Was away from home. Had to send Christmas presents to friends. Sent across Christmas-themed cupcakes. Delivery was without any issues, the food was tasty and my friends happy. Flawless. 10/10 Would order again.

RVC had this bread like texture and RCC was also tasteless. Its way over priced. I dunno if we are being unlucky but we were really disappointed 😥.

I am waiting for a friend's birthday cake while there are people at home waiting for it. It had to be delivered 40 mins ago, but the owner has been absolutely unresponsive and has refused to pick up my calls since I got here. I'm here, on time, but the cake isn't, nor is she.<br/>It comes as no surprise, that they have a horrible rating. I've now seen their product isn't upto the standard as well, so turns out lack of professionalism and punctuality isn't their only problem. They can't even let their cakes cover up for it. Absolute mistake, I really wouldn't wish this on anyone.

I have been the customer of Style O Cake since a year. At the beginning the service, delivery time, taste and decorations of the cake were perfect. But my recent few experiences have been horrible. The y literally overcharged me and gave me a box in the name of cake. The delivery system now is pathetic. You can never expect delivery on time. And some of the owner and staff literally argue and get rude instead of reciprocating their mistake. The customer relationship management is way too bad.

It was surprising to expect such an amazing cake shop in guwahati, I am from Mumbai and hence surprised to see such a cosy, refreshing cake shop. They had some amazing cakes on display which was not only appealing to the eyes but tasted good..had the macaroons and red velvet cake and was not disappointed at all..

They lie on petty things as well like they blame the pub for not returning their small base and charging the exorbitant amount of Rs 4500 for it and also telling me to return it to them when it was decided that they shall do it! It was my parents 25th anniversary and it meant a lot! They even told that "Cake aacha nahi laaga toh wapas bhej dete and dubara order mat karyega"! I was flabbergasted! Dude, like seriously? At last moment you saying all this!  It's better to address the concern of unsatisfied customers through these pages rather than liking and commenting on your friends pushed posts! First learn and then earn! And always be truthful guys! For a hospitality business you need good service and good customer relation and this place is lacking both. Delievering the wrong product and showing some attitude to the customers is not how you run this business.

It was my Bhaiya’s anniversary and an expensive cake was ordered from the bakery.But,frankly speaking it was not the worth spend for.Neither the taste nor the design was up to the mark.When the family complained they didnt give a proper reply and all the guest present at the party were unhappy with the cake! I came to guwahati and had an amazing experience here and really liked the people and food of the region minus Style-O-Cake and their behaviour towards our relatives! You guys!👎🏻

Ordered for a five layered chocolate cake and a caramel brownie. Was initially informed that they'd have to "prepare" the five layered one, but later we were served a really tough-nut-to-crack dish, where even the spoon broke with our trials to cut the cake, literally. Apparently, they just took it out from the freezer. We asked them to then just heat it up a bit, so that it was edible. The brownie was a decent one. But really, the prices and the taste aren't just worth it. Maybe it would stand out in the specialized occasion cakes.

Style is one of guwahatis finest boutique bakeries. <br/>The decor is soo pretty, it has little mirrors and little stuffs which makes the cafe look super beautiful and cute.<br/>It serves amazing customises cakes and pastries.<br/>The pastries are super yummy. Macaroons over there are also worth tasting. The five textured cake is the best about here. Worth a visit

This place was on my list for a long time as I was in search of good bakery in town. Such a pretty decor and the staff was very courteous as well. Coming to the pastries we had Nutella brownie and red velvet cupcake. The prices are a bit on the higher end,though.They could improve on the icing of the red velvet as I had much better elsewhere but they perfectly sweetened so that's a plus point<br/>But the Nutella brownie was a total hit and is a must try. I wouldn't mind paying the extra bucks for it and would gladly go back again for it.<br/>Looking forward to try their other items.

Wanted to visit this place since it opened... Got the opportunity today as i had some work at fancy baazar...this is a new bakery in town which serves some different types of cakes and biscuits... I went there mainly to try the macaroons... The guy at the counter greets you with a smile... And overall decor is nice... The one drawback which is the biggest is that the items seem a bit over priced compared to their taste... I guess they will improve over time...
