The food is simply outstanding specially the starters. The service is also top-notch. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they go out of their way to make sure you have a great dining experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly special meal.

So, this is one of the famous buffet places in the area. The food is pretty mediocre but their service is incomparable. Pradeep, who was one of the staff members was very generous and helped us all through. The atmosphere was really good and a few of the starters were really good. They offer 6 kinds of kulfis as a dessert option which is one of the good options.

Visited on a Thursday evening at 6.30pm, for dinner to celebrate birthday with family. They had an excellent variety, ranging from chaat station, grilled/barbeque items, main course, desserts, drinks and bar. Currently they have a Khau Galli Mela from 24th Feb to 17th Mar, in which they have some limited time speciaities from across India, such as palak patta chaat, vada pav, choley kulche etc. The hospitality, attention to service, warmtb of entirw staff, from our Server Sangeeta, section manager Pardeep Chauhan, and Chef Tejpal - all came regularly to ask for feedback and how they can improve our experience. The ambience was also nice, clean and good lay out, they also had live music playing from 8pm onwards. Overall its a highly recommended place to come with family & friends. In terms of variety 9/10, food taste (flavour and preparation) 8/10 and quality (freshness) 9/10, ambience/atmosphere 8/10, Service 10/10 and value for money 10/10. We paid Rs 799+ taxes per person for Veg, and additional for mocktails.

We visited during the Chaat festival and I ate enough to survive the whole week. The service is great, they change the spice levels as soon as you ask. The desserts section was also amazing, especially those coconut chocolate balls- Loved them. You need to try them for sure.

The best in terms of hospitality, variety, taste and humble staff. Loved their each and every item, whether the starters, main course or deserts. They have the best tasted food I can be sure about. The staff makes the treat even more pleasant.

The interactive dining concept, where I could grill my own skewers right at the table, added an exciting and engaging element to the meal. The variety of marinades and ingredients provided endless possibilities, allowing me to customize my dishes to perfection. The assortment of appetizers, from succulent kebabs to flavorful tikkas, showcased the skillful blending of spices and the mastery of grilling techniques. The live counters offered a range of cuisines, from Indian favorites to international specialties, ensuring there was something for every palate. What truly stood out was the warm and attentive service. The staff's dedication to ensuring a memorable dining experience was evident in their courteousness and promptness. The indulgence continued with a tempting array of desserts, each a sweet masterpiece in its own right. The presentation and taste were equally impressive, providing a fitting finale to a sumptuous meal. Overall, my visit to Barbeque Nation in Gurugram was a gastronomic adventure that combined flavors, interactive dining, and impeccable service. It's a place I'd gladly return to for another round of delectable delights and delightful memories.

Love the food here.... Service is also excellent.... I spent 3 hours and eat alot and food was so delicious I don't want to stop eating but my stomach was said please enough I can't take more 😅😅

Went on a Saturday for a lunch. The place was a bit crowded . However, the servicing was at pace. Had a non-veg platter. The variety has lessened over the years but the taste has remained. As we went during GIRF festival, huge discounts were provided alongwith a complimentary drink.

I visited Barbeque Nation at the Grand Mall recently. They greeted us well and then gave us the table as per our confort. (From the available ones of course). I have been to Many barbeque buffet places but BN has always been the best in terms of service. Once we sat, they started bringing us starters and the barbeque was also set within a minute. I love their Cajun potatoes and crispy corn. From the barbequed items, I love their pineapples. All the snacks were yummy and their mint chutney was also fresh and tasty. Service is prompt and the staff is super courteous. As mentioned earlier, I have never experienced such politeness and curtesy in any other Barbeque buffet place. The desserts were also delish, I loved their Brownies, Gulab jamuns, Seviyan and kheer the most. Their Veg biryani was also delectable and their Virgin Mojito was just perfect. They also perform short dances and clap with you in the birthday celebrations of your near and dear ones. Special thanks to Sangeeta for serving us well. :) All in all, it’s a lovely place to eat unlimited barbeque Buffet food.

It was a pleasant evening there. The service was excellent. The guy assigned to us, "Raj" was extremely polite and diligent. The feedback about food was taken in a positive way. Appetizers are excellent. There is a room for improvement in the main course for few dishes as well as in the deserts area. For desserts, if they can improve their taste rather than just keeping a lot of variety, they would be one of the top barbeques here.

Being a regular visitor, I always feels refreshed being here. Plenty of options to have in menu and the complementary drink at lunch makes it more enjoyable. About the food, veg and non-veg both menu has great variety and taste. You can enjoy live counters here with different menu like golgappa, aloo chaat, palak chaat and more. Starters - Almost everything was great but kabab, crispy chicken, grilled pineapple and cheesy potato(potato salsa) was among my favourites. Main Course - veg and non-veg both have 2-3 gravy items, salads, biryani, breads etc. Dessert - If you are into sweets 🍪, the dessert has more than 10 options from hot and cold options. Ambience and Service - Nice ambience with modern interior decor, comfortable sitting and the service is upto the mark. They always takes feedback about taste, Very good service was offered by Little and Raj. Thanks.

Overall experience of Food at barbeque was fabulous. However they have given as the one of the extreme location it was under construction so that was the only negative part rest. Overall food is really good. You enjoy the hospitality.

The ambience was good, the staff was very professional and they were concerned about their guest.The starters were very good, maybe they can make their main course better but it was okay. The head chef also made us some mutton. And he kept on coming for more feedbacks. Loved the place. Good for celebrating birthday.

The food was fantastic as barbeque is famous for . They also made us custom starter meal (chilly fish , thanks to the chef) The most important thing is the hospitality by Sushila and Sandeep , it was tip knotch😋😍😍😍

Unlimited Barbeque and delightful experience. Visited here for the first time and it was a good experience. I visited in January 2022, the Grand Mall (where this restaurant is situated) was covid safe as they were only letting fully vaccinated people inside the mall. We loved the starters, everything was juicy and tasty. Tried the guava bbq for the first time and it was pretty good. The fish was the best ❤️. Chicken Tikka, juicy prawns, Paneer were very tasty. If I'm not wrong, the name of the starter was Mutton Khema/ Kaleja fry and it was very flavourful and yummy. As usual crunchy corn was the best side dish 👌🏼 The paani Poori counter was pretty cute and it was a nice experience. Again this time, by the time I finished starters there was approximately 30% space remaining in my tummy 😂. So now i had to be calculative as there was MAIN course, Desserts In Main course I had some chicken biryani , salad raita. Couldn't accomodate Roti/naan and Butter Chicken/ Egg Curry. Etc. There was one type of chicken soup. 🍦🍮🍰🍧 Desserts were as per expectations. Loved The Angoori Gulab Jam. Caramel was pretty good. Shahi tukda wasn't up to the mark- there was strong smoky flavor. Chocolate brownie was good too. Well, you only get carbonated drinks as complimentary. You don't have the option of opting for Virgin Mojito. ⭐ The Kulfi was too good! --- The service was extremely good which added to the delightful experience. Definitely a great place to go 👌🏼
