Don't expect so tasty food here, but the food quality is good. Sometimes it is so crowded that you have to wait for the seats. Service of the staff is not bad. When crowded, you may have to wait more than regular time for your orders. They try their best to serve you. Variety of non veg items available here. Best place for families to have their lunch or dinner. Recommended.

During iftar, we were given free servings of dates, grapes, watermelon, and chickpeas. The butter naan and kima were tasty, but the firni could use some improvements.

I have been to every resturant in Guwahati but if you want the Best butter chicken, butter beef and butter Naan, then this is your place

I was quite a fan of this place previously, however, the food has just become mediocre. Most of us come here to eat beef, but the meat is too chewy. The biryani is still decent so are some of the gravys on the menu. I still feel the cooking can get back to how it was in the initial years.

I fulfilled my craving for Kebabs and kofta after six months of penance from Mughlai cuisine. From the streets of Nizammudin and Chandni Chowk, I had to find an alternative in my hometown. And where to start but in Mughal Garden!<br/>Food and taste-meter: ordered Beef kebabs(3/5), beef kofta(4.5/5), Beef Biryani(4/5) and Beef Bhuna(4.5/5). I enjoyed the kofta which went really well with the chutney. Kebabs were crisp. I expected more from the kebabs. It didn't melt in my mouth which is my taste from Delhi days. Biryani was good, and quite filling. Ample quantity to leave you in coma. Bhuna wasn't bad at all. Tender meat with the gravy went well alongside the Biryani.<br/>Service: 4.5/5 . Prompt service, and mannered staffs.<br/>Value for Money: 4/5. I have eaten six pieces of kebabs for price less than Rs 50. And same biryani for half the price. But since it is my alternative, I wouldn't mind the price at all. Hence, an enjoyable meal here. Definitely recommend for those who enjoy Mughlai food.<br/><br/>

I am an atheist....I went to this restaurant to taste beef for the first time in my life and it was awesome.....I really liked the beef butter masala with tandoori roti.

Forever my favourite beef place! The kofta, the beef biryani, the beef chilly dry and curry- ah, lip smacking good! Prices are just cherry on the cake because it's really reasonable. It's my go to place on days when my mood is off and voila, the food always solves it.

Good for family time and small parties with your friends.there are lots of beef items and other items for having a bite. The place is also called cosy and is in a good location outside from the sound of the vehicles.

Mughal Gardens is one of the best places to have Mughlai cuisine in Guwahati. Today in had Beef Kofta, Beef Korma, Beef Bhunna and Mutton Kosha with tandoori roti. My favorite among these is Beef Bhunna, I liked the Korma but it cannot compete with the Bhunna. I with they had more varieties in Mutton

I saw this place from zomato and Like I was wondering how the food was and tried ordering their beef .... and it was so tasty and very affordable we get it just in hundreds .... Butter chicken is also very delicious here... But to be honest .... Its always crowded,like most of the time ... Maybe its up to everyone's taste and budget that most of the time you won't get an empty table .... Good luck guys

This place was in my plan to visit list for a long time.so i had very high expectations.but i was somewhat disappointed.had chicken and mutton biryani and afgani kebab.mutton biryani was good...but did not like the chicken biryani,the kebab was okish!the service was quite fast though

This is one of the best places to try out Mughali food.Beef Keema surely sits at the top of the list of me.Prices aren't that expensive and don't burn a hole in your pocket.Do try it once!!For all the Mughali lovers out there.The only downside I feel,is that they put way too much oil in their curries.

I visited this restaurant a lot of times...my personal favourite is the laccha paratha,egg curry and chicken Tikka masala...I visited this place again before around 3 days with my friend and we ordered chicken tikka masala ,egg curry,laccha paratha and butter nun...4 butter nun are enough for 2 people we ordered 4 butter nun and two laccha paratha which was more than enough for both of us,but I must say the chicken Tikka was awesome and juicy , I found that the quality of egg curry has gone down and also they increased the price from Rs 50 to Rs 70...which is ok but I found the taste was not that good as I found earlier..but again the tikka ND paratha was a turn on...really tasty and well cooked ND most importantly it's a pocket friendly restaurant...if u are a fan of mughlai food...do visit this place😍

Mutton Biryaani and Mutton Kasha stole the limelight. Don't know what their recipes are! But every pinch of the spices were evenly interwoven. Service was also good.

A highly crowded place because of their lip- smacking food. One of the best place for mughlai dishes. Quick service with reasonable price. Beef dishes, tandoori items and kebabs here are the best. Biryani is good but can be made better. The restaurant also needs to take care of it's cleanliness. Overall I would say a must visit place for mughlai dish lovers.

Oh Man, I love the Naan here with hell lots of chicken and beef dishes. Biryani is okay, I wouldn't say very good but okayy. However their chicken 65 had a strong flavour of curry leaves which I don't prefer. However their Keema is a turn on

If we’re just talking about the food then I can give a 5 star but honestly their service sucks. Everytime my parents are in town we have to visit this place atleast once, we come back here everytime just because of the food. Beef and mutton dishes are our favourite, it’s always well cooked, soft and flavoursome and the consistency they maintain is good. But service wise it’s really bad. I understand that the place is always a rush n quiet difficult to attain everyone but I feel there is customer preference and biased. We are never given the menu on time if we don’t call the waiter like 3-4 times and they don’t come and take orders also the order is always late whereas I can see that people (local) coming later than us are served earlier than us. <br/>P.S. I’m not a local from Assam. <br/>It’s very disappointing when u don’t get treated well by a place you like (because food).

The taste of the biryani was not what was expected by us after tasting the Chicken tikka masala. Overall it was a good experience. The chicken Tikka masala was delicious. Situated at hazi musafir khana, this place has made quite a name for itself with its biryani. Although a host of other mughlai delicacies are up for grabs, the biryani and the kebabs are my personal favourite there.

So we ordered 2 half mutton briyani , Chicken Tikka Masala (full plate) , Chicken Afghani kabab, Laccha paratha.<br/>1full plate briyani is not enough to share between 2 so they adviced us to ordered 2 half plate . The briyani was cold but the taste was good and the mutton was soft and taste great, The Chicken Tikka masala was more than enough for two person . The gravy was just amazing with tomato flavour with all the spices. The Chicken Afghani was ok . Laccha paratha should be more soft otherwise it was ok .<br/>The staffs were not friendly , i had to call him atleast 4 times to gave the order .so after he got scolded frm the manager he finally came to take the order even after that they didn't responded well.<br/>And the place is bit isolated .its little bit difficult to find if u visit it for the 1st time .<br/>Overall the restro is great with quality foods they could be more better if the staffs get more attentive.<br/>

There is outdoor seating which I love the most. They serve delicious mughal dishes at very reasonable price. I love their biriyani, firni, beef bhuna etc. But staff don't pay much attention to customers,we have to say many times for a single thing. May be the reason is lots of customer visit there.

This is my second home.its a foodies hub,from their kababs to their phirni everything is just super delicious.their beef koftas are a must try item.if you are a beef lover this place is going to be your ultimate choice.

It was a nice experience. You can feel like you are going to have the best of mughlai when you enter the restaurant that gives you feeling of being in old delhi area. But as you get your food, you can see that your expectations are not being met. The food is not bad but you might set your expectations a little higher.

This place was in my bucket list from a long time. We ordered Chicken Afghani Kebab, Chicken Biriyani, Chicken Tikka Masala and Firni.<br/>The kebab was good, though it was a bit dry. Still the taste did justice. The biriyani tasted awesome too, but I found the quantity to be lesser than what it should be. The Chicken tikka masala was 10 on 10. The firni was average.<br/><br/>Overall, it was a good experience. The ambience was good. The waiters were polite.

I had a very Worse Experience... The Food was So Bad... 'Beef Butter Masala is a waste of money' out of 8pieces there were four pieces which is only bone.... This is like paying price for the full but you get half in return.... Moreover the chicken kasha is so not tasty... I can make much much better than this.. "NO VALUE FOR MONEY"

Really amazing biryani place in guwahati. I always drop by here when I’m in town. Love their biryani and kebabs. The sheek kebabs and meatballs are absolutely amazing. Just thinking about them makes my mouth water. Must also try their phirni.
