difficult for shorter, thinner people as the table is too far and the benches far back) and when I say solid, there's no way you can move them, and I had a bit of an uncomfortable time trying to reach my food. <br/><br/>Our order: <br/>- Skinny taco salad<br/>- Grilled Norwegian salmon<br/>- Brownie with chocolate sauce and icecream<br/><br/>The salad was absolutely delightful. Super saucy and the flavors just worked together so well; the taco strips added a bit of crunch and I had a gala of a time eating that.<br/><br/>The salmon unfortunately was bitter which isn't generally a sign of fresh salmon. Of course that doesn't mean that was it spoiled, maybe just not preserved properly. And if you've ever had bitter fish, it's really not the most pleasant thing. The chef was kind enough to make a fresh course for me again while it didn't really fix the issue it was better.. The potatoes were lumpy and well seasoned. Next time, I might give the salmon a miss but the menu is still quite tantalizing that I would go back and try perhaps a chef's recommendation instead.<br/><br/>I think with the dessert I was not sure what happened, but I think they had to check if they had brownie or gave us cake instead. Not going to comment, but it chocolate and ice cream.<br/><br/>I'll come back guys.. the complete review's pending. :)

On a sunny winter afternoon we landed here for some grub and sunshine. At 1pm.it was empty with cleaning in progress. We selected a cosy spot on the terrace with nice views. The only downside was that the bartender wasn't there so started with lemonade. <br/><br/>Started with some nice crispy fish and chips. The peri peri chicken skewers were a bit underdone and had to be replaced. Loved the three cheese pasta cooked to perfection. The staff is quite helpful and they managed to create some superb cosmopolitan and sundowners. Hot and sour soup, pumpkin salad and Penang curry all were delicious.<br/><br/>Overall a nice place to hangout and if you are looking for some action then evenings would be a better time. Or you could do a quiet lunch here with a relaxed atmosphere.

Pirates – The Ark <br/><br/>We always thought that we have covered most of the restaurant on Golf Course road however one fine day a friend said that he found one more place untouched by us. So, we went to #THEARK. The restaurant is on the second floor. It got indoor & outdoor sitting arrangement. The interiors are based on pirates theme & so as the music. The furniture is in the form of high rise wooden logs I must say the interiors are unique. There is lot of greenery in the outdoor sitting arrangement.<br/><br/>Lets see where the taste buds take us this time<br/><br/>Cheesy Refried Beans taco – Lots of veggie & sauces.<br/> - Loved it.<br/><br/>Assorted platter – Non Veg – Chicken Sausages/ tenderloin/prawn/ pork /Chicken Skewers – This is a complete meal for non vegetarians . Chicken was little dry. Prawn properly flavored. Fish was tasty.<br/><br/>The staff is courteous when we ask that we want vegetarian in mains they specially prepared a veg rolls for us which was yummy.<br/><br/>This place is best for sea food lovers. However being a vegetarian I recommended that the chef prepares Veg dishes equally delicious it is just that they should add few more items in Veg.<br/> menu.<br/><br/>My hard core non vegetarian friends were happy & so was I.

I celebrated my husbands 50th bday in Ark on Oct1st.The food was delicious, the service excellent.The DJ and the photographer really coorporated.The bartenders made excellent cocktails n knew their job.<br/><br/>I am extremely happy with them n plan to have another party in Dec.Thanks to the Ark team.

Craving sea food, head here. Ordered Butter Garlic Chilly Prawns and Skinny Taco Salad with Creamy Ranch, both were good but tiny portions. Don't expect much from the mains and avoid the place if you are famished. Thumbs up for the service!

Simply a great place to hangout, a hidden gem in Golf Course Road. The seafood is awesome here, in our two visits, we have tried some, need to come back again to try the rest of the menu. The ambience is very good and the service is first class, the staff were so friendly and truly professional. The presentation of the food is very appealing ... the outdoor seating space is an amazing experience. <br/>I would recommend this place to my friends and come back again and again, wish the Team Ark to continue the service and quality.

The Ark turned out to be an amazing place to party, we were a group of 40-50 people and the staff was very helpful, the drinks and the food was amazing. It's definitely a place I and my team would want to come back again. The DJ was so patient and played all the songs we requested.

Recently organized a corporate event there and it was a disaster.People had to wait for atleast half an hour for any order which was already committed.Staff didnt even knew the complete order that was committed.Some of the snacks were so bad that people had to send the food back.Main course was served in open when the weather was dusty.For an event with fixed menu and communicated well in advance the service was pathetic.

Par excellent customer service combined with great ambience really enticed me to this place. The spiced calamari and the creamy chicken risotto was the highlight of the dinner date.<br/>Go take your date for the evening for an absolute romantic experience. Their seafood is to die for. <br/>Truly a hidden gem of Golf Course Road.

One of the most hospitable staff I have ever seen, visited here for dinner and aa we entered we got a cocktail and a mocktail complimentary. Which btw, were amazing. <br/>The flavours were super refreshing and delicious. We had the calamari and risotto, the calamari was perfectly cooked and had a coastal flavour, so was the risotto. The service was pretty quick and the ambience and overall restaurant is a treat to the eyes & stomach !

We office colleagues were at The Ark on Thursday evening. It is in the second floor of Baani which is just beside Double Tree Hilton on Golf Course Road Gurgaon. It is now two months old and is boat themed with the wood supposed to be sourced from actual boats. You can either sit inside or outside on the verandah just adjacent to the Rapid Metro..was quite comfy sitting outside with the spray mist and all.<br/><br/>We drank beer and cocktails but the high point was the food which was excellent. It looked fab on the plate a la Masterchef style and tasted equally good. The dishes we ordered comprised cheese parcels, chilly prawns, veg tacos, chicken expresso and what not. At the end we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary helping of cheesecake with mango on top which was the icing on the cake. <br/><br/>They should have more appetisers and desserts on the menu but overall was a fab evening. I will definitely go back and so should you.

I celebrated my birthday at The Ark a lounge Bar and loved the ambience which is custom made from a sunken ship's wood. <br/><br/>I was also overwhelmed with the warmth and hospitality received from the staff esp Mr. Raman (I highly recommend to contact him to organize a get together) who helped me choose the menu to taking care that the entire evening went off well.The best part is they did not ask us to end the party at a particular time which was the icing on the cake. <br/><br/>My friends and I had a wonderful time.

It was my wives birthday and we were scouting for a new place to celebrate! After some deliberations, we shortlisted The Ark to be the place. It seemed a fun place with good food and a pleasant time.<br/><br/>The place is conveniently located at the beginning of Golf Course Road near Double Tree by Hilton. It was easy to access and get in. The place has a beautiful courtyard and lots of open spaces. It also has a covered area for performances. The staff is courteous though but I won’t say they have the best of knowledge about the food. As Gurgaon is devoid of much of greenery, this place has views of new constructions happening nearby. But it’s nice & pleasant at night.<br/><br/>I was more interested in the sea food fare but was a tad disappointed with the menu. So we ended up ordering some beer and virgin mojito along with a couple of starters. The pricing is quite upscale as is the clientele. They had some performances on an ongoing process. Do check before coming to align yourself with the exact one.<br/><br/>All in all a nice evening which could have been much better!!

The ambience is super👍 the set up is quite good. ROBIN the bartender was excellent and very hospitable. However, music selection needs to reflect the theme of the place which was lacking. Overall a good place to visit. It has a big open air space as well an enclosure to chill in comfort.

The food is fantastic and the staff really lovely! I can say I'm regular as I go there almost every week. <br/>The food is fantastic for this cold days when you feel like something hot but doesn't take long to get prepared. The prices are very competitive as well. It is by far my favourite fast food restaurant in Worthing!
