Review Kharoli Hotel Restaurant - Guwahati

We had a family gathering and the food and service was excellent. The attention to details was amazing. Easily one of the best Biriyani we've eaten in a Star Hotel, if not the best. The service was amazing. The hospitality - wonderful. The team really spends time and goes out of the way to make the experience really amazing and wonderful.

Hosted a dinner for group of friends. Good buffet spread. Good food. Service was excellent with very cooperative staff including the management. Rashid served our table very diligently. Duty manager and F&B mangers went out of their way to accommodate our requests.

Novotels can never be horrible😊 In every hotel that I have stayed in, I've always asked for iron but never got it. Gladly my room has one without having to ask for it 😁 Rooms are clean, the staffs are warm and friendly, all facilities are working and are all up to the mark. Regarding the food, it doesn't correspond to my taste buds that much. Overall experience is good 😊

Pleasant experience. Very friendly staff and attendants. Room was super clean and storage was excellent. Room amenities were very nice. However, lack of access to 10th floor for gym and pool was really a letdown. Breakfast could also have been much better. No bath tub. However bathroom was very good. Also very limited TV channels. Not a problem these days. Wifi was provided.

Had gone to attend a business meeting. Courteous staff. Well mapped, and all places inside the hotel are well indicated by arrows. Food wasn't bad either, but it was very ordinary, no wow factor. But, their cookies are a class apart. Faced only one issue - the absence of network once I entered the hotel. However, that cannot really be attributed to the hotel's fault. Good experience, overall.

I think my stay at Novotel got better with their complimentary breakfast buffet. I absolutely loved their croissant and Danish pastry. They served fresh pressed mixed fruit juice which tasted amazing. The dining staffs were very professional and friendly too

Excellent ambience, wonderful food, helpful employees, the decor and the place everything is beautiful. Enjoyed the dinner buffet. I would like to say thanks to Novotel employee Riya and to her colleagues for wonderful service. It was a memorable day for me as I was celebrating a birthday.
