The sheermaal was stale. Not only that, it wasn't even warmed properly. Order mutton korma, which was fine but not upto the mark. There was "sursuri" found in daal which when showed to restaurant people, they said it's 'kalonji'(onion seed) from the karim special roti. It was first time since lockdown that I visited restaurant for supper and was taken aback and surprised by such low quality food and service. Not to forget, the 300ml Thumbs can costed me Rs 125/-.

Chicken changezi is quite spicy, and can probably give you tears, so don't forget to instruct for the chillies according to your preference.<br/><br/>Dal was not upto the mark, it was quite bland and too much of cream, didn't like it.<br/><br/>Sheermal was good, I've had better ones so can't give a lot to just for the name. "Karim's". Lately the quality seems to be compromised, as earlier i used to like everything on the menu, now only selected few dishes are only good.<br/><br/>Even if you visit the original Karim's in jama masjid, the taste doesn't seem to justify it's hype now.<br/><br/>But still, some dishes are worthy of trying and having a good time tantalizing your tastebuds for classic mughlai delicacies.

One of best Karims I have been to given the ambience and food. A little steep but amazing food including mutton seekh, laccha parantha. Badami mutton was a bit heavy though. Chicken Tikka was made very differently, and more like roasted chicken.

I visited the restraunt using the zomato infinity dining. I was very excited for the karims fine dining experience. The ambience is definitely really good. So the first impression is very good till now. Now comes the main part, FOOD.<br/>Ordered chicken tikka, paneer malai tikka, mutton burra, chicken seekh kebab in starters. Paneer malai tikka and chicken tikka were definitel good but the other very bad, really really bad. Mutton burra was kind of hard and flavourless. Had pan flavoured drink which was good and chataka which was again bad. Had chicken qorma and shahi panner with sheermal and khamiri roti in main course. Both the gravies did not live upto the expectation. Service was sÄŗow and kind of unwelcoming. Overall a disappointing experience.

There are many outlets of this legendary place across Delhi but nothing beats the experience of eating at anyof them. No matter what time of the day or night you visit, there is always a waiting time, so be prepared to stand in line for at least 30-40 minutes. But the moment the food arrives at the table, it makes all the waiting worth it. Such soft and succulent kebabs that you can't stop at just one. The phirni is equally mind blowing.

I visited this place yesterday I was really annoyed by the waiter who forced us to write a review about him on Zomato and when we said that we will do it later please get a cheque, he started behaving in an arrogant manner and refuse to accept payments from online platforms . This kills the entire ambience , especially when you are charging Rs.1 25 as a service charge. Food was good though but the mood killer was the waiter .
