Review Shadab - Hyderabad

Mind blowing food! Some places are legendary for a reason! Shadab is one such place. This place has been maintaining consistency in its preparations since decades now. This is their take away counter in Banjara Hills. The original shadab restaurant is in the old city near Charminar. The taste of their curries is just on point and has a very unique taste which makes u keep going back for it again and again. As a vegetarian, I recommended the veg preparations of this place strongly too. Biryani. Fried rice. Kadai paneer. Palak paneer. All amazing. Definitely one of my favourite Hyderabadi biryani restaurants for sure.

Its a Delivery pick up store for Shadab Chain of restaurants, If you can’t go till Ghansi bazar you can order from here and enjoy . There are tables where we can enjoy quick bites but those are mostly for waiting until your food is made.

Good biryani love it

Certainly one of the top 10 places in Hyderabad to have biryani from. I've taken a star away as I remember the taste being spicy before with the extra spices mixed directly into the chicken/mutton for an awesome taste. However that has changed now, probably considering a larger audience have an appetite for less spicy biryani.

Food here is tasty and affordable as well, sometimes the food experience can go to average

Hifi restaurant, with a reputation to live by, Shadab, has very good biryani, and every curry is made by a high standard, food maybe a bit pricy compared to basic restaurant, but it's tatse and quality shall be a 100 times better, making it worth the cash. They usually have pretty good offers running thorugh SWIGGY, be sure to check it first. Please note: no seating arrangements, just take away, so swiggy adviced !

Review for Shadab banjara hills: Chicken biryani taste and quality is pretty good. Justified its brand image. :) Cons/ scope for improvement : quantity is bit low for single considering it's cost. Rest everything is great.

It is a takeaway joint. Service is good and quick. The biryani is excellent and worth all the effort for carrying it as an extra baggage. I had taken mutton special biryani and was running late for the airport - the packed food was given to me in 7 mins. Very efficient

One of the best places to try for authentic biryani. Taste is just fabulous. Even tried their Fried rice which waa cooked perfectly.

Though a takeaway joint, the biryani is awesome! Masala is mildly spiced and the meat is marinated to perfection.

Have been a very regular customer but 2 days ago ordered 2 mutton biryanis and 1 chicken 65 and had the worst experience the quality of the mutton was very bad could not eat and chicken 65 was the most spicy ever had no consistency like before

Ordering food is very good, I recommended that you can dine as well as order food simultaneously, also food packing is very nice and has good hygiene even before lockdown, only thing is quantity of chiken has more bones than flesh, I recommend to put small cut pieces of chicken instead of big and huge pieces in a packaged biryani

Shadab was near my house and I used to order from them. I loved their kebabs and biriyani. During my stay in Hyderabad, they were my go to place for Biriyanis. I think the only thing I currently don't like about them is that they changed their old box where they used to serve food with a aluminum packet kind of which I hate. <br/><br/>The staffs were very police. They have always helped me select the best item from the menu. I've even made them do the flight pack and took some biriyani to Kolkata as well. With just a phone call they helped me with it. <br/><br/>Would love to order from them again sometime.

I am appalled by how the restaurant has 4 stars. They cheated me twice by giving half a portion of chicken 65 when I ordered full and then when you raise an issue there's no response. Pathetic service and the food was mediocre at best. Not happy with them and probably the last time I am ever going to try this.

Personally, the BEST biryani in Hyderabad. I usually even take it to Bombay when I go to visit friends and family there and its the biggest hit ever. Also tried some of the kebabs from there (chicken tikka and chicken garlic) and they were nice and juicy and perfectly cooked and flavoured.

Ordered the chicken soft noodles, it was pretty good. It had the right amount of chicken and veggies.<br/>We made the mistake of ordering half a chicken 65 which was such a waste of money because it came with hardly a few pieces of chicken. Though, the full chicken 65 quantity is not bad at all.

Had an awful experience with Shadab Go( Banjara hills)....it's a delivery outlet and I heard some good reviews about this place so I thought to give it a try ...Went to the outlet and asked the manager about their specliality as I was trying it for the first time so want to try their best dish...And Manager suggest us to try Pakistani chicken and without wasting any time I ordered Pakistani Chicken ...But when we came home and opened the container I was shocked to see some mutton dish and that to an undercooked mutton I literally had to throw ...Will never order from this place😫

Their biryani and kababs have an authentic Hyderabadi flavour. This place is only for take away, and works well when you want to quickly grab some biryani on the go!

I gave some institutions to my food. But given extactly opposite to what I have written. They didn't even given priority to the customer requirements.

They newly started tosha is an great concept. Today i ordered veg tosha which includes fried karela, dal made with drumsticks and a bhendi curry with some salad and generous amount of rice and chapati..its really big meal ..neatly packed and well arranged the look itself os appetizing and less spicy can be eaten on a daily basis . A very healthy and money saving deal.

Ordered Haleem and Non Veg Biryani Tosha which included one Chicken Curry, Rumali Roti, Mirchi Salan, Raita, Salad and Chicken Biryani (you can choose either chicken or mutton biryani) through Swiggy. Packaging was good.<br/>Haleem tasted good, had perfect blend of various spices. Liked it.<br/>Chicken Biryani was also good, biryani rice was flavourful and chicken pieces were well cooked. Overall it was tasty.<br/>It's a must try over here.

I ordered mutton biryani last week, came with 6 small pieces of mutton and very less quantity of rice, the taste was also not good like previous. I ordered 3-4 times from this take away counter and also went through their hotel near charminar 2 times, it was good always in terms of quality and quantity .<br/><br/>But n my last order m toally disappointed. Only packaging was good.<br/><br/>Still I m going with 3 🌟 here , with a big hope .

I wish I could give two different ratings.<br/>5 Stars for the Food, it tastes amazing.<br/>2 Stars for the recent changes made to the restaurant, earlier the quantity was sufficient but now the quantity has gone down and the price has remained the same. The quantity has almost gone down by half of what they used to serve earlier. I hope they go back to the old ways and don’t spend money on fancy packaging. Instead just keep it real, the way it has always been.

Been here on 13th April.<br/>After seeing so many ads and promotional posts on fb, i desperately wanted to go to this place and try those mind blowing waps. so me and my husband ordered two wraps. one was panner tikki wrap and one was chicken 65 wrap and veg biryani.<br/>my rating on panner tikka wrap is 4/5. My husband's rating on chicken 65 wrap is 3/5.<br/>roti was fresh, soft and lite, but the condiments used for wrap was little stale on the taste. A little bit of extra spice powder and little bit of mayo or sour cream would have really enhanced the flavour of both the wraps. The cost for panner tikka wrap was 99/- and chick 119/- and biryani 179/-. the price for the quantity is well balanced.<br/>The biryani was out standing. so much of flavour, with balanced masala and fresh veggies ( except green peas. they used the coloured green peas instead of fresh one). It was literally mouth watering. someone who even has very little appetite like me can be tempted to eat the whole pack.<br/>definitely going to visit next time to try other items on the menu. next review will be on chick or mutton Biryani which my husband is longing to eat from shadab go.

Your chicken biryani is good but when packaging comes you have used expensive bags for the food, it's really annoying that if a single person needs to order a biryani you are giving a lot of basmati rice along with it which can waste your resources<br/>This may make anyone upset with the amount of rice which goes wasted, but also at the same time few chicken pieces for a such 80% of basmati, It's ridiculous!!<br/>That's why I would not like to order the chicken biryani again, beacause you have provided an impression that the food is cooked and served with anything in excess<br/>Thank you

This is the express takeaway.. Shadab didn't dissapoint in terms of biryani..We had taken Chicken tangri kabab and Chicken biryani.. We liked the biryani.. Chicken tangri kabab was good also.. The quantity is good.. In both the taste and value for money, I would give a 4/5!

The Biryani is authentic and savoury. If you like your biryani spicy and masaledar be sure to ask for biryani with extra spice or else you end up getting a dry biryani.The service is quick and friendly.

The concept of cloud kitchen is the best that has been till date. And this being one, gives millennials in the city a chance to have shadab's legendary biryani without have to meander the ways of old city.<br/><br/>We have jad parcel from here over the years. This is an great initiative by Shabad restaurant, to open a take-away store in this side of the city. Their menu ranges from the usual chicken biryani, mutton biryani to tasty rumali wraps. <br/><br/>Worth trying to order online. Packaging is very good. Food tastes nice as usual.

Shadab is probably one of the best place for briyani in hyderabad, i have been to Babarchi qnd other famous hotels but fond his chicken briyani tast better then any other place.

Tried there Chicken Biryani ordered through Swiggy the delivery was super fast and on time as well Biryani was really nice and the pieces also was very good it was good enough for two persons.

Staff ensures customisations to food are always accommodated, not only mughalai dishes are best in class but also chinese options are good to go . mixed fried rice is must try .

The biryani is almost exactly similar to that of the main branch! The starters are yummy with my personal favorite being the chicken majestic! Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Let me try to describe the food in one word - disgusting!<br/>We ordered veg biryani, chicken biryani and mutton seekh kabab. Nothing was edible let alone tasty. This has to be the worst seekh kabab I have ever tasted in my life! We had throw away all the food as no one wanted to eat it. They give this tasteless veg fried rice in name of veg biryani. I dont know how this place is still running, they should be ashamed of the kind of food they are serving.

Always use to go to shadab restaurant in banjara hills. It is only a takeaway restaurant. I order Butter chicken and romali roti and was impressed with the taste once again. Zomato's delivery speed is absolutely amazing.

Ordered Chicken Family Pack Biryani Combo from shadab(ameerpet) on 29/09/2018 that was charged Rs.540 but unfortunately taste is horrible as there was no flavour in it and the quantity was also less, only bones were present, no spice....really very dissapointed with the order

We heard so much about this place that we decided to pack some of it up and take it back with us when we left Hyderabad. However this place was such a disappointment. The rice had no flavour and the chicken in hicken biryani and mutton in mutton biryani were totally bland.<br/>Highly overrated and disappointing food.<br/>Don’t recommend this to anyone.
