Review Recipes Train Restaurant - Guwahati

We visited this theme restaurant a month ago and we really enjoyed it. We had our niece with us and the entire theme of trains coming out with the food plates to the tables was so much fun for all of us. We ordered crispy chili baby corn, chili chicken, lemonade for starters and biriyani for the main course. We also tried sushi there but the sushi was an utter disaster. The food is really mediocre to be honest. The theme restaurant was all okay but their chef is not that skilled I must say. Our train got stuck at a moment but they fixed it. Kids would really enjoy this place.

Loved the dinning experience here with my family. We opted for the buffet that was 650-700 approx for one. Starters were too good as compared to bbq nation.. loved the malai tikka and prawns 🍤. Main course was also delicious unlike bbq nation. Desserts , we had ice cream and gulab jamun. Tip- can add brownie or pastry as additional dessert option . Instagram- foodblogghy_

Well mannered staff with good food. Staff are constantly taking care of guest. Nice place to host Birthday party or Anniversary party for 50/60 guests with dedicated celebration hall. Special thanks to Manager of the Restaurant for so accommodating. Best wishes.

We ordered the buffet which was 7/10. Could be better if there was a digital menu to choose from near the table so that the train can come soon instead of we having to tell the waiter everytime if we need something. The starters were good but the main course was average. I didn't like the crab dish much because of the sweet sauce on top which tastes exactly like druma of heaven sauce and tasted like ketchup. The fish finger was very good to taste and then also the paneer tikka was good. But overall it's good for the price but more than this won't justify it. It was 649 per head for us.

Atmosphere and staff service was good....the food arrives on a train on your table after ordering which was quite unique experience. The food was fine not as good as I expected.

Food was almost good. We have taken the buffet option. It was Rs699 per head. Only the chicken kebab was not up to the mark otherwise all the stuff was good there. I liked fish fingers most there

Very well decorated resturant with food service facility with toy train. Kids are enjoying. Food quality is good.

The ambience of the restaurant is very nice. Service I got was very warming. Dishes I tried all were very tasty . But the quantity of the main course was very less. My brother in law was only with only two spoons and all the gravies were finished. My husband was waiting for 15 minutes only with pulao without any gravy. After 15 minutes the waiter who was very gentle somehow managed and gave a small bowl of chilli fish which is not cooked properly. The behaviour of the Manager(in green colour t shirt uniform) was not at all responsive. We want to talk but he did not even bother. The owner should look into it as 650 per person is not a less amount.

The place is very nice and beautiful. Its a purely family restaurant. You can visit with your family specially kids, they will love it. The food was also good. Parking facility in this place is very good.

This place was just wow (chummmeshwarri 😝) But personally I think the food was a little overpriced, personally I think the quality of the food could have been improved. The behaviour of the staff was polite and the servings were good. I think they were the first restaurant to introduce the Train Restaurant concept here in the Entire Assam if I'm not wrong. Anyways I loved this place Ps: IF YOU WANT TO VISIT SOMEWHERE A UNIQUE PLACE YOU CAN HAVE THEM AS OPTION BUT MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A SOME AMOUNT OF MONEY INSIDE YOUR POCKET. EXPENSIVE A BIT.

First of all the service of the staffs was very good and polite and even interactive! The ambience was also great with soothing gud musical taste! Now on to the food department - the quality and presentation along with taste was all perfect 👌 absolutely loved the yummy 😋 food! The price is on the expensive side, suggestion is to visit with family or group of friends so that you can share the bill! We went for a birthday party they take the cake and serve it at the last or whenever you ask on a plate that comes by a TRAIN 🚉...!🎂 **One important thing the price in the menu available on zomato or google is outdated! Actual price is + Rs. 50 for some food items!**

A lovely place to have a hearty meal with friends & family. Beautiful ambience, great service, ample amount of variety- vegetarian, non-veg, seafood, etc., Delicious food... Pretty much everything that you can expect from a great restaurant. ❤️

A train theme restaurant. My all time favourite place with its unique service. Amazing concept of food service with train. Entire restaurant is decorated with train and train lines. I wish I could add a video in this review. Food is very tasty with tempting presentation. Good for friends and family. Also good for small get togetherness.

The kimchi fried rice was delicious. I have been there twice, once we had the buffet which was delicious. A little less choices for dessert than other buffet places, the main course was ok and the starters were delicious. The pricing was ok. Staff was good and attentive.

The food served their is really tasty and worth appreciating 😋❤️ but the disappointing part is I found the prices were a bit expensive according to the other restaurants serving same dishes . If they fix up the price the place and food would be perfect to match each other

Worst buffet services in India that I have been visited. For starter repeat you have to ask again and again for a table only one plate items if you have gone 5 person that's only 1 plate per item is provided. Less item in starter, main course only is white rice, chicken curry and dal that's it. And nothing.<br/>Staff are not friendly cooperative.

The overall ambience of the place was okay! But Veg Indian Main course was not at all up to the mark. Although the train concept was unique and good. The Dahi kabab’s was too dry and not at all good. Overall not a very amazing experience.

I was very excited to go train recipe restaurant, finally waiting is over but experience is very very very worst like a hell. Waiting for 10 P.M to almost 12 A.M there i got a chance to get table. When i enquired in reception they informed me that buffet is available. During order my dinner they told me that they will not serve buffet because it is 12 at midnight. But after my complain and insist they serve buffet. But during service they serve starter as there wish not my menu choice.And the main thing the food quantity is very less not sufficient for two person. Secondly after waiting almost 1 hour during my dinner they fail to serve the main course. After repeated complain they choose to ignore us. So atlast we left our dinner midway and pay full amount which we are not dine properly. Unprofessional behavior and attitude of recipe train restaurant management and staff. Even in bill they mentioned wrong time. Staff are very cheap mentality.

Though late but finally visited this fantasy resturant. As center of attraction the food trains were really amazing to watch,ambience was great for every family to friends. Talking about food we went for buffet 599 which cost us about approx 630 per head. The menu was quite filling. Specially I loved from the starters chilly mushrooms,fish fingers,drums of heaven and crispy baby corns😋😋m glad that starters were unlimited. For the desert they don't have much so I asked them mango ice cream which is a must try. Main course was ok too. Overall a nice experience.

Had been to this place with my family. The ambience is suitable for family especially kids as they enjoyed watching their food come to their table in a train.<br/>The food was good with decent quantity. Services were also satisfactory and the variety in thier menucard is good. A little pricey but worth a visit when you know your family had an enjoyable time.

It's my 2nd Visit here, First I want to say that The Buffet starts at 599/- Per head Excluding Tax,<br/>Had Cold drinks as Welcome Drink and The Starters were the Main Highlight here, I Selected Paneer Tikka, Fish Finger, Tandoori Prawn, Chicken Reshmi Malai Tikka, Honey Crispy Corn and Chicken Tikka..<br/>They were So tasty, Specially The Reshmi Malai Tikka...<br/>Then for the Main Course - I got Plain Rice, Peas Polao, Dal Fry, Masala Kulcha, Butter Nan, Paneer Pasanda, Mix Veg, Chicken Butter Masala, Chilly Fish, Chicken Curry..<br/>The Main Course Was Good, but the Mix Veg was average, didn't like that though... I had visited this place by seeing the reviews in Zomato. As such, booked my table earlier reached on time. I had to wait for another 15mins to get my table ready. I had selected Chinese dish for the day and it was awesome indeed. Liked the place.

Food was not upto the mark. Panner butter masala was ok. Chicken and malai kofta was worst. Naan was ok. Their service was good. Ambience was good

Had a wonderful afternoon there. The staff was very polite and well-mannered and the food was good as you can expect from an high end restaurant. We ended up going for the buffet which cost around 599 we got a ton of starters, liked the chicken drums of heaven very much in the main course the chicken manchurian, paneer, and fish fingers also be considered as a delicacy. The most unique thing about the restaurant what's that the food yourself on on train literally toy trains you kind of go into your old self when you are kid and get excited and all seeing the toy train bringing your food.<br/><br/>That's quite an experience I would definitely recommend everyone to visit there!!

It was a great experience having food served with lovely mini trains. The idea of serving food by train and the ambience, food and service everything was wonderful.<br/>We had ordered for buffet.<br/>We were served with a refreshing mocktail. Then served with veg Manchow soup and starters (choose according to your need veg or non-veg). Main course item changes time to time. Its consist of both Veg and Non-veg Platter. And for dessert its either ice-cream or custard. The great thing about buffet is that we get a lot of variety and everything is unlimited. I highly recommend to have a visit to this place. It is kids friendly too.

Located in the heart of Guwahati..this restaurant has many uniqueness. 1st of all the cute cute trains😍 carrying the foods to the respective tables..the ambience 5star..and food is not too oily..and it is boiled before cooking which healthy. A big thumps up!

This was another experience . I tried out the sushi. Price is on the higher side but defi itely one time try. It waa tasty . We ordered maincourse which was not disapponting. It has a lovely ambience . Ofcourse its not everyday that your food arrives on a train!

So I happened to visit the restaurant to grab some bite of the food served there and I must say that the food was lip smacking and amazingly cooked. The ambience was exotic along with its warm hospitality. I'd like to recommend the place to all the foodies out there. Lastly, I'm looking forward to many more visits.

Loved the food and the interior though the service was a little slow. Quantity of the food was sufficient and the taste was amazing specially the Sushi. If you ever visit this restaurant you should try Sushi. I would have given a 5 star but the service was slow which pissed me a little.

Finally visited this place today. Unique place & a cute one. The train is the main attraction oviously. The food is very tasty and the quantity is much sufficient. Prices are slightly on the higher side but then it's worth it.

The best decision of the evening was to take my lil one to the train restaurant. His eyes gleamed with excitement whenever, the train carried food from here to there and excited was doubled when the train stopped at our table. Well a happy kid makes the evening more wonderful! Wonderful service, decent staff and food was delicious! We decided to go for the buffet and was totally happy with the food.The starters which included Drums of Heaven, Chicken Tikka. Chicken Malai Tikka and Tandoori Prawns based on our selection was indeed juicy and succulent. Even though the variety for the maincourse was less but all the items were cooked to perfection. The dessert included Gulab Jamun, Gurer Rasogulla, Caramel Custard and Icecream based on your choice. And you can make a selection of welcome drinks and soup too! Overall a great experience! Kudos!

This place reminds of an old Hindi saying "oonchi dukan feeke pakwan".  This place has a great edge over other places of being a theme restaurant. Apparently, that's all that is good about this place. The food is just like you'd eat in an ordinary restaurant that is not so overpriced. This place feels awkard at best. You might think that with trains there would be no need for some waiter to stare at you while you eat but here there are more than double the number of waiters than other place staring at you while you eat. I was there with my friends on the buffet but there we realised that you have to order starters and whatever you can't eat of your order that will be charged extra. Also if you order repeat of some order, it won't come on train a waiter will serve it to you. Overall this place felt like mediocre service and cooking with the only attraction trains. I also realised that their customers never come back cuz, I was there with 10 of my friends and none of us liked it there enough to go again.

This is my 2nd visit to Recipes..and i found it very nice.. we ordered Deep Blue mocktail for beverage, drum of heaven for starters and i must say it was so tasty, spicy teriyaki chicken sushi, butter naan, recipes special chicken and caramel custard for dessert...service is so well maintained.<br/>Thank you all for making my birthday very special.

Not just once i had visited this place multiple time,the food literally attracts me, i have tried different dishes here and not even one dish had disappointed me till now, the ambience is awesome and also you can see a uniqueness there as the food is served in a train , the staff is good ,but yeah you may find the price a li'l unfair but its ok koz the food they serve deserves whatever price they charge, i definitely prefer this place . A beautiful and lovely place with such a unique idea.The kid in me was captivated by the way the food was coming in the train,food was tasty but when ones whole focus is at the train ,the focus gets diverted from the taste of the food.A must visit place.

A bit high priced but totally worth it for the food and the unique theme of trains used for bringing the items. The trains had a technical issue during the time i visited, my bad. The staff was soo good and so well mannered. Totally loved it.

One of it's first kind in Guwahati. So a good place to try out for the first time. The cost of the dishes for obvious reasons is high but given the quantity and taste of the food there it satisfies that. There are a number of fancy and seafood items mentioned in their menu but it's based on luck whether you get to eat those. When I along with my friends went there were no oysters or any others available, so we had to do away with the obvious chicken, fish and prawn items. Also they didn't note down our order for the dessert again for which they have many fancy names none of which was available even the caramel custard. So yes we didn't have the dessert as we didn't want to have gulab jamun for such a price. Coming to the ambiance, I found it to be ok. Nothing special about it.

The restaurant ambience was quiet good and but the food was pathetic , food was very bad , only the starter's was quiet good and the service staff was very slow , so in that case the food and beverage service was very slow and it was pathetic. The was of service was not at all good. So look through this

This place has truly stolen my heart. Their unusual concept of serving food to your tables via a train is so so amazing. You get excited like a kid watching a toy train bring food to you. The place is really huge and the ambiance is really pretty.<br/>I was there a couple of weeks ago to celebrate my anniversary and the waiter serving us was so helpful. He prepared our cake, sent it through the train. Gave us candles and everything. Also, he helped us so thoroughly through our order, I was really impressed. So, we ended up ordering some butter naans, chicken burani, hot garlic chicken and some veg fried rice. The quantity really justified the price. Each chicken dish had eight huge pieces of chicken. Naans were really soft and buttery. Chicken burani was spicy and thick and went really well with the naans as well as the rice. The garlic chicken too was good. Had the perfect amount of heat and garlic.<br/>I loved this place. I would really love to visit them again soon.

Greeted with nice interiors and ambience this place has professional and well trained staff. The unique thing that makes you go wow is that a train carrying all your food all the way to your respective table until being served.<br/>The food is good but a little overpriced. Recipes, the train restaurant is probably the first of its kind in India. The food gets delivered on mini toy trains. Its honestly quite exciting to see the trains run on the mini tracks while they stop at the designated table to deliver the food. Regarding the food, I found it very average-ish, not bad but not as good as it should have been considering the price. The place is definitely a bit on the expensive side and you have to choose your orders little more wisely. We ordered the Recipes Special Chicken priced at Rs 450 and Butter naan priced at Rs 60 (for 3 pieces)

This was my first visit to this place and I loved the ambience. The whole concept of mini food trains was amazing.<br/>I ordered sushi, garlic noodles, hunan chicken, mojito, mixed lime soda and caramel custard. The hunan chicken was good as well as the noodles, I am a bit disappointed with the sushi because of its texture, mojito was very good, lime soda could have been better and the desert was excellent. Overall food was good.<br/>The servers were polite and friendly. But the service was not prompt which was again a minus point. Quantity and quality wise it was good.<br/>This place is a bit on the expensive side. So, choose your orders wisely. Also, I was a bit disappointed with the fact that they did not have many options of desert. As well as, what was there in the menu was not available.The music could have definitely been better. But yeah! One will have a good and new experience here.

My friend took me out for dinner and we selected this place because we have been hearing so much about this place, seeing pictures and videos and were curious. My friend is a vegetarian so we ordered all vegetarian items like soup, veg kabab platter, jeera rice, kaali daal. Food tasted like these items would taste in any decent place. What steals the show is the train in the track bringing food. Made us all act like kids and take videos.. 😁 The ambience is very good, staff is very good. I want to go again and try some non veg items..

So, finally went to this place after a long unending cancellation of plans. Everything here is really perfect. Be it the food, the ambiance or the staff. To talk about the food, it's really great. But you may find such tastes in other places too maybe. But what sets it apart is the idea of a train serving food and the friendly staff. Such kind of hospitality is very rarely to be found. Overall, the experience was really great, and though we aren't kids anymore, but when the train comes to serve us, we all become kids again in our hearts 💗

A very good concept is introduced in this restaurant.. The trains are super cute... Staff is friendly and service is prompt n quick. The food was also good. We had soup, Basa fish fry in oyster sauce, rice, jhingi malai curry n mushroom with spring onions n tomato sauce.. Overall a good experience with good food. The only negative point I found is it's a bit pricey . Other than that it's a good restaurant to visit with family.

Was really excited too hear about such an amazing place at Guwahati. The first of it's kind kinda thing. I have been there a couple of times. And the food was superb the first time. Means my entire family was quite disappointed the second time. We went with guests and was expecting the same sort of taste. But turns out, everyone came home disappointed.<br/>The decorum is peacefull and the kids are always excited about the trains, so are the elders :P . The staff members are very polite and very professional.<br/>I hope the next time I visit, the food regains it's quality.

The theme of the restaurant is very good, food is also good, tried Fish Jalpari is delicious. We went to the train restaurant first time and we really enjoyed the food.

One of the unique concept resturants, situated in the 4th floor of Mayur Height, Opposite ABC bus stop,Ghy.<br/>The ambience is nice and the interior is more specious.<br/>Seeing the train running through the tracks and delivering the food to the table is eye catching.<br/>Coming to the food that we orderd are awesome,well decorated and quantity is adequate according to the price of the food.<br/>But they should improve long service time as we had to wait almost half an hour for the appetizers.<br/>Overall nice experience!!

Tried the japanese udon noodles chicken and green lady mocktail. The noodles were soft,not too spicy,overall it was yumm..went well with chilli sauce. The mocktail was the bestest drink I tried till date,not too sweet! Service is quick. Staffs are good,they greet you well. Interiors are bang on. Prices are okay! Tax is not that much.

Love the concept of mini train and train tracks bringing your food to your table. It makes me remember the concept of conveyor belt bringing your food. The ambience and decor is wonderful.<br/>Coming to the food, its mixed feeling. The tandoori pomfret we ordered were not at all good. It was smelly and little under cooked so totally waste of 850 rupees which was the price of the fish. However, the mutton biryani Rongini Chicken and I forgot the exact name Nawabi subzi was very good and worth the price. Overall a good place for family eat out.

Very innovative concept.. must visit.. great food.. tried sushis for the first time.. children will love it.. great place to visit with family.. But the space is place is quite small so reservations are to be done before going..well nice experience with japanese and chinese food

I went to this restaurant and I regret that i visited this restaurant.. I wont even suggest my enemy to visit this restaurant.. The staff are so arrogant that they will not even say sorry to the customers for making a mistake.. Their attitude is very wrong.. If you say that you are not happy or you have a problem they will argue with you and after sometime they will say fine do whatever you want to.. No politeness ...i felt very offensive for the behaviour they showed me..<br/>This kind of staff attitude will take you down.. They treat the customers like thiefs.. First impression matters a lot if this is how you will treat your customer then sorry very soon no one is going to visit you.. I would like to have an word with the manager or whoever can answer some of my questions...i have visited lots n lots of restaurants but this kind of staff behaviour i have never seen..They don't even know the word sorry..

Loved the place!<br/>I enjoyed my birthday dinner at recipes train restaurant with family and I was not at all disappointed. Food being delivered to your table by trains was a whole new experience altogether. And the place is not just about this unique experience of food on trains but all amazing food. Their navratan korma definitely needs special appreciation. We ordered fish jalpari and chicken tikka for starters and loved it! For main course we had pad Thai noodles, pulao and butter chicken and the taste was right on point. The chicken was cooked to the right extent.<br/>Overall, a really nice place for family meals.

I hate this place... Unforgivable.... Worst service and management..... Behavior is very bad.... Don't like the manager as well as the receptionist...

Its one of the most unique restaurants in Guwahati and has one of my favorite themes ie the Railways. While the NE Express also has a railway decor but here it has been taken to a new level with miniature train delivering food. The tracks and the trains add to the cool ambience of the place. While decor of the place is excellent, the food served is also too good. We had ordered fired rice with prawn dish and found it to be good. A definite place to visit not only for train fans but also for all.

It was an awesome experience...food was gud...ambience is very different food comes in a mini train which is very cute....as a whole it was an awesome experience...

I like the mini trains and how food is served well. But, the service is slow and all the food tastes almost the same. As if someone has dipped all the food in the same curry. So, I couldn't really identify the flavours.

The food was good ,the ambience was nice,the hotel staff were also friendly but the quantity of the food was less as compared to its price.But overall it was a good expirience.

First of all I would really like to thank the management for bringing in such an unique concept to Guwahati!!!! Everytime I could see the train running through the tracks and delivering the food to the table, my child like curiosity would erupt and I couldn't help but keep staring at it 👀🚆🚊Coming back to food I ordered chicken malai tikka kebabs as starters which were super moist n yum 😋 For mains I ordered peas pulao, recipe special chicken curry, fish curry and Afghan chicken. All of the mentioned dishes were timely spiced and flavorful. But the stand out dish for me was Recepies Special Chicken Curry 🍗🍗🍛The chicken was so so tender and juicy. Also I would like to mention that the delivery was very prompt and the waiters to be very courteous. All in all an awesome experience ...keep it up guys 👍👍👍Cheers 🍻🍻

Nice Place, a really unique concept to serve food. Trains serving food table by table is really fun to watch. Coming to food, i tried garlic sea food fried rice mixed with egg and Chilly Prawn manchurian and tom yum soap. Food was really tasty. Environment was calm with smooth music continuously playing in the background lites up the mood.

lovely place. xcually this was my 1st time in recipes train rrsturant. 1st of all am imprrssed with the creative idea of the owner, he is from kolkata may be. The food serving by train. the sitting arrangement. evverything is innoviative ideaz. the food is tasty. lovely enviroment. Overall I loved it.

The much hyped restaurant, finally visited it on my sister's birthday.... uncommon theme,first toytrain restro in ghy... children feels very excited & happy watching the trains running over the tables...<br/><br/>Coming to the food,had plain rice,dal tadka,matar mushroom,prawn Malai curry & mutton handi....matar mushroom & prawn Malai curry stood out of all, vegetarian people do try it....what I dint like is mutton,I was expecting spicy one but it came out creamy & was suggested by them..<br/>The dal tarka lacks salt, when informed they changed it and prepared a new one....<br/><br/>Taste is good depending what U order and about the price, I think its moderate considering the new concept, ambience & obviously food,though quantity can be increase a bit.<br/><br/>And lastly, the service- it needs to improve have to ask for small things like pouring water into the glass, hand bowl after food. Also I would like to suggest to change the cutlery its very heavy & difficult to eat.<br/>

Yesterday me and my fiance decided to visit this place and as we reached the place , we were heartly welcomed by the restaurant staff, n their courteous behavior pleased us a lot.... Now lets come to the main part "food" which was better than we expected (starting from its quantity to its taste) we ordered for 1 cold coffee, 1 chicken biriyani, 1 Kashmiri nan, 1butter nan and kadhai paneer which were more than enough for two people.... the service boys were great, they were stepping forward to serve us each time they saw our plates were empty, which is a sign of professional n well trained staff n moreover they are very sincere with their work. N what will we say about the ambience , it was a pleasant experience to watch the train serving food to each table . I personally couldn't resist myself from clicking pics n making videos of the train.

A creative idea...to serve food by...toy trains.the ambience and decor is good.the food also arrived very quickly..but other than that the service was average.costs are too high..but the food is not more than of average quality.

With a different idea of serving food ,they are real wonders.I enjoyed my first visit to this place.Prompt and friendly service.Good food.Must say about the quality .They are really good.A toy train with the real sound comes to deliver the food according to d order.That's catchy and making it one of a kind in the city.<br/>Loved it .Would surely look forward eagerly for the next visit .

This place is wow. Interior was good enough with nice decor. This place is big enough with really good seating arrangement.Service was also good and the staff members are polite and helpful which i like the most. One thing extraordinary the restaurant have that the food serves through toy trains, which is really impressive. Coming to the food it was delicious. Quality and quantity both are good. I tried their veg pulao, chicken butter masala and drums of heaven. Drums of heaven was just wow. Hope to visit soon. Best of luck for future ☺.

I have visited this place with my friends on 23 August. Nice ambience and the staff was also good . They did not take too long to deliver the food unlike some other restaurants .We have ordered naans along with a special chicken item ( forgot the name) which was suggested by the waiter and my friends have ordered lime juice. The food was good but its quantity was less compared to its high price specially the chicken items. I like their unique concept of delivering food on toy trains .

It's an awesome place with awesome food. Service is very good. Ambience is mind blowing. Must try the sundaes. It's a must place to visit in Guwahati.

Finally visited this outlet, the ambience is good nothing extra ordinary. We ordered Crispy chilly babycorn which was very good, then chicken butter masala was ok, dal makhani was outstanding. The only thing that disappointed me was their Recipes Special Chicken - the taste was not at all good. Price is on a higher side too. Must say waiters are well trained here.<br/>Overall a good first tym experience

Finally visited this place on 15th August....the place was packed with people...but were served quite quickly and the food was very good too.<br/>This place is quite big and has that unique concept of food being brought to your table on small toy trains. <br/>It's quite fun to see these small toy trains running about with foods....it's a delight for kids particularly.<br/>Coming to food...they basically serve Indian and Asian themed food....do try their konzee crispy fried chicken...it's quite good, kulcha and naans are good...rogani mutton was well cooked and succulent.... overall food quality was very good....only problem I found was that they should improve upon their quantity a little bit. ( Considering the items are on slightly expensive side)<br/>Service was decent and staffs were polite and helpful.<br/>We also happened to receive complementary icecreams for independence day celebration.<br/>I also felt the music system wasn't upto mark and the song selection was terrible.<br/>They should also try to improve the lighting and decor of the place.<br/><br/>Overall the experience was good and will visit them again.

The place had a innovative way of serving food, Decor should be improved. I really liked the train thing. But the service is very very slow. If this only thing is worked on it will be great.

I went to this restaurant today for having lunch. Since it's the famous train restaurant in the city what a delightful afternoon it was. Experiencing food which was soo yummy. No doubt about the decor it's top class. Mostly liked the American chopsuy. Dishes are not so expensive and afterall great taste. Service was also good. I would soon visit it again.

A new and interesting way of serving food attracts the foodies out here. They get your dish delivered to you on that fancy train & the waiters serve you once the train has arrived at your junction!😁Sweet! . Talking about the food, it is good. The ambience is also up to the mark. Prices are on the higher side. Service is prompt and quick. Staff response is good.

Fine place for diner. Service (by Hafiz Ali) was awsum. We ordered starter which was good 4.7/5 Main course chicken Bukhara 4.7/5 tandoori roti 3/5 . Mainly service And starter are the pinnacle of the place.

One of the best restaurants in Guwhahati. The new concept of train is awesome and liked by children's specially... A good place to enjoy the weekend.
