Review Yi Jing - Hyderabad

One of my favourite Chinese restaurant and worth trying it when you want to have a mood changing Chinese experience. The ambience is red every where which is inspired by Chinese lifestyle. Service need to be improved a bit to ITC standards. Food quality and quantity is good. I recommend appetisers than the main course as they are very tasty. Fried rice and hand made noodles are good. Open kitchen with chef making hand made noodles is a sight to enjoy.

A combination of great ambience, excellent service and incredible food is hard to find in Hyderabad. Jyothi was warm and Suraj quick. We were at Kohenur for a short stay and got this gem recommended by Ansh. Hand tossed noodles and the shrimp were next level. Only complaint is the cocktail menu. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent food, wok tossed noodles were aromatic and very fresh. Chicken was tender and ver well made. We couldn’t eat much as we had snacks at the bar. But overall experience was great. Chocolate dessert was icing on the top. Would definitely come back.

Kim was excellent. She was very attentive and made suggestions on the menu. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed the shredded duck. Thinly sliced and wok fried to a crisp. It was simply delicious. I also had the prawns and the fresh made noodles. Everything was superb. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We came over to our wedding anniversary and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The restaurant had a good choice of options for vegetarian. Their edamame dumplings was really nice and the hand made noodles was a revelation. It was prepared by the chef and was very yummy. We were given service by Kim and she was extremely friendly and affable. She was able to give us the right suggestion and also served us with warmly with a smile. Overall an excellent experience.

Good food, the options did seem a little limited. The overall aesthetic was great, the service was a little pushy.

An ITC dining experience is par anything else. Usually reserved for special occasions. I had the opportunity to dine at Yi Jing for dinner with my work colleagues and we had the best time. Speaking of parking, lobby, getting to the restaurant, service experience, quality of the meal and anything else that you can imagine.. all of it was just perfect. There is a price for this perfection though. Expect to see a bill of 2.5k per person, although one could argue that it is worth it. All of the items that we experimented with were great, however the chocolate based desserts took the crown. They are a must try, especially for the art form that they were.

Loved the food and ambiance and the service by Kim. However, the young staff member who took our order didn't really know what dishes to recommend and didn't advise on the portion size which is confusing with the calories per serve on the menu. All dishes except the dimsum are family sized but that's not mentioned anywhere. With such an extensive menu, come with a big group to enjoy a few dishes or expect to pack lots of leftovers home. Being pushed to write a review at the end of the meal also felt a little off...

Must try restaurant when you are in hyderabad and searching for Chinese food. Some of the popular dishes are “chicken charsui “ and “edamame “ . ITC kohinoor is famous for its restaurants and their services. Got a chance to meet Mr. Suresh Joshi while dinning in the restaurant. He was very hospitable and personalised the experience . I will surely come back to ITC whenever i get chance to visit hyderabad.

Finally after my 5th visit to Yi Jing, after all the persuasion to make our dining experience better with ITC , Mr. Prithvi - the head chef had a beautiful conversation about the food and overall experience. Mr. Suresh Joshi and Mr. Tanmoy were extremely cordial and made sure that our food and service were impeccable. So after all the bitter experiences at Yi Jing, ITC group made sure that they called , apologised and even followed up with me and assured that they upgraded their service and food to appeal our palettes. Thanks for the scrumptious soulful food that was served with little love and care. The veg crystal dim sums melted away and pleased my senses to another level , the shrimp and fried chicken were outstanding, the veg and sea food pan fried noodles were delectable.

I went here with family and the food here tastes delicious. If you’re in Hyderabad and want to get the real taste of Chinese food from the Chinese chefs themselves then this will be your go to place. The noodles are amazing and must try. The staff are friendly and courteous as well as with an amazing ambiance.

Calm & cozy ambience, beautiful chandeliers, contemporary decor, sumptous food... We had ordered Chicken soup, Veg dumpling soup, King prawns, Tofu chilli, Sichuan chilli chicken & Sichuan Chicken noodles. Went with family and really enjoyed the food. They give chopsticks for noodles (ask fork if needed). My kid enjoyed eating noodles with chopsticks and we clicked many pics too. Covid norms are followed with cutlery in a sealed packet. Though a bit heavy on pocket, it's worth trying. Overall an elegant dining experience. Good for family as well as group of friends.

Nice ambience, authentic Chinese food, staff are nice..but the service is a little late..but because they make it fresh..so that's ok. Go to your leisure.

Was staying at ITC Kohenur hence paid a visit to their Asian restaurant Yi Jing. First of all the ambiance and interiors of the restaurant are very beautiful and are inspired by the Chinese lifestyle. The open kitchen with Chef preparing the handmade noodles is a sight to enjoy. Coming to food, we started of with their Chicken Hot n Sour soup & a Prawn starter. Really enjoyed the soup and prawns. Coming to main course we had the Wok Tossed Prawns, Pungent Snapper Fish along with the Wok tossed veg noodles. All the items were quite delicious and tasty. Coming to service, it was fantastic. Our server Kiran was very polite and helpful. Would definitely visit them again.
