Sangai Manipuri Rice Hotel - Guwahati - Photo album

No doubt about the food, it's tasty and the way they use the clay pot and jars added to the taste of the food but to be honest, the food is expensive out there, so if you're willing to spend, you can always try their ethnic Manipuri thali, ordered fish and pork for me and my friend and the bill was
Well maintained place..usually crowded. Open from 630in morning till 930night. You can choose side dishes of pork chicken crab and all along with thali costing 120. Reasonable and enough for a person who is looking out for pocket friendly shop.
Manipuri Style. A must try thing to get an idea of Manipuri Cuisine
A must visit whenever you’re in Guwahati. The place is easy to locate . Very hygienic and you can get a variety of Manipuri dishes. The food is served in earthen plates and bowls giving you that ethnic vibe. Delicious and homely food.
Good spread for the price. They have a great concept of allowing you to choose your type of meat/fish preparation from the pre made thali, where you can see what the final order will look like and then order. The food was delicious, the ambience was good, clean place to eat and friendly staff. Good
If u want the real taste of Manipuri food in Guwahati dn belief me this is the best hotel. And folks away from Manipur if u miss ua home food dn do visit this hotel it will feel u like eating in ua home kitchen..πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ™Œ
I would rated 5 stars if only the prices could be a little low. I understand the standard of the food. But still if you guys could make it up then it would be awsome .
The place has good taste all palates Manipur could offer... The rice has spl flavor and it's filling.. The owner is quite harsh toned but good at heart.. The food is good
Food is good but there is a parking problem, price is little higher than expectation.
Food is good. But very spicy. If you like spicy and authentic NE food then this is for you. Fish curry is worth. One problem is that they only accept Cash. No online payment. Even bill is handwritten. So for claim it might be difficult. But for one time memory it is worth.
The place has a authentic Manipur vibes, the staff tribal uniforms was also very lovely to see, food is also excellent and the quantity is also very good. Loved the place
