Its one of the oldest high rise n modern building built by Unitech Limited. It is considered to be a landmark structure along with DLF Gateway Tower. It was starting of commercial buildings in Gurugram and the glazing technology was also new for execution during those times. It has almost complete glazing with circular profile and stone cladding at lower levels on elevation. Its lifts are now outdated and have huge waiting time. Rest the ambience n everything else is great about this modern marvel.

Signature Tower is a commercial building in Sector 30, on the main NH-8, Gurgaon. It has good visibility and connectivity. The closest metro station is Huda City Centre within 2 km. Clean and well maintained place. There's no any issue regarding the parking facilities. Totally well managed high class security is available. Good working space for any of the corporate sector. This building is quite famous in the area and throughout gurugram. Security staffs are very polite in nature, surroundings are well decorated with beautiful trees, over all nice working space.

Still , an important corporate hub of gurgaon. Situated at exit 7 ( from dehli) on Delhi- Jaipur highway , this is home to many national -international companies.
It was promoted by Unitech group.
Some prominent companies happen to Ashok Leyland, MG Motors , office of Unitech Group itself.
Now, the building is showing signs of ageing. Lifts have become outdated , call buttons don’t work properly, washrooms are in need of a facelift.
