Review Phantom - Gurugram (Gurgaon)

A revamped outlet with lush ambiance and delish food is all staged to woo the crowds of Gurugram. An youth attraction has all attributes of a party destination. Bashing music, bustle crowd, benign staffing and beautiful aura is what this outlet showcases. The outlet is quite spacious and gives a lavish appeal, once someone steps in to the joyous dimness. On the right the flabbergasting seating can be seen and on the middle is the major preference for being into the lounge, that is Dance Floor. With grooving music and vivid disco lights, gives a great dance therapy. Moving to food, we had quite good number of appetizers but we couldn't get most of the variants due to unavailability or engaged staffs in large corporate parties organised so we end up having the dishes which were easily available. In STARTERS we had, Tandoori Chicken. Nicely marinated and tandoored chicken was so tender and with lime add on, it tasted so well. Chicken Lollipop. Quite supple and Spicy chicken lollypops marinated in chicken style and deep fried. The popular starter was well coated with batter and the spicy quotient was indeed admirable. Chicken Tikka. Classic boneless delight, was well marinated and garnished. Except, of the spiciness it has, everything was discreetly well done. Chili Mushroom. Flawless and delish appetizer. Probably the most alluring dish to gobble. The Mushroom pieces were zestful and the chili garlic marinade was perfectly done. One could dive in the entire serving. Paneer Tikka. Strangely the variant they had served was quite distinctively succulent. The pieces of the paneer has a sweet quotient and with a blend of crisp tandoor and sweetness aspect, the paneer tikka is quite a hit. Dahi ke sholle. This has more flaws than any other. The kebab was well stuffed from inside and somehow didn't please the way it has been presented. The dish had so much of oil used and dahi could have been lil runny so that the tenderness gives a balance to outside crispy batter. However, the mild spiciness is a good add-on to the decent appetizer. Chocolate Shake. Classic chocolate induced milk shake. The quantity was adequately proportionate in terms of chocolate applied into the shake but the milk quantity still dominated, making it runny and not a thick shake. Virgin Pina colada. The flavorsome and amazingly sweetness balanced coconut milk and pineapple blend. The mocktail was indeed flawness in terms of balance in sweetness. Mojito. A vodka induced lime and mint leaves refresher. Nothing more to expect from this sober drink. Overall, considering astonishing party-like aura and delish food, we had a worthy time to experience this renowned outlet at MG road where other outlets stand nowhere to this extent of the services they offer. Apparently, we found service to be one of the major pleasing factor. With utmost lounging we found this to be a place to revisit. :)

This is first club or resto bar where I go for. Good crowd, good food and the DJ is awesome here. But toilet is not clean also around the sofa, small was badly entered into the noses.

cuz i am a foreigner that mofo swindle money from me. i told u i drink 3 whisky coke， it cost me 4500 rupees. also jokes me it is a small shit club not enough bigger than the club close to my university, it is said it's big! fucking shit. never been there any more. SUCK! plus, DJ SUCK, even they stop the music in the middle of one song. PRO DJ never did that. even i can be the DJ in this fucking club. Yuck. also one thing, its said on the website it will take 600INR to get entrance， that mofo ask me for 1000, i'd like give u a middle finger, u r welcome.

We all friends were visit there for one of our friend's birthday party celebration. Places was amazing for the party. Full party atmosphere. Food was really good. We enjoyed a lot there. Just wanted to tell one thing that : if i talk about the crowd i would definitely suggest Phantom that choose your crowd pls properly. Because after a certain time they were just felt us uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was perfect.

It was a great experience at Phantom. We booked it recently for a corporate party and Rakesh, who was the in charge there ensured that we got the best service. The food was great and we were roughly 100 people. All of us enjoyed it throughly. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues. One thing that could have been better was the DJ. He was stuck in the 80s and 90s for most of the time.

4.5 * I would like to give it a 4.5 but there is not an option. So, lets be that as 4 *s only.They have one of the best taste both in starters as well as the main course. Dahi ke sholey in starter is their best offering in veg category.  A must try.Food (main course) is also good. and the ambience too. <br/>Service is a little slow but the delicious food might help you get on with it.

The worst place i have ever had today with my friends. I am supposed to fly tomorrow morning UK and Just planned to hangout with my friends. I was asked to pay 3000 for cover charges up front. Without our knowledge 3 girls started behaving very embarrassing. When we asked to stop they asked 1000 each. If you really want to hangout with your friends please drive yourself some other places. I just ruined my night don’t want to do the same yours..

Visited Phantom with couple of friends in Gurgaon. And fell in love with this place. It is the hub of parties. Their DJ in house is the spark of this place, cant explain house much fun we had and all will have if one will visit. Lightening of this place is more awesome. What else could I say ?? One of the worst places to have a party or even corporate party, the place is too dim, people smoking on the dance floor, Zero for ambiance, food was of worst quality except for Manchurian. DJ was worst, it seems that music was played through YouTube or choice was worst. Won't recommend at all unless you are a passive smoker.

Night life here is literally non existent. Complete wastage of money and time. Would strongly recommend people not to come here who are looking for some entertainment. I went there on weekday and there was absolutely no crowd. It maybe better on Friday and Saturday but I wouldn't risk it ever again...

Worst place for get together.. Couldn't have been more disappointed. The manager here was so rude and the service provided by him was third class though the service staff was polite. Fake description about the plans and even the menu is fake. The zomato menu is different and the menu provided at the place is different which is approx 3 times the price given on zomato. We had a party here in last December. Moctail are ok and starters were just fine. Dj was ok. Main course was also just ok. It is place for medium budget party and the main benefit is its easily reachable due to it's location.

Located at the second floor of MGF Metropolitan Mall, Phantom is a casual dining restaurant and bar that serves food mainly from north Indian, continental and Chinese cuisines. If you are looking for good food and amazing ambience in reasonable prices, you should look no further beyond Phantom.<br/>Paneer Achaari Tikka, Dahi ke Shole and Tandoori Chicken are some of the must try dishes here. Taste of the food is very good and so is its quality. The quantity is also wholesome and the presentation is also attractive.<br/>Interiors are very impressive. It is a big place with nice decor and low lit ambience, perfect for corporate parties. Hygiene is good and the staff here is very attentive and service is really fast.<br/>Meal for two here costs approximately. All in all , this place is definitely worth visiting.

I found this place to be quite decent. The food here is pretty delicious and even their drinks {cocktails} is refreshing. They have a full bar available and a separate smoking area.<br/><br/>Although I visited the place by an accident, but I am glad for it. I started with my fav Beer and then move on to starters. I had Dahi ke Sholey and Murg Tangri Bharwan. The Dahi ke Sholey was mildly spicy and flavored well - the crispy fried smoked hung-curd with exotic spices wrapped in a spongy bread. Another one was Murg Tangri Bharwan, the hand-selected leg pieces of chikcen skillfully filled with masala paneer, minced mutton or prawns marinated with fine herbs and grilled in tandoor. It went well with the drinks.<br/><br/>For Dessert I had Gulab Jamun.

Quite an average bar, they serve 4 pints of beer along with a veg starter in 500 INR. i went for the same.  Service was very slow, you will not find anyone to repeat your beer. I had paneer tikka in starters, it was also very hard and average in taste. Ambiance is decent one. Phantom located in MG road is a recent revamp over some other lounge. The ambiance is the best attribute at this outlet. The huge alley of dance floor, more of dimness and privy seating at the place makes it to a notch in terms of the lush intramural.<br/><br/>Moving to food, the outlet has list of common items which are decent in taste. <br/><br/>- Chicken Lollipop. Fine in presentation and quantity. Taste was decent but could have been improved. <br/><br/>- Dahi k Sholey. Over usage of oil and dahi not much pleasant inside. It can be highly improvised.<br/><br/>- Chicken Malai Tikka. Chicken was tender and tasteful. Malai marinade was well used. Although the portion was not nicely presented and the food was not served hot. <br/><br/>- Pina Collada. Coconut Pineapple blended drink was a great refresher. Sweetness was rightly balanced.<br/><br/>- Virgin Mojito. Felt like it is more watery than the contents in it can influence the taste. <br/><br/>Overall, for a party preference this place may catch attention for preference. Staffing could be more attentive.

A Small dance floor which was fully occupied with all smokers especially who were without partners. <br/><br/>4) Sitting Place - All sitting area was also covered by smokers. As soon as you're ready to enter you would start dancing to pleasing music. Be it Bollywood 90s songs or the trendy English tracks, the music is definitely going to impress you. The staff is so prompt and always present to help you.<br/><br/>I tried the following items:<br/><br/>Chilli mushroom - soft and fresh mushroom pieces blended in the barbeque sauce along with onion and bell peppers. The quantity and quality was so good.<br/><br/>Paneer tikka : Huge and savoury paneer chunks served along with mint dip and onion rings is a paradise for vegetarians.<br/><br/>Chicken lollipop - Juicy chicken pieces marinated in barbeque sauce was utterly delightful.<br/><br/>Dahi ke sholey- This had too much of oil. The stuffing of creamy hung curd which was made a little spicy added to the taste.<br/><br/>Chicken tikka - Boneless chicken tikkas with spices and lemon topping made it taste yummy. A must have for the spicy lovers.<br/><br/><br/>MAINS: I ate butter roti and laccha parantha along with dal makhni and kadhai chicken. Breads were sof and properly cooked. Chicken seemed a little undercooked and cold. The Mushroom pieces were zestful and the chili garlic marinade was perfectly done. One could dive in the entire serving.<br/><br/>Paneer Tikka. Strangely the variant they had served was quite distinctively succulent. The pieces of the paneer has a sweet quotient and with a blend of crisp tandoor and sweetness aspect, the paneer tikka is quite a hit.<br/><br/>Dahi ke sholle. This has more flaws than any other. The kebab was well stuffed from inside and somehow didn't please the way it has been presented. The dish had so much of oil used and dahi could have been lil runny so that the tenderness gives a balance to outside crispy batter. However, the mild spiciness is a good add-on to the decent appetizer.<br/><br/>Chocolate Shake. Classic chocolate induced milk shake. The quantity was adequately proportionate in terms of chocolate applied into the shake but the milk quantity still dominated, making it runny and not a thick shake.<br/><br/>Virgin Pina colada. The flavorsome and amazingly sweetness balanced coconut milk and pineapple blend. The mocktail was indeed flawness in terms of balance in sweetness.<br/><br/>Mojito. A vodka induced lime and mint leaves refresher. Nothing more to expect from this sober drink.<br/><br/>Overall, considering astonishing party-like aura and delish food, we had a worthy time to experience this renowned outlet at MG road where other outlets stand nowhere to this extent of the services they offer. Apparently, we found service to be one of the major pleasing factor. With utmost lounging we found this to be a place to revisit. :)

Had our get together at this very fresh looking place called Phantom on the 16th of June,17 and we simply loved everything about it. The hospitality, the DJ, the food and the ambience (esp. the lighting) were amazing for the price we got the deal at. The "dhol walas" were allowed entry too and they managed to sync in well with the tunes of the DJ, making the atmosphere even more electric. Thank you Narender for hosting us. Looking forward to have many more events at Phantom.

Bad food, bad service, not at all safe for women, different scene after 10pm (you know what I mean). Never ever go there for a party. Super shady place. please avoid.

Nothing at all there as per. Zomato listing.. Single sheet food menu with 5 veg and 5 non veg items.. It's has become a. Pub... U can go there just. For drinks and some. Fake. Or. Maybe paid company... And that too Pls reach there not be for 10 pm

...Reaching phantom really enlighten my heart. The arrangements made there made me feel good surroundings.The food was extremely delicious,full of taste and the music made my feets troll.It was comfortable being there and the service men ensured for our safety .Will try to visit the phantom again and make my day go cherry on cake .

We tried PHANTOM as my closed fried refered me strongly.I love the ambience a lot. The place have separate sitting in terms of space the music was very cool as they accept the request as well. <br/>The food was fantabulous and the they have lot of varieties as well the the mouthwatering stuff was paneer Angara shashlik, crispy chilly potato,hara Bhara kabab <br/>The best part is they are best in non veg as well Tandoori tikka,chilly chicken nuggets, mutton seek is Mouth watering snacks <br/>Overall I rated 5 /5 as I was fully satisfied with services and I strongly recommend this place to everyone out there.

Nightmarish experience. Anybody who wants a headache, stomachache and feel claustrophobic may visit this place. The food was stale and tasteless. Even the drinks/ mock tails were pathetic. The service was way toooo slow. The ambience is not at all for corporate people as they claim. I wish I could rate them below 1.

One of the best places to waste your money. Pathetic service and pathetic food. We didn't get what we ordered eventhough we clearly mentioned everything in the email itself. Music is way too loud for anybody's liking. There is one more fantom which is is in south point mall which is a brewery don't be confused with that as this one does not have a brewery. Also, one pint of beer here will cost you 500 bucks. Must visit this place for one of the worst dining experience.

Nothing so great about this place.  Have been to this place twice.<br/>Last time this club was booked for our party and was confirmed by the management and paid accordingly, the day we reached there for our party the place was already hosting two different parties inside. when asked about the booking they refused to return the money and even didn't asked the other two parties to move out. Well things didn't end here we some how tried to have our space inside the club but as the evening progressed the crowd that came from outside was so cheap that you cannot imagine. Wasn't safe for girls as well. <br/><br/>A strong NO for anyone who wants to go out clubbing.

Wish there was option for less than 1.0 rating. Stands high in the list of worst places of the world. Very bad food, worst service, low class crowd , dj must be the guy who plays in sahara, mixed drinks, bar.. it will be better if u buy desi daaru with peanuts and sit at home

Very bad experience with Phantom today, they make false commitment and fake statements at the time of party booking, We were 17 people and not a single person is satisfied with the food, drinks. I think it is a bad investment. There was another group of people and whole arrangement (fashion show = which leads to NO DJ at all)were for them only. I wish they could have told us before regarding this event. We have been totally ignored by staff. At last point we wanted to just leave, everything we had expected was a LIE. <br/><br/>Will never go there again!

The words are not enough to express the feelings for such an amazing place to hang out. You can not find a better place than this if you are planning for a party with your friend or even with your office colleagues.
