Review Bikaner Sweets - Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Very famous and best taste . I tried chaat , chole kulche and pav bhaji . It was super in taste .

Om Sweets is the most famous pure vegetarian sweet shop in Gurgaon with many branches open in Gurgaon and it is famous not only in Gurgaon but also in all neighboring cities, the sweets here are very delicious and all sweets are available like Barfi Kalakand Rasgulla Gulab Jamun and specially Doda barfi. They have almost all type of snacks with good quality, quantity & taste. Must visit with your family for healthy & tasty food.

Om sweets was known for their Chole Bhatura and I went there primarily for the Chole Bhature. I also had the Papri Chaat, Kachori and Tandoori Chaap. The Chaap was good. The Bhature was good with no oil dripping, a sign of it being perfectly fried. Finished with a hot Cup of tea.

I like the over all look and feel of this restaurant. I recently visit and tried their Rabri rasmalai and gajar ka halwa and I loved the both. They serve good food and the prices are quite genuine as compared to the other players in this category. They have good seating area for 50-100 people. You can also plan and book their designated area for birthday parties etc. A thing that I do not like, they don’t give you tea or coffee in the evening, (they always say it isn’t available) It is a nice family restaurant with food items at a reasonable price.

What a good experience it was to visit OM Sweets at Sector 31 Gurgaon. Exceptionally neat and clean place, which gives an assurance that food also must be hygienic. I found the staff to be very cordial and nice. I made a mistake while ordering at the counter and needed to change. This was possible without any problem. One can find a good variety of sweets, snacks and meals. The only thing I did not like was the encroached space just outside the shop where they have put a snack counter.

This place is most trusted when in comes to quality. Sweets offered here are really awesome. I was born sweet tooth so I love the taste of sweets available here like milkcake, kaju katli, rabari rasmalai, white and black rasberry are just awesome, laddo , gulab jamun is other mouth watering dish here. In short I would say sweets available here are just fantastic and you will not find the same taste anywhere else. Makke ki roti and sarso ka saag ka other dish one must try in winters and I bet you will eat this again and again during winter. This is only available from december to January Before covid I have also been there for dining. Dining service is also awesome. Just the quantity is less but quality is awesome. We trust om sweets so much that during this covid situation we only take food from there. One important thing is they only accept card and cash, recently have started accepting Paytm. I would highly recommend my family and friends.

Nice place to get quick bites With good qualities n quantity in food. Staff is so nice. N clean and hygiene place. You can go there with kids. There sweets and foods are awesome in taste. I went there for a small birthday party and they organised it very well.

Amazing place to get quick bites with your friends and family. Hygienic and well maintained place staff is professional. Prices are very reasonable and menu is very extensive with Verity of food/drinks/sweets. All kinds of festive gift hampers are also available.

The restaurant is okay-ish. The food and pricing is decent, nothing too good here. Sweets are good though. We really enjoy jalebi here, also kalakand, milk cake, ras malai are my top ones.

I am eating dhoda barfi from this brand from past 15 years. * Parking biggest issue * In this area It is so good to a brand achieving great success. Now from many years OM sweets has been serving people with other varieties of cuisines. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Snacks , chaat whatever you think they have it mostly. Only one washroom for large number of people. Staff is very polite and service is quick. Prices are pocket friendly.

It is nice place, but expensive also.You can organize birthday parties over,but they can't allow decorations for small gathering...But food and service was good.

the food no doubt was tasty and healthy as my samosas were with no oil which is very good however on one of samosa stiffing i found a metal piece , really scared , hope guys take note of this from safety aspect.<br/>all in all food quality and taste was great but this metal piece spoiled everything

Received these two sweet boxes from ILD tower bikanerwala and look at the hygiene. One is of dated 3rd September (I ordered at 7th night) and other one doesn't have any date printed on it. Neither zomato is responding (just keeps on sending automated messages with no resolution) nor the restaurant. Totally screwed sweets. Totally spoiling bikanerwala Brand

Worst Outlet of any restaurant in Gurgaon. No order management at all. Furthermore, if you need to contact the outlet, contact number is not working. Three times in a row, wrong items were delivered to me which totally spoilt the mood and meals at their respective times. What’s even worse, the replacements they send from their were stale and cold and even the paneer was rotten which is just pathetic for a nation-wide food chain like this. So much for Be Vocal for Local. This is worse than local. Zomato needs to take this outlet down from its app to maintain its standards.

Tried kesar ghewar and rasgulla. Both were fresh and good in taste with moderate sugar.

Went here with friends. This is such a great place to chill with your friends. The food has the authentic street food vibe. I tried<br/>🌟 Honey Chilly Potato- It was my favourite. The taste and colour was superb.<br/>🌟 Brownie with vanilla icecream - This was also tasty. The brownies was soft, hot and yummy.<br/>🌟 Dhokla - I am personally a dhokla lover and this place didn't disappoint. They have yummy dhoklas.<br/>🌟 Ras Malai - If you go at evening you will get super fresh and yummy rasmalai. But once i took rasmalai takeaway at morning, and they were not fresh.<br/>🌟 Veg Patties - It was also yummy.<br/>But you will have to face a bit wait time because its always crowded.

Have ordered food. First of all the rider was not wearing gloves when he was delivering it. Secondly the packaging was so hard of that deluxe thali that half of my Time was gone to remove that. Thirdly the food quality, Specially the Chinese spring roll. Wasn’t fresh in taste..

Received freezing cold food. Have been cooking diligently in the lockdown period. Did not expect this poor service from one of my favourite restaurant located hardly 700 mts away from my place. Had to face my family’s wrath for making the decision to order.

I brought 10 pcs. Of Gulab jamuns yesterday. They were sooo tasteless as they seemed like 15 days old. Yes we know it’s lockdown and your sale isn’t as before but that doesn’t mean you can give stale food to your customers.<br/>Highly disappointed!

Hopeless Pani puri.<br/>The water just tasted like some mild sweetner and colour added to plain water.Please do not order atleast this dish from here,till the lock down ends.It looks they are compromising terribly on quality.Please do not go by their ratings.

The outlet is far from the nearest easy located reachability. The prices of the outlet keeps on changing and the outdoor is also not so good and less seating space is available inside the outlet.

Aloo tikki served by Bikanerwal was absolutely bland and lacking taste.

Recently I visited this place. The place is famous for its vegetarian food. I ordered white sauce pasta and tandoori platter both were presented well and tasted amazing. The menu is full of options from chaat to main course you can have it all. Overall it was a good experience.

Visited Bikanerwala this morning. The food quality was pathetic. Taste was also not goood. You can you can see in the attached pic how dirty the place is.<br/>Very dissatisfied.

It is a very big outlet and inhave been there twice with my family i go there generally to buy sweets as this is very near to my relatives place . Try their moong dal halwa it is awesome.

One item was not delivered even after charging in full. This is second time they have missed a item but neither they have informed nor reduced the price.

Tried kaju burfi from this outlet but I feel that the sugar composition is more and it tends to overpower the cashew nut flavor. Would request the management to look into the same and correct it, does not justify a sweet which is immensely popular and costs more than 800 Rs per kg, phew!!!

I ordered navratri thali n navratri sweets .... Half of my parcel was even deliverd . when tried contacting the seller.... They simply denied for help..... Had to connect with zomato again to get the remaining parcel.

There are varieties of good food here. You can try from starters to fast food and everything is very delicious and cooked well. I have had almost everything from their menu list and it was equally pleasing everytime.

Bikanerwala offers great quality food. The taste is simply awesome.

I didn't not like the taste of food here. I tried pav bhaji here and it completely dissatisfied me in both quantity and taste. Over pricing can be seen clearly. Please take this as suggestion and improve the things. Thanks.

Got laddu delivered..not expected laddoo without paper bowl and it was smelling. This was my favourite restaurant ..this really making me think again before ordering again.

First time, I visited this place. Ordered Burger, spicy paneer roll and mawa kachori. Kachori was ok but burger and paneer roll were horrible. They were stinking. I found them rotten. I don't expect this from a decent brand like Bikanerwala. Pathetic experience. Thought to click a picture before this goes into dust bin. Praying God that I don't fall sick.

This place is close to my house and it I'd always a safe bet take my family....food is good in quality as well as taste...have got food delivered sometimes at home...found the packing etc to be good and quality the same...overall v good

We went there on 29 June 19 with family at Sohna Rd outlet<br/><br/>Only one counter was open at that time inspite of people standing in queue.<br/><br/>Funny thing was when I ordered dal Makhani as Main course cashier refused that it is only available in combo.<br/><br/>All items except chole bhature was not at all tasting good and was stale.<br/><br/>Quantity of full bowl of dal Makhani was hardly even sufficient for one person.<br/><br/>Now funniest part.<br/><br/>As soon as it turned 11;00 pm all AC were turned off inspite of some guests still being there.<br/><br/>And all outside staff arranged big table for themselves and started eating.<br/><br/>All staff inside kitchen started eating there itself.<br/><br/>Wonder what is hygiene and professionalism at this outlet

Went for breakfast, ordered takeaway kachori with sabji. Surprise!! Kachori had fungus and pungent odour. Another try for samosa, double surprise. Frozen samosa!!!<br/><br/>

One big restaurant that serves some amazing food. I don't think Bikanervala needs any kind of description about how it works and what kind of food it serves. I am not much of a morning person and love my brunches. Great place to sit home and order from. Ordered Idli Sambhar, Dahi Bhalla and Aloo poori with Raita. I like their Sambhar even though it might be a little too sweet for some. Dahi Bhalla was yum too however the pooris were a little out of sorts. Anyway good place to order in from. Dining in however is always manic at Bikanervala!

It's one of few places where you can trust the hygiene of food being served. Tasty food and sweets. Recommended for snacks and chats........

Totally disappointed. Ordered Aaloo Tikki and what came was absolutely cold and half cooked tikkis with small pouches of meethi chatni and the green one. No toppings or masala or curd. When we called, they just said, it's served like that. How do you eat cold, hard, semi cooked tikkis with that?

As I have seen staff was good place is clean and higenic and crowd is good too. But their taste of food disappointed me. I ordered a thali and in this includes lot of things which is good but laccha parantha is served without butter or ghee and nan was also plain no butter n all. Also sabji was ok ok paneer was good though but still I was expecting more and sweet is quite good like always in the end place was good to go but if you like simple sorted food then it is good for you or if you have chatapata taste buds like me so think about it before going. 😊

Do not order chole bhuttre. They taste when served hot. Not meant for delivery items. Packing was nice and all but bhuttre did not taste good at all

The bhalla papdi chaat was good, but the curd was spilled all over in the carry bag.<br/>The coffee was tasteless/useless, it was so thick as if they have used cream to make the coffee. Worst coffee i have ever had.

Really bad food, ordered faluda kulfis, all very bad quality. Had stomach ache and vomiting. Zomato people should make ensure at least the quality of food delivered . U cannot deliver bad food

The noodles were good enough but the Raj Kachori wasn't that crisp. Though the ambience is really nice and I guess it's the largest Bikaner vala in town.

So this weekend when BTW was not accepting orders online I placed the order of aloo tikki @bikanervala Sohna Road outlet. What they show and what they deliver can be seen clearly from the two pictures here. <br/>Upon placing complaint to zomato they come back to inform that this is how they serve with only sauce packs. I feel this is fleecing and cheating your customer. <br/>#bikanervala you certainly might have just saved few rupees by saving your cost on curd and accompaniments but you have lost a customer forever. Accepting your mistake or a feedback positively is what perhaps you need to practice.

Too less staff for too many customers. They were not able to manage and deliver and also talk to the customers politely... Also, I ordered chole bhature, the quality of bhature were not at all matching the taste that Bikanerwala really offers. Not complaining about the present staff as they were doing their maximum to deliver to customers. But you guys need to increase your staff here.

We used to visit them frequently earlier but now the visits have reduced of late becoz of the traffic rerouting. We ordered Sandesh. The quality was horrible. They were so hard and tasted stale!! Their quality has gone down plus they have increasing their food rates.

Today visited this outlet and complete dissatisfaction with the quality of food they cooked n served now...<br/><br/>There is huge difference seen in present condition with reference to earlier. Today ordered masala uttapam, masala dosa, veg chowmein and Manchurian. Uttapam n masala dosa was worst in taste and totally difficult to eat. Neither cooked properly nor havibg any taste of even salt n chilli.<br/>Tasteless.<br/>This is first time when i feel bad and writing such comments...pls improve in quality rather than taking it granted for customer arrival on brand value

Going there for lunch with family and try many dishes which was starters, main courses and desserts as well. Our all meal was full of taste and serving time was also fast.

The food we got was great. However, we got atta pani puri against our order of suji pani puri. Hope this is taken care of in our next order.

The raita was sour. The plastic seal cover on the dal was heated/pasted so badly that it was impossible to remove. We had to puncture it to take out the dal. The kulchas were not properly packed in the foil. They were cold by the time they were delivered.

All time favourite restaurant since childhood, and the chole bhature are soo goood. The chole's quantity is good enough. In some places they have also started serving rather than self service so that's another plus point. It's my go to place for good indian food♥️

Staff is pretty good and professional. You will love the Kadhai doodh which is served in eve till night. Apart from every other food item, jalebi is actually good. A must try. Location is also convenient. Parking is free.
