Review Pizza Hut - Howrah

Tried the chicken wings and middle sized pizza and coke. It cost me around 1025 rupees. The taste was superb. The behavior of the staff was great. The decorations are awesome. Nice outlet.

This is located on the third floor of Avani Riverside Mall, beside the food court. The place was close to empty when we visited there. Our take out order was ready in 20 minutes as they said. The place has aesthetic vibes and a clean environment. The staff was accommodating but they didn't know the offers clearly.

The place is one of my favorite place for lunch and dinner. Whenever I go for shopping in avani mall I prefer to Pizza Hut for dine in. The place is located in a corner of food court in avani mall. The decoration is so well and in interior there is a dreamy yellow light. The seating arrangement is so good and the round sofas for setting with group is so cool. Since I visited so many times there, I have tried many different items in there. The cheese balls are so crisp and crunchy. Also the garlic bread is good enough. Only the potato fries are ok ok type. I always prefer stuffed pizzas with cheese loaded. I tried many types of pizzas with different toppings and I never disappointed. In all this my favorite is farmer's peak. Now come with other services. The staff of the restaurant are well behaved and very friendly. Meanwhile at most of the times they helped to pick a perfect choice of pizza in consideration of certain desires and mood. The wait time for the food is moderate. Sometimes it take little long but it's okay. Also one thing for which I prefer this place is this is not much crowded. Even in weekends I always get a table. So you can spend a perfect peaceful moment with either someone special or with just friends and family. Also there is some particular offer for take away orders. One can check it also. I once tried that too. So finally in one sentence it's one of the best place to spend a quality food time.

It is a good and spacious place to hangout. The food here is okay.

My son's favourite place. We went there to celebrate his 13th birthday with his friends & cousins. We had ordered combo meals as they were value for money. Kids had a wonderful time and enjoyed their favourite pizzas.

This pizza-hat branch is located at 3rd floor of Avni Riverside Mall, Howrah. Interior is too much beautiful and well designed. Food taste is allover good and price is slightly high. I tried white sauces pasta and chicken tanduri cheese pizza which were too much delicious.

Waste of money...no items added as shown when order..no proper veggies,no chesse...not at all expected.

The Pizza Hut in Riverside Avani Mall ambience is amazing. Cozy dining areas seperated for family and groups. The quality of the Pizza and Garlic bread are great. Loaded with cheese. Chicken Pizzas have so many varieties. Do try the mojitos too. The green apple mojito specially. We visited there with our kid ,good family time spent. The behaviour of the staff was excellent. Food was so fresh. They also have a birthday area for birthday occasions. Do visit there and you'll fall in love with it.

Pizza Margherita was good,base was thin but not too soft. Cheese was less.

An awesome place with yummy food. Much recommended. The Pizza and Pasta were yumm and melted in your mouth. Ordered The soya magic pan, the paneer magic pan, the onion magic pan and the corn magic pan.

Okay. I ordered chicken baked pasta, jalapeno poppers, and a Choco volcano. As you can see, I received the Choco volcano in a horrible state. And the chicken baked pasta had NO CHICKEN and was NOT BAKED. Moreover, the delivery boy, confidently gave me an additional box containing 2 garlic breads which I DIDN'T ORDER. I don't know what they served. The jalapeno poppers were good. I've ordered from Pizza hut before but they didn't fail me anytime except this. Truly disappointed. Will think 10 times before ordering.

Had ordered Veg pizza through Zomato... I had ordered cheese max crust and they provided veg kebab crust.. no veggies at all and at the same time the delivery boy also did not handle properly.. worst experience...

Being a pizza🍕 lover I have visited multiple times but this time I ordered Medium size Chicken Sausage Pan Pizza regular crust from Avani mall outlet. Pan pizza was awesome. My family really loved it. This outlet is one of the best in Howrah-Kolkata. And the pizza was delicious and enough for one person. Really looking forward to order more and visit this place further..

Located at the food court of avani mall this joint is mostly occupied with take away orders hence the service time for the people waiting for their food suffers. Though the food makes up to the delay still the wait time specially for hungry souls would actually be quiet irritating. The seating area is quiet good and the behavior of the staff is more or less good.

One of the worst Pizza Hut experiences I have had in my life. Had placed a simple order for a lemon ice tea, potato wedges and a personal stuffed crust chicken meatball pizza. The order arrived after 40 mins. The potato wedges comprised of a mere handful of wedges, most of which were as small as one can possibly get with sprinkled rotten leaves of parsley. On inquiring of the portion size, the staff confidently responded that one portion (priced at 169 + GST)comprises exactly 12 wedges. The personal pizza was not at all worth the price tag of 365 + GST. The only good thing about the whole experience was the sausage (seemed store bought) stuffed in the crust.

Located at Avni reverside mall. Their stu crust pizza is to die for. Starters were good. Moctails are not up to the mark.friendly stuffs. Little over priced.

It could be specially Pizza Hut or this particular outlet. I ordered few pizzas from here and it was soggy and the quality of what you get from Mio Amore. Even it came a bit cold and for once I really never wanted to eat pizza. After this, I am only sticking to Dominos as their ones are infinity times better than what they served me here.

Though their pizzas are good in taste but i would not call it value for money at all. The condition for dine in at their restaurant is you need to order from alacrte menu,if you are eyeing to save money and order everyday value and wow meals or anything in discount you cannot eat it in their resturant you have to take delivery and have it outside Also i have a dining delight card that entitles me to 15 percent discount.however i was also not given that saying they do not have any tieup or offer on any cards.Pricing is on the higher side,We orders one pizaa,one choco lava cake,one stuffed garlic bread and 2 drinks that costed 1000,you can have a lavish buffet for 2 at this price.

Way too expensive, 700+ for a medium stuffed crust pizza and on toppings they literally give you nothing. And pizza was tiny too 😂😂 i never imagined I'll have to serve even after eating a cjeese burst medium pizza. Go to dominos, you'll pay 700 and your cheese n bread won't be visible they give so much toppings. Of course with cheese burst. Other than crust, pizza hut is seriously good for nothing. And also, they took Ages to serve both the food and the bill 😑

I had very bad experience. Pizzas were not properly baked and the garlic bread was cold. The same is not the case when we go to the place but it's the first time I ordered it through Zomato and it was not as per my expectation.

First of all, this outlet of Pizza Hut is quite spacious and even on the weekends one will able to get seats. The ambience is great to have long conversations and the savoury smell of the bread and aroma of spices come by everytime one's food is served. The speed of service is satisfactory and the staff is courteous and they do inform you if there are offers which is a win-win situation. Triple Chicken Feast Pizza and the Smoked Chicken Pizza is a must for every non-vegetarian.  Veggie Supreme Pizza and the Country Feast Pizza are worth every bite and will not disappoint you even if you are a hardcore meat lover. If you are full or you want to build some resistance then you might like sharing your chocolate truffle cake. Yes, it's that good.

Good pizzas no doubt but delayed orders was a big problem. The staffs were excellent cooperating and making people understand every order they placed. All in all excellent. Like the experience.

My favourite pizza bud is Pizza hut. I went to this place several times, but got to opt 5O% off on take away of any large size pizza was only on that day. We just took the pizza from the store and ate just at the table outside the store. It was awesome. On that day I bought 4 pizzas for my home. All were made very tasty..

Bad service! Served us an uncooked skillet cookie sundae. Upon highlighting the same the server came back with the same tray saying nothings wrong! Astonished to see pizza hut's standard going down to this Level and how. Bad day for them since we are hoteliers too and sorry but we know the difference between a cooked and an uncooked item!

Only visited this place once in my life & it was a treat from my brother on the occasion of raksha Bandhan. Truly I'm not a pizza lover but this tastes good anyways. But I felt very personally the amount of cheese is very poor for a cheese lover like me.

I have tasted pizza at most of the places all over the world. I have tasted pizza at Pizza Hut all over the world too. But quality in India especially in Mumbai the quality just average but some times it is just above average. The Pizza Hut at Singapore, Hongkong, Bangkok it is execellent. The service is not at all good here.. One have to wait minimum 20 mins to 30 after ordering food.. They serve pizza with a very small quantity of chicken or pepperoni etc...

This is by far the best pizza hut joint I have visited. Their pizza was out of the world! When in Avani, drop by in , if you are a pizza lover!<br/>But their mocktails could have been better.<br/>Must try : Choco volcano. It's Yumm!

Do you know what is the most emptiest space in Avani Mall? It's the dining of Pizza Hut located at Avani food court.<br/><br/>You can see this hifi dining empty all the time doesn't matter on which day at what time you visit. Where's the food court is always crowded.<br/><br/>Maybe its because of their current offer. You can takeway any medium sized pizza at 50% off & enjoy the same at food court or pay twice just to have the same at Pizza Hut dining. Or maybe the quality is the reason for its emptiness.<br/><br/>Anyway I took their simple Non Veg Magic Meal Combo for Rs.177 that includes one Chicken Hot & Spicy Pizza, 2pc Garlic Bread and small Pepsi. Pizza, well it wasn't based on pizza crust it felt like normal bread. Lots of cheese was present with few pieces of highly processed chicken that tasted absolutely worse. Round Garlic Bread felt like toast biscuit, hard and tasteless. After having this I won't say it was a tasty deal at all.<br/><br/>I think Pizza Hut doesn't need to pay rent to Avani group if they don't use the dining. So they don't want their customers to let in. Paying twice for the same thing just to have it in their dining is complete nonsense. Even after that this branch doesn't provide satisfied quality.<br/>

pizza hut serves a wide range of delicious pizzas which is jst love.<br/>i have tried many of them and they have never dissapointed me on that but execpt their red sauce pasta , it was not good and we had to leave all of it because it doesnt tasted good .I also like their cheese garlic bread . the most amazing thing about this place is the great amount of space they have inside. High end chairs and sofas to enjoy ur day with friend of family is surely gonna be a great plan. The staffs out here are too friendly and are very great in their service.

although the ambience is great but the quality of service just destroys its feeling and one goes with an off mood .I went on Monday and they gave the pizza half an hour later and the soft drinks after the pizza was just about to over. this was just disgusting it just spoilt my mood and day as weel.

Situated in the food court of Avani Riverside Mall, this outlet has quite a number of varieties in terms of pizza and side dishes. I have been to this outlet quite a number of times. Plus, home delivery facility is also available. The packaging for home delivery is very good.<br/><br/>The interiors are good, with proper lighting and adequate seating arrangement. The staffs are well-mannered. The service is appreciable.<br/><br/>I have tried pizzas like Rawalpindi Chana Pizza, Veggie Feast Pan Pizza, Chicken Tikka Pizza. Among the side dishes, I liked Non Veg Tandoori Pocket and Spicy Baked Chicken Wings.<br/><br/>I consider this place to be quite good enough to satisfy your pizza cravings.

Pizza Hut is very economical if one takes the Magic pan pizzas. There isn't a major taste difference between the classic ones and the former. This outlet is good for hanging out with friends or a pizza date. I am a die hard pizza lover. And Pizza Hut was one of the 1st places to serve pizza in India so was my childhood fav.<br/>Last time we tried the meal for 2 from pizza hut. Where we got a pizza(which we upgraded to cheese max) , potato nougats and Garlic Bread. Truly the max is the best cheese burst we can get in a crust. The place where Domino's has it's dominant This place is like a breath of fresh air.located at the top floor of Avani Riverside mall,they serve delicious and cheesy pizzas.I love the chicken Italiano served here the most.whenever you feel like you should have some pizza I would definitely recommend this place.the ambience is also quite good and the service is decent enough.

AC not working!! When customers are there, atleast be ready with the menu card , we had to call then again for ordering we again had to call , only 2 staffs in such a big restaurant!<br/>Non attentive staffs , also they don’t have much knowledge about the menu card too !!!

As shown in the images of this outlet that unlimited pizza+garlic bread for 249+taxes on Friday is available, I called their outlet and they clearly denied having any such offer really bad!

The sole place to satisfy my pizza cravings. Staffs are polite and well mannered. Quite a regular visitor over here. I would totally recommend it.

We have ordered tandoori paneer pan pizza. It was awesome. So soft and tastefull. Garlic bread was average. BT had enough cheese. Good marks is specially for excellent ambience. Perfect for a romantic date ! ;)

Good ambience. Pizzas are pretty good for the price. A trustworthy destination to satisfy your craving for pizzas. The cheese garlic bread is awesome. Chicken supreme is the pizza of my choice and liking. Other than that, the chicken wings and the pasta are good on the side. Overall, satisfying.

I absolutely love their pan pizzas. Only 'cause their crust is really soft and nice. But yes I've had a bit not-so-good experience there. If you go there in big groups like we went, we were 11 people, they did not give us glasses they usually give, instead they gave us plastic glasses for water or the masala lemonade we ordered. You can see that in the image too. And even after saying this to them they did nothing. But when you go there with 1-2 friends they don't treat you like that. I don't know, if they don't like big groups going on there or what!

I went there to celebrate my cousin's birthday. Whenever it comes to pizzas, I always recommend pizza hut. Try out their chicken italiano pizza which feels like heaven. For starters I would suggest bread sticks with a spicy dip or chicken barbecue wings. To end it, you can go for choco mousse. I bet you won't be disappointed.

A good outlet, just like most other outlet in a mall. Has a good dining area. Even if they run short of space, just pack your good, and you would find plenty of space outside. The food court dining area is right adjacent to this outlet.<br/>Service is prompt.
