Nice bar, ambience was way better than what i expected and very friendly staff! Also price was very decent and loved the peanut masala! They also had the ipl game on a big screen so overall a good experience.

The service is not that great. The ambience is not good either. Many drinks were not available. But it's cheap songs we preferred to go there.

Nice ambience. Very friendly staff. We have ordered chicken biryani 3, pork curry 1, and 1 Budweiser premium. Prices are quite reasonable. You can enjoy with your family, friends. Overall i love the place.

Finding a place like this in the middle of the city is a good thing. Gives the feels of a dhaba with shacks and huts. So a plus point to that. It's a good place to chill out with friends ofcourse given the fact people come here for the alcohol mainly. The quality of food is good and quantity too for the price. Have tried several of the dishes but the king chicken and fish fingers are worth mentioning. The tandoori was ok. The ambience is quite good and makes you feel like you are sitting in the outskirts of the city. Otherwise a good place but a thing I always noticed is that the waiters are drunk from the evening.

I went there had 7beers dry fried chicken and dry chilli chicken , they charged me abt 2300 bucks and it's 250 a beer<br/>It rained and we got all wet<br/>It's like roadside dhaba and not a proper place

Found it on Google and decided to grab a quick bite and drinks. Ambience seems nice but can get creepy at night due to dim lights. Waiter was friendly but had to wait for him to come around to us everytime as nobody else was present. Food was nice- tried the french fries, chilly chicken with whiskey. Greatly affordable prices. Probably the cheapest in the city. Also had the pleasure of the in-house cat accompanying us who wasn't mischevious at all, she just slept on our laps. :)

Good hideout place on GS Road. The place is silent, good ambience inside the city. Good sitting option, open, cottages to hangout. Good place for friends and colleagues, cost decent, try american corn, avoid tandoori items.<br/><br/>

Great place.. nice food.. but while billing they make some add on.. they charged the rate for strong beer but served normal beer.<br/>They don't accept accept cards. This is a great place for booze and parties. Chicken items taste are better than most of the other alike places. Chicken items will not disappoint you, but this place is basically for pork and booze.

A decent place for food and drinks in the midst of GS road... This place has a good number of private cabins. Chicken King Kabab should be tasted at least once... The quality and quantity they offer is totally worth its price... The service is quick and caters to your needs.

I and my friend went there one afternoon to catch up... Place didnt dissapoint... Not all food items were available, however what was served to us tasted fresh and real good. Place has a dhaba feel to it... Food & Drink prices are pocket-friendly...<br/>Only bad thing was they do not have a proper and hygenic washroom.... Might be a concern for ladies...

After a vry long discussion with my friend..i visited this place. I was vry much excited to try out this country side style outlet in the middle of the city.<br/><br/>Service was extremly good...we ordered PORK HOT GARLIC SAUCE, CHICKEN DRY FRY, TANDOORI ROTI...cheers to the food..mind blowing. <br/>But the low lightings disappointed me..moreover we fought with some mosquitoes😂😂😂.. <br/>Lastly..except the waiter...no one from the management knows how to talk to customers...while payng my bill..the cashier or manager..didnt even bother to look up...he was bsy playng games...some etiquittes must be taught to them. A group of 4 boys not known to us..came askng for a cabin..but manger rudely replied..cabin r for group parties. I wonder they are expectng some 6-7 groups of 10-12 members each to occupy cabins...ridiculous..<br/>

A bar that goes for a dhaba experience! Sandwiched between concrete installations this bar has tables under the sky with some huts for privacy. Not a huge lot of options for booze and the food is pretty average although it's not (very) pricey. Great for unwinding with friends if nothing else. The staff however are very friendly and quick at service!

The Go-to place for guys for a drink n some snacks.....in the midst of busy GS road!<br/>Its a kind of regular hangout place for guys...who wants a quick drink after duties n head back home....or guys who likes to hang out with old buddies in the evening over some beers....in an bare basic, rustic, minimalistic, no nonsense place.<br/>Food- most of their non veg items r good...but prices have increased ...personally I like their chicken kebab, sliced pork, pork pura, tandoori chicken. No idea about veg items! Alcohol was cheap once upon a time....now it's at par or little less than ..other places which serves alcohol...<br/>Ambience- they have multiple basic bamboo huts...nothing much....but u do have freedom to smoke, drink n chat with friends.<br/>Service- it's average...some staffs r quite efficient...N service is quick...<br/>Overall...it's a decent place for guys to grab a quick drink...who doesn't want to go to some fancy high end place!<br/><br/>

The cheapest bar in town! One should not expect nice decors or glittery interiors. I would not have given any stars for it. (So you can imagine how it would be) but yes, this place is ain't bad too. Staff are very friendly and service too is okay. Kitchen is like our second home though we hop around to much better places than this. I didn't hear or see this place before until this time when we had a small school reunion, my bunch of friends introduced me to this place. <br/>It's a bit away from the main road but that gives the countryside feeling as they have small cubicles which accomodates around 8 people in each. This gives the privacy as well as independency from any other fellow diners. <br/><br/>Coming to the food, we ordered chicken dorect dry fry, chilly chicken dry, pork dry fry, chicken hakka noodles, prawn fry and few beers.<br/>The food is tasty and upto expectation. I tasted a new beer, SIMBA which is unavailable outside assam, i guess, so havent had the chance to taste it before. <br/>Overall i would recommend if you plan for meet/ups or reunions.

One of the oldest place and yes it is located in the city so thats a good thing food is good and prices too staffs are polite interior is not good so no comments about that part but apart from that everything is good

A nice little place to have lunch...at first I thought this place was only a bar but when we paod a visit and went through the menu we were surprised by the things they had on offer...<br/>And the quality and taste also adds to the surprise... This is a sexiest place. If there is any girl in the group then they will not allow you to sit inside the hut even if it is empty. They simply say it's not permitted. Very misleading reviews on Zomato about this place<br/>

The best thing about Kitchen is, you get your own privacy. The food over there taste awesome. Been there twice. Ordered Pork Chilly Dry Fry with Beer each of the time along with Noodles n Chicken Manchurian. Service is great. i loved it. Prices aren't that high compared to other bar/restaurant.

Located in the midst of high rise buildings, this place surprised me with what it had to offer. It may look like a humble shack made of bamboo and wood from afar, but it has one of the best ambiances when it comes to bars in the city. The food is really good here and I would strongly suggest you try their Afghani chicken and fish fingers. They go really well with the beer and other drinks. The prices may seem a little costly but you can always divide it up among friends. Afterall who goes to such a place alone?<br/><br/>All in all, its a great place to hang out with friends over drinks and food over the weekend. I highly recommend it.

Kitchen Bar and restaurant G.S road is a normal place to get good food and also alcohol .. Located next to Pragati Manor Kitchen serves you amazing food ... Ambience is just fine not so good .. Basically people come to grab alcohol at reasonable prices ... <br/>I had the famous pigeon masala which was favourite ... As a very old customer of this place I am pained to write this review tonight, but due to turn of events, I am compelled to write this. The gate security guard has nexus with thieves and they aide in stealing unlocked helmets.  I was shocked to see my helmet stolen from my bike. When inquired with the security guard, he turned a blind eye stating his duty is on gate and not cars/bikes parked. I mean that is totally not acceptable. We keep helmets unlocked thinking security is there to check all that. A very shameful incident and I warn everyone else to never keep helmets unlocked. No one will take responsibility later on after it is stolen.

An average place to sit, drink and catch up with friends. On my maiden visit, I tried the chicken korma and the iconic "pork pura". Both were yummy. Left me very happy. As with many places in Guwahati, the choice in the bar menu is very limited, especially beer. Been here once, liked the concept but didn't like the anticipation of it. I felt it was a bit congested and the ambience didn't just match the theme. But if one is in a liquid diet & wants to gulp down the pegs then it's quite good. ECONOMICAL

Kitchen is a decent place to spend time with friends over some drinks and snacks. They have both outdoor seating and enclosed huts. The selection of spirits is good and pricing reasonable. I would recommend fried corn and kebabs to go with your drinks. The staff is friendly and courteous. The place can get loud and noisy late in the evenings as it attracts a lot of crowds from offices nearby.

Well..It happens to be a open style bar cum restaurant. The best part is the location as its in the heart of the city.  Me along with my friends visit often there. The ambience is really nice and an ideal place to hang out. Initially like 2 yrs back it never use to be so crowded like its now. May be its gaining popularity due to its over all service and food. Its not cheap mind you, they will charge almost same like any other good standard bar or pub. Service is prompt and food is delicious. During winters they use to light a bon fire and you can actually warm yourself up if drinks doesn't do so :) Tandoori items, pork pura ( my fren says so) are tantalizing to the taste bud.

Before going to a movie, we rushed to this place to have some food and beer. The first shock that I received was the menu did not have momos of any kind. I believe this is the first restaurant that I have found in Guwahati which does not serve momos. So as a result, I ordered a plate of American Chopsuey. It took them 15 minutes to let me know that they cannot prepare the order. So I lowered my expectations and ordered a Pork Chow, which I must say was excellent and I gorged on it like anything as I was that hungry.<br/><br/>Along with the food, we had ordered some beers and here laid the next surprise. We had beer not in beer mugs but whiskey glasses. Apparently, the place has a very less number of beer mugs. You would expect that if a place is serving beer, they will have the mugs too but NO is the answer here.<br/><br/>The good thing about this place is the ambiance. You have outdoor seating facilities and small huts for the private ones. The din of the city somehow seems to die down once you reach this place even though it is just next to one of the busiest highways of the City. <br/><br/>Regarding the service, I found a sad thing that they accord more importance to the regulars rather than the newbies. And the waiter who was serving did not like one who loved to serve. At the end, we did convey our concerns to the  Manager and he assured he will look into these. Let's hope!

Aah. Kitchen Bar, Christian Basti also known to some purists as the 'Seven Sisters Bar' is one of the cheapest watering holes/bars in the city. This place is one of the places which I frequent a lot for their cheap booze and outdoor ambiance. Food wise, tried a variant of Chilli Pork which was pretty good. The Fish Fingers arent bad either, but their mayo needs improving. This bar is hard to fimd for a newbie as its pretty well hidden from the main road. Just walk by the alley on the right, adjacent to Hotel Pragati Manor.

well wen I 1st entered d place my reaction was lyk "so cooool". I nevr thot such a peaceful place can also exist in d middle of an ever-busy n ever-noisy area. The ambience was calm n serene, d service was good n d food also tasted yummy.
