Makhan Bhog is a great place for Sweet and cake lovers. One can find nearly about 120 varieties of sweets and hand made chocolates there. The place is very hygienic and the sweets are also fresh and made in a very hygienic way.
We just decided to drop in at Makhan Bhog for breakfast,
We ordered poori sabji and Veg parata. Food is nice and delicious. Just prepared. Price also reasonable. They have many options but since early we prefer our own choice. Have a try, you will love it.

My go to place for all my sweet tooth cravings. Be is a chenna mithai to rasgulla, makhan bhog serves the best sweets in town.
The variety and quality of snacks they have is amazing. I am a fan of the pista biscuit there.
Coming to the dine in experience, Makhan Bhog serves one of the best dosas in guwahati. The quantity is good and all the items are a value for money. The roesti is a must try whenever you visit.
This place is one of my favorite amongst pure veg restaurants. Being one of the oldest customer here, I'm amost satisfied all time, sonetimes there's neglection and delays but its alright and that is my reason of giving a 4 ⭐.

I have tasted some of the best samosas in Guwahati from Makhon bhog. They make their own bhujias which are really tasty and fresh as well. Only downside is their painfully slow service
Being guests in the city and hosted by a relative, we were pleasantly satisfied after a round of breakfast this morning. We hogged on South Indian like never before.
Uttapam, rawa dosa, idlis - each better than the other but still I don’t understand why Zomato doesn’t refer to it as South Indian along with the other cuisine offerings on its profile
I told them to make the cheese macaroniwithout onion garlic and it was tasty. Too tasty. Sweets were awesome, gulab jamun, cakes, and other sweets.
Wonderful Food experience!! Not so good parking experience! There is no dedicated parking for the restaurant. You have to park it on the main road and walk to the restaurant.
Food is phenomenal! I had ordered 5 items.. all items paneer tikka, raj kachori, spring roll, pav bhaji, tasted yumm! But lassi was very disappointing..
Sweets on the ground floor were of very good quality! You better purchase the sweets as soon as you enter the restaurant else it might get finished by the time you have your food.
Located nicely. Sweets taste and quality is good. Staff behavior is also good. Sweets are bit costly, the owner should work for minimising the cost without compromising the qualityof the product. Ambiance is good. Limited parking space also available. Overall experience is good

The food was really tasty. The starts aare yummy.The service is fast...which is great. We were halfway through our family dinner and needed an extra dish as accompaniment with dal, which was served in no time. Really appreciable 👏 The ambience is good and clean. The staff are very friendly. A variety of. Sweets , snacks and gift hampers are also available here on the ground floor. The restaurant is on the first' floor. Overall a great place to visit with family and friends
This place is awesome for all vegetarians. All the dishes here are of mostly good quality. The dosas served here are one of the best and are a must try !!. The chilly garlic noodles are also absolutely mouth watering. The pastas are good ,just the quantity needs to increase a bit .
Had been to guwahati for a weekend trip and wanted to eat some good vegetarian food with friends and family so ended up at this place.
I must say this place was very good with food.
The food looked good, tasted good. But the ambiance wasn't like a restaurant.
It was more of a sweet shop dining area. So if you are looking for good ambiance then this isn't the place you should visit. But if you are looking for good vegetarian food then I give a thumbs up and must say that this place will satisfy you with it's food.
One of my best place to have "Masala Dosa". The test is very unique along with other sweet and backery item. Staffs are polite and friendly. Overall value for money.
Have a few fond memories of good food at Makhan Bhog. Dishes are normal and taste is also normal but something is truly different here. Perhaps it is the normalcy which I like the most. Other restaurants put a lot of cream and other stuffs in their dishes to make it look and taste rich and different but this restaurant never do so and still it attracts a good number of families who visit here regularly to enjoy their feast.
Good place , food tastes good. You will get good veg food. Only bad thing is wash room and hand wash are in same place. Could have a separate hand wash. Over all tasty food
