Review Bawarchi - Hyderabad

For biriyani lovers this place is must visit in Hyderabad. I just loved the flavour of biriyani of this place. Biriyani rice was long grained, very flavourful. We tried below items... 1. Hyderabadi Chicken Biriyani (must try) 2. Chicken Hariali kabab (6 pieces in one plate) 3. Onion salad (need to buy separately as no onions will be provided complementary basis) 4. Qubani ka meetha (too much sweet) so so Quality wise chicken biriyani full, one plate is enough for 2 persons with 2 big pieces of chicken. Service was good. Atmosphere is open. Huge crowd always due to the popularity of this place.

The one and only original Bawarchi !!! Wanting to go this place with my family so that they could taste authentic Hyderabad biryani. The one thing we didn't do right was we visited on a Sunday afternoon. 😞 It was jam packed and we had to wait almost an hour for our seat. Food - Chicken and mutton biryani - the aroma and taste were good. Try their starters which is available at that time of visiting because some items were unavailable. Even we had to return our Apollo fish and exchange it for another fish starter Service - Not upto tho mark. Waiting time for the seat was more and waiting time for the seat was almost the same.😪 May be they could improve this part Ambience - We visited their AC dining. Normal dining with good lighting. Seating arrangement was not well managed Try this place atleast once for a different taste ( P.S : Only on a weekday 😅)

Best of all biryanis in hyderabad. The OG , chicken biryani and chicken 65 with rumali roti fabulous 🔥 , will recommend to everyone to who wanna try original chicken biryani of hyderabad, in desserts must try double ka meetha. Crowd will be there on holidays . Service was okay , valet parking available

We reached there around 2:30PM in the afternoon. The place was fully occupied. However we managed to find a seat. We ordered Chicken Biryani with double masala. Their service is fast, within 10mins the food was served. This is the best biryani I have ever tried in my life. The chicken was tendered even the rice was so soft and flavourful. One can eat rice without any chicken 🍗 pieces. It was that tasty 😋. Definitely visit next time.

Believe me, the hype is justified. It tastes better than Paradise at lesser cost. Rs. 200 chicken or Rs. 250 mutton biryani can feed two people. Flavourful, tasty..

Have been here for the first time. Ambience is below par. Waiting time is min 30 mins in peak time. Coming to food, Ordered mutton biryani ( 300 /-) - Mild spice and full of mutton and ghee flavour. I loved this taste Tandoori chicken ( 200 /- half) - Flavourful and less spice. Taste is good Veg dhum biryani ( 150 /- ) - Taste is above average. Qubani ka meeta ( 80/- )- I didn't like this flavour and taste. Maybe it's not to my taste buds. Overall experience is good. Can try more than once.

Tried Mutton Dum Biryani here at iconic biryani restaurant. Biryani tasted very good, full of flavours. The flavour of khada masalas was very nice. Mutton was cooked to perfection. Salan which was served with biryani was also very tasty. They have different seating arrangements. For family, they have AC section where half portion of biryani is not available. You will have to go to the rooftop seating area for the half portion of the biryani. Service was quick. Overall, highly recommended place to have mutton biryani.

Bawarchi is one of the iconic restaurant in Hyderabad. And authentic place to have real Hyderabadi Dum biriyani , this restaurant claims they don't have any other branches expect this one which means all other restaurants with bawarchi name are fake.The resturant ambient is not that great just like normal old school type resturant but food quality and quantity is great when compared to price we pay. They are two types of sections in resturant one is AC and non-AC.We have ordered chicken majestic starter , Chicken dum biryani and double la mitha. The food was tasty. Overall a must visit place whenever you visit Hyderabad.

Pleasant ambience, full crowd, waiting time is must during peak hours as per my knowledge, their biryani is world famous and I also loved it, chicken lollipops keka and reasonable prices.

Bawarchi is a very famous restaurant of Hydrabad. A great ambiance with huge dinning area more than 100 tables with AC and nom AC sections . We visited this place on Sunday and literally were in queue for our turn to get a table in the dinning area. They have good vegetarian as well as non veg food. Their famous dish is chicken biryani which is served on almost all the tables. Very quick service, no much waiting after order placed. Great taste with great service and ambiance.

I understood why people wait in long lines here. Ordered mini chicken biryani with coke and onion salad. Costed me only 160/- and the taste and flavour are next level.

One of my favourite biryani places... Though this order was via Zomato legends delivery in Gurgaon. Bawarchi is the legendary biryani outlet at rtc crossroad in Hyderabad. Last i checked, They got no other branches so try at the original one only as you'll find a lot of similar names like new bawarchi , orange bawarchi blah blah Legends order was great, taste was well preserved. It was served cold which had to be heated and consumed immediately. Reminded me of my days in Hyderabad, hard to believe now we can enjoy Hyderabad ki biryani sitting in Gurgaon. Quantity was good as compared to the price, enough for 2 people (650 GM of Biryani) Just loved it!!

What a BIRYANI!!!! we ordered one mini chicken biryani and one veg biryani and the taste was top-notch! You may over-eat here but trust me, the quality of food is so good that you will not feel heavy and would be hungry again after 2-3 hours. This means they use quality products to prepare their dishes. The biryani is served with Salan and Raita. You may ask for these side dishes multiple times. This place is so huge and yet there were people waiting. We had around 20 people waiting and the management was pretty good to clear out the tables and allot the seats to the people waiting on doorstep. We also had kaddu ka kheer, but it was not that good. Yet, had a filling experience at Bawarchi. There are multiple Bawarchi named branches in the city but this is THE Bawarchi at RTX road. Make sure to get a taste of it. People come here with family and friends. They have a separate seating area for 6 people if you're coming in a big group. This place is jammed during weekends. Always try reaching a little early to get the table. The cost is really affordable. It would cost 3x if you order it through zomato/swiggy. It is better to get a bite at the restaurant.

Big dining hall, neatly arranged dining tables. Well organised cooling fans. Vibing environment, basement parking 🅿️, Active staffs moving around to serve the customers. One of best biriyani served here at best price. Value for money. Briyani tastes good and flavour and aroma are nicely calculated to fit in your plate. Having briyani with the crowd in a big hall a pleasant experience. Chicken lollypop was very good and must try. Chicken and mutton biryani are very good 👍. This restaurant is loved and filled by group of young people and family members. Watching the people orders is a good experience.

It's always crowded here and it's very famous also. Personal speaking i didn't find the taste great as accepted. It's was just a hipe. But I loved the dessert phirnis. The prices are very reasonable.

Best Hyderabadi Dum Biryani I tasted in 2003-2004 and after around 20 years I again had Hyderabadi Dum Biryani at Bawarchi Restaurant situated at RTC Cross Road, Hyderabad. Taste is the same and it is still the best of all Huderabadi Dum Biryani I have tasted all around Hyderabad. Also the roasted chicken and Apricot cream sweet dosh was very tasty 😋 MUST VISIT BAWARCHI RESTAURANT @RTC CROSS ROAD, HYDERABAD TO GET REAL BALANCED TASTE OF HYDERABAI DUM. ORYANI AND DECIDE YOURSELF THE BEST ONE HERE 😊😋🙏

I enjoyed the biryani, but the saddest part was the way food was being wasted in the hotel. The quantity, even if a small portion is ordered, is so much that one can’t finish it. What’s the point in wasting so much food? Might as well have smaller portions, so food isn’t wasted. Taste flavour spice etc is just right. The rice also has a wonderful texture and color, which by itself creates an appetite.

Ideal place with good food.....one feels at home in foreign land after eating Athentic Indian food.....

Obviously too crowded..all are searching for dinning tables...They gave only one piece..Taste was good..One suggestion for new comers don't order for 90 rupees biryani.. instead of that u go for 100 rs..It will ful fill u r appetite..Next time I will order some other dish..

Absolute gem.. spl the family section. There are many restaurents with good food these days .. but Bawarchi is like sachin. Never old.

I ordered chicken fried rice today in this rice the chicken was worst .while opening the pack I have a bad smell once it open and will that bad smell comes from chicken.This fried Rice was not seen ever in my life . Chicken was not fresh this was so many days chicken kept in Fridge I think.Please don't kept an order in this Restaurant waste Restaurant money waste and ours Health was also spoiled when we eat this kind of Food.

There were 2 houseflies in veg Biryani which was so disgusting that my son vomitted.never will I order from that restaurant.zomato failed to take action as they demanded picture but seeing the flies I threw the food in dust bin.how do they expect us to have pictures while we were shocked with the quality that I had to throw away immediately.

Bawarchi is well known for its Hyderabadi biryani. <br/>The spices are well blent andthe amazing aroma makes it extra tasty.<br/>Though through the years the quantity may have reduced drastically but the taste remains the same.<br/>I also love their chilli chicken, kababs,chicken 65, fish 65, and the soups.

Beware of vegetarian biryani from Bawarchi. Ordered Biryani Rice as it showed under vegetarian, but we got the rice with chicken pieces. This is the second time we experienced this. Earlier this had happened with our order of Veg. Biryani. Cannot ignore nor take it lying down when this gets repeated. Bawarchi is clearly not bothered about catering to the vegetarian food eaters.

Bawrachi is unique for it's biriyani.But these days it's loosing it's authenticity.The price is very reasonable here for a biriyani.<br/>And Chicken Manchurian is so yummy.

Main ingredient for biryani is Quality basmathi rice. Seems bawarchi is using 2rs kilo rice from ration shop and their chicken quality for delivery orders are pathetic. Zero flavour. Should have given zero stars for recent food deliveries.

Well I had my first Biryani in bawarchi when I was in 8th standard full pack of biryani was just 60/-<br/><br/>From then to now I have been visiting bawarchi again & again and will be continuing the same till it maintains the same taste & quality<br/><br/>Now I leave to review viewers to make estimation of how fab bawarchi recipes will be based on my above statement of truth<br/><br/>Note : The only reason behind not giving 5* is , there is one faulty thing about bawarchi which also I will share...<br/><br/>The probability of change of taste is always high and above 70% On the days when you find full public rush and wait for seats.<br/><br/>On such public rush days most of the times we had found change in taste and not upto the mark or level of bawarchi.<br/><br/>So what I suggest is , if at all you find full rush when visited , it's better you cancel the plan and visit after atleast 2 days gap.<br/><br/>If you can't find time after 2 days, order a parcel that's the best choice.<br/><br/>And if you are the one like me who loves masala(which already comes in rice) rather than gravy , get parcel offline by visiting yourself or send your friend or cousin or neighbour<br/><br/>And at the counter say " bhayya Jyada masala / double masala dalwake mangao ". don't take the packets given from shelf , then instantly packed parcel according to your instructions will be given.<br/><br/>Once you have(eat) that , your mind starts searching for time to visit again & again

Evey time if I want to order online this is the only restaurant I go😊 bcz they never compromise on taste that's why, and many restaurants are opening by the namecof bawarchi they all are 👎🤛 but this is the main bawarchi so don't confuse this is authentic and only one near rtc cross road

in zomato i have a new experienced with this order, without contacting me /calling me and without coming to delivery address delivery person can deliver the parcel and they delivered the parcel also. when i have called the person he will simply not lifting my call after 2 rings.<br/>and one more thing when i chat with a zomoto people they say the delivery boy was not in contact and we cannot resolve the issue, zomoto person will say only one thing they ask the customer, can we cancel the order.

Worst biryani....no masala..only plain rice with chicken....mehfil is best ... earlier it was gud...but now quantity n quality....gone worst

Behold, BAWARCHI, One of the best places for biryani in Hyderabad.<br/>Or is it ?<br/>For me, If there was ever a list of the most overrated restaurants in Hyderabad, Bawarchi would fiercely contend for the top spot.<br/>Reason: The taste is below average, the cleanliness is laughable and the service is just passable.<br/>In short, there is absolutely nothing that makes the biryani special, whatever the aspect may be.<br/>It might've been great in the past but 'past' is not where we live in. Consistency in quality is crucial for a restaurant to be called 'Great'. <br/>At present, Bawarchi is simply running on its name and fame. After eating at the original Bawarchi, one wonders what even makes it unique compared to the fake ones, and rightfully so, it is NOTHING.<br/>Verdict : The original Bawarchi is only as good as the numerous 'fake Bawarchis' out there.
