Overall the experience was quite smooth and the people behind the desk were very helpful and generous enough. However, the hot and crispy chicken was abit dry, they need to improve their timing of frying for the tenderness of the chicken, rest was totally fine.. Well, I’m a veery huge KFC fan and this outlet might have not disappointed me. The quality of food might have have been better though. 🍗😅

Food is good as expected. But the service is not that good, not good jn the sense they don't have a proper way to handle the customers during the most selling hours of the day. As a result many of them end up by not having their food. Overall experience was good.

Visited again today. It has been renovated and looks very nice. Limited seats though. Around six four seater tables and three two seater small tables. Wait time is pretty small. Ambience is cool too. Staff have pleasant attitude. I am not a kfc person. Taste was okayish. French fries not crispy at all. Chicken legs were very dry. Popcorn was okay. Hot wings were spicy. But quantity definitely felt sufficient Somehow I found taste better at other kfc outlets. Because of the upcoming flyover at zoo tiniali, parking situation is messy.

I like this place. This place is on first floor of a multistory building and cinema is on 5th floor. The food here is same as in all KFC outlets the place is cozy and can b easily seen from road on a heavy traffic. The kfc here has two floors. The seating area is on firat floor. We have to take the our food and go to first floor to eat. This is not liked by me. The shop is really small.

The quality of KFC has deteriorated drastically, and even with new menu introduced, they could not meet the previous food quality. Hot & Crispy was juicier and now it is just too dry. I like their spicy grill, but even the zinger burger tasted dry. I hope they brought back the quality of food rather than the quantity.

How can anyone say a NO to KFC? KFC is one of the best in here. There is no second thought to it. So, talking about the vegetarians, they offer veg options too, making it a wider zone for food. Love it. The chicken popcorn, chicken burger and the rice combo are my favourites. Coming to my home, I make sure to make a visit here. That's all.

The ambience is good here, employees are calm and sober and helps you out to choose the best at the time of your order. Just that the toilet smells sooo bad! Its awful in the washing closet, maybe management need to take care of it! Rest everything is good and the delivery is quick too!

This is the greatest fried chicken place, everybody knows why it's famous for. Everything is fine here and a nice place for hangouts with friends and family. Hair one thing I don't like is that the menu isn't constant.

We ordered this duo bucket meal at 449 exclusive of all taxes which was absolutely great and the quantity was a little too much for us to digest haha 😂 I'm not a very big KFC fan par kabhi kabhi chali jaati hu. People usually complain about how overrated the prices at KFC are which I personally felt too but not when you order the bucket meals. And if you're still not okay spending the mentioned amount of money, then y'all can probably visit to grab some chicken on Wednesdays. They provide a worthier deal. Oh and the ambience is decent.

I ordered a mingles bucket and 2 piece hot and crispy through zomato. What i received is 1 pack of snack box with stuffed 3 boneless strips, 6 hot wings and 2 small piece of something. I followed up for refund but zomato refunded me on 75 bucks. Also there were no tissues or ketchup was served along with that. Plus the chat support of zomato is cold and crappy just like the kfc chicken and out of place response. I guess i am done with zoo tiniali kfc. I am speaking with my previous experience with kfc staff there. Other kfc outlets serves mich better.

Paid respect to the senior chickens, probably slaughtered before they die of natural causes.. The chicken had blood too And there is no Bun ??? Staffs were fine, no issues with it, But I would suggest better Quality chicken plzzz.. I bought the 8 pieces of chicken, This might not be the case everyday but i suggest everyone to order small quantity and taste before ordering.

Have been there quite a times. First of all the ac don't work well. It sometimes get really hot. Next is about the food. It's good, the typical kfc food but sometimes they run out of stock which is disappointing

Not a KFC fan, since my office is next to it thought of having a quick lunch. Taste of the food and quantity is familiar and to be honest decent. But, 2 stars because of the staff behaviour. This female staff "Karabi" was rude AF! I don't expect a smile but she was very impolite which kinda pissed me off. When I entered the outlet, some strange smell shook me maybe it was the mix of chicken and phenyl but whatever. When I asked her at the counter while ordering, she twitched her eyebrow, made a face and murmured something. When I was enquiring about the quantities of the Longer Box and some other box , she got really mad and asked me to read it from the board rather than asking her. I work as a manager in a nearby cafe and we priortise service and behaviour so if not exact, I really expect decency. Very dissapointed! K.F.C., you guys instead of opening billions of outlets, you might want to spend some time training the staff.

We all know the sorry state KFC is in currently and this place, to be honest, doesn't help at all. They lack manpower (trained manpower to be frank), and most of the time they are slow, painfully slow. I just hope they sit up, take notice of the state of affairs at KFC (not only this iteration but all throughout the city) and improve upon their performance. It's sad to see such a beloved brand being reduced to such a state. Hope they shine again.

Very poorly operated. The guy told us the food will arrive after 20 minutes but it took them more than 30 minutes and the french fries we ordered arrived even later. Two of the ac not working or the guy didn't respond we don't know asked a staff member to turn them on but he didn't responded well. The staff members are not at all friendly and responsive they have a different kind of attitude. Won't recommend any one to vist it. Many customers complained regarding the delay of their order. Very poorly operated i must say, won't be visiting again to this place.

Nothing is right with this outlet. Adding to the drop in quality of food, the service is poor too. Don't expect ACs to be working even in summers and the staff is too stingy in providing tissues and ketchups. The outlet is just not meant to be open at all.

KFC no doubt its tasty and very delicious. This outlet in zoo tinali is quite spacious and comfortable. But the service of the staffs are degrading day by day. They get confused while taking orders. They even mix up orders with other customers. Also they are very slow. Earlier it was good when it was new in the town. But now better to visit the other KFC outlets.

KFC SUCKS! they treat customers as shit and dig hole in our pockets. They charge extra over the bill price and NEVER return changes. For ex: today i went there and my bill was 310 but they overcharge me rupees 320 .I did not understand that y they did not return me the changes 😠After came home i saw the bill and got to know this. I have visited all the KFC outlets of Guwahati but among all the three outlets I used to visit zoo road outlet more often as it is more close to my home than the others. A nice place to hangout with friends and it have a good ambience. One problem is that you have to wait for sometime for your order even when there is not much rush. There is also parking problem . Other than that the food is good and it is a nice place to spend time with your family and friends.

The only advantage is the communication. Service is pathetic. They can literally kill your time. They don't switch on the AC at times or may be some are not working. Regarding food, I liked the Chicken popcorn which I took 1-2 times during my visit. But, its a definite no for further visits particularly coz of the service overall.

In such chains the food is usually of the same quality. What varies is the quality of service which is absolutely pathetic in this outlet. 10 mins translates to 30 mins for a simple 2 items. Hope they can improve.

Regular KFC with good food. The staff needs to be more polite and the day I visited the outlet, they were out of krushers which was quite disappointing. Regardless of the heat they did not switch on the AC which ruined the atmosphere. But for the food I'll give it a 3.

Ugh. This KFC is terrible, even though this place is not crowded at all, they take over 25 minutes for an order, and every time when I order at home, the delivery guy never has change, when I end telling my order I always tell them to send change with the delivery guy, but that never works out.

This place is right at the bus stop, on the road towards Ganeshguri. It's on the first floor of the Parnil Palace Building, beside the Dominos outlet. The place is spacious enough, with only one floor area. I believe there's no need to describe the interiors of a KFC outlet. The food is the same. The only thing is that this place is mostly less crowded than the Ulubari joint. But it also has fewer servers. Good enough for a hangout.
