Want to head to the best restaurant at avani mall? Then this is the place. They serve authentic North Indian food which anyone is sure to like! The place comes with a full bar. Coming to the ambience, it is serene and well decorated. The staff is also amazing. If you are confused regarding your order feel free to ask the staff. They are always happy to help and their suggestions won't disappoint you.

Food is good. Kababs and Biriani was awesome.. most interesting things are they used to served papad and chatni very early... After that they served the meal. ..

It's really an awesome place to be in..you can come here for any purpose such as lunch, dinner...Food quality is top notch..quantity is given more than enough..service is very pleasant & behaviour of staffs are really impressing..a beautiful jungle based theme is their main attraction..price is little bit high but its managable..cleanliness and prompt service definately brings you here..overall good 9/10...

A hidden treasurer at Howrah Avani riverside mall - 🥢Machan 🥢 Vibes : The place is jungle-themed. The ceiling is covered with leaves,giving it a warm vibes. The entrance has a tiny bridge. The lighting makes it a perfectly cozy place to hang out with family or a group of friends. Food : Mainly indian dishes, though Price is a bit high. Service : excellent. Serve food qucickly, everyone was nice and caring. In frame : 1. Virgin mojito 2. Fragrant lemon cooler 3.garlic naan 4.murgh tikka lababdar 5. Chicken biriyani 6. Malai phirni

North Indian dishes are served here. One of the best kababs I have tried here. If you are visiting Avani mall then choose Machaan for your lunch or dinner.

Located at 3rd Floor, Avani River Side Mall, 32, Jagat Banerjee Ghat Road, Howrah, West Bengal 711102, Machaan is a restuarant with jungle-themed interiors with animal statues, tribals with bows and arrows, lots of trees and animal sounds. Most of the food is quite spicy and if you have kids, then you need to request to reduce the spice levels. Murgh Makhni' alongside 'Multani Paratha' is a good combo. So is Raan e Machaan' with Tandoori Roti. Try the Daal Machaan, Tandoori Bhekti and the Charcoal Grilled Dhuandaar Lal Murgh Tikka.

Good Food, Great Taste, Great Ambience

The ambience is good with dim lights and good music. The staffs are polite. But its mostly packed at all times of the day and either you have to patiently wait outside or you have to prebook your table. It's a typical family restaurant not a place for a romantic dinner or an intimate date. The food quality is too good. The amount of food served is fair enough and I can assure you they won't disappoint your tongue.

This is one of the few theme based restaurants in Howrah. The ambience and food is very good. During weekends there is a rush and we might have to wait. Even though it is a little expensive however it is worth the overall dining experience. The jungle theme is specially very enjoyable for kids

It's one of my best place to be with my family, not only the food is great but also , the hospitality is outstanding. At the top floor of Avani mall, it's just opposite of Mainland China. They created a great jungle environment, with you definitely may cherish. As the name depicts, Machaan is a good choice, if you are ready to pay little extra bucks. ₹2000 couple should be a good budget.

The first thing you notice here on entering is the unique jungle theme. It feels like you're in a rainforest and you've run into a hidden place which serves as a dining place for the cannibals. The taste of the food was good, and the quantity of the dishes was amazing. It was light on the pocket, but the experience or the ambience was one of a kind. For once when I looked up, I thought that a real squirrel was staring at me. This place is great for those weekend family dinners or small children's Birthday party!

The restaurant has very nice decor with nice food and well mannered staffs. Though a la carte costs little bit high and it is wise to go for the buffet. I liked their Mutton Biriyani and the Baby Corn starter.
