Yum! You have never had fresh cream fruit cake like from Iroha. It will burn a hole in your pocket, but then somethings are indulgences that shouldn't be avoided. Light, mild sweetness and extremely fresh cream and fruits. A hit for any party.

One of the best bakery on board. Pure, good and nice Japanese stuff. They have a loyal fan following.

One of the only outlets in M3M 65th Avenue on Golf Course Extension Road with a dedicated client base of Japanese in the Delhi NCR region.
Trish
When we arrived at 5 p.m., most things were sadly out-of-stock but we managed to nab the custard and matcha puddings, as well as the pork buns. Finding good custard is a rare occurrence in Gurgaon, so the smooth texture and bittersweet flavour was a pleasant surprise. The buns has delightful texture as well: soft and airy, crisp on the outside. The filling could be more exciting though.

Very famous shop for Japanese food cakes bread and more Japan sweets also available here
Kosuke Tsuchimoto
This is very popular Japanese-sweet shop in Gurgaon. The sweetness is very mild, so it would be good for foreigners, since Indian sweet is too sweet.

Visited this little gem on Saturday, and boy, am I glad! Amazing food. It was their fourth anniversary celebration so they added a complementary pack of assorted cookies, which I think is a really nice gesture. Tried strawberry crêpe, sausage roll, melon pan and cream bun. Loved everything. Such nice people and such awesome food. This place is definitely going to become a staple for me.

Everything here looked really cool. The Yakisoba pan tho, which is kinda like yakisoba stuffed bread, is brilliant. also, the curry pan, it is a japanese styled curry stuffed pan with chicken, some veggies like carrots and chicken. the flavour that comes outofabite of this is just sublime. owh, and they have these very classy cream stuffed buns too. insane. def check this place out.

Looking for a tasty bakery? This is where you should go.
The owner is a friendly nice Japanese, and he bakes fantastic breads and cakes. They also sell organic vegetables, tofu, milk etc.
I especially love the cream puff, and sweet bean doughnuts. Chocolate cake is also good, and the normal bread (it's in the picture) oh my god, if you try this, you cannot go back to the 20RPS bread sold in the normal market.
Since it's popular among Japanese customers, things sell out quickly. I couldn't get much of what I wanted this time when I went around 4pm.

Price wise, it's a bit costly I suppose, compared to normal bakeries. But the quality, the taste, and more over the trust- that it is hygienic cannot compete with any other bakeries. And that's what you are paying for.
If you are tired of the overly sweet Indian bakeries, or tired of worrying whether they are using good ingredients or not, you would love this place.

Wish it was located in Delhi. They do sell some amount at restaurant "Manami" in South point mall, and at cafe "Momiji” in Avalon courtyard.

This place is a hidden gem. After having sweet red bean paste in Singapore I was on a lookout for it here in Delhi NCR for over 2 years. When I found this place it was nothing less than a surprise. Owned by a Japanese gentleman, this place is on the rear side of the vyapar kendra in Sushant Lok. I order the red bean pan and a green tea custard. Both of them were too delicious. The sweetness was just perfect. The products are all fresh and they run out of their popular products by afternoon. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try something different in desserts. The only thing I wish is if the price was a little less and a few seats to sit and enjoy the desserts. However, it is still totally worth it. A must try for all the foodies in Delhi NCR.

Just when I thought that as far as bakeries are concerned it is highly improbable for something ‘hatke’ or innovative, Iroha proved me wrong by delivering some brilliant Japanese bakery preparations and also some appetizing fast food. Located in Vyapar Kendra Sushant Lok, this is a place where the cordial staff and the way they treat you is enough to win the hearts but the food quality here is something that plays the most cardinal role.

Was near Sushant Lok a few days ago when I spotted this outlet right across the street and decided to pop in for a grub. Placed a takeaway order for the following-

Hot Dog- Quite filling and delish.

Chocolate Coronade- Had a rich and sweet taste and was a delectable one to devour.

Teriyaki Chicken Burger- Had a very different and scrumptious taste.

In the end, I really enjoyed having their food and look forward to paying Iroha yet another visit sometime in the future.

FINAL RATINGS-

FOOD- 4/5

SERVICE- 4/5

VALUE FOR MONEY- 4/5

ON THE WHOLE 4/5

On a hot day running errands in Vyapar Kendra in Sushant Lok this place saves your life. So it is like a Japanese themed shop where the owner is also a Japanese man that I suppose doesn't understand Hindi much. I had the raspberry crepe and peach ice tea. The crepe was sweet in the right proportions and melting in your mouth, peach ice tea was good and chilled as required when the days are so hot. The only downside is it is a small cramped place with exactly one small table chair set where maximum two people can sit, it can be a big hit if developed.
Megha
The staff here is exceptionally courteous. They thank so many times before going which sort of sets a Japanese mood.
The treats here are good and worth trying.

This is possibly the best bakery I have been to. Each item on their menu is different.
The one thing I go back every time is the crepes.
Their mango, raspberry and strawberry crepes are to die for. So soft and pillowy. Must try. Nothing like u have eaten before.
Then comes the soft and crisp choux pastry . their custard is soft like a cloud. Love it. Worth every penny
Nemonemo
This is special japanese bakery.
India sweets is too much sweet.
Iroha making Sweetness modest.
The price is high, however, it would be happy with the Japanese.
Pavan Arora
Amazing pastries & cookies- delicious looking, soft & tender, and simply awesome when it comes to taste. Only downside- the pastries taste so out of the world that they run out of pastries by the evening!! A must visit place- but if you want to have a chance of getting something to eat, be there before 6PM :)

I was quite excited after reading positive reviews about this quaint Japanese bakery. So I chose home delivery at a friend's house for a get together.
I wanted to have the popular 'Banana& Chocolate Crepe' but it was sold out.

Crepe Raspberry: super light crepe filled with velvety custard, whipped cream and raspberry sauce. Loved it. We all were left wanting for more.
Similar to Raspberry, Azuki Crepe was filled with buttery custard, whipped cream and chocolate chunks. Simple yet delectable desert.

Madeleine: small shell shaped sponge cake were yummy.

Financier : small buttery tea cake in almond was flavorful.

Definitely a hidden gem in Vypar kendra market. Everything from concept to dishes to flavor, they are spot on.
The food definitely met our high expectation, however they could provide some spoons and tissues with delivery.

Iroha is located in a market where you will least expect the existence of a bakery of this kind. Still, Iroha shines like a diamond in a Coalmine.
It's a small place offering enticing desserts of all kinds. I tried their succulent chocolate banana crepe and strawberry crepe. I also tried a mouth watering creamy bun (please refer to photos) and some dainty bakery stuff.
This place will soon outclass all other dessert places in gurgaon. It has already become my favorite go to place.

Iroha is a find.

The first thing you do is order yourself a Crepe. Or two. Or all of them on display. At this point, go with the flow. Get your hand on Choux a la creme. Then, turn to your left. Pick up the Redbean doughnut. Skip the Madeleine. Go up a little and pluck out the lofty Financier. Move right and grab salt-caramel and cheese- pepper biscuits.

Ask for a takeaway. You've to be in the care of a good book to enjoy each of these, minus the Crepe. Eat the crepe while the cashier drafts your bill. One bite and your brain shuts up about the prices. Enjoy the mild flavour of crepe, like watching dandelion take to wind in your mouth. Pick up your bag of deliciousness, thank the cashier. Make sure you tell the owner the crepe was lovely. Because it'd have grabbed you with both hands in the first bite.

Go home. At dusk, dim the lights to a readable degree. Bring out your book. Spread your mini dessert-buffet. Then go a bite per page. Skip dinner. Finish dessert- buffet. Finish the day's read. Bedtime. Toss and turn in bed. By this time, crepes make a comeback in your head. You catch some sleep, thinking of crepes. Your brain takes to teasing. You dream of crepes. You wake up. It's 3:00 am. You realise your mouth was open. You were trying to go for a bite of crepe. You realise you are in love. You feel silly. You are in love with a dessert. But you are happy.

It's 11:00 am. You are back at Iroha, eating a Crepe, happy that you turned one of your dreams into reality.

TL;DR: Iroha crepes take all you've got to defuse their mild flavour from your head. Good luck sleeping with the constant knock of wanting to eat more of it.

Located in a market that would never accept a bakery that serves food outside their comfort zone. But Iroha is here to stay. It's been here for a few years now and people love it. Their choux pastry is amazing. And big enough to fill one person. Just try it.

This place is a diamond. Hard to find and comprehend but once found, your happiness will leave no bounds. A small but a very warm place, take a away preferable, these guys serve excellent crepes. The banana - chocolate, strawberry crepe are out of this world. You should also try the crisp auo something like that(refer the photo).. The sweet quotient is just right. Mouth watering. Eyes closed, hands down, go for it.

Amazing stuff! They surely know their breads, and they do know what a good bread is like! Don't expect a huge variety of cakes or bakes while visiting this place, or even a very fancy sit-out. It's a very small place, primarily for take-aways (not sure if they deliver or not). What you got to visit this place is the amazing quality breads. Everything from wraps to croissants to crepes and anything else that you find on their shelves, exude taste and quality. And freshness.

You may find it a little overpriced (a small crepe would cost you nearly 130-140 bucks maybe), but then what you pay for is the quality and not size. A must try, for starters!

Super amazing staff, they always offer some complimentary stuff when I order!
A blessing in disguise! Super underrated please give it a shot.

The Japanese have a way with small things. This is a small place, but with big delights. The food frankly melts in your mouth. I think we had an overdose of sweetness. The shopkeeper is a very sweet chap and makes a very strong effort to understand one's English utterings. The Azuki and Chocolate Banana pancakes are so extremely soft. So are the crepes. Financier and Madeline breads are not very sweet, but reminds me of ghee roasted bread. Wash it down with some cold tea. It costs Rs 1000 for two people with adventurous tongues. If you have a lady to impress, look no further. Iroha as its name stands for, is the ABCD of Japanese sweets in NCR.

Iroha- A bliss for people with sweet tooth. Walk in and pick up any dessert and be amazed. The desserts taste amazing. Do not forget to try tuna mayo sandwich. Be at Iroha, eat and feel awesome.

I don't know if it's authentic Japanese but the choux a la creme is the best! The crepes - have tried raspberry, strawberry and banana n chocolate - are yum! Especially the banana n chocolate! Also they are so neatly packed :)

Iroha... A Japanese style bakery that also in a small nook of the closest market to me. I tried the Choux and Madeleine at the place. What is a better mention is the Butter Rolls...and a courteous staff. Still can't be sure if a lot of people visit the place. But it gets a super rating as the stuff served is a delight.

While taking an evening stroll today I discovered a hidden gem , Iroha. It is a small yet a very welcoming Tokyo style bakery.
I would specially like to mention that this place has the most courteous staff I have ever come across in the bakery. They delightfully offer assistance and thank you upon leaving, unlike most staff at other shops to whom you would have to place your order four times to make them listen.

Food review :

Choux a la créme - This is the best choux pastry I have had in the longest time. They do not shy away from adding large amounts of custard and the choux pastry is baked to perfection.

Madeleine - It is a soft sponge-cake with a distinct shell-shape, all I can say is, it stood up to its description.

Overall a very good experience and I would definitely visit again to try more breads and puddings.

Must try: Choux a la créme.

The Choux pastry here took me back to my college days in Japan! Loved the place. Would've given a 5 if they had a wider spread of desserts. The bakery is small, cozy and the staff is courteous. We even got a small surprise gift! Good time in all :)

Quaint Little Cafe, Iroha is my go to place for desserts. The first time I visited this place was in February, sometime around the Valentine's day. The owner, a warm Japenese guy was baking Valentine's day goodies and offered me some. They were fresh out of the oven and really delicious. Whenever I have been to Iroha, the owner always makes it a point to give me something complimentary with my order! (sweet!)
The owner bakes and serves himself so the service might be a bit slow but it is totally worth the wait. Iroha deserves a visit for its exquisite Japanese desserts and do ask the owner to recommend you the desserts. He is fantastic at baking and handling his customers and a lot of customers visit Iroha again because of him! :)
Iroha is a find in itself... I have been a regular visitor to this place from the past one year... for all the bakeries giving us non dairy so called cream topped desserts Iroha is an exception... great stuffmy regular takes are there garlic bread, croissant, madeleines , financiers, sugar twist and the choux is out of the world... the so warm and hospitable attendants make you feel so special. their Japanese chef is there to welcome you with his warm smile and serviceits always so special to be there, infact for the first time I did for a change ordered a cake for a family event (earliar it was l'opera only) and it was really nice. now Gurgaon has a choice for its pastry lovers....keep up the good work !!!

An unexpected outlet, at an unexpected location...seriously!
A Japanese Cuisine Bakery, at Vyapar Kendra, and that too literally hidden in the nook!
I just happened to cross by the outlet, assuming it to be some sort of an office, but later reading the board outside, made me realize, its a Tokyo-style Bakery!
Well, since, I have to try out every new food outlet that I come across, I just gushed in intuitively...and to my surprise...the collection was elaborate and lucrative...I ended up buying much more than I could eat in a single go...

I jussst loved the Orange Jelly...It was so natural(I mean no artifial flavours,I could feel that!), and their Chocolate Crepe...it was soooo smoooth!...Yumm!

The only con, I felt was, Minimal seating space[Only 2 chairs :( ], and price ranges, slightly on the higher side! [That is where the 1 point on the rating is missed!]

Overall, a lovely place to treat you sweet tooth obsession!

Have been meaning to try out Iroha. Last time I went they had run out of everything. So had the opportunity again and ordered a bunch of stuff as everything looked scrumptious. Got their cream filled cheoux, matcha green cake (madeleine style), a madeleine, a chocolate pastry, caramel cookies and an olive baguette. The matcha tea thing was heavenly. Really good consistency and balanced sweetness. I just took it on a whim and it surprised me with the goodness. The cream filled cheoux was good though the custard filling was a bit of a letdown. The custard taste overwhelmed the sweetness of the shell. The chocolate pastry was a class apart and really put to shame everything else I have had recently. Soft, melting in your mouth types. So all in all really good and then the shop staff is very friendly which is icing on the cake.

I want to rate it 5 for the taste of the Choux and Custard, the only reason its 4.5 is because there isn't enough space to sit and enjoy the excellent pastries.

I usually don't write long reviews but Iroha deserves an exception- only for the taste of pastries. We had both the Choux and the Custard and were amazed at the taste. With my sweet tongue and liking for bakeries, I've been searching for that particular taste of cream for many years. In a hill station, we had this wonderful bakery called Glenarys that used to have similar soft cream inside their cream rolls, their taste has changed over time but I was happy to recollect those memories tasting the Choux at Iroha.

I've seen some reviews that the prices are high but I beg to differ. The items at Iroha are unique so prices cannot be compared with an ordinary bakery's items. If you do compare, do so with L'Opera in Galleria and you'll soon realize Iroha is much better.

I wish the owners of Iroha well and do hope they keep up the good work.

Do give your wallet some nutrition before walking in here. This is an experiment to bring Japanese style baking to the Indian masses (not really, I only see Japanese ex-pats looking for nostalgia) walking into the place. There is a good experiment - hard choux cream : which is a firmer texture bun filled with sweat fresh choux cream and then there is a bad experiment - soft choux cream: which is almost like a butter roll filled with the same aforementioned cream. Now for most people these experiments started in France and were very well documented and refined in Japan, so I suppose some of you might expect this in a patisserie instead of vyapar kendra but but but its ok ... oh and and and the pricing is def not for the faint-hearted.

Keep on Truckin ...

I bought a strawberry crepe and a doughnut.. The moment i took a bite of the crepe i opened zomato n wrote this review.. The first word which came out of my mouth was wwwwwooooowwww.. The variety they have is soo mouth watering.. ????????

An iroha is a Japanese poem and what these guys do is nothing short of poetry. A totally unexpected location both in terms of choice of market as well as the location in the market itself but I guess it plays a poetic part in the whole experience.

The Choux here itself inspires poetry with its delicate custard which seems to have a touch of some liquor in it.

I usually feast on the crepes and all of the products actually but it could be just me as I like Japanese flavours especially Maccha.

Its a tiny little bakery doing a few things very well actually. I presume this is for a limited clientele, the high prices keep it exclusive which is nice. Somethings should be kept special.

My two favorite non-indian cultures come together here with the French style bakery and lovely Japanese flavours.

This bakery truly makes me a happy cookie!

Totally unexpected but pretty good place. Their cook is of course a Japanese.
The products and hospitality was commendable although at a steep price :/

Good experience !!

Absolutely loved Iroha! You'd never expect to find this slice of Japan in the completely local Gurgaon market in which it's located. The choux was amazing - by far the best cream-filled pastry I've found in Delhi. The filled crepes were a wonderful surprise. We purchased a raspberry crepe and the manager gifted us a chocolate chip one as well. in addition to the main filling, the crepes are filled with custard cream and whipped cream and wrapped into a little square packet. They were both beyond delicious. As if the desserts weren't reason enough to visit Iroha, the two men running the shop when we visited - including the Japanese manager - were so helpful and nice. We left feeling so happy and are excited to go back.

I went in Iroha a few weeks back with a friend after craving for Japanese set sweets in India - Mochi to be specific - something I started to like while my time as a student abroad.

While I couldn't really find the place with Google's driving directions, it is actually set in a rather busy popular shopping center and is easy to spot.

By the time we reached, the shop was about to be shut - however the General Manager - Hiroaki, a Japanese National, was polite enough and offered to reopen the restaurant while we ordered. (It was being shut at around 7ish - pretty early for Gurgaon eh?)

Nonetheless, with my broken Japanese I asked for Mochi - although it was not on menu. While the manager couldn't offer Mochi citing lack of ingredients, he promised to import them from Japan the next month. Since we had driven all the way I wanted to try some other sweets - which were not exactly Japanese but more French.

While slightly disappointed; we ordered Chox a le Creme & Custard Pudding. However, I must insist that I was taken by surprise and the sweets tasted absolutely fabulous. Perfectly sweetened - and presented anyone could make out that the order was freshly made and extremely professionally created - I would rate them to be around what Laduree (world famous Parisian bakery) offers.

Hiromi also offered us Crepe Rasberry (even though we didn't ask for one) for free to try which was amazing as well.

While am in no way a french cuisine expert, the sweets were evidently very well done and differed from Indian Sweets / Bakery shops who just add a lot of color and sweetness to food without caring for how the sweets are actually meant to induce different tastes and differ. Not to mention, the extra caring and generous attitude of the manager was exceptional and (even with his broken english) is something I haven't seen in India since my time as a student away from the country.

Overall - Highly Recommend the place.

Must try with a friend, especially if ur looking for a quiet, cute place to talk / get lost in a book while feasting on the delicacies..

I tried their chocolate banana crepe and it was worth every penny i spent. we discovered a hidden taste every time we dug our teeth into the crepe.. and all me and my hubby said while having it was... 'yummmmmmmmmmm' :)
