Most costly residential in Guwahati and location is just opposite to Guwahati Zoo , It's combine with shopping mall and residential area . Too costly for normal people .It's luxury residential area in Guwahati and well maintained 24/7 cctv and 24/7 electricity .From front side irs look like castle and inside is different world with all facilities .In front of the Spanish Garden is huge greenery . Most of the bus towards Guwahati Club and Jarukbhari are easily available just in front of the Spanish Garden .

The top views of the Homes are beautiful

It’s my place, best in town with all Morden facilities and loveable extended family. We celebrate every festival with joy. No problem of water as projected, of course we purchased.

Nice place and costly apartment of guwahati.... Near by to the assam state zoo... Also near to ganeshguri to Chandmari rote...

Glimpse of Spanish Architecture can be seen in the building To be honest it is one of the best in Guwahati Zoo is in walking distance if you want to visit

Nice residencial system in the city

Probably the best address in Guwahati right now. Society is well managed and common areas are well maintained. They have swimming pools, snooker and billiard tables, table tennis and ample parking space. The gym is not the best though.

Great place to stay but water problem still exist.

I stay here at Spanish Garden n trust me its one of d best places to stay in Guwahati . Even though its in the main city itself but once one enters the main gate - its greenery would take over you to another world altogether . You get all d amenities here from gym to swimming pool to clubhouse to badminton court to kids mini park to jogging area . 24×7 security along wid Cctv cameras all over fr security . 24×7 water supply and electricity .

Went there today to have dinner.We were given with a normal menu(not the one they used to give before),and I could conclude that the standard has degraded.Thought of ordering biryani, but guess what,NO BIRYANI.The resto that serve one of the best biryanis in guwahati ran out of biryani at 8pm.<br/><br/>Moti mahal is not the place you would want to go to.<br/>

Disappointed to say the least. We ordered Reshmi Kebab as starter. It turned out yellow and half cooked. We returned and got Chilly Chicken dry instead. That also turned out to be of bigger size but slightly better cooked. The Butter Chicken was slightly better but definitely not Moti Mahal class. The butter Naans were excellent. The Chicken Noodles were a bit more salty. The dessert menu was pathetic. Only Gulab Jamun and Ice dream which we avoided. Not having Rabri, Kheer, or other North Indian delicacy was surprising!

The ambiance is quite good and good for family outings but the taste of food is nothing extraordinary. The food is not perfect to go there regularly but good to go once in a while.

A good place to visit with family and friends for lunch and dinner when you want to eat some Biryani and Tandoori items. I personally love their lunch Biryani and Tandoori items. Service is also very good with well mannered staff members.

The interior of this place is very eye catching, beautiful. It's located on the 1st floor above fab India. Fine dining and good food is what this place is packed with. They out out let's in other part of the guwahati city too.

The place was empty when my family and I went for dinner which made us wonder whether the restaurant was not doing so well since good restaurants in Guwahati are always booming with people. The interiors were nice but the AC was not working. We ordered chicken biriyani and a tikka. Tikka was good, but the biriyani did not live up to the expectations. The staff were friendly and greeted us well. But food quality and maintenance of the place need to improve.

Very soothing and charming place, perfect place to have lunch or dinner with family. The staff is very well behaved. Some of the items we wanted to order was unavailable. Mutton dishes was not available. We then ordered tandoori chicken chicken tikka masala, kadhai chicken and masala kulchas..all the items tasted delicious. Beautifully decorated and lovely interiors. The restaurant is quite easy to locate. Cordial staff. We really liked the stuffed mushrooms we ordered. All other dishes were tasty. They serve enough quantity. So you don't feel bad for whatever you pay.

I dined with my family on a Table of 5 on Sunday 27th May’18. To start with, the decor was really nice, but it seems like they were short staffed. There were 3 occupied tables in 70 covers restaurant, with only 2 serving staff. There was no one to greet us as we entered, covers were not laid out properly and the starters took time to arrive, however the food was delicious and the portions were generous. There was heavy dust accumulation on the interior window sills by the table and the AC wasn’t comfortable enough, so a zero for the ambience, with mosquitoes to add to the penance. The prices were fair, but as I said, with the Brand Name they have, they could have done better.

Experimenting has become one of my hobby and getting to experience the best good is even more better. This place has the best charm, ambience, staff's response, polite/cozy environment. Moti Mahal Delhi is no longer associated with them. Horrible experience of the dishes which tastes like our street corner stalls. No longer a destination to enjoy food.

It was a Good Experience but I gave a 3⭐ bcz of some reasons as:<br/><br/>1. We asked for Mutton Keema...and the mutton was not available.<br/>2. The Service is quite Slow and we had to wait for the Food for a Pretty long time.<br/>3. The ambience is not up to the mark..and we were feeling uneasy at the very beginning due to an awkward smell.<br/><br/>Apart from this, The Chicken Tandoori Starter was good. Butter Chicken (MM's Original) was really very good. The Butter Paneer was also fine. The Dal Fry and Chicken Lababdar were not that pleasing to the Taste Buds. The Naans Were Soft enough.<br/><br/>All in all, I always think.. there's room for improvement.. but if their food and Service.. goes on this track.. I might not visit again.

Something not so fine about the fine dine place it claims to be.<br/>No condiments on table no table cloth a rather sad looking artificial rose stood in the middle.<br/>Some tables were lucky to have a napkin set Our table had one and the rest of the 3 chairs did not. No soap in the washbasin.<br/>A used table laid uncleared the whole time. Mosquitoes surrounded us,had to eat the rest of the dinner to the smell of HIT spray. The food was that of an average Indian restraunt.At least the onions could have been freshly cut. On a Sunday evening primetime they had no mutton. Definitely not going back

If you are looking for a place serving good Indian food which is not very expensive and also serves alcohol ... well then this is the place . Though nothing extraordinary but overall a decent place

we went there yesterday to have dinner. To my surprise, everything we ordered was not available. There was severe shortage of manpower(acc to them). So we had to order what they forced us to, the taste was no where near to what it was when they had there branch in ABC. Most surprising the chutney they brought us along with Tandoori was an ABSOLUTE SHOCKER..the rashmi kabab tasted very very ordinary. The soup we ordered was full of large pieces of Chilies which added to the misery. The chicken Bharta was decent and we had order Naan with it..Most Annoying was When we asked Fresh lime Soda they said they dint have any! And than in next minutes they were serving the same. Highly unsatisfied by their unproffesional behaviour.All i can say it is only a Shadow of what it was when it was in Christian basti!

I surprise how anyone can give a good rating to the restaurant. I went there with friends and they have worst service.They are so lazy, It took more than a hour for soup only also more than 50% of the items in menu was not available. He was like bhaiya ye to khatam ho gya ye v khatam ho gya .Also the dishes are not good.

I've had good times here in the past but today the restaurant was completely deserted. After some enquiries with the steward regarding the dishes we wanted, we were told that they (multiple dishes) were unavailable. UNAVAILABLE! I'm not talking about seasonal stuff but regular dishes, even including their specialty. All in all, the only thing we ended up having was water. Have been there quite a few times and they live up to the name of moti mahal. The butter chicken, mutton rogan josh are popular for a reason! And to my surprise, they have the best biryani in town too! It was only by chance that we went in there for biryani as the other regular biryani places were crowded and to our pleasant surprise, it proved to be the best we've had in Ghy. Moti mahal never disappoints.

They serve exclusively North Indian food..menu is almost similar to the Legendary, Moti Mahal in Delhi...with slight variations in price and few items.<br/>They have started bar services also nowdays, and it's a good place to grab a drink with some lip smacking chicken kebabs and tandoori chicken!<br/>Review<br/>Food- they have an elaborate North-indian menu, although many items were not available, most of the times I had visited.<br/>most of their tandoori chicken items and kebabs are quite good. Chicken Reshmi kebab, kalmi kebab and tangri kebabs are worth mentioning.<br/>Their bread basket with a collection of assorted naans, kulcha etc is a good deal.<br/>Butter chicken & chicken tikka masala is their speciality. It's decent.<br/>Personally i liked, Chicken lababdar.<br/>Tawa chicken is also decent.<br/>The bar has decent alcohol brands price is at par with any other fine dining places.<br/>Overall food is quite good.<br/><br/>Ambience-its quite spacious and has a very good seat arrangements.<br/><br/>Service- is quite good. Wish you could have given me an option where I could have given a rating less than 1. We had gone there yesterday. We had the worst experience of our lives. Cannot say what was more bad, the food or the service..... They served us water after half an hour; that too after reminding whether we need to bring our own water from outside. They served us malai kofta instead of vegetable kofta and kept on insisting that this is vegetable kofta only. When we broke open the kofta and showed the fillings to them that they agreed to change it. And, behold, what was served to us as vegetal kofta was even horrible. It was vegetable dumplings thrown into dal. Can anyone imagine such a dish. Have even clicked a picture of the same. Please avoid this place. Or else, you are going to regret it for the rest of your lives.

Butter chicken was no way near to a butter chicken. Butter chicken of daryaganj or even south extension in delhi is exquisite. i was expecting the same as moti mahal in its name itself is to be blindly trusted upon fr great food. it was a total disappointment.

Ambience was good! But the liquor price was too bad! food was good except the mutton shahi korma where mutton was not soft at all. Top of that lets come to the liquor part. This time I visited this beautiful place to spend some quality time with my family. so I was amazed to see the restaurant. It's has a beautiful interior. I was in love . There's​ special item ins chicken butter masala. So we ordered that . And and a lachha Paratha. It was tasty. But it's quite expensive..

Horrendous experience during dinner last night. Had to wait for half an hour for the table which i didnt mind as it is puja time. The puja special menu was limited and we ordered our starters even before we got our table. The starters were late still it wasnt a big deal. But we had to repeat everything a million times for the waiters to respond. Glasses were not given for water. Had to repeat a hundred times to get some knives and forks. The only good thing about the evening were the starters. But the bad service ruined it all. After we ordered the main course it was like an hour late. The food that arrived was also not good. Everthing was oversalted and not tasty at all. I suggest these people need to get their act together. Never going there again.

Great ambience, awesome place...good food but not at par. Getting the tag of Moti Mahal and preparing simple foods like what I had couldn't be appreciated. Veg Diwani Handi was a mess!! Service was literally slow.

I visited this place for the first time. It is located just opposite the zoo. The restaurant has got a great ambiance and is one of the most beautiful restaurant. Service was good. Among all the food we ordered I liked the sahi paneer n butter chicken the most. And according to the prices the quantity of food were acceptable. As a whole i liked the place.

Decoration is good. As u enter u feel it is a good classy resturent. Starter we took afghani chicken was good hot testy. But I found main course which was chicken sahi korma was not that good, it make me feel like the chicken pc are not fresh but the curry was good. But I strongly says that those chicken pc s are not fresh. I suggest not to take chicken sahi korma.

After a long planning,finally it was MOTI MAHAL now.The time we reached,they were serving the buffet ,if you wish to have it (of course).we thought of picking something from the menu and so it was a simple lunch with roti,saag chicken and a green salad followed after the well cooked yum tandoori chicken tikkas .Apart from food it has a classy ambience and so was the person who helped us with our orders.It's a perfect place,I think to go for a family or business lunch or dinner.The piano at the entrance was the showstopper for this place.But the music didn't suit the ambience.It was too high.It should be noted but again everyone has their own choices.Perhaps it will help healing a bad mood,you never know!!<br/>Looking forward for a dinner here with a mind, set to taste few more cuisines.Especially the desserts coz I missed it last time!!

The Indian menu is undoubtedly great, especially the tandoor menu, but the Chinese menu needs improvement, I found the noodles very ordinary.<br/>The staff is very courteous, very welcoming! <br/>It's priced reasonably, the mocktails are great as well.

Had a very disappointing experience while being there for lunch with my team recently. Food was bad, starters were too salty and peas pulao that was served with main course had no salt. We paid for buffet and received very low quality ice cream scoop as dessert. Number of items for buffet lunch was too less. Even though we booked table in advance, staff wasn't ready with plates and all to serve us. Washroom was filthy. Ambience was average but they have no taste in music. For no reason, they asked their guests to write phone number and name instead of asking for feedback. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Waste of money.

Horrible delivery. Extremely unprofessional staff who donot even know what they are doing. I placed my order one hour ago and the manager kept on telling me lies how it wont take more than 5mins. And after an hour i get to know the delivery boy was somehwr on the othr side of the city doing other stuff! I couldn't take my medicines on time because of the delay... N it sucked big time.

The ambience is very good. Great interiors and lighting. Food is a little overpriced. The only issue is the menu. A lot of the items and drinks mentioned in the menu are not actually available there. So you are nearly left with no options. Food was good, a little too spicy though. Service was good, although the waiters were very confused about the menu and could not guide properly. The ambience and decor of this place is brilliant, but don't let that fool you. They are so inconsistent regarding the food. First of all these guys don't update the menu, so if you are looking at the menu on Zomato , you add almost 40% surplus to anticipate the price they are actually gonna charge. And the food experience has been a roller coaster ride, one day i ordered DAL GHOSHT and liked it so much. Hence ordered for the second time, and it was nothing but a cheap packaged masala flavored dal with some chunks of undercooked mutton, so we tried other dishes like Saag Gosht but there was no difference between the dal gosht and saag gosht cause they tasted like nothing but cheap substandard curry with a overpowering smell of packaged garam masala. The other day i ordered chicken sweet corn soup, they charged 130 bucks(excluding any taxes) , and yet the portion they delivered was pathetic, on top of that i couldn't eat the soup because it tasted like over sweetened water. Never again

The Delhi regular was in town. Hence we decided to try and see for ourselves whether they had brought along the charm or not. <br/><br/>The place is huge and gives a vibe of fine dining when you enter this place. There is a piano, working or not, right at the entrance of this place. From the large windows, you overlook the city. The seats are cushioned in velvet and are in various hues and colours. Once seated, they serve you with some version of lime juice which is very refreshing. After scrounging through the menu, we ordered the following:<br/><br/>1. Steamed Rice: Plain and simple. How it should be! <br/><br/>2. Tandoori Rotis:  They got them heated when they felt that we were too engrossed in an conversation and the same had turned cold<br/><br/>3. Dal Makhani: Best of the lot<br/><br/>4. Afghani Chicken: This was a starter, with some kind of white paste. But instead of serving it boneless, it was served with bones. Took us a lot of effort to get through it. It was neither that delicious, so an avoidable entity<br/><br/>5. Murgh Bemisaal: Friend found this out. It was a mixture of many ingredients with a little bit of mutton keema thrown in. The quantity was huge and the dish delicious.<br/><br/>It took them a lot of time to prepare all of this and serve us the same. Also, when they were serving there seemed some kind of argument amongst the staff. I guess the senior folks were trying to impress and were being nosy about the service quality. Though one clear let down for me was the dirty floors. How could they not have noticed! <br/><br/>Anyway, would most probably order in, rather than go there for my meal next time!

At the very onset my rating would be a 3.75 but since that's not a option so 3.5 it is then. <br/>Moti Mahal deluxe is without a doubt one of the most beautiful restaurants I've been to. It's spacious and the interiors give off this "royal" yet not in an antiquated manner vibes. Very pleasant indeed. The staff were very courteous too(probably a little too courteous considering that I went there to eat alone, a bit of sympathy probably? Lol. Not that it's a bad thing). But at the end of the day what matters is of course the food. I ordered Murgh Bemisal and Butter Naan. The little synoptic given below Murgh Bemisal in the menu is what prompted me to make that order, it sounded very rich with an additional bonus of minced mutton in the gravy. So I had to order that for sure. They serve a platter of rice/tapioca puffers as compliments with a smooth green chutney which I for one really liked. The chutney could use a little bit more heat though. And they didn't keep me waiting long for the food to arrive. The butter naan platter had three pieces of bread (two were enough for me) and the meat dish looked absolutely delectable. It had four huge pieces of chicken in it and you could see that they were magininimous enough with the minced mutton as well. So far so good right? Now when I tasted it, it tasted good. But that's it. It wasn't great. It wasn't like something else you could get in a comparatively less fancy a restaurant (especially considering the price). The chicken was cooked, it was spicy which I really liked but it certainly was lacking that wow factor. And as for the bread, it could have been softer. <br/>So in a nutshell, this restaurant serves you good food but not extraordinary food. Would I suggest that you should visit it? Yes I do, especially if you have a special inclination towards Indian food. Cheers!

Went there with a lot of expectations to have some quality Indian cuisine. <br/>Ordered butter naan, saag chicken and tandoori chicken. They took around half an hour to serve the food! After waiting for so long, we were served butter naans which were neither soft, rather they were crispy , nor they had enough butter in them.<br/>The tandoori chicken was served as a sizzler, which was new for me, and the pieces were burnt and tasted slightly bitter! The saag chicken was a saviour. The pieces were succulent and the gravy was creamy and really good. The ambience of the place is really good and the interiors are beautiful. But the food was not what I expected.

Terrible food , absolute waste , no comparison to the food of Moti Mahal in Delhi . Moti Mahal is known for its butter chicken but it was very disappointing . It was spicy n had no taste like butter chicken . The chicken biryani tasted like fried rice . Really sad food . It's just spoiling the brand name Moti Mahal !!!!

Beautiful ambience and delicious food.. ideal for family dinner, lunch with frnds, or with your significant other. Prices are reasonable for a dine in restaurant. Staff is very helpful and well mannered. Loved the food.

Moti Mahal is a big brand and supposedly founded by the person who invented 'Tandoori Cuisines'. As by the name the Tandoori cuisines are second to none though on the contrary some of the items aren't justified properly like paneer cuisines and veg cuisines. Paneer remains spongy and not authentic implying that paneer is not fully made from milk itself, other additives might have been added or buying it from a source which doesn't make authentic paneer. Butter Chicken which is Moti Mahals speciality doesn't feel at par, tomato contains remains strong and the raw smell is emitted quite often. However their Dal tarka remains out of such issues, a must try out cusine. I hope their food quality related issues are being supervised. It is utmost important to use good and healthy food items.

If you are here, you must have their legendary butter chicken. It's one of the best butter chicken you will have in your life. Apart from that, decor is very nice, service is good. other items are fine. But what will blow your mind is the Butter Chicken!!

One of the finest restaurants i have ever been to! Everything we ordered were palatable. The interior, the staff everything was just perfect! We ordered afghani chicken,jeera pulao,butter naan and the star of all that we ordered was the butter chicken...man!! IT WAS TO DIE FOR!!! This is a must visit place at night because the interior is just too beautiful with all those sober lights. The staff is very courteous. Id rate the food 6.5/10. Its very good, the food. But you get the same kind of food at many places. Being a national brand name, I think it should really focus a bit more on developing its menu. Otherwise, very good.

Glad that such outlets are coming in guwahati. 1word to describe this restaurant and its food "Fabulous". Good one for a family lunch or dinner. Sure to come again soon.<br/>

Great place to be with anyone. Friendly staff,nice ambience mainly when live music is playing. Amazing food especially the Indian cuisine(for which they are famous for). Do try their appetizers/starters which are awesome(especially the afghani chicken served as a sizzler), and their Butter chicken which is one of the best you would ever have anywhere(they have a proud history with this dish).<br/>Only thing lacking is that sometimes the service might be on the slower side which could be improved to a large extent.

We had visited this place for lunch on October 30,2016. The ambience is very nice and the people are very well behaved. Ordered manchow soup, chicken afgani, murg masalam, chicken Hong Kong, polao and fried rice. The soup was delicious. They have the speciality in tandoor's items. Chicken afgani & murg masalam are the items you must try. Though they took a very long time to prepare the dishes! But worth the wait :-). The price is very reasonable.

Worst service ever.. And food was bad. We ordered some kababs and it was super bad. I would not recommended this place to anyone in the future. And they gave silly excuses when asked regarding service..

Well this restaurant is one of the best places in the city serving Indian Cuisine. I have only ordered here through home delivery and they  deliver food to far off places like  Beltola too (Minimum order 500/-). Takes around 40-50 minutes for delivery. I've only tried out their Achaari Chicken Tikka, Butter Chicken and Butter Naan till now and as far as taste and flavors are concerned, they have done an excellent job. The Butter Chicken is perfect and in my opinion, the best Butter chicken in town. The Tikkas were succulent and full of flavors. They have a lot of options in their menu, and I have to try out the other items as well. For the quality and quantity of food they serve, I'll have to say that prices are reasonable too. Till now, the experience with Moti Mahal Delux has been great! Way to go!

We have been to this place multiple times. The best dishes are Paneer Makhani and Dal Makhani along with Butter Nan. The good food tastes along with good service makes it a pleasant experience

I have been a Moti Mahal fan since they had their first outlet in Anil Plaza, GS Road. The experience, every time I could manage a visit there, was impeccable - be it the taste, the presentation, the service or the ambiance. I was quite disappointed and sad when that outlet was shut down. However, soon enough the entire Moti Mahal chain of restaurant opened up near Ulubari flyover. Paid them a visit, the food was delicious there too but that place seriously lacked in ambiance and presentation. The cutlery used were that of plastic and the place lacked in hygiene as well. But quite to my delight, Moti Mahal Delux - Spanish Garden opened up! The place brings back old memories of their first Anil Plaza outlet. Great interiors, perfect ambiance and great presentation. It is a must try for everybody, if one is willing to shed out some extra cash than the usual, as the place isn't cheap. <br/><br/>Chicken Hot&Sour Soup, Chilli Chicken Dry, Chicken Tikka, Chicken Tandoori (Moti Mahal's Original), Chicken Tawa (Boneless) are some of my personal favorites and I bet every other dish on their menu is worth a try too! <br/><br/>Want to pamper your taste buds with some great North Indian Cuisine? The place is well done up, the tables though are a little weird and uncomfortable to sit at.<br/>We didn't try the starters but straight went ahead with the mains:<br/><br/>Dal Makhani - it was decent but not very great<br/>Butter Chicken - very heavy on cream but less spices so not much flavorful.<br/>Pindi Channa - excellent. Must order dish<br/>Breads - kulcha was a decent pick.<br/><br/>The service was decent though the food took a little too much time for almost an empty restaurant. The prices are pretty decent as well. <br/>The music when we were thwre was light instrumental but seeing the stage,I am sure it must get noisy in the nights. So avoid that then.
