Why I am loving it. 😄 You will never get bored when u r here, even if you r alone. I personally visited this place so many times alone , but never felt lonely. The staff is very helpful and kind. You might face issue for parking here, but still manageable. Enjoying a lot burgers these days

This is nice outlet. They have menu which is widely on all their outlets. Service is good and staff is really helpful. Their fries are really good. They do have drive through also. This outlet is very spacious. You can also work from there.

We had the premium Mcspicy chicken burger meal which was fantastic. The burger was superb. Great food and a clean place to eat, we got car parking which was an added advantage. It was worth visiting the place.

Awesome place to relax and have some delicious food, deserts and cold drinks with your friends or family. Usually crowded on weekends. Located at prime location in hinjawadi beside HP petrol pump. Easily noticable from traffic. There is seating arrangement on ground floor and on first floor also. It has seating capacity of around 55-60 people's at a time. Staff is courteous and polite. Store is open till 1am midnight everyday.

Fine experience. Very spacious. Great location. Service has drastically improved in last 5-6 months. Earlier, staff was very rude and mostly did not accept payments via PhonePe and Paytm. I am changing my rating from 4 to 5. One of the best McDonald's outlet around Hinjewadi-Wakad area. Restroom can be a bit more clean.

It is an upscale place as it is the only McD in Hinjewadi. Ample space to sit with two floors. Service is fast but staff is not that active. They have parking space. Petrol pump is just beside this one. Many times AC is not working. Seating is comfortable and premise is clean.

Just one of my favourite places to eat. It is highly well maintained. They serve the best burgers. Staff is very helpful and the place is hygienic. Hack for everyone:- Try the McSavers and don't worry if your cold drink glass gets empty. They give unlimited refills😁

MCD IS JUST being too miser, they will sale 300 rs burger with only tikkis in it, adding cabbage and mayo so miserly , it's better to have 30 rs burger from street with big tamatos and mayo and additional cheese. <br/>MCD is not expensive they are just running out money I guess behaving like beggers pesa do pesa do bad khana kharidlo <br/>

Delicious Burgers

For a take away order I was given scalding hot coffee in a paper cup with an ill fitting lid and no cardboard carrier. Within seconds of exiting the store the plastic lid became soft with the heat and the paper cup was unbearably hot. By the time I got to my car the coffee had spilled all over my hand, with burns on 2 of my fingers. When I went back to the server Sheetal to get another cup and lid and complain she was absolutely belligerent and rude. She admitted that the coffee was served at 110 degrees centigrade as per process irrespective of whether it’s a takeaway in a paper cup or served in store in a ceramic cup. The paper cups are not made to withstand such temperatures. She also blamed me for leaving with the cup and not asking for a cardboard carrier. Another server who then replaced the order (after being asked to) explained that since the cardboard carriers are flimsy they don’t provide them to the customers in any case. They also did not have any feedback forms available and gave me a sheet of paper to write in the complaint. After much arguing Sheetal said that she was sorry that my hand was burnt but maintained McDonald’s was not at fault. I also had to ask specifically for the coffee to be replaced at a lower temperature- no such offer was made. After having my fingers scalded I had really hoped for more than being told that this is the process for serving coffee and that’s exactly what they had done. Very disappointed.

I have ordered 2 burgers ,they got delivered in 10mins but were too cold ,and my instructions were not been followed
