Recently visited Bikanervala for lunch with friends. The noodles and Honey Chilly Potato were really good. Aloo tikki chat was also ok. But I ordered Chola-Chawal and they served Black chana-Chawal, which was disappointing. How could one not know the difference between Chola and Black Chana being in Gurgaon. Ghewar was good, but a little too sweet, I've had better Ghewar at other Bikanervala outlets. Prices I felt were higher for the Aloo tikki chat. Parking is available but paid since the store is in a mall. Service is self.

Nothing needs to be mentioned about the legendary Bikanervala. Tried their kesar peda, rasgulla and milk cake. Loved it all! Perfect packing with perfect taste. Try any of their outlets for sweets and you won't be disappointed.

We went in this area for trampoline park and ended up having my favourite chhole bhature. This Bikanervala is pretty huge , has alot of seating area. They have self service policy. I ordered 1) Chhole Bhature: 8 ( Tasted alright ) 2) Spring roll: 7.5 ( very ordinary ) 3) Cold coffee: 8 ( strong, low sugar, good according to my taste )

This outlet is used and offers are great sitting area with absolutely phenomenal ceiling design. You have only the self-service option so be ready to be an queues on busy weekends. This is second Bikanerwala at Sohna Road, Gururgran/Gurgaon. Located at the ILD mall. Tasty veg food, delicious sweets, chats, samosa, kachori, jalebi and so on. So many varieties. It is self service restaurant with electronic token that vibrates when food is ready. Tables and floors are regularly cleaned. Prices are very reasonable. We have been celebrating birthdays/anniversaries and so on. For such parties, they will provide a dedicated area with service model. Ample RO drinking water - if thirsty can walkin and have glass of water. Parking is generally not an issue - two basements.

The quick and affordable place for breakfast/ lunch or dinner. From North Indian food to South Indian. Chinese to street food, you’ll find everything here! My personal favourites are : pav bhaji, chole bhature, idli sambhar, dosa and Chinese platter! The best part is the quality and hygiene level that the maintain across all their outlets! Totally worth it. Opens early in the morning, operates till 10. Btw, their sweets are great too!

Received these two sweet boxes from ILD tower bikanerwala and look at the hygiene. One is of dated 3rd September (I ordered at 7th night) and other one doesn't have any date printed on it. Worst Outlet of any restaurant in Gurgaon. No order management at all. Furthermore, if you need to contact the outlet, contact number is not working. Three times in a row, wrong items were delivered to me which totally spoilt the mood and meals at their respective times. What’s even worse, the replacements they send from their were stale and cold and even the paneer was rotten which is just pathetic for a nation-wide food chain like this. So much for Be Vocal for Local. This is worse than local. Zomato needs to take this outlet down from its app to maintain its standards.

Went here with friends. This is such a great place to chill with your friends. The food has the authentic street food vibe. I tried 🌟 Honey Chilly Potato- It was my favourite. The taste and colour was superb. 🌟 Brownie with vanilla icecream - This was also tasty. The brownies was soft, hot and yummy. 🌟 Dhokla - I am personally a dhokla lover and this place didn't disappoint. They have yummy dhoklas. 🌟 Ras Malai - If you go at evening you will get super fresh and yummy rasmalai. But once i took rasmalai takeaway at morning, and they were not fresh. 🌟 Veg Patties - It was also yummy. But you will have to face a bit wait time because its always crowded.

Tried kaju burfi from this outlet but I feel that the sugar composition is more and it tends to overpower the cashew nut flavor. Would request the management to look into the same and correct it, does not justify a sweet which is immensely popular and costs more than 800 Rs per kg, phew!!!

We went there on 29 June 19 with family at Sohna Rd outlet Only one counter was open at that time inspite of people standing in queue. Funny thing was when I ordered dal Makhani as Main course cashier refused that it is only available in combo. All items except chole bhature was not at all tasting good and was stale. Quantity of full bowl of dal Makhani was hardly even sufficient for one person. Now funniest part. As soon as it turned 11;00 pm all AC were turned off inspite of some guests still being there. And all outside staff arranged big table for themselves and started eating. All staff inside kitchen started eating there itself. Wonder what is hygiene and professionalism at this outlet

Best choley bhature, Chinese platter , idli dosa platter and sweets!!! They have been maintaining their quality and pricing for quite a long time which is impressive... The hygienic level is great and staff is agile and quick along with their service! We come here often for grabbing a quick byte on and off!

One big restaurant that serves some amazing food. I don't think Bikanervala needs any kind of description about how it works and what kind of food it serves. It already is one of the biggest food chains in India. This specific outlet is very well designed and has big area of seating. We ordered: 1. Hyderabadi Chaap with naan - It was very delicious and the quantity was enough for a single person. 2. Raj Kachori - No one can ever go wrong with this 😂 It was perfect and yumm as always ❤️ 3. I am not much of a morning person and love my brunches. Great place to sit home and order from. Ordered Idli Sambhar, Dahi Bhalla and Aloo poori with Raita. I like their Sambhar even though it might be a little too sweet for some. Dahi Bhalla was yum too however the pooris were a little out of sorts. Anyway good place to order in from. Totally disappointed. Ordered Aaloo Tikki and what came was absolutely cold and half cooked tikkis with small pouches of meethi chatni and the green one. No toppings or masala or curd. When we called, they just said, it's served like that. How do you eat cold, hard, semi cooked tikkis with that?

As I have seen staff was good place is clean and higenic and crowd is good too. But their taste of food disappointed me. I ordered a thali and in this includes lot of things which is good but laccha parantha is served without butter or ghee and nan was also plain no butter n all. Also sabji was ok ok paneer was good though but still I was expecting more and sweet is quite good like always in the end place was good to go but if you like simple sorted food then it is good for you or if you have chatapata taste buds like me so think about it before going. 😊

So this weekend when BTW was not accepting orders online I placed the order of aloo tikki @bikanervala Sohna Road outlet. What they show and what they deliver can be seen clearly from the two pictures here. Upon placing complaint to zomato they come back to inform that this is how they serve with only sauce packs. I feel this is fleecing and cheating your customer. #bikanervala you certainly might have just saved few rupees by saving your cost on curd and accompaniments but you have lost a customer forever. Accepting your mistake or a feedback positively is what perhaps you need to practice.

Also, I ordered chole bhature, the quality of bhature were not at all matching the taste that Bikanerwala really offers. Today ordered masala uttapam, masala dosa, veg chowmein and Manchurian. Uttapam n masala dosa was worst in taste and totally difficult to eat. Neither cooked properly nor havibg any taste of even salt n chilli. Tasteless. The raita was sour. The plastic seal cover on the dal was heated/pasted so badly that it was impossible to remove. We had to puncture it to take out the dal. The kulchas were not properly packed in the foil. They were cold by the time they were delivered.
