Review Underdoggs Sports Bar & Grill - Guwahati

We went there on last Monday so the crowd were limited as anticipated. Food tastes great and fresh you can feel but price on a bit higher side. The most eye catchy part is its wonderfully crafted interior, beautiful place to hang out during any day of the week. One more thing which I've observed its a place where you can enjoy more if you are in a gang consists of minimum 6 people rather then a couple due to its inner gaming zone.

If you having a lazy day or not feeling well, with work or anything, get yourself over here. It's a ideal place to chill and let the worries fade. Super chilled bear with variety of food choices it will surely make your time awesome. Since it's a sports bar, ofcourse you get great option like pool, darts, ping-pong etc. There a weird Ambience about this place, which captivates ones attention. I must mention it's a huge spacious area. Though as a matter of fact, it is quite pricey compared to other places in the city. But the price sure is worth while. For 2 people I would say it's about 3k with food and booze. Overall it's a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. cheers.!!!!!!

Nice ambience n good food n drinks. Service needs real improvement. One feels ignored by the staff. They serve the snaks n suppose you to eat from the serving plate. One has to ask for the individual plates. Otherwise no regrets n throughly enjoyed the visit. The Bar charges 10% Service Tax.

It was great. Been there plenty of times now and I love the place. Thee food is also great with wonderful quantity too.

A nice place, one of the good places in guwhati I believe, that's what the local people said. Good drinks great service , however they don't have the football channel for live matches, but if you are a cricket fan it's great. Food was decent too. They have got some games to play ... However the football is off not set the right way .

I loved this place ... I have visited this place around 4 times till now .. The food is amazing I have tried stuffed mushrooms ,Asian combo and tandoori chicken everything was 10/10 and in drinks I took extra LIIT which was perfect to get the buzz . The environment specially the football match with the pool table Is pretty good . Will visit this place again till the time I am in Guwahati . It’s a recommendation to everyone !!

was so so. didn't seem to stood up per the brand it is. the NCR one is far better. here the food was ok, not many options with drinks really. service was pretty cold. can go once but I would look for different options the second time.

The manager doesnt like to give Zomato Gold.They will create many issues they will tell in all drinks zomato gold is not available ,ask for i card xerox etc and will not give all the 4 drinks together and will make ur evening worse.

The first time I visited this place, it was nice. The food, ambience and service was good. But today I had a bad experience. The food was not up to my expectations. Especially the Peri per chicken sizzler was really bad, it was half cooked. The lime iced tea was also not good to drink. And the worst was the lavatory, since it was unhygienic and dirty. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. It’s a complete waste of money.<br/>

The bar is not at all upto the mark. Zomato 2+2 is not applicable there. They will ask you to choose from only 1 beer i.e. kingfisher strong for the offer. All the games are chargeable them what it is the sense of keeping such a bar name. They will even try to charge you for breathing there.

Great place to be , chicken items are awesome. Chicken malai tikka was so yammy. But rolls are disgusting to taste. Otherwise great place. Photogenic atmosphere.

Staff- The staffs are good but irregular service.<br/>Food- was super delicious. I ordered paneer & naan.<br/>Drinks- Coming to drinks, only 2 brand available in 650ml (I am interested only in beer)<br/>Ambience- it's damn awesome with so many pool tables, 🎯. They have a separate smoking zone. Live matches are being played on big TV screens.<br/>Overall a nice first time experience. And will surely visit again.

It is a nice place to hangout with friends on weekends. Drinks were amazing and the starters are too good. But it is really over priced for college students.

I know this place from Bangalore which was located in jp nagar.. after i came to my place i was really surprised to see underdogs in guwahati.. about ambience as usually the same that i really like it specially the deep blue my favourite Colour... again the food was really good i had enjoyed a lot with my friend with lovely chilled beer.... thanks to underdogs to be here in my place....

Ambience is amazing! Food is tasty too, amount is okay. Price is moderate, loved the Pizzas, tried burger, barbeque chicken too, everything was tasty. BBQ chicken amount is however little less for 2 to share.

Good food. Nice people along with good drinks. Make sure you get enough time to find a place to sit of you are in group or else book a seat before dropping in

Very poor service and the waiters also behave very rudely. Earlier the place had good service but now the ambiance is not like before.Its a bit pricey too.

Ambience is good. Food is good. Price is ok . Slightly pricy but worth it . But what really annoyed me was the washroom . I think it needs better maintainence . The ladies room is really not good. The flush is broken. Tank leaks. I was surprised when I went inside the rest room. Never expected it to be shabby. Looking how posh and cool the rest o bar was ... the washroom took me completely by surprise. Would have given more stars if the washroom would have been better. Apart from that everything’s really cool in this place and a good spot to chill with your friends . And yes the staff is good and friendly .

Been there last week and it was a horrible experience the food was very average,not at all a lively bar just a big empty space.The least you can expect from a sports bar is to not tell a lie.We had plans of partying and were looking for some bar with dj the same night.They kept telling the dj will be coming in next 10 minutes and thus the series of next 10 minutes started.Me frustrated immediately told to make bill and never come back to this shitty place.<br/>PS: Had a fun 1 hour at Dunkin Oza :) that day

It went on a weekend so it was loud. <br/>We have got a pool table (Chargeable).<br/>The food, Dj, Ambience, everything was awesome.<br/>The price is higher than the other sports bar in the city. <br/>Do visit.

Good place to hang with friends .. the weekdays are generally quiet which is a good thing as one can have a conversation without much intrusion ! <br/>Weekends are super loud and a great party place in the city! <br/>Food is usually average. Chicken wings are really good ! Onion rings and nachos are also good! Plus the pizzas and the tandoor items are decent !<br/>They do not have enough choices for beer for a sports bar which is a major let down ! I wish thy stock up on variety soon!

whether its a matter of food or its a matter of good ambiance or its a matter of good behaving staffs or whatever u look for when we go out for hangout , all you can have here ,, A combination of everything . If you want to play , you can come and enjoy your time with good yummy food and drinks. The space is so huge that it dont feel me conjusted . I surely suggest this place . I visited Guwahati for a North East trip. This is the place which was opened till 23:45. So we ordered Pasta, Peri Peri Pizza and Peri Peri burger. Food was awesome. Place was huge with great ambience but very less crowd on Friday night too. Service was fast and rate was reasonable. Great place if you are sports enthusiast. They have huge variety of food and drinks. <br/>Great place to visit and party.

Wanna spend a good time with friends, then definitely head here.<br/>Based on Sports theme, the decor is standard across all the outlets of this chain; so no surprises there.<br/>The service was excellent. The serving guys appeared the moment you tried looking for one. <br/>The suggestions regarding food were good.<br/><br/>I was unaware before ordering of any offer going on and ordered my drinks. While serving, the serving guy updated me that I will be getting additional drinks also because of the offer. Needless to say it was a pleasant surprise.<br/><br/>The starter and the drinks, both were good.<br/><br/>Keep it up guys!!!

5 of us went to this club and danced till midnight. Slightly overcrowded but a rush of energy through out the place. Both food and alcohol was overpriced. If you wish to do some mad clubbing, Underdogs is the place.

I would've given a negative 3 stars if that was possible. We went as a group of friends and have the following points to say:<br/>1. We ordered a tube ofheineken beer and it was evident that the beer was way too diluted, most probably with water. We complained to the waiter but he simply ignored us. He had this attitude of - drink if you want or f*** off.<br/>2. There is a room at one end that had an ashtray. We thought it must be the smoking zone so we went in and started smoking. There also was an<br/>open pack of cigarettes kept at the table which we thought someome must have forgotten. We even told the waiter that someone may have forgotten it. He rather charged us that this isn't the smoking zone and he was outright rude! He checked our cigarette packets to see if we've taken any cigarettes from there!<br/>3. We just had enough. We paid money for diluted beer and insult! After this we wanted to cancel the next beer tube which wasn't even poured by them yet. But initially he refused. When we asked for the manager, he got tensed or something and came with the bill.<br/><br/>We thought of escalating the issue but left coz we didn't want to waste our evening. We left soon for a different place. I'm not stepping in that place ever in my life and i'll tell everyone i meet the same. A bunch of mannerless, rude and idiot staff. Really a pathetic experience which i wouldn't wish should happen to anyone.<br/><br/>RIP underdoggs

Simply overrated . I've spent more then 49k here though in few visit , I don't I liked it at first but then I started finding it overrated and boring

Best place to hang out with your close one's .The beer and food was good. Enjoyed playing pool and darts. Music was good . Good service I must say.

I was a great fan of this bar and used to visit very frequently but my last visit was not that smooth as my previous visits,the quality of crowd saw in my last visit give a feeling that now it not that safe for people specially for girls even i notice some arguments and heated situation there, so I would like to request the management to look over the issue and also reduce the tax percentage which they charge.

One of the only places in Guwahati to chill and enjoy games like pool, darts, carrom and even table tennis. The price is a bit on the higher side but they are all about sports and screen most of the important events. Haven't had the chance to try many of the food items but the few I have tried goes well with all the beverages.

The refreshing music, super cool ambiance, the whole colourful and sporty theme that they follow is a straight welcome to the youth culture! Situated in the central mall, this place is undoubtedly a nice place to hang out with friends or to grab a chill beer after shopping. I haven't tried a lots of food options from the menu but the tandoori chicken that I tried is top notch!

I hasbeen this place many time and it's one of the best place in Guwahati to have fun they have lost of game which I like most , they have very friendly staff it's really wonderful place to spend time .

It's so hard to find a bar in Guwahati with good food. I was surprised with the quality, quesadilla was the best I have tried and eight treasure soup was a good complement to it. The sports vibe really rejuvenates you. Overall good food + good bar + pool table, impossible to dislike.

One of the biggest sports bars i have seen and im sure it must be one happening place on evenings, but i entered for a very late lunch totally hungry. I really liked the ambience and everything but the food was found wanting. Perhaps maybe i did not choose the right dishes.

The famous Underdoggs bar..I visited this place sometime back but forgot to post my review! So I went there with my friends, upon entering the first feeling that it hits you is the ambience - Big screen TVs all around, pool tables (they let you play if you pay) and all, it impresses upon you that it is what it shows to be i.e. it's a sports bar. Seating arrangements are what I liked the most about the place - it's expansive and unique. Coming to the menu, it's expensive, so we decided to have a few drinks and some starters. The drink I had (I forgot the name) tasted way too sweet for my liking. I ended up exchanging my drink with that of my friend. All in all, a place where you can go and enjoy sports while having a drink. And as for me, I would dearly love to go there again and look at it from a different perspective. Cheers!

One word, PATHETIC.<br/><br/>we entered the place and asked the server do you serve chicken clear soup, he said yes we do.<br/>We did not want to take other soups as it had corn starch cream etc etc.<br/>Next comes another sever at our table for the order and we tell him the order is placed.<br/>After a couple of minutes the third server comes and asked about the order and we say we have placed.<br/><br/>Anyway, so we finally get the soup, and to our utter shock and dismay the soup was not ckn clear and it was chicken minestrone soup as told by the server.<br/><br/>When I asked why have you brought this to this his epic reply is the chicken soup hi toh hai. Aapne chicken soup hi toh order kiya tha.<br/><br/>That is why I wonder why this place is empty despite being in one of the busiest malls of guwahati<br/>Central Mall..<br/><br/>Sorry no images to share as was really in a pissed off mood at that time time so did not take pictures.<br/><br/>

Looking at the ambience of the place I was very surprised with the food given to us. The service was good, place looks very fine. Then comes the food and drink which were very overpriced and not worth it. We ordered some barbecue chicken, I am not sure about the name costing around rs500.it was not that great but the funny part was when it was being served to us one of the two pieces fell on the table and the waiter picked it and kept it back as if nothing had happened. I was very shocked and never expected this from this place. I ordered long Island iced tea which was not good at all. I have tried llit in different places but its nothing like what is given here. If this would have happened in a place like Delhi or bangalore they would have shut the place long back<br/>

One of it's kind in Guwahati as no other sports bar is here. Little overpriced and service tax included even after GST. Sex on the beach and Superman punch are the cocktails we ordered and are good enough to give a punch right after you take a sip. Chilli baby corn was crispy and little soft inside, the first bite tastes sweet, tangy and little hot. Then the chicken wings with BBQ sauce is really very tangy (a little more than expected) and was a little over cooked. The pizza we ordered was one of the finest I have tasted in Guwahati so far, with a thin crust and was cheesy too. Lastly one of the best sizzlers so far, the Jack Daniels half chicken. Very soft and juicy and the veggies with the chicken is a good combo. <br/>The bar serves free drinks on Wednesday but only for ladies in the town.<br/>So yeah, can visit the place every weekend if you are filthy rich or else once in a month ! 😄

Well.....one can say it is one of the best place you can have in Guwahati to enjoy with your buddies. You can plan your birthday party, your engagement party for your friends over here. You can play games like foosball, polo and shuffleboard. And the best thing is that you will get to hear a music continuously where a singer, artist will sing for all of you. I had a very worst experience here. Last night I visited this place. Food is very very bad... be it anything. Salads, starters, burgers, rice items.... I ended up leaving all the food as it is.. hardly I have tasted a bite or two of each dishes... I didn't like any of them.... these people really need to improve their food.

Being a sports bar it still has to go a long way as it needs to improve the service a lot, sitting arrangements, drinks collection and the overall ambiance. Although the price is at par with any standard sports bar, the staff was not at all attentive to the patrons and most of the premium drinks on the menu are not available every day. The food quality is decent. So one may hesitate or think twice before going there next time. I hope things improve fast.

They have a massive space and this guves you the comfort to enjoy rather than be cramped out.... Music is just right volume..... Price is reasonable.
