Review Green Pepper's - Guwahati

I really like the place and have been liking it for a long time. I love how consistent they are, there is no change in the ambience, it's still calm and cozy. The prices are still the same, reasonable, and best of all the food quality and quantity are great too and they have been good since a long long time. I personally would not want them to change anything except if they can then they could upgrade the interior and the washroom's a little broken and they can do something about it. Apart from that everything is fine and the food is just great. I had fried rice and chicken Manchurian and it was so good. Keep up with the consistency and I would definitely recommend people to go and visit them if you haven't. Personally I liked the lamb burger, friend rice and the sizzlers.

It was a quiet ambience place with best quality food. I have been visiting this place from a very long time because of the consistent food quality. The pizzas are like homemade, full of fresh veggies and a freshly made dough. The mutton and chicken quality is always fresh and not long frozen kept types. The Chinese tastes like comfort food. Specially the thukpa. Service is good.

We have been regular to this place and I dont think any other eatery in Ghy have such consistency in food taste.. we r already done with their entire menu 😃

Good budget friendly restraunt at Beltola.Restraunt is just beside main road so you dont have to face difficulty to find out.Food is good,not exceptional but good at this price point.Mixed hakka noodles or pizza you can try here.For soup try the Chef’s special one.

Favourite place since 2017. And if you wonder the pizza tastes familiar, you are right. Remember Pizzeria in GS Road (2006ish). Same guy.

A great Chinese restaurant which i feel is a bit underrated. The Chinese food is one of the best in here . The quality and quantity for the given price is great! I will suggest everyone to go and dine there atleast once ! The service is great .

If you like sizzler or chinese this is a must try place. The atmosphere is good and the staff members were very decent. I personally liked their pepper steak sizzler.

Situated on the Beltola-Basistha road near Survey bus stop, Green Pepper's has a nice ambience. (Entry is congested though). We went in a group recently. Food is very delicious - specially chinese food. We have tried veg and chicken fried rice, veg manchurian, paneer schezwan, chicken noodles - all tasted very nice. Service is excellent and quick.

Don't GP for the negative reviews guys. This place is perfect for couples as it's not very crowded. Apt to date and spend time. Most importantly it won't be expensive. The menu options are very budget friendly so you don't have to spend to much and can come again and again.

Its a decent restaurant located in Beltola Survey with some great chinese dishes and fast food options. The quality and taste of their dishes are quite appreciable. Prices are not too high and the service is quick enough.

Been to this place a couple of times. I was quite surprised with their quality and menu. Pizza and the steaks were good and super filling. Not very fancy looking place but lovely food. Definitely try it out for once.

It is one of the newest restaurants in the city and has a nice interior, lighting and ambiance. The sitting is good bu the service time depends on the rush, and the wait time can be quite high if you are looking for a quick meal. The taste and quality of the food items is decent and nothing extraordinary. The prices are in line with the similar ones in the category.

Very much disappointed with the food and the taste. Have viewed few reviews of customers so ordered garlic noodles and chicken roulade ala cheese. Couldn't eat these as they were horrible especially the chicken roulade ala cheese. The noodles, any fast food street vendors will give much better than theirs. I usually don't waste n through away food but couldn't do anything about it had to swallow a bit n threw in the Dustin the rest. Wasted my money n also gave good amout as a tip to the delivery boy.

This place was unexpected. Had some work in Guwahati which was a little longer than expected and was in and around Beltola.<br/>Somehow managed to see this place on the side of the road and thought would have a normal meal.<br/>To my surprise, they served continental. And that also really good continental food.<br/>It's not such a big place, located on the 1sr floor.<br/>Thought I would experiment, so tried their chicken Roulade ala Cheese and the normal Fish and Chips. The chicken was sheer genius.<br/>Came back not only satiated but pleasantly surprised.<br/>Recommend to all.

Nice and decent place. The food was upto mark. Had hakka noodles and sweet corn soup. The noodles wasn't too greasy, it was great and the soup was thick enough. But i wish there was coffee in the menu. Overall great experience.

Though the place is just near to my house i went to this place yesterday for the 1st time. This place is really good. The interior is quite simple but well maintained. The staffs are good. The food was yummillious.. specially the spicy chicken wings. The quantity and quality was perfect.

This joint is a favourite of my family since quite some time... They are having the same cook, staff and menu of the once famous Pizzeria in Christian basti which was closed down..... About their food, must try is the Grilled Chicken Pan Pizza, loaded with lots of chicken and much better than the so-called pizza brand names.... Their Chicken Sizzler is also good with suffient portion of serving with sides of sauteed veggies and buttered rice/bread to your liking.... Their Chinese items are quite good too..... Nice little place to hang out with family or friends for a pleasant meal !!

Ordered lung fung potato and crispy chicken ...the taste was good but the delivery was more than an hour ....overall it was average ..the chicken was crispy and sweet ..

An awesome place to be with friends and family. The ambiance here is not wow, but okay; calm and serene. The food is really good, really tasty. Especially the chicken burger and noodles. The pizza is really nice but the amount of cheese here is a little less. Anyway, its delicious! The place is very pocket friendly. You can have a good meal under 300.

You would be surprised to see how many people don't know about this place. Especially the fish dishes here are so awesome and they are quite filling. I think this is one of the best restaurants here and people who have not been here ever are missing out on very good quality food.

Accommodation of 25-30 people at a time is possible.<br/><br/>The menu includes italian, some of chinese and indian cuisines.<br/>We ordered CHICKEN CHEESE AND CORN PIZZA and BAKED CHICKEN MAC AND CHEESE.<br/><br/>The pizza was awesome and it was quite genuinely priced compared to other pizza specialists in the city... Although not that chessy, it was not that chewy too! People having a craving towards cheesy pizza might just rate it below par. But, for me it was perfect... This place serves really good food at a very decent price. The chef's special soup (non-vegetarian) is something I'd love to order whenever I'm sick next time. I loved it so much. This is the best place in Guwahati to have mac and cheese guys with mesmerizing ambience and delicious food...... I went there yesterday( as my friend suggested ) with my family. even they liked it very much and servicing is good too. we ordered blue mojito, vanilla caramel smoothie, baked chicken mac and cheese, Pizza and fish fingers. so I recommend you all to go to that place which is extremely good.

Extremely bad food. They add sugar in everything. Even after sending back our food twice, they couldn't remove the sugar (well they just kept diluting it with water rather than making fresh). On being thoroughly fed up we questioned them about the reason for sugar in every single food item that we had ordered. Their answer, " Italian khane mein sugar to DAWLTA HAAAI naa"!! I mean from where do they get their recipes? Not Italy, for sure. As for the Indian food items, why the presence of sugar there for that matter? Indian main course khane (not desserts) mein bhi sugar DAWLTA HAAI kya?? We were so disgusted and hungry. Never going back there again.

I absolutely love Green pepper's. Again, I've been there many a times but I order the sticky chicken every time I go there, you should too. Everything there starting from the sizzlers to the pizza is great with really reasonable prices. This place has never disappointed me except for once when I ordered the Mac and cheese, but then again I've never really had that good a plate of m&c in Guwahati ever. The service is quick the place is nice, not too big, the décor is really simple but their food does the talking.

We ordered two plates of hakka chicken chow but there was only one piece of small chicken in each plate with llittle bit of scrambled eggs..very very poor quality.

Been there for the 1st time, ambience is nice, the place is quite, service is good and fast and it's pocket friendly. Had fish fingers and sweet corn soup. The amount served is sufficient but need a bit important in the quality, especially in the corn soup where the corn was a bit under cooked.

Food at Green pepper is best if you want to have a pocket friendly meal. Try their sizzlers which they serve with butter fried rice and in Chinese their manchurian is the best. And start with the iconic sticky chicken stir fry.

We had Baby corn crisps which was not at all good. so much below average.... Exotic chicken pizza was average but I didn't like it much.. veg shezwan fried rice and Cantonese chicken which was the only saving dish. It was good. I would recommend only these two dishes.

This restaurant is just bank opposite to where I stay.. Its just say 30 meters away from my place and I was shocked when I asked them if they could home deliver chowmein. They refused saying minimum order is ₹ 300 to avail home delivery... Why would I order food worth ₹ 300 when i stay stones throw away distance from your restaurant.. All the said was sorry.. I would rather order through city Ora.. Answer pay ₹20 extra irrespective of the distance of the restaurant to your home.

I had paneer schezwan and veg fried rice, which I mostly order and love to eat. Both the quality and service was good. Quantity was good enough and can be shared with two people.

If you want to taste actual italian lasangne dish. Then this is not the place. I am really very disappointed with lasangne. Its a cozy place and rather then it I like their starters. Its really tasty.

I've been to this place a number of times as it is located close to my home and hence I find this place perfect to spend some time by indulging in conversations and having some food. Ambience wise the place is okay - it's nice and quiet, the menu has variety in it, the food tastes nice and is easy on the pocket too. Service is okay. Despite being one of my nearest neighbour, I haven't noticed this restaurant since then but today I went there with my friend. The menu has a lot of variations from Italian to Chinese. Well I tried veg supreme pizza and blue lagoon mocktail and it was good. <br/>My overall experience was time worthy so I would love to visit or order it from home again.<br/>Thank you!

Sudden craving for good food made us visit this cute little restaurant, where my sister had been meaning to eat for quite sometime. With our hunger pangs reaching an alarming height, we quickly settled upon having our dinner here. To my utter delight, I found Hawain pizza on the menu! I straight away ordered for the same and my temptation was served absolutely right- Juicy, cheesy and chicken loaded in generous amount. The crust of the pizza was thick which made it filling for the tummy. We also ordered for mixed hakka noodles which was again not disappointing at all. It was loaded with chicken, prawns and egg in abundance. Plus point: it was not so greasy 👌<br/>I'd also recommend their mocktails because they have a special section for it and you would love it to go with your food. We ordered for blue mojito and cherry colada. Both were yum and justly blended.<br/><br/>The best part was yet to come which was the bill. To my amazement, they didn't charge any GST/ Service tax! These days when prices of everything are skyrocketing (thanks to Modi govt), I must say, I was pretty impressed by this. Tried its babycorn crisp,veg fried rice and chicken manchurian for the 1st tym aprt frm ordrin my reglr pizzaz which i alwys do wenevr i visit dis place..but this time wasnt satisfied with the babycorn though.to go by its name its not crisp at all.its js stir fried babycorn with a layer of corn flour or basic wheat flour i gues. It lacks taste. There's no doubt green pepper.. your pizzaz are great but the side dishes also needs to get a little attention. Rest da staff is good n so is the ambience.😊 keep up da gud work 👍

Ordered corn pizza and noodles and a burger Took almost 40 mins to deliver a simple order. And finally when the food arrived, Disappointing! A roadside noodle stall can prepare better noodle than them. Pizza felt like a pre processed base and not fresh at all. The burger bun was old and dry.<br/>Inefficient service. Not visiting again

I visited this place with my friends.. we ordered for burger and noodles.. well ln the burger the pattie tasted ok but because of the bun our mood was spoiled.. it was dry n old.. in the name of French fries they gave homemade that was soggy n over fried. The interior is nice,the food is good specially the sizzler....little bit expensive which is ok as compared to the quality of food and service they provide but the only complaint i have is the size of the glass in which they serve drinks and is not worth the price we pay for the drink....<br/>

My favourite restaurant for Continental Cuisine. The location is a huge added attraction as it is situated in my neighbourhood. The staff are very courteous and willing to modify the dishes to suit your palate. Quantities are sufficient and the food quality is more than value for money. Add a very convenient and efficient home delivery system - What more could I ask for? I love the Baked au gratin, the wife loves the Fish and Chips and my daughter freaks on the Mac and Cheese! Bad service. Staff are very rude and unfriendly. They do not give a damm. Went there to have lunch yesterday. Ordered for fried rice and chicken garlic. Rice quality was poor and each rice grain was like as big as a capsule to gulp ! They took almost 40 mins to serve a simple menu. Was referred by some friend, but I would never visit again nor will advise any body to visit this place. Not recommended.

A good home delivery service.<br/><br/>The chicken schezwan rice and the chicken Cantonese is my all time favourite here. Being satisfied with its food(main course meals) ,I remember placing my order for crispy baby corn once.But,to my surprise it turned out to be a real disaster and we had to throw it away.<br/><br/>So ,I am kinda contended with its main course more than its starters.

Tried lunch here and trust me, its awesome. I loved the food taste and presentation. The grill chicken is too good, a must try. This place needs a little more of advertisement for people to know about it. Worth spending.

I had one of the bestest experience of food. I ordered veg schezwan fried rice and lungfung potatoes. The schezwan rice was served in a good quantity and it tasted exactly how it should taste.<br/>The lung fung potatoes were just heavenly, chicken dishes can't create such magic, which it did.. There were almost 10-12 pieces of it, the size of one piece of it was pretty amazing, the batter and the spices in which it was cooked, was just perfect. So, flavourful.. Actually I didn't visit the place. I placed an order of green pepper's special pizza. The management was giving free delivery for Rs.400 so I ordered a coke too and got the delivery free.<br/><br/>After having the first bite it was like yummy. Everthing was at its perfect amount , corns,chicken,cheese,etc. Though I didn't visit the place but from the taste I can say the place must be good. I would recommend to do visit it once. Also I would try to visit the place once.

A Good Restaurant with Good Food.Tried many dishes and drinks.The quality of the food is very good.Service is also very good.And the staff members are very well mannered.A good place to spend time with friends and family.<br/>Grilled Chicken Pizza,Varieties of Pastas,Noodles etc are some of the favourite dishes of many.<br/>

I have always loved this place for it's food, ambience and the warmness of the staff. Also being close to my house has made Green Peppers a regular hangout place. When I visited yesterday I tried their Hawaiian Sizzle Pizza for the first time and yes, I was totally nostalgic of my times at Pizzeria. The pizza was base was soft and of perfect width. Lots of chicken shreds and cheese topping but a little more of it wouldn't harm and be welcomed. But overall it was a yummy affair. Will try to have it again. 🤗

A good place for Pasta and Pizza. Well this place is one of the most underrated place in Guwahati. They serve good Italian food ( though not authentic or high level Italian cuisine) but satisfying. Good for evening bite and I liked the Mac and Cheese. It was good.

I had their sticky drumsticks, fried rice , Garlic prawn, Mac & Cheese, Their special pizza & Hawaiian Sizzle pizza. I've never tasted pizza better Thn Hawaiian sizzle in Guwahati . Pineapples add sweetness to the mind blowing taste. Elements are well used . A lot of chicken you see on cheese so no complaining , not spicy and it's a must to taste on your visit there. Their special pizza is also good but I ate hawaiian sizzle first so special pizza dint leave any wow effect on me. Elements are used properly . <br/>Let's talk about sticky drumstick, cooked very badly . No stickiness rather it was overfried due which taste went bland. To much soya sauce was put on fried rice which definitely worked worse on the dish. Garlic prawns were very bad. Mac & cheese was a nightmare never ever in my life I ate so unprofessional mac & cheese. <br/>If I ever visit next I'll definitely order Hawaiian Sizzle n taste other pizzas there too.

The service takes a lot of time but the food served is so delicious that you don't complain. I am a fan of the chicken lasagna they make, served with ample slices of bread. The smoothies are fine to kill time till the dishes are served.  The portion they serve is usually more than enough for two persons whether it was Chicken Roulade or Lasagne. Do not order Crispy Prawns there, not because they are utterly bad but because other options are far better. The prices are reasonable. The interiors not that great if you're looking for a great ambiance.

Second visit to the place. Great food once again.<br/>Pros: Good location. <br/> Amazing food. <br/> Pocket friendly. <br/>Cons: Slow service.<br/>Personal recommendation: Mac n Cheese Chicken.<br/> Stir Fried Chicken.

Bad food. Veg manchurian gravy was made from sweet tomato sauce, rice was bland and the quality of chicken was poor. Pathetic quality against an expensive price.

Has got the best pizza... Almost reminds me of old days of Pizzeria. And their chicken wings are yum too! Service​ and ambience is great, if you are looking at hanging out with friends/family in Beltola area. The pasta was a bit bland but not bad. But I absolutely love their pizzas.👍

Not a bad place to have an exotic meal. Interior is simple. Food is well served. Chinese cuisine is well maintained. Presentation and service is good.

Location-beltola survey.<br/><br/>Finally I went to this restaurant... Amazing staff,amazing food, amazing environment... The service is quite fast. One of the best place to have pizzas. The Mac and cheese was amazing.. The prices are quite reasonable. I loved this place. A big thumbs up.👍 hope to visit this place again.

We went dre on our frnds birthday....the service was pleasing n d delicacies were yum....we will visit there soon...n the backgroud music was just in vogue..good choice of songs....but its good only fr d chinese n thai food lovers...it contains very less indian dishes or u cn say none...

The ambience of the place is simple and OK kind off. After hearing a lot about there noodles decided to give it a try along with other items on the menu. Basically we had non veg items which was well cooked and even the taste was good. The service was quick and good.

The ambience in the restaurant is pleasant, good music which is not to loud. Well behaved staff, but not informative. I ordered the chef special soup, which was an average dish, the golden fried prawns i ordered was highly disappointing, they were too dry and the batter was like rubber. The chicken sizzler is an above average dish, quantity of food was appropriate, nice balance of flavors.

Its like okay ,food not too great though they tend to make up for with with their prompt service and courteous behaviour.  Tends to be a little over pricey for me.

Great place to hangout..tasty food and great service.. their Chicken 'N' Corn mix pizza and Grilled Chicken Sizzler are the best.. though cost is little bit higher but foods are tasty

A nice little place in beltola easily located. Service was very quick but taste of food can able improved a lot. We ordered chinese, everything tasted a bit bland. Top marks for quick service.

My sister-in-law recommended this place to me. Easily located in beltola survey road. Service was very prompt, very polite and quick on the table. I went there with my friend, we ordered chef's special non-veg soup for starters which was sufficient enough for the both of us. The soup was mouth filling with tender chicken pieces, prawns, little sour & moderate on spices. Next we ordered chicken sizzler, which we loved it. It came with two big chicken pieces along with chunks of sausages, roast potatoes covered in a sauce, veggies on the sides, rice and egg. Overall, good experience at Green Pepper's :)

Went to this nice little restaurant in Survey Beltola with a friend. Had the Green Pepper's Special Pizza which had chicken, mushrooms and corn and it tasted good, would have liked a little more cheese though. Remember to order the family size though if you are hungry. We had ordered the medium size and were hungry enough to finish a plate of Chicken Hakka noodles too which also was quite good. All in all this put us back by 500 INR which is not much considering the quality of food.
