Slice of heaven : located just opposite Titiksha bake junction in RG Baruah Road Ambience : on the outside it might look a little off,but the interior is subtle and pretty,and nice with ample space and decent seating. Service : was very prompt and warm. well behaved staff. Food : we had ordered jeera rice which is enough for 2-3 people to share one bowl,as the quantity is pretty nice. Aloo capsicum was great,if you don't like much oil then please avoid this,there wasn't much oil though but usually in other places the oil keeps floating as another layer so it wasn't the same here. Quantity good for two people to share. The price was worth it. Butter naan soft and good. Overall,i liked this place,you can get Chinese veg/non veg,Indian veg/non veg food out here. And the price is pocket friendly,not too expensive..and the taste is good too. Looking forward to try more stuff from here.

The foods here is truly amazing but I warn you it taste bad during the festive season especially during Durga Puja! I miss the Open Roof Garden theme, it has been turned into an open hall system. My Dad literally became a huge fan of the place because of the American Choupsey And the prices of food is reasonable compared to any other Cafes we go!

A great place to hangout with a small group of friends. The food is good, the atmosphere has bit of retro feel to it and services are up to my standards. However i would recommend a double date instead of a single couple

A beautiful restaurant for any kind of party

Alternative to the restaurant Chung-Fa. The chef used to work in Chung-Fa and so the taste of the items is as same as that of the restaurant but with a much lesser price and with the option of ordering even half plates. And yes, most importantly, you don't have to experience the cold behavior as that of the Chung-Fa. In my personal opinion, if people didn't love the taste of the food items of Chung-Fa, I guess people would have discontinued going to the restaurant a long back for the cold and sometimes unfriendly behavior of the owners.

Have been a regular customer, but this time it was real disappointing to find the taste of the chilly chicken not up to the mark, as the chicken pieces were small and too dry with raw onions, and the quantity of chicken pieces in the fried rice and noodles were less as well as the taste was not as usual.<br/>Hope you would try to keep up to your mark...

Visited today on a birthday party of my friend. The seating arrangement was ok but no fan on one side. The staffs are damn lazy busy gossiping. The service was damn slow and totally disappointed.

I personally feel that this place is quite underrated. This is one of our regular take out places and me and my family loves the food here. My personal favourite is the non veg Cantonese noodles. The Chinese dishes are really good. We have tried the fried rice, chopsuey, paneer chilli, Beijing Kay, chicken garlic/ginger/manchurian and different starters too. None of these disappointed me. The ambience is pretty cosy, they take reservation for birthday parties as well. Definite try.

Returning from my office, I saw this restaurant. Out of my curiosity I went there. The ambiance was good. It's a small place having dine for 16-20 customers at a go. I tried thai chicken soup, which was really refreshing. I like to try more further.

This cafe is a very beautiful cafe located in Jonali. I often visit this place with my friends. Must try the north indian cuisine. Quantity of the food matches with the expense but not the quatity. They need to work on their price structure.

Had ordered a non veg noodles food was quite good. But pieces of capsicums were little big and raw. Portion was pretty much enough for one person.

Ordered butter tandori roti where there was no sign of butter. The rotis were crunchy as hell. The shahi paneer was more like soar curd and paneer. Dissapointed

The restaurant is too poor to have some butter. The butter naan had zero percent of butter and they were tasteless. The paneer butter masala was nothing but so sour!!

As per price the amount was not at all economic..I ordered a full garlic chicken for home delivery and d amount was not 320bucks worth but the taste was good.. would suggest Dem to eidr lower d prices or increase d amount.

I tried this place out after hearing good things about it. First things first, the ambience is quite good. There's also good sitting space inside. The restaurant was crowded when we went there but we didn't find it cramped as such. Now on to the food, let me get this straight. These guys serve amazing gold deep fried prawns. Those were really good. Sadly there was no pork on the menu, but I tried the chicken fried rice, and I found it just about ok. Nothing so great. I also tried the chicken chilly dry. Again just ok type. Sadly both dishes paled in comparison to the yummy prawns. So my experience here can be said to be satisfactory but not good per se. A lot of people like coming to this place and that's perhaps because of the prawns. The food is not bad. Don't get me wrong. It's quite fine. But I wasn't blown away tbh. But those prawns though!!!

Visited this place on 12 th October and ordered for chicken butter masala and kadhai chicken the taste was ok but the chicken pieces were too small . When we complained to the waiter he said they serve it that way...they need to change the size of the chicken pieces which were like toffees otherwise customer like us will never ever visit again nor recommend others.

Food is average. Service is okay. Although it is not spacious but it cosy. The wall is filled with inspirational quotes which makes it somewhat unique. I liked that concept. Overall, it is pocket friendly.

We had been going to this place from years and loved it. We never had a complaint but this time I don't know what is wrong with the restaurant. Last night we ordered chicken butter masala and found WORMS in it! I guess you should look into your kitchen and maintain the hygiene and serve people with actual food and not worms.

Went to this place after almost a year but they have not changed a bit. The food tastes yum as usual. All of their Chinese stuff is just too good and the pricing is also very decent. Extremely warm service by the friendly people. Love the cozy ambience. It’s a must visit for families looking for good food. Children would also love to run around their party zone which is adjacent to the restaurant. Only issue is parking during peak hours but then that’s a small sacrifice for good food 😊

The ambiance of this place is perfect to spend some quality time with your dear ones. It's very spacious, have a chic decor and dimly lit. But when I visited there was some party going on and maybe that's why it was kind of noisy.<br/>The food is up to the taste. I ordered a chicken soup with button mushrooms and the creamy texture of the soup was perfect. With the perfectly diced mushrooms and veggies it was really filling.<br/>I find the service a bit late and even though the food was good but it is bit highly priced.

The ambience is good, and their Chicken Gravy Noodles is one of the best I have eaten in Guwahati. Its just a little expensive and they take quite a while to bring the order.

One of the worst home delivery.They took hours to bring my order and after that I was served raw tandoori the outside was completely burned and inside raw.You guys need a proper chef or else ur gonna fall apart.

Its an old , simple and casual place. American Chopsuey was okay enough and the service however was fast .They were polite . I would like the place if they can create a beautiful decor inside to provide a pleasing ambience . Also please work out on the food!

I personally love the tandoori chicken of this place . They serve a variety of muglai dishes. chicken bharta and chicken do piyaja was really very tasty. They serve chinese as well . Chicken Chopsy was awesome , and hakka noddles was also tasty. They also arrange parties and events in their lawn. Overall i recommend this place.

Well, this is a place you want to go to without burning a huge hole in your pockets and still leaving the place satiated. However, they could help themselves out with some improvisation. The service for example could be more organized. Although the food was served warm and arrived almost immediately, the stewards seemed to be endowed in some confusion so far as service was concerned. We ordered Dragon chopseuy and it had enough stuff on the plate for two hungry people. Having said that, however, it wasn't the most amusing medley. It had too much of corn flour to begin with, and it could have been a little less sweet. Well, that's all for this one folks! Cheers!

The Ambience "outside" might be good but the food isnt anything outstanding or any different than average restaurants or fast food joints that would make you crave for this place. <br/>The shanghai noodles are the best bet. The prices are a bit too high for such average food.

Looking at the name I thought this place to be a good one. But I was wrong. Over budget restaurant with so so food. I ate 1/2 ate chicken fried rice for Rs 110. Nothing special.<br/>Also they need to work on the interior decor.

Located just near the Jonali bus stop, they could have done a much better job! <br/>The staff there lack resourcefulness and good manners. The menu offers both Chinese and Indian cuisine. If you end up in this place, for whatever reason, go for their Chinese. I tried their steam rice, dal makhni, chicken butter masala and chicken korma yesterday. The meat pieces were really small and not worth the price! Very disappointed.

This place has got a good interior. My friend and i just randomly walked into it. We both had no idea about this place. We haven't even checked its review so we were a bit scared regarding the quality of food. But later it turns out to be fruitful. Both the quality and quantity of food were good enough. Good service and hygiene.

Nice place.The interior is done beautifully. Service is fine.The food was good,especially the naan,it was soft.The other dishes were good too.We had Kadhai chicken,chicken gravy and Chicken butter masala.I would like to specially mention the Tandoori chicken because I loved it.It was the best one out of all the dishes.Lastly,talking about the prices,the place is quite affordable.You don't have to burn a hole in your pocket.I would recommend this place.

This is one place I visited out of compulsion... At 9pm with rains in a place like Zoo Road we had to go in this restaurant mainly for shelter...<br/><br/>Divided into outdoor and indoor parts we decided to opt for the outdoor part... The ambience is average with few tables without any special decoration... Moving on to the menu, We ordered CRISPY CHILLI BABYCORN and MIXED HAKKA CHOWMEIN. The babycorn was finely cooked but lacked something to be labelled as delicious... The chowmein was up to the mark with the quality and quantity being both satisfying... The prices are a bit on the higher side compared to the food and ambience with additional 6% vat on the menu price... <br/><br/>The service was good but the one who served us lacked insight on some of the items... I have been hearing from my frnds n especially my cousin sister to go n visit dis eatery n try d Chicken Hakka Chow...today went to dis eatery called Slice Of Heaven...near zoo tiniali...dey have anoder branch in Khanapara...its too far frm my place so visited dis one with my family...d ambience was good with music in d background...its has a homely look...i ordered d dishes...liked d chicken hakka chow..taste was gud n up to d mark...d soup was not dat gud... garlic chicken was ok types...i ordered one chow which is enough for two...d bill was reasonable...so folks d chow is must try!!

If you are craving for some good soup visit this place and try out their soups. I love having their soups, be it the Manchu thong or their Noodle soups. Also tried the Gold coins and the spring fried potatoes. The spring fried potatoes were good. Didn't really like the Chicken Gold coins. Visiting again.

We had a Bday party yesterday here. It has a closed and a open space. We ordered drumstick, chicken gravy items(4), rice and nun. Drumstick, gravy items were ok ok(not so good). But they provided small amount of rice in a full plate. And even the services provided are not so great. We have to shout a few times.

The food is very bad. Order chicken wings. It was not more than besan pakora. Hard and served cold. Too much of oil in food. Very less chicken pieces in chicken noodles. Was not satisfied with the food at all

Visited there two times.both times attended a party. The buffet in a party is not that bad. Starters are good to have.i like the salad there cabbage salad along with fried rice and chicken and all.its a bit different. taste is good.plenty of itemsnare there.but thr servers are not that good.its like they will be giving 2 pieces if chicken, 1 piece of panner. You have to ask them or take control of the dish and serve it yourself. Per plate cost is around 350-400 onwards. But its a total loss if you dont Check the servers. FOod and environment can give 3.5/5 but service can be given 2.5/5. Parking may be a bit problem as you have to park in the main road.

I have been here many times. Strangely every time for parties. My favourite here is the red dip/chutney they serve along with their starters. That is toooo yummmyyyy. I feel like packing up that thing in bulk n bring it back home. *I love it that much*. Rest the food is good.. not that wonderful. Ambience is comforting if u sit outside, with that Swing being the cherry on the cake. I was verry disapointed on my brothers birthday when they served coke in those super long glasses without any straw. On asked wherz the straw they denied they had no straw. How are you suposed to drink that way. Plus their service is slow means real slow. I would have rated it better if not for their service.

Slice of heaven is one of favourite place to go around for food which is pocket friendly and you get some yummy Chinese .<br/>Drums of heaven and the chicken Hakka noodles is my all time hit 😍<br/>I also love their prawn in hot garlic sauce. Ambience is perfectly great but yes the service is quite slow and the staff is little absence minded.<br/>Overall it's a good food place. 👍👍

I took away Chinese food from this restaurant and my rating says it all. First they took more then 45 mins to pack one spring roll, one noodles and one chicken gravy. Totally unacceptable. Secondly food was so horrible that I had to throw it away n cook Maggie to save myself.

Well the name exaggerates but its a decent joint located conveniently near zonali bus stop. Food is ok and service is upto the mark. Sometimes service might take a while depending on what you order. So its better u make sure while ordering. Indoors can be stuffy at times but then u can also read a few magazines n books which they offer for their customers'. In the other hand the outdoors can be pretty cool , they decorate it occasionally like during v'days or u can throw a budget party where they can arrange it as per your liking. A visit aint regretted.

It's a restaurant with very limited seating capacity. But they have a outdoor setting for private parties & occasional buffets. The ambience of the outdoor setting is very good it has a bonfire setup, some garden umbrellas, buffet counter & a play area for kids. Hospitality & service is good.Coming to food, it has a wide range of food items from Chinese to Indian but the Taste is average.

I first visited this place almost a year ago with my sis-in-law and we relish having chicken chow mein....and the series continues..with Chinese dishes,chilly prawn,chilly chicken...<br/>Even this april we organised our niece 1st birthday there...food was awesome with lot of compliment dishes :) service was good.....<br/>The smart lady you find in the kitchen is the owner who herself comes up with delicious delicacies...you can sit inside or sit in open....good place to sit with friends&family enjoying some good food

I visited this place on Durga Puja..Went there with my maa and my mama. We sat outside and it was surprisingly beautiful. With the lanterns and swings, it was a sight for sore eyes. But the food.. erm.. not so tasty. I had a veg chowmein with veg munchurian and a chicken hot and sour soup. It was extremely average. Wasn't impressed at all. Wouldn't visit this place anytime soon.

I visited this place with a raging hunger and all I wanted was some edible food to stuff my face with. This place though, was not on my radar even though I've passed it time and again. <br/>I came in and the first thing I saw was a plate of American Chopsuey being devoured by another visitor at the restaurant. My father and I decided to settle for a roll and a plate of chowmein (because I wanted quick satisfaction).<br/><br/>It took some time for the food to come by when it did, I was on the verge of tearing up. So delicious and filling. The noodles were well cooked and the gravy was scrumptiously delightful. <br/><br/>I haven't come across a lot of places that pay ample attention to seasoning but I found that here. The flavors were bang on and I was ready for more after devouring this entire plate of noodles that was probably enough for two. <br/><br/>I'd like to keep visiting this place. The graffiti ridden walls are a tad out of balance with the homely atmosphere of the place. But then again, families, dates and children's birthday parties have all seen a friendly welcome. <br/><br/>Nice prices too. You don't feel like you should've bargained for more and the staff is quite friendly. Slice of Heaven is a slice of home.

The first time I visited this place was on a very cold winter evening. My mum and I entered it mostly because we were freezing in the cold and the small charcoal blocks burning looked very warm and welcoming. We decided to pack the Tandoori Chicken. They gave us a complimentary Phirni to take back home. They took quite some time to give us our order but we didn't mind so much because it was warm and we both knew that once we were out of the place, we'd be freezing again :D When we got home, we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of chicken pieces and the taste was pretty good. Now a special mention to their Phirni: PERFECT!! I think everybody should try their Phirni and bask in the awesomeness that it is :D<br/>The next time we visited this place, we noticed that the decor was decidedly different with LOADS of graffiti on their walls and a collage of posters with inspirational messages on one of the walls. Also, a book case with different genres of books completed the whole "cafe for young people" look. The food was still good and the service was even better. <br/>This is one of the Blink-and-you-miss-it kind of places which serve great food and provide a good ambiance and service. Definitely worth a visit. 3 out of 5 for me :)

Slice of Heaven, yes the name says it all! :) I pass by this resturant almost everyday, and one fine day I decided to try it. When I entered the place, the first thing I noticed was that there was a small table outside which was covered with white satin cloth, and the side was decorated with red satin cloth. It looked so amazingly beautiful.<br/> The interior was okay, though I found it a bit conjusted. The food was nice, though the meat was a bit over-cooked. Great ambience. Service was also good! Overall a nice place.<br/>I would give 4 out of 5 :)

Guys,hope you know of this place by the side of Guwahati College of Architecture,Zoo Rd.For me its a everyday visit very close to my home this restruant provide a very quality food though it has no big interior space like others but provides outer space which is much better than inside. <br/><br/>All those things apart this resturant have a very relaxing price menu,of food which really taste good, I have almost tried every food they serve in this resturant ,every dish have maintained its standard.lf you guys have never been here ,can try a visit and I am sure you will no be disappointed at all.
