Review Namrata's Cafe - Guwahati

Good South Indian food in Guwahati, good Pooris, decent dosas. The Podi Dosa was roasted too much, would've been better otherwise. Good filter coffee.

This place is good for South indian breakfast, specially Plain dosa and compliment chutney. Spacious seating arrangement with good interior decoration..

As per my order of Chinese Combo, Taste is good, service is very fast and the restaurant dining area is in a perfect location which makes a good outside view. But one thing not satisfied Cold drink rate is very high. The cold drink is not fizzy due to the opening party size bottle again & again for serving in glasses. Overall the experience was excellent 👍

Pure veg. Okayish taste. Good service. Cosy ambience. N. B. : While serving dosa, please make sure to serve it on a larger plate. My dosa was touching the table which turned off my entire mood to eat

Loved the food and the service..polite and good staff. I ordered Rava onion cheese masala dosa and lime soda ..and loved the taste.

Amazing and delicious food . The space is cozy and purely veg restaurant and also they serve north indian and south indian dishes. Its a must come restaurant for all the vegetarian food lovers🫶🏻

Pure Vegetarian Restaurant Great Taste 😉

One of my favourites and one of the finest in the area. It's in a busy place near Guwahati Railway Station. Approx 7-8 mins walk fm Bus Station side of the Railway Station exit. The area around is quite crowded. But I always come on foot so it doesn't matter to me. The food quality is good. However, more than the food quality, the staff is extremely cordial and genial in nature. For me that's the biggest pull. The place is neat and clean. Shall continue to visit the place periodically. Highly recommended the place.

Best thing is there's parking space right in the middle of the crowded marketplace. We often visit this place for South Indian. It's very simple one at par in taste with Chennai Kitchen, just little less fancy. We ordered masala dosa and onion tomato uttapam. It was good. Chutney and sambhar quantity was very less. We asked for refill. Quantity should have been more in the first place. Overall a descent place and good view from the window. Fast service. Yes we also tried manchow soup. Excellent taste. Must try.

First I was visited Sagar Ratna around 14 years back... Then, there was not much options for pure veg... Since then and upto September 2012 I was a regular visiter of that place... Then I got transferred to Gangtok... And my last visit was after more than a decade... Still, this restaurant contains same atmosphere, same food and same reception by people work there... I wish, It will continue till ages...

It's a pure veg restaurant .... and stuffs are so good and taste is also very delicious...nd vey clean....

The taste of the food is good. It's a veg restaurant with a good choice of dishes. It also serves Thali which is a complete meal in itself. The restaurant has its own parking space.

It was really a good experience. I didn't expect the prices to be really costly, but there are some Easter egg items like the one I ordered the "poori sabji combo" which was affordable and quantity wise really good and tasty. I also so a lot of variety of items with expensive price tags on it compared to normal pricing but still it's normal for restaurants of this standard. A really good experience after all including the food was good and comfortable seating and arrangment is present.

Tried the masala dosa and vadai at this restaurant. The chutneys were fantastic, a refreshing change from other places in Guwahati where they're usually not up to par. However, the sambar here didn't meet expectations, and the vadai was average. Surprisingly, the chutney was so good that I ordered another plate of masala dosai. Despite the mixed experience, I'll definitely be back because the chutney here outshines others in Guwahati

Cheese masala dosa and idli/vada were delicious. Vegetable pakodas were surprisingly great !

The food was decent. We went on the day before Dusshera due to which there were plenty of people still the service was quite quick. The restaurant has Valet parking.
