When we arrived, Seema from the front desk met us at the door, made us feel so welcomed and took the time to go over attractions in Pune with us. Sunny at the MoMo walked me through the buffet and explained each dish - I could not have asked for better service. The room is excellent and all of the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Apart from the its facilities and room items, which are of the best quality, what makes this hotel very special is its employees at service. One of the sentences we got on the breakfast table was the following one: "people will forget what you said, people what forget what you did, but people will never forget how you make them feel". Well, we will never forget how kind you have been with us and how much love you have been giving to us during this month here, specially to our little baby. We have felt really like at home. I recently visited this place on a weekday for dinner. We went to celebrate an occasion with friends and had a great time!
We started with Jalapeno Bullets, Saffron Paneer Tikka, Mutton Chapli Kebab and Classic Tandoori Chicken. All the dishes tasted really good, even though the quantity per serving was really less. I have to give a shout-out to their tandoori chicken. Even though I have had it probably hundreds of time earlier, their preparation was absolutely lip-smacking, making it a must try dish here!
For main course, we ordered Paneer Tikka Masala, Chicken Shekhawati and Dum ka Murgh, alongside some breads. All the dishes were just perfect, specially the Dum ka Murgh was delicious!
Overall, the whole experience was really good. The service could have been better and faster. It took them almost 25 minutes to get our starters, we had to ask them multiple times to light the lamp on the table. When you tag yourself as a fine dine, people expect certain standards not just in terms of the food, but also in terms of service. Also, I did not quite like the ambience or the “vibe” of the place. They have tried to set it up with some mood lighting and private seating areas, but it just doesn’t look lively.
Part of the Courtyard Marriot hotel, Vibe Bar and Grill, Is located on the ground floor backyard in an open to sky set up.
The general set up is pretty nice but on a Sunday evening it did not give any vibes of a happening bar. The place was generally quiet, and the clienteles were mainly families. So if you’re looking for happening bar, maybe Sunday is not a good place to be here.
The food and the cocktails were pretty okay, and the bartender made effort to make some good drinks, Although I felt some of them lacked the required zing.
Food in my opinion, was on the more expensive side and the lamb chops were exorbitant at Rs.800 plus taxes with only two pieces of chops.
The staff was professional, courteous, prompt with your service and overall did a good job.
So if you are looking for a quiet evening at a bar with some money to spare, this may be a good option.
Amazing place, with Goa-like vibes. Even when the place is at full capacity, you won't feel it crowded. Its so well put!

Wanted to appreciate the efforts taken by the entire team to make our wedding anniversary special.Special mention to Akash & Yogesh who were meticulous in planning things for us and taking care of everything.The dishes were perfect especially their signature drinks Ginger pear Ale,Red carpet etc.The Mediterranean platter was of top taste and quality.To the top of this,they did arrange cake for us to celebrate our anniversary at the end.If you are in Pune and for a special occasion,this is the place to be as the ambience is amazing.The music,the dine in area with candle light & flowers are gonna make your day a memorable one for sure.To suggest few dishes,do try their signature one in each category,their goat cheese pizza etc.Even the chef came to us and was ready to customise any dish for us.Undoubtedly you would leave this with loads of happiness.
The kids and I were looking for a nice Sunday dinner and found Vibe at the courtyard which wasn’t too far from home.
We found the hotel very nice - neat and tidy and greeted by friendly staff.
Kids don’t eat spicy food and the staff were accommodating making two special orders for the them to suit their taste.
My order was also great with good soft drinks (complimentary apple juice for the kids)
Would definitely visit again and thanks Gaurav and the kitchen staff for making us feel at home.
Ignite is in house restaurant in the vicinity of Courtyard Marriott. This restaurant is only having bar and grill items on their menu. Mostly people come here to drink have some great appetizers and grove on the dance floor have an amazing evening. I was here for an ongoing fest of sizzlers. They showcased sizzlers with a regional twist. They had some most loved food items from each region.

I and my wife visited here for our wedding anniversary fine dine, sort of like walk in only and got table instantly but once they got to know our occasion, they requested for 3-5 minutes to decorate our table with petals and candles, which was very pleasing.
Food option was bit tricky for veg but we asked the service person for suggestion and he politely suggested us some of the best options and (if we wanted) said to even arrange from sibling restaurant within same “courtyard by Mariott” some other cuisines too.
Food was good and portion size was good too.
Ambience is also very good, private lounges where we could also converse among ourselves without getting disturbed by the background music being played.
Finally, before checkout they even arranged a complementary pastry for us for our anniversary, which was customer delight.

IGNITE Bar and grill!
Visited this place recently and tried few of yummiest delicacies like: NZ lamb chops tiger prawns in recheado along with amazingly made mocktail Ginger basil soritzer. The staff here is very professional polite and quick in service with always smiling face. Would appreciate few the Manager Pankaj, Rody Satpal bartender and Moi all are great in customer service.
Staff are so lovely here and really welcoming and helpful! Chef is fantastic, if you are a foodie, love fresh tasty spicy food pop in! Lamb from the grill was my favourite!
Excellent ambiance. Service is very good. Food quality is awesome and food quantity is also great. A bit costly but it depends. Separate tent like shades are there where a small group can comfortably sit and enjoy, a couple can have private moments... Overall it is very nice place.
