A decent place for a quiet date or a small group meetup. The outlet stays true to its brand image and does serve up the usual caffeine fare that the brand is known for. Their shakes are good too although you do have a lot of better yet cheaper options in this segment.
Overall, you can definitely check this place out just by virtue of it being a ccd outlet.
This was one of the first cafés in town and will always have a special place for me. There are countless memories associated with this place. I still randomly go here to have a cup of cappucino, being at a stone's throwaway distance from my home. Be it birthday cakes or first date coffees, this CCD has been witness to it all and I think I speak for a major chunk of my generation. Their coolers and pastries are still my go-to guilty pleasures.
I'm going to this place since long back. I have been a regular goer of this place and why i like going to only this outlet is because its in Zoo road which very near to my place. This place has a plus point as its located in Zoo road it attracts many students. You can spend some quality time while being light on your wallet. If you wish to smoke with a Cappuccino in hand. Well, this place is the right choice. They have a dedicated gallery in balcony where you can smoke too. Staff is friendly as you expect from CCD. Very good place to hangout and its in my good books too . :)
Pleasant place with cosy atmosphere. Food is delicious. We ordered sandwiches along with coffee. Tastes good. Service was quite fast. Overall a nice experience. Price towards the higher side. But the quantity of food per item is quite large.

This CCD outlet is too memorable one for me😍 I was a regular customer there. Its a perfect place if u want to spend some quality time with ur loved one or with ur friends. The place is beautiful with those red comfortable sofas & the outsiding seating zone. Earlier their cafe mocha, paneer tikka sandwich and dark fantasty cake were too tasty and were my all time favourite😍 Now combo packs are even good too.
Staffs lack professionalism comparer to other outlets of CCD. They need some more training. And most notably, all the CCDs in guwahati open at 9am. And here if u go even at 10:30am u will see that they are still cleaning and tell us to come after half an hour which is very irritating. Pleace check this part otherwise a 5star.

The beat part about this outlet is the smoking zone. :-p
However, I couldn't find most of the refresher items on the menu. I went there on two different occasions and ordered one drink with coconut water....and on both the occasions I was told that it's unavailable and was offered another drink.
I often go there with my friends but the place is always uncleaned. They don't clean up the place after a customer leaves which is very unprofessional of them. The staff is kind of lazy I guess. Otherwise my experiences are not too bad.
I must confess, have always been a fan of CCD's beverages and have never had any issue with quality concerning beverages be it in this particular CCD or anywhere in India (yes, I've been to Starbucks). The food here was okay-ish but seemed a tad bit overpriced. But then the price is fixed across India so won't get into blaming this particular joint. The staff here were polite and courteous. The service was fast and the quality just so. However, the ambiance wasn't upto par. The place felt crowded, with the chairs placed really close to each other. So, you miss out on that private cafe feeling where you'd you grab a cup of coffee and sit down with a really good book. So, all in all t'was just okay.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is the first CCD in Guwahati. This is also probably the biggest one in Guwahati. The service is really good and it has a really good open sitting area above the ground floor. If coffee and cigarettes is your thing then you should definitely check this place out.

Today, I made the spontaneous decision to visit CCD, conveniently located just down the road and the experience surpassed even my highest expectations.
I indulged in their delectable chicken sandwiches and savored a delightful cappuccino, both of which were unparalleled in taste and quality.
Despite the slightly higher prices, I am already eagerly anticipating my next visit, as the overall experience left me thoroughly captivated.
The seating area at CCD deserves special mention, as it exudes an aura of utmost comfort. I was able to unwind and enjoy my meal in a serene environment, adding to the overall sense of satisfaction.
What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding staff. Their friendliness and impeccable manners were truly commendable. Their warmth and attentiveness added an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit. I left CCD with a deep sense of satisfaction, appreciating not only the delectable food and cozy ambiance but also the remarkable friendliness of the staff. It was an experience that left me thoroughly content and eager to return.
Regular ccd. Near Tanz Department Store. Love it as there is always parking space by the roadside. Beverages and food are good. Latte is my all time favourite here. However I wish the cookies were better. It's always a good place to end a late night drive here. And it's open till 11. The ccd staff are good and polite as well.
Awesome place to hangout with friends and with your loved ones. The ambience is very good, specially the 1st floor of the shop. Separate smoking area is provided in the balcony which is quite good and impressive. Though the place is quite pricy but the food is good. All the shakes, coffee and side items are tasty. One of the best place for couples to chill and have some private time. The staffs are good and polite. The interior is awesome. Situated in the zoo road, and can be reached easily. Overall a good place to visit.

It's a known place and everyone is familiar with the name. Cool place to hang out with friends and family, clean and hygienic. I always find it overpriced though, well it's my personal opinion 😜
