Review Roadside Storyz - Guwahati

Had a veg thali with a bowl of Champaran style Mutton. Each of the veg items in the thali had their own signature taste. The Sukto left me guessing, as to what was used as an ingredient to achieve that taste. Finished the thali, then moved on to the Champaran Mutton with another two rotis... The mutton was perfectly done and it's taste was beautifully balanced. Did not find it extra rich, then what it really should be. The staff and the cook were very friendly and helped us arrive at our decision over the food, to be consumed. Shall, definitely visit again, to try out its order unique roadside dishes from across the country... Two veg thali and One bowl of Champaran Mutton was of 700 bucks..

One of the best small restaurants i have ever eaten in Guwahati. The space is small and cozy, only four tables inside. And classic songs playing in the background. Coming to food, you will lick the bottoms of your plate. Especially the Mutton Kosha. The most awesome thing was, you only need to order a dish, rice/chapati/luchi is complementary. The place is a must visit. 2nd visit; I visited with my colleagues around 2pm and the ambience was same. The same caravan playing old songs in the background and lipsmacking dishes. The paneer malai curry was awesome. I tried the Bangladeshi mutton with rice, they also gave some flavoured sugar syrup along with it. Overall, the place is on top of my 'Most recommend eateries' list.

I don't have words! The food is soo great. Price is very reasonable for THIS quantity and quality. A MUST GO PLACE! plus the servicing was so friendly and overall a decent place to hop in! ❤

The little place with some real simple classy interior very tidy easy to reach place where you can find some real quick snacks and very good lunch options all meals are served with rice or pav(buns) along it. I tried changezi chicken which was an indian mughal chicken stew cooked with some indian spices with base of thick cashew and cream gravy, they served us a well portion which was enough for a one person to make him full for the next meal of the day. They didn't had coffee on their menu but the guy who was serving was extremly great as he arranged us some coffee from his nearby shops. Overall the experience of dining was good but can be excellent in the coming days.

Visited at afternoon time and was in a hurry....with a kid...was searching for a less crowded place in uzan bazar and came here....I was truly satisfied...it's. Cosy and a small area with 4 tables...but worth it... hygeine interiors food all was good....and carvaan sounding at the background was relaxing...the food I must say was lip smacking and I will definitely visit again ...👍👍

It's a cozy place , best for family and friends .... Food .. don't have words to describe it... Delicious food with a wholesome quantity( i never had this much quantity in any restaurant ) . Staff was really nice and friendly ... One of the best go to restaurant in Guwahati !!
