I've been going here for the past few years. The staff are friendly and service is quick, although it does get crowded in the evenings. Seating space is limited so it can be quite cramped here. Got a 6 inches veggie delight and mexican bean patty . I went there around 11:30 and it was preparing to get closed so my order was one of the few last orders. Though the official closing timing is 12 midnight. Seating area is average just like every other subway but it's better to explore the market .

Ordered a 6 inch sub and an all veg salad at around 10.45 AM. As it's just the start of the day, I was expecting the salad to be fresh as it would have been prepared right on time. I was surprised to see that the lettuce in my salad was not only dirty on the edges but they weren't even cut evenly and we're left in huge chunks.<br/>The pickles and jalapeno used were not fresh.<br/>Fortunately, the bread used in the sub was soft and eatable.<br/>Would really recommend people to be at the outlet and order, specially when you are a vegetarian. As you'd know of the veggies used were freshly cut and served or kept over night.

The experience I had in subway today was par disgusting. I saw a cockroach inside the glass panel where they keep all the meats. I would not recommend any one going to subway, as their health and quality standards have really gone down.

Tried my first sub in 2010 and I've been a regular customer ever since. More like 2-3 visits per month on an average since then. He apologized and said that he will take it forward and will give my next order for free. I hope you guys know that maggots in food cannot be compensated with a free order. Such a shame #Subway. I went to get a veg Sub at this outlet and was shocked to see that they were making the non veg subs in the veg side and were using the same gloves for all. I thought subway maintained a very strict divide between veg and non veg respecting the culture and preferences of our countrymen. The behaviour I saw today appalled me and I am not likely to return to this outlet to get a sub. I recommend strict vegetarians to avoid this outlet and subway needs to take some action here.

Very rude staff who think that they are doing a favour to customers by serving them. Went there with a friend and asked for the sub of the day - roasted chicken to which the staff refused saying that they're out of stock and offered the chicken salami sub. When asked about other options available in chicken as a substitute for the roasted chicken - they started getting agitatand started rudely replying that they will only serve substsub as per their choice. When asked for logic they dismissed me by say talk to the manager in a very rude and aggressive manner.<br/>Highly unprofessional and lack of civility.

Great place to grab a quick snack especially if you’re on the go and in the mood for something healthy. Staff is courteous and the place has an overall simplicity to it. It’s a bit crammed and I wish they had better lighting but that’s pretty much the only drawbacks. Subs are great and freshly prepared. If you’re into subway this outlet will not disappoint :) :)

It's a small subway outlet in Galleria Market. I found it a bit unclean and also the breads seemed to be stale. But the rest of the service was quite fine and the guys were polite too. I have been to this outlet just once, and it doesn't really make the sub that nice, as you might expect. I popped in here last Saturday, and ordered a sub of the day which was Tuna, my favourite one among all. As I hail from a Bong family, so fishes kind of fascinates me. But unlike the other outlets I have been to, the one in Cyberhub, or the M.g. road one, this one serves a filling which smelt of raw fish. I don't know why it did so, but it did, and that was the biggest reason I didn't like it. Anyway, I will pop in again sometime and maybe not try the Tuna again here.

This afternoon, when I visited this subway there quite were quite a few customers , I waited for hardly 10minutes , I ordered for a chicken ham and an employee names saddik who took my order, gave me complementary cookies because they thought they made me wait for long. In Galleria this is the only outlet which serves healthy food for diet consious millenials :P <br/>Location : Galleria Market .. very well visible from main road<br/>Food : We had Paneer Tikka Sub with Diet coke.<br/><br/>Paneer tikka sub - The sub was stuffed with vegfies and sauces as per your own choice. Chunks of spicy panner pieces were really delicious. The multigrain bread was fresh and soft.<br/>This has become my best hangout place. <br/>Also kudos to staff for their cuatomer centric approach.

The worst subway ever. I saw them make an online order and they literally put 3 olives in a 6" sub. The sub I ordered got 3 short capsicum slices-when I asked the person to put the right amount of capsicum he asked me to pay 60 bucks extra-for double veggies! They didn't care about the brand standing of subway-they dnt care about the client.. it's just horrible. <br/>The poor ratings of this place are completely justified.. they should actually be worse!

The worst ever staff..Went in hungry..Kept standing there for about 5 mins, while the servers kept passing the buck to each other. Just no one was interested to take the order. When I pointed this to the guy who finally came to take the order, he almost shouted at me. And then when I again asked him if thats what he was trained to do, he shouted again..Wow! when everyone is struggling so hard to maintain quality service standards, Subway has hired goons! Cannot believe this is happening.Left without eating..Please avoid ordering from this outlet.
