Overall, a great place to have dessert. Here's what I liked: - Polite, professional and helpful staff - Hygienic tables - Well lit interiors What can be improved: - sometimes your desired flavour will be out of stock - sometimes there will be big, sharp pieces of ice in the ice cream.

The place overall is good and almost like any other BR outlet but the store person(only a single person was attending everyone) seemed not very comfortable in deducting payment from my card, the device he was using was old and ordinary and when there was a problem with the card payment he called some other guy to ask the issue. On enquiry they didn't even have any UPI payment method, i had to ultimately go to a nearby ATM and make the payment in cash. I think BR as a reputed brand must really look into their payment method, in the world of digitalization making payment should be totally hassle free for their customers.

One stop solution for the icecream 🍦 lovers. Good and hygienic place. Both take away and in-store sitting facilities available.

It was a really nice place for some icy deserts and I loved the blueberry one!

The readymade fruit overloaded icecream is so so tasty.. Superrr duperrr.. Taste is just awesome. Just try once, you will become a great fan 😍

Tasted the Belgium Bliss..and indeed it was a bliss..loved it.. What they say after every food you always have some space left for a scoop of a ice cream..what more can be awesome than Buskin Robbins one's... They never disappoints...

We aren't regular customers here, we're almost daily customers! Yea yea, my blood sugar is a direct result of this place. The staff is well trained and we like them enough to keep visiting. The place is spacious enough to let many people sit and slurp their way to midnight happYness

Baskin Robbins has always been one of my favourite ice cream places. This particular outlet was also no different. It had all the different flavours. Some of my favourite ones that I would definitely suggest are Bavarian Chocolate, Mississippi Mud, Kesar and Alphonso Mango. Definitely suggest everyone to try out these. Prices are a bit expensive for a typical Indian midle class man. But the taste is worth the money.

Great service, patient servers! I’m one of those indecisive people who can’t help but taste a few spoons of this and that before I can make the final decision of what to get at BR! My top fav ice creams are the gold medal ribbon, mint milk chocolate chip, almond praline gold, roasted coffee and Bavarian chocolate!

A good place to put your shields down and cool off the biological machine with the BR range of ice creams. A trusted brand with quite a few outlets around the city, this one lives up to the expectations & will surely be a ice cream hunting ground during the hot summer.

It's the best place if you have a sweet tooth for ice-creams. With 31 most amazing flavours blended with dry fruits, it will relish and revive your taste buds. A visit worth if you believe in desserts.

The best place in town to have ice creams in town,tried their roll was roll cake which is extremely yummy in taste but sadly very small in quantity comparing to the price,have tried almost all of the flavours,and personally am a big fan of the strawberry flavour😋💕

B&R ice cream will not disappoint you.<br/>Although they could do with a better and more enthusiastic staff perhaps but the ice cream is really nice. And makes you want to look over that fact.

An all time favourite icecream brand. I often visit this particular outlet and the staff here are amazing. Delicious flavours. Mississippi Mud is a must. This time, I tried Choco Caramel Chunk which is the flavour of the month, it is absolutely amazing. Very Berry Strawberry is also delectable.

Rates are high oviously but its worth it. As the quantity and taste is very good. Its a relaxing place where u can have a good date. Staffs are good.

A quality ice cream joint for me ever...even the price is high I recommend it to everyone because you get the taste in the ice cream which you will not get anywhere... i like the Blueberry ice cream... i sour-sweet taste and a blue colour... my favorite flavor... if you are willing to taste a quality ice cream...go for Baskin Robbins

Firstly I truly believe there's a lack of good quality ice cream parlours in guwahati (like the one's in other metros where we're almost blinded by the numerous flavours on offer) which is why THANK GOODNESS FOR BASKIN ROBINS...<br/>The place is almost synonyms for ice creams in guwahati, my personal favourite being the Bavarian chocolate and the Alphonso gold not to mention the shakes (ooh the shakes are to die for)... Its a place which every alternate person is familiar with (old and new) a must visit.... <br/>Lastly I'd still wish for more ice cream parlours to set up their branches in guwahati, till than <br/>THANK GOODNESS FOR BASKIN ROBINS... :-D

Nothing extraordinary from the other BR outlets. Has sufficient seating space and friendly staff. I love the Banana Royale over there. Located at a convenient location.

Exotic flavoured ice creams started with BR in Guwahati about 10yrs ago... Its amazing how I have seen their cups and cones transformed with different flavours evolving throughout the years... <br/> For most of us ICE CREAM means BR and we could not resist the temptation despite the soaring prices noticed in their menu... <br/>

Ice-creams and baskin n robins. Well, it so goes together. Creamy flavorful big scoops ice creams. And if you take the cone, the biscuit is so good as well. I personally like all the chocolate flavours. However, I once tried the mint flavour and it tasted more like a Colgate toothpaste. So, do not try this. Otherwise everything else is great. And you will have your heart and stomach contented after having even a single scoop. Would love to visit always.

No other brand can really match up to the quality of ice cream you get at Baskin Robbins. The rich and luxuriant taste makes other brands go for a toss. Various option of flavors are available be it chocolate, fruit, butterscotch etc. and adding to them is some fav topping. Know you combination of ice cream and topping, you will have a mouthwatering experience. Chocolate related flavor being my favorite,I always go for their various choco option. The price and vat may be a bit high, but the taste will worth it.

Aah.. This is my favorite ice cream joint! I mostly go here at night, d Parlour's ambience is very nice, nd very clean! And d flavors of the ice creams are speechless, too good! Each nd every flavour has its own unique taste! I'm a total chocolate fan so I mostly opt for chocolate scoops, it has more Dan 5-6 different flavors of chocolate! Other flavors are also very gud. There is one rum flavoured ice cream which is worth trying, for all those rum lovers! And not to forget about the sundaes which are total delights! Very tasty, d ingredients are mixed very well.! The shakes are also very tasty, very thick nd creamy. Must visit!

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM!! And who doesn't scream for Baskin Robbins icecreams? 31 flavors of awesomness!! I make it a point to try their flavor of the month whenever I visit a Baskin Robbins outlet because those flavors tend to be the best. My favorites include Mint Chocolate Chip, Very Berry Strawberry, Brownie Sundae, Banana Royale Sundae and many more. Although, heavy on the wallet, the ice-creams are definitely worth the money and sundaes are simply amazing. I'm always going to recommend people to have their ice-cream with the waffle cone because ice-creams in a paper cup always makes me think that there's "something" missing. I've tried their Milk-shake only once and I was pretty disappointed with it and since then I always stick to the ice-creams and sundaes. A great place to just sit back and relax with friends and family. 3.5 out of 5 for me :)

I have a soft spot for ice cream. After all, what beats this cold deliciousness on a hot summer day? The interiors are spacious are there are a few tables and chairs. A good place to hang out with friends and family or with a special someone. Whats best is that they introduce new flavours every now and then, so you get to try something new.
