Asked for the bill at time of payment but didn't present the bill till the end.This place does not have a scan and pay option of it's own, employees use their own mobile number to receive UPI payment from customer...

This is the best CCD in Guwahati you can ever visit. Idk why but whenever I wanna spend a good quality time with my homies I always prefer this place. There's even an outdoor smoking area which does a great job in attracting customers. Who wants to smoke in a bylane?? 🤣 It's spacious and the staff is very caring. Everything is ultra chill here. You'll find every type of people here- couples, singles, boy/girl gangs (mostly mixed), depressed lonely people. Now here I want to mention something. Kindly 'try' to approach people sitting in a corner, they might be broken or lonely, wanting some company. I remember once I saw a girl, sitting in a corner thinking deep.. I wanted to confront her so bad, she was much older than me.. 3-4 years may be.. I didn't approach her because 1) may be she wanted to be left alone 2) I felt I'll be disturbing her.. 😢 But wherever you are sis, I hope you're doin' fine 🔥🔥💪💪

Place is good for short breaks and small get-togethers... Service is prompt and plenty of stuff on the menu for snacks too... Open area for smoking is also there... Although some renovation is required as infrastructure is somewhat old... Rest is ok and recommended for visit if nearby. 👍

New Hangout Place in Beltola. Well designed interiors gives a perfect ambience to relax. There's an open sitting area in the first floor which gives a peaceful view at night. Try Hot Chocolate and Sizzling Brownie!

So I went to this particular CCD for the first Time. I had ordered for cold coffee and I must say I love taste. I liked the ambience also and the service by the staff. Surely gonna visit again. One thing is that there was offer going on Pizza but then that was unavailable. That's the only reason I gave 4 star. One feedback from my uncle is that it is not situated in a good location, but I am absolutely fine with it because when we are inside it doesn't matter much😊

The vanilla cappuccino was great. Also the balcony view is amazing. This is my most favorite ccd outlet to hang out when I am in Guwahati. Never really tasted their food.

Quite well managed and fast service. Shall do more good with the smoking zone. Otherwise the ambiance and lighting is good for photos and lively.

CCD has always been one pleasant place for coffee and snacks. But this vary CCD in Beltola has got some eye catchy pretty corners and the view from the smoking zone area is the Best. Had Cappuccino Chocolate Flavour and Cappuccino Caramel flavour, Chicken Classic Burger and Tandoori Chicken Sandwich. Coffees are always love and that to in a cold breezy evening it becomes a bae of the part 🤩

My 1st visit at guwahati...Almost same in quality and taste like others branches...Corn t chicken tikka cheese sandwich was too yumm! I wanna have it again...and my all time favourite devils own...

I've given 3stars just because of the small amount of food they serve and never order nachos.. It is better if you buy chips from outside instead. They don't even add a slice of cheese, just a bit or drops above the nachos which doesn't even taste that good. Otherwise it is a nice place to hangout. I'll change my rating and edit my review if I see the change the next time -_-

Nice place with a lot of space. The outer sitting is good. Had Coffee and it tasted like the usual CCD taste. The place it good to go and have a peaceful time.

I wouldn’t recommend the snacks at this CCD but you can surely have the coffee and the cold coffee. It has a very less variety of eatables at the first place and they don’t taste good . The place is comfortable and has a really good balcony to hangout and chill. The inside part is preferable for short casual meetings too.

This place never disappoints me anytime. The best place to go for coffee. smoked chicken sandwich and vanilla cappucino is at its best...<br/>The staff and service can be rated 5* too.

Despite getting a huge rush every evening, this outlet has only one counter, which makes the ordering process painfully slow. Thumbs down for that! We ordered Cold Cocoa Latte and Garlic bread. The items were prepared nicely but despite being relatively simple items, the service too was slow. The ambience here is chaotic as it is located right next to the main road and full occupancy only makes matters worse. Also on a different note, I think the management should check ids of kids who sit in the balcony, because I could see many kids who might not be above the age of 18, smoking cigarettes.

It’s a nice place to hang around ... slow service not trained people .. not too fast n apt... otherwise it’s a kool place ..in a good location .... the balcony up is a bliss ... it’s roadside ... n a lot can happen over coffe 😅

The laziest staff in CCD I have ever seen and barely has anything to serve that's in the menu. I went only one day, never to be back again. Nor do I recommend my friends. I basically had to order what they've in stock the day I went. That is Devil's Own. And then they don't even have cream to top it over. Horrible experience. Though it looks cute, I would rather go to the one in Digholipukhuri which has decent staff and serves everything on the menu.

Love going there. Small but cozy outlet. But usually they are short of a lot of things. So inventory management needs attention. Otherwise, it's a lovely place and we'd love going there again.

Great ambience for a cafe. But I'd still expect some innovation with the food. Since CCD is a very well established venture, so i'd expect something new in the menu. Although I love the food. Great taste, no doubts but it needs to have something out of the box to stand out in the the crowd.<br/>

This CCD branch is good for having a cup of coffee and just kill time.... Food isn't that great....<br/>Service and staffs are quite average.<br/>The place is quite comfy and a decent place for a chat with friends or some business client over a coffee.<br/>Overall it's an average place...to actually... eat something.

The location of the outlet is good but parking is an issue. The place is well maintained with a bunch of warm staffs. Ambience was very pleasant but air conditioning was not appropriate.Most of the items were out of stock and the ones available were about to be out of stock. <br/>So we decided to order black coffees after which we were asked if we wanted it to be normal or strong. We then ordered normal black coffee. But when our order arrived they made it tooo strong for us. <br/>It was overall a not soo good experience.

A quick post work catch up with colleagues where we ordered; cold coffee, cappuccinos, paneer and chicken sandwiches. It's been years since I last visited a CCD. One thing that has not changed is the lapses from their staff. We had to wait for 35 mins for our order to arrive and had to send repeated reminders to do so. They also did not bill me correctly and refused to acknowledge their mistake when told so. The place was also in a mess when we arrived and we had to ask them to clear the table for us to be seated. A drastic need for improvement at all fronts here.

Been here with couple of friends and its a great place to catch up with friends and we spent hours talking . Great coffee and friends just make for a perfect evening out.

CCD interior is very attractive. It has a open roof that’s why I went there but there was no Ac and it’s too hot. Rest I love the Cold coffee ☕️. The parking facility is also quite good. They didn’t took much time to serve what I ordered. Fantastic.

Ambience : it was good. You can sit either downstairs or upstairs,depends on your preference.<br/>Food : the many times,i had visited this branch of CCD,i was disappointed with the food,specially couch potato. but the service is good.<br/><br/>

My everyday hangout place. Its one of the best CCD's in town. The ganeshguri CCD is also one of my best choices . These two CCD's are spacious.<br/>Talking about this one , I would say they serve their customers really well. The ambience is really nice. I wont comment on their food as it will be same everywhere. One thing that made me rate them 4 and not 5 is like whenever you order the buy one get one shake they are serving (By this time you are viewing my review the offer may not be there) the same flavour whereas the other CCD's are not doing this ..you may pick anyone u like.

This CCD outlet is beautiful in comparison to other outlets. Ambience excellent, taste of food very nice.. service good. As this is a CCD outlet, little bit pricey.

A ccd doesn need any kind of review. Their service, ambience and costs are all known and standard!! This place is divided into two floors, second floor with a balcony. Good music and good lighting just adds to the ambience. A meal for two will cost rs600

Cafe Coffee Day has always been a great place to hang out. The ambience is as always great and welcoming. The cocoa fantasy is my personal favorite. But the prices are relatively higher than other coffee shops. But overall the quality you can experience here is always the best.

This Cafe Coffee Day outlet looks better than any other outlets in Guwahati. So we went there and ordered Munch On Nachos with Extra Cheese and Sizzle Dazzle Brownie. And the Nachos that was to us were broken and half burnt. This rating is only for the Sizzle Dazzle Brownie which was quite good.

Tried ordering for regular cappuccino but the guy at the counter said its not available on their system, only king size is available on their system which was a bizarre excuse. Ordered for garlic bread but was not available got nachos instead. Coffee was really nice.

Do not understand and have never understood why people eat and drink whatever is on offer at Cafe Coffee Day, because everything on the menu is really bad and on top of that it isn't nicely presented either.<br/>Expensive for no good reason.<br/>The new items are not available. And the washroom is always broken and hence unavailable to use.

The most decent ccd in ghy. I love the ambience and the outdoor sitting at its best i love the food items be it a drinks or a burger and yes the staffs are so well trained

The best ccd in town .. a perfect destination to go out for a coffee and some smokes with friends and have a good chit chat and as well grab some bites .. the best thing about this ccd is the view from the first floor is nice and it has a smoking area that’s make it’s cool ..

The interior as well as ambience is better compared to the other CCDs. The menu and food is as usual CCD. Seating arrangement is something which stands out in this version of Cafe Coffee Day - the balcony area being a favourite of the masses which throng here every evening and most parts of the day. I just hope they keep updating the ambience with time and not fall prey to complacency and lack of attention. Cheers!
