Great place to dine in. The food was exceptional and service was fast. We went with vegetarian friends so ordered everything veg. The views from their external deck are breathtaking. Would recommend.

Average food, mostly everything they cook is out of readymade mix. Tastes ok. Beautiful ambience, no worry of mosquitoes and no worry of stench of water.

Inside and outside ambience, both are good. Dinner is the best time to visit this place. We had lake side moon light dinner. Lollipops are tasty and good. Bit expensive but worth for place. Weekends but busy place. You will have to wait for service. Overall good experience place.

The atmosphere and the ambience is great. We ordered noodles but it wasn't great ; so we exchanged it for crispy corn which was tasty.

(a) Location : Located at about half an hour’s drive from my location,I enjoyed my visit. Parked my two wheeler near tank bund. Highly adviseable to arrive at this destination in a two wheeler rather than a four wheeler. (b) Highlights : Enjoyed and cherished the brightly lit up Hussain Sagar Lake with the India flag in the background and ferries running in the dark night. Overall felt very calm,soothing,I feel a visit to Secunderabad is incomplete without a visit to the Hussain Sagar Lake. (C) Drawbacks: (i) Citizens must avoid throwing garbage into the lake. (b) It has become polluted with a strange pungent smell due to the impact of the Global Warming and rapid industrialisation.

One of my fav places in city to be for food. They have got one of the best view. First time I visited this place was with my wife 3 days after our marriage and it was a wonderful experience. Dim lights, soft music and brilliant view. I have been quite regulate after that. I would definitely recommend it.

Pathetic place ! Terrible food & totally not worth single peny. After going through so many good reviews & rating thought to give it a try. Really it was a horrible experience. 4k gone in vain. As it was my husband's birthday we had pre ordered the bday cake & all can see the quality of the cake. It was from a local bakery shop & they charged us 500 rs for the cake. Taste was terrible as rest of the lunch items. Soup was spicy lemon coriander prawn soup. It was so sour that we were unable to complete half of it. Coriander chicken kebab were same. Super tangy which was again unable to eat & chew. Chilly chicken portion u can see not enough for a single person. Fried rice was ok. Dishes are way too costly as compare to taste & quantity. Entire restaurant was empty on a sunday. Only 3 tables were reserved. Only thing good about this restaurant is thr ambience. Wont visit this place again in life. Wont recommend too !! 👎

The waterfront is one of the best places i have ever been to. The ambience, the food, the hussain sagar view, the wind, the sounds - its all imprinted in my heart. This place has one of the best tasting food i have ever had. Their veg and non veg dishes, their soups, naans and rotis: everything is so fresh and delicious, made with so much attention that you can feel it in the taste!

No common sense to entire staff including manager. I would suggest people not to waste there time. Any issue entire team is putting it on head of chef. Actually they are not even interested to resolve.

Searching for good,if not ideal date location in the heart or center of the city then Waterfront is the safest bet. The food has a good range of variety and is usually neat and delicious. The ambience gives you a soothing experience with the lights around tank bund like an added jewel.The staff is very polite and attend quite religiously. The price quotient might be a bit high compared to the places in its vicinity.

Okay, to start with the lakeside view, it was an amazing experience. I have celebrated a friends birthday and the staff are very helpful in decorating the table with rose petals. The food is the excellent. I'd visit this place anytime.

Pathetic service. Ordered soup and starters. Starters came first and soup came after some time. Seriously guys??? On top of that, the Soup was cold. Not even warm. Nobody bothers to look at our empty plates and serve. Had to call waiter again and again, he acknowledges every time, but doesn't come. Paid the bill and left in the middle of the meal. Nobody bothered to even find out why. Great.

Good location and decent service. Prices are also not out of place and food tasted good. The downer is that I had visited the place because on Google I had seen this place was known for its seafood. When you have options of only prawns, basa and one pomfret dish though, that's not a great seafood place.

Been here twice and both times had a great experience..love this diced chicken clay pot rice the best and crispy fried veg starter with lemon corriander soup.. excellent ambience.. overlooking the Hussain Sagar with the bridge lights adorning the glass window..both times couldn't sit outside due to weather they had closed it..and the staff is courteous and have live music the second time we went..awesome place..

Disappointing, pathetic, service is too slow sitting there for more than 1 hour and the order didn't get serve upon asking they will give you the excuse saying that the staffing is low, only 5 people working, the restaurant is full and kitchen is busy......

Soothing live music, perfect for a date. The view is one of the best in Hyderabad. Food is good, perfect to hang out with your partner. We tried tandoor and biryani and both were flavorful. Must go.

This place has a great potential because of the location. I was told by my Hyd friends that this place was quite popular in the past. <br/>I however, did not like the ambience. The inside seating is pitch dark and is not comfortable. They should use some ambient lightings inside. Also, the food kind of sucked. Kebabs were oily and cocktails were tasting weird. I would visit this place only because of the view.

Was here twice and had a great experience both the times. When you are here, try Salt and pepper prawns in the starter. It was the best prawns starter I ever had. I love this place - nice ambience, nice live music, nice food and drinks. This place is family friendly and the staff are adorable. The food is of great quality and taste. I think we need a good hand wash in the wash rooms. Mum was not pleased with bits of broken soaps. Next time we go to this place and most probably we will take our own hand wash.

The voyage continues and I decided to enjoy the evening at the bay of mighty Husain sagar that is how I have ended up here.<br/><br/>As I arrived around 8 pm only 3 tables were occupied on Saturday evening. It was hessel free to find a table and staff was courteous. The view is amazing and I believe it would be even great during day time.<br/><br/>Now coming to food, Chicken man chow suop was good but portion of chicken was less. Pahadi kabab was suggested by hotel staff but I will not recommend. They have applied marination on boiled chicken and over cooked in tandoor. You can check the photo for the burnt part. Pahadi kabab was mild bitter in teast as well. I did teast both garlic and butter nan it was ok but nothing special. I felt like the chef had discovered a new dias when I teasted Chicken Kali mirch. As it was creamy and lacked the punch of Kali mirch. Before placing the order I asked restaurant personal about the quantity and he said it will have 6 bone less pieces but to my surprise it was all shredded pieces.<br/><br/>They have a live band performing, during my stay of an hour the band performed for around 20 mins. Candle light will make a hole of 200 in your pocket but worth trying considering the low light ambiance of the restaurant. It was Saturday evening and they had ran out of prawns. When you are one of the top rated restaurants in town the option of running out of things is not there. They have some serious problems with network for the card payments so plan it accordingly.<br/><br/>For me this place is disappointing and not recommendable.

Been there for the first time, long awaited place to cover. But indeed it didn't disappointed. Coming to the Ambience, its really very calm, soothing and great. Food: soup ( chicken manchow) was okay okay‌, starters( chicken Dry Chilli and Spinach Corn kabab) was just mouth watering, Main course (vegetable Maharani and Garlic Butter Nan) were good and the last but not the least dessert ( gulab jamun and Gajar halwa) were just delicious and yummy.. overall I would say it's a must go and the staff were polite too.

Had gone with family and friends..had booked a table with lake side view...on reaching the place inspire on being on time had to wait for an hour to get a desired table.staff should get a course from hospitality college on how to receive the customers and look after them...took 45mins to get water..manager was least bothered and the waiters were horrible...had to repeat each order 3-4times before they got us the right food...food was not at all up to mark...had received better hospitality and eaten better food on roadside dhabba...waste of time and money

The ambience is that of a retro gymkhana club, espcially the seating placement. The service is pretty good - they served us even after the kitchen had closed after lunch and the staff happily gave recommendations and took the order. Had apollo fish, and were not disappointed. Worth visiting if youre in the area for a quiet lunch with a lake view.

The place is definately worth going one time. Place is on Hussain Sagar lake. They have outside and inside sitting. The food is nice like any other north indian restaurant. Their ambience makes it a premium experience. The service is very fast. They do have a live music on Saturday night but it's very boring. It is only instrumental and stops every now and then. Need to improve on music part which can make this place really good one in Hyderabad. I had faced lot of difficulties booking table and atleast got one. They shud manage booking in a better way

We reached the restaurant at 5 pm after finding from Zomato that its open from 12 Noon to 11 PM. But when we reached it, we were informed that the restaurant is closed & will open at 7 PM. We asked about the manager but we were told that he is on leave. Kindly mention the opening hours properly on Zomato as like us somebody may be reaching your restaurant from a far away place across the city with their family who are really hungry.Thanks.

The ambiance is amazing has a great view as for the food really nice but I think they can try adding more to the main course menu. Not saying it didn't have variety. But the main course was something you could get anywhere. The chef's great and if he worked on those skills it would be to die for!

The other dish was the kofta narm dil which was equally delicious. These were complimented by various breads.<br/>I asked for onion kulcha which was perfectly crispy and yummy !! <br/><br/>We absolutely loved our visit to waterfront!

I had a lovely time. The ambiance is very soothing especially during evenings. I would have enjoyed a little more recent music playing live though. The food and drinks were delicious. We are vegetarians and the food did not disappoint us at all.

This place is perfect for couples and the Hussain Sagar Lake beside it makes it more romantic for couples.<br/>The ambiance is beautiful with lighting at the ceiling and comfortable seating place.<br/>So we ordered corn masala which was amazing in taste and ordered paneer butter masala which was authentic In taste.<br/>Overall , we had an amazing experience. The place looks amazing, the view is even better but the items are over priced and the taste was not so extraordinary. The drinks were good enough.

Been here a few times when I stayed at Basheerbagh. Good place with great ambience, excellent location offering good view of the lake...The food is decent and so is the live music. Overall a good place to hangout with friends...

The ambience of the place is what gets it a good rating.<br/>Food is a little above average.<br/>We tried the chicken majestic and potatoes in honey and schezwan - the chicken majestic was not really majestic 😁<br/><br/>We also ordered a chicken fried rice- nothing wrong with that.<br/>The egg omlet curry was something unique and stood out. Would recommend that surely.<br/><br/>

Just an average restaurant with nice scenic view but average food. We were carrying a baby and when asked for hot water they simply denied. When we brought this matter to the senior staff, they agreed. Food taste and their services I can say are below average, considering the price. Just another hyped place.

Decent place for a candlelight dinner. Outside seating is not on the recommended side due to mosquitoes or the smell due to the lake, but the view is something to visit this place for. Overall, good place to visit for a dinner and apt service.

Nice restaurant with a view.. Interiors are spacious and look beautiful by night.. there's a nice sit out by the lake(Which one wouldn't prefer because of the smell that the lake emanates). The quantity as well as the taste of the food is good. Quick service too. Would rate it 4/5 for the overall experience..

Had to walk out. Understaffed on a Saturday and it wasn’t even crowded. Half the tables were empty. Had no one to attend us to even get us seated. Called the captain thrice and he always asked for 5 more minutes. Highly unprofessional behaviour. If only I could give a zero star.

5 on 5 for the ambience. Very calm and quiet place with a pleasant view of lake. Recommended to visit in night tym. Food is good, little over the budget for a common man but worth a visit, just to experience the ambience alone. Staff is also good. Take a walk with your loved ones along side the lake on necklace road, visit IMAX to catch a movie. This place is quite perfect for a dinner date :)<br/>

So I wanted to surprise my friend with a place with an awesome view which is really good for date. So this how I visited this place.<br/><br/>Ambience - the whole 3 stars actually goes out for the ambience, awesome view of the lake and necklace road you get sitting in the restaurant.<br/><br/>Food - not that great, this something if they could work on and improve i believe this place could turn out to be one of the most awesome place in hyderabad. We started with soup coriander soup (avoid it) with crispy baby corn (decent). In main course we had pan fried noodles (avoid it).<br/><br/>Service - is decent, the waiter doesn't disturb you, can expect to suggest you though.<br/><br/>Overall a good place if you want to take some one for date.

I have been here several times..its the best place if u wanna a go out with your date have some really good food with a good view along u enjoy it with your favourite beer!! N best thing is they won’t charge u much!!

Well what to say, amazing place in Hyd, it was peaceful, weather was pleasant. Professional staff, food quality can be improved. Must visit for people coming or staying in Hyd.
