Went for a small birthday get-together, the ambience inside is pretty good.
Ordered shrimp fried rice and chicken bharta. The taste was very good and the quantity was also heavy. Also ordered Chicken Chettinad which was a bit on the sweeter side and was a mix of coconut and curry leaves.
Completentary Aam panna and puchka was also served. The service was good overall. Handwash bowls were also given after food.
Bathrooms are clean and hygienic, Parking space available. Online payments accepted.

I really had an amazing dining experience over here ❤️. The food was little bit on a pricey end but the quantity offered was wholesome . We had dinner of 5 people and quantity was more than enough . We ordered chilly prawns which were best . Starters were awesome no doubt in that . In main course we ordered Biryani and mutton khasa. Everything was proportionate and tasted great . Please check the photos for better understanding, great experience. 100 percent recommended 👍🏼.

When it comes to Kalita Spectrum, the name speaks for itself. The place is known for good food and ambience. Situated at the Shoolin Grand, the ground floor consists of Kalita Cafe with a K-pop inspired interior and a good outdoor seating space. The food and drinks menu is available to be served for the cafe area. The price is reasonable and the quantity and quality of food is excellent. The first floor consists of the proper dining and bar area. The restaurant menu is full of all the styles including Indian, Oriental, Italian and Chinese as well. They even serve a special menu of Korean cuisine. Overall a must recommended place to visit with family or friends. Most suitable for lunch or dinner.

It was a hell of a experience there. The food was great, the service was excellent and I had a fabulous time out there.
I tried the favourite paani Puri (yummy), chicken sizzler, butter nun, tandoori chicken, jeera rice and chicken lasagna as well. The chicken chowmein was somewhat dry. The taste was just unbelievable. The price was definitely not pocket friendly but you won't regret being there.

This was one of my most favourite restaurants in the city. But post lockdown everything has gone haywire here. The quantity they serve for a Rs 450 dish is laughable. I ordered Chicken tikka butter masala and what I got was not even enough for two people to have two rotis each. The food quality has also gone down quite a bit but I understand that may be the chef is a bit rusty. On complaining, Zomato gave me the option to choose a Rs. 100 voucher. Seriously? <br/><br/>It's the toughest to build a brand image so please don't spoil it so quickly.

Kalita spectrum is a lovely place to visit.The food served was very tasty. Puchka and aam panna were complimentary. The service was prompt.The staff were charming.Their hospitality is to be appreciated.And to our surprise,at the end they brought a lovely chocolate birthday cake to cut .They also played a lovely birthday tune. And last but not the least they also presented us with a family photograph in a lovely frame. We will surely visit this place again and again.Thank you for making the birthday special.

I ordered the chicken biryani and although I was impressed by the packaging, the food tasted bad. The biryani smelled like raw dalda and the meat didn't taste fresh.<br/><br/>However, after finding out about this, Nisha (the restaurant's social media manager), got in touch with me to rectify the matter. Shortly after, I received a fresh order of Biryani from their side and it was quite scrumptious. Needless to say, I am ever impressed by how the management handled the matter and have hereby changed my rating from a 1 to a 5.<br/><br/>Thank you for your diligence and keep up the good work. Celebrated my birthday yesterday here in kalta spectrum. The dining experience is just absolutely perfect. A must recommended place to visit in Guwahati. The restaurant is quite affordable and the staff and waiters are just absolutely flawless leaving no customer unsatisfied.<br/>And the best part is that they provided me with a 250gm birthday absolutely free of cost and a photo frame.<br/>Well thanks for making my birthday amazing and yeah you guys deserve a five star rating.<br/>Coming to the food, the roast chicken and fish tikka masala was the best. The chicken was juicy and cooked to perfection and the tikka masala was just OMG delicious, so tender and delicate.<br/>But i felt that the biriyani was a bit too oily.<br/>But other dish were just a masterpiece, beautifully presented.<br/>Kudos to the chef and all the other staff.

Kalita spectrum is an institution for authentic indian delicacies. But their overseas cuisines are also amazing. For example i had this plate of fish fingers and they were simply lip smacking. The slightest hint of mustard in that deep fried pieces of fish beautifully coated with the batter of happiness makes all the difference. The portion is also amazing for two people with a refreshing drink and it makes a complete meal!!

Excellent customer service. I am really happy that i decided to celebrate my birthday in kalita spectrum. Not that we told them. But thanks to Mukul when he got to know that it was my birthday, he suprised us with a yummy cake. That was really sweet of him. Super super impressed. Well, to begin with I visited this place for lunch and to hangout. And I returned not just with a happy tummy but with a happy heart. Awesome hearty food, good ambience, helpful staff, good music. Worth all the money. A teeny tiny discomfort ( not a complain) was that we were showed a seat near which I think is the cutlery counter where they probably dispose off the plates, which was a bit of distraction. Rest aside, totally satisfied with the service. We ordered chicken three way starters, chicken sizzler, blueberry cheesecake, nolen gur icecream. And ofcourse the famous aam panna and puchka were served as complimentary.<br/>

Briyani from spectrum is something I have suggested many of my friends to try once as the taste was something you won't find in many places. recently I went for my birthday with my friends there and order murg musallam.. This is probably one of the few restaurant restaurants in Guwahati which focuses so much in hospitality. The moment you enter you get complimentary aam panna and Pani puris...extra brownie points for that. The ambience is very family friendly and just nice overall. Coming to the food, their continental is worth mentioning. Be the taste, portion size, service time... everything was spot on. The service guys are trained well and are pleasing. All this and the place is very pocket friendly. Highly recommended.

If you plan to dine in Kalita Spectrum, please go to 1stfloor. Because, there were some spectators in ground floor , they misguide the customers and ask them to go to rooftop restraurant amd they say that the menu is same for all the restrautant which is a big lie.<br/><br/>We were attended by Mukul , his service and attention towards customer was really appreciating.<br/><br/>And they serve complimentary puchka and blue laggon drink.

The place is great for a fine dine in restaurant. Me and my friend went to the kalita spectrum for dinner and it was a great experience. They serve us with complimentary pani puri and jaljeera juice, the taste as good. We ordered chicken lababdar, Hyderabadi Chicken Biriyani, Bhatti ki Murgh with some Beer. The Biriyani tasted awesome and the Raita they gave with it was damn good. Chicken lababdar was a cury with boneless breast of chicken, it was delicious. And also the Bhatti ki Murgh was awesome.<br/>Overall the experience was great there, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious and also the Cherry in the top was the ambience. Great for family and friends. I would recommend everyone to visit here and taste some good food in Guwahati.<br/>The rate was a bit pricy but the quality of the food made it compensate.

Kalita's Spectrum serves you food you would be happy to try with a wide variety.Also it has it's own separate bar and a cafe with reasonably lower prices. My favourites were their Chicken pan fried noodles and the cookies from their cafe.<br/><br/>Mr. Mukul there was very kind to show us their kitchen(hygienic) and overall ambience. Restaurants ambiences was gud . About the food taste gud . Some of the things were disappointing . I ordered a Reshmi kebab . Taste was totally bland . Chicken was hard . I was not able to put the fork inside kebab pieces . Then I told to change the item it was not proper so they changed it but after serving it newly again same problem with the item 2 pieces were soft ultimately he served me the same plater . Then I order the French fries it was ok then what I found the glasses they served as water was not proper washed . It was give a fish smell . Totally unhygienic. I told the waiter . He replied - We wash it properly with lemon & vinger . I told smell it then and tell me why it was coming . They had no answer for it . The management should in to it . Hygiene should maintained .

A weekend, a long pending get together and we thought of only kalita spectrum.<br/><br/>ordered crispy chilly baby corn, creamy malai kofta, mushroom makai masala and indian breads, they were a tasty treat. with the sea food fest going on, octopus with hot garlic schezwan sauce was ordered and it was also tasty one.<br/>The staff were polite and supportive, but the service was a bit slow. ambience was too good<br/><br/>Another cons i observed was that they had a varitey of beers in the menu, but availablity was jst 3 brands.<br/><br/>other than that, everything else was a 4-5* worthy.

Very friendly staff. Decent ambience. We were served with complimentary gol gappas and soft drink. The kids got chocolates too. It's the little things that matter.<br/>Menu is quite extensive and we went for egg hakka noodles, chicken cutlet, chicken lasagna and grilled fish. Everything was nice, especially the cutlet and lasagna. Noddles felt slightly underdone. Overall very pleasant Sunday lunch with family. Not too heavy on the pocket either.
