Review Zaiqa -e- Hyderabad - Hyderabad

Vinayender Reddy
Read a lot about this place and finally here on a weekend, the place was full till then! Service here is pretty quick, Haleem served here is through out the year was a present surprise, especially because it was one among the best I ever tasted. Each of the dishes that we tried, were something that I personally loved and would definitely visit the place again. A place totally worth a visit if ur a part of the town and want to have a great meal and spent a pleasant time.

Dinner with family and friends at newly opened Zaiqa E Hyderabad, Opp Q Mart, Road no.2, Banjara Hills Ordered Haleem, Marag, Luqmi, Shikampur, Sona zafrani Tikka, Lagan Ka Murg, Talawa Gosht, Naan, Egg Biryani, Badam ka Kund and Gajar Ka Halwa. Wanted to order Mutton / Chicken Biryani but they ran out of them. Most of the food was mildly spiced and was overall a huge hit with everyone. Highlights of the meal were Haleem, Marag, Shikampur and Biryani. Excellent meal, not even one item was bad. If I were to nitpick I would say Talawa Gosht could do with more flavor. Even the Salan and Raitha were very good. Will definitely come back soon. -Happy customer who loves good food

The ambiance is nice, easy to locate, facing the main road with an antique car at the bay. The mutton curry was finger licking good and the fresh lime soda wasn’t bitter which happens with most restaurants. The owner was present and seemed approachable with a sweet smile. Overall a nice experience.

The best gourmet fine dining experience during my trip to india - authentic Hyderabadi food in a superb ambience peppered with non intrusive service. Went back to this restaurant again and it’s taste was still the same. Loved the luqmi and marag (mutton shorba) and the Hussaini murg masala (red and spicy)

Went there with a group of friends to try famous non vegetarian hyderabadi delicacies. This place is a stunner!!! Each and every dish we ordered was outstanding. Tried Lamb Marag soup, Mutton Shikampur kabab, Mutton Lukmi, Chicken 65, Tala hua Gosht, Haleem, Chicken Kabab. Also ordered badam kund in dessert which again was awesome(sorry-pic not available).

Loved the food here. I mean nothing can go wrong. Generally, hyderabadis prefer spicy food. But the food here is spot on. It won't be spicy, but perfect composition of flavours which blend so amazingly to give you the authentic taste of food. Must try dishes are Haleem, Barkati bhuna gosht and kheema naan. I mean...it's just finger licking good.

Finally been to this place on popular demand for having some traditional hyderabadi food. The menu is really great and this place is really rich and classy. Ordered shorba that was served with a mutton piece and no sides. The taste was good but not that thick like a real mutton shorba and unlike a soup too. Ordered tradtional hyderabadi lukmi which was served with green chutney and the lukmi was filled with good mutton but was not that tasty too, was much like a rich lukmi unlike regular irani spicy lukmi. The ambience is really great with few hyderabadi glimpses and old clocks and wall cutlery. The service was great. The prices seemed a bit higher and a water bottle was priced 60/- and later they reduced that after a discussion, these things should be taked much care. This place is easily noticeable from a regular traffic.

Zaiqa-e-hyderabad is so true to its name...truly the taste of Hyderabad. This is one fine dining restaurant where you get to taste the authentic Hyderabadi cuisine. It is ideally located and so easily accessible from most parts of the city. If you are a visitor to Hyderabad, then it should be on your must visit restaurant’s list. Must have dishes here are Luqmi, biryani (the mirchi ka saalan served as accompaniment is best in the world 🤩) , shikampur, and badam ka kund for dessert.

Zaiqa-e-Hyderabad presents the quintessential Hyderabadi cuisine thats apparently not spicy but flavourful! The typical taste of the dish comes from the good quality of ingredients, right blend of spices. Stepping aside from the typical spicy Hyderabadi food tagline, Zaiqa e Hyderabad serves some flavourful food to the wonderful people of Hyderabad. The typical Hyderabadi dishes - Marag, Nihari Paya, Lukhmi, Tala Hua Gosht, Yakhni Biryani are few of the specialties served here that never disappointed me.

Very nice place. Food is awesome. Specially Haleem, Biryani and double ka meeta
The Hungry Indians
One of the best fine dining places for biryani This place is all about proper hyderabadi food available in Muslim weddings Our favourites here are Kachi ghost ki biryani Haleem (which is available 365 days) And their kebabs
Susai Raj
Authentic Hyderabadi food and biryani, Very nice ambience and courteous staff. We had haleem which was too good, then mutton biryani with generous pieces of mutton , followed by kheema naan which melted in our mouth. Desert was khubbani ka meetha again too good
Amlan Panigrahi
Nehari Paya Soup is a must try if you are a soup lover. Their Hussaini Murgh and Pathar ka Gosht are eye-catchers in the main course arsenal
Swapnil
Nice little room place. Food was good, starters and Haleem was near perfect. Service was impeccable. Kheema stuffed nan was okayish and so was asaf jahi gosht. Well priced with dishes ranging from 200-400 and No service charges.

The restaurant is centrally located, the interiors are lovely, especially the collage of pics of old Hyderabad. The food was good too. The shaami kebabs and mutton leg roast was nice and tender. The marg soup though was a bit spicy to be had as a soup and it should have been served with small naan that one could have with it.
Anirban
I tried Biriyani at Paradise, Shadab, Shah Ghouse etc. but Zaiqa is the best. Ambience, Cleanliness and Food are very good. Try Patthar ka ghost, Mutton Biriyani and end it with Double Ka Mittha. Next time in Hyderabad, I will go again.

Great food

Was looking for a new place to have my dinner today, and then I chose, Zaiqa-e-Hyderabad. <br/><br/>This hotel, ambience wise delicately designed with wall decors on all the four sides. The crowd was peaceful, unlike all the busy buzzing restaurants/hotels. <br/><br/>We had ordered:<br/>1. Haleem (starters)<br/>2. Masala Tawa Fish (starters)<br/>3. Hussaini Murgh Masala (Main Course)<br/>4. Tandoori Roti<br/>5. Chicken Dum Biryani<br/>6. Rabdi Anarsa<br/>7. Double Ka Meetha <br/><br/>Taste wise, everything was just up-to the mark, with brilliant blend of flavours. Haleem, was star of the menu for me, and this spot is definitely recommended from my end if you wish to have Haleem, on any other day apart from the Holy Month of Ramadan. <br/><br/>Hussaini Murgh, on the other end, was succulent, brilliantly cooked with a tangy-yet sweet gravy, on the whole a new flavour for my taste buds. <br/><br/>Desserts, were great too. You can try both the desserts that I have ordered, and they will be worth your try. <br/><br/>Ambience- 4.5/5<br/>Pricing-4/5<br/>Taste-5/5

The food was absolutely wonderful,<br/>especially enjoyed the mutton biryani ...<br/> Service was awesome<br/>Will be back definitely!

I've ordered for 5thumbs up and he charged me for 6 cooldrinks and he's debating with me bout it in front of everyone🤦🏼‍♂️, such senseless people zaiqa has recruited

Biriyani is too dry, even the chicken, it was not all dum biriyani. I have tried almost every biriyani joint, this is the worst biriyani I have today... Complete waste of money and mood...
Shahnawaz Ali Mohd
March 4th: I visited today and though the service was better the food was pretty good. Haleem was excellent, tala hua gosht was very good and the mutton was soft. We ordered Hussaini chicken with lacha paratha and it was pretty good... The waiter didn't hear the order clearly as I repeated several times about the beverages we ordered and he was going to replace it when we stopped him from wasting another one to replace. Overall good was good, so the rest is okay<br/><br/><br/>Feb 22: Above average overall, but service is a huge let down. Starters were ok, biryani was not so great, service was pathetic
Rimple
Very bad experience.Very casual attitude even after complaining. Waiters were helpless and clueless of what customers were served. Over hyped place.Never going to recommend to anyone.
Tarun Singh
Tasteless do not try marag or starters
M Vivek
The biryani is cooked very bad ... the chicken pieces are half cooked and the staff behaviour is very bad ...

Good ambience.family place. Nice menu.

Most authenticate Hyderabadi cuisine. We came regularly here. Most Humble staff and Quality of Food is great. Best for Family gathering.Must visit Place.

I simple loved whatever they served. The taste is very different and amazing. The non veg as well as veg starters were delicious.I had never had more tasty team lunch.Had it been near to my house i would have come more often. One of the few places where both quantity and quality are great.Staff is polite and court.Ambience is okayish but it didn't matter because i was so immersed in the food.Wish i had a bigger belly to eat more 😁.Please allow to upload more photos Zomato..because i clicked so many with so much love HaHa!!
PAULAMI GORAI
I have visited this restaurant with my sister. It is a perfect place to have mughlai cuisine. We had ordered for haleem (must try), nalli nihari and roti. The food will give a royal feeling to ur taste buds. The price is taken care of along with the service. I would love to visit the place again.

The name itself is Shaan 😊 Zaiqa-e-Hyderabad its one of the fine dining in the center of the city.<br/>Must try Mughlai dishes and the Biryani it was the yummiest wat i had over there.<br/>Ambiance was awesome with nizam vibes<br/>Will definitely visit again to dig in the different food in the menu 🙈

Had naan and kheema. Both done to perfection, service was good. Place looks upmarket. Premium pricing but well worth the spend.<br/><br/>Will come back for sure again.

Visited this place day before yesterday.the food taste is average nothing like out of the box.portions served are too less when compared to other restaurants of same category.<br/>Main concern was why a standard kinley bottle printed of mrp-20 is being served at Rs-55?I didn't get a valid answer for this from waiter who said we are charging what is already printed on menu.my question is if you are charging 55 serve a bottle with mrp-55?seriously someone should answer this.Or should be reported for bad practices of billing.
Mantuna Parida
Food is excellent. Mantu service is excellent. He was very friendly. We are very happy.

Worst place to have dinner
Coffee_n_Muffins (Monideepa Chandra)
One of the best place to have authentic Mughlai dishes.. Here first I tried Yakhni pulao which is made with mutton, along with that they gives Mirchi ka salan and raita.. Thats the yummiest Mirchi salan I have ever had.. The place is also nicely done, it will gives u a certain vintage vibes. the only which they needs to improve is the service, it's very very slow.. But food wise worth pay a visit if you are near Banjara hills..<br/><br/>Food : 4/5<br/>Service : 3.5/5<br/>Ambience : 4/5<br/>Value for money : 4/5

I've visited the restaurant and was waiting in line for parking at 10:00 pm. It is when the parking people told me that there is a waiting for 30min and asked me to choose if I wanted to wait or leave. On confirming them that there was already one of our guy inside, they let us in with suspicious looks. When enquired the same with our friend inside, suprisingly even he received the same reply on waiting for 30 min while the restaurant had ample vacant space for visitors. As this seemed strange, we called the manager and asked him if this was under his notice. He answered "It was 30 mins back but not now" 😂 and "The parking segment was not aware"<br/><br/>We've ordered fish and button biriyanies along with chicken and mutton starters. There was no one to serve. When we tried doing it ourselves, a waiter barged in and threw the spoon arrogantly into their kitchen and served us with another spoon (Might be because we didn't serve ourselves well with the old spoon). The biriyanies were avg to horrible. The starters were inadequate. Now coming to raita - we received only one bowl. When asked for the other, the reply we received was "We poured both Bowls raita into a single Bowl" contrary to physics! 😂 (Pic attached)<br/><br/>Kill "Bill" time - we're charged Rs 55/- for a Rs 20/- marked water bottle (Pic attached along with the bill)<br/>When enquired the same with restaurant staff - "Supreme court revised its judgement so we'll charge as we wish"<br/><br/>In Short - Listen to the suggestion of Valet who indirectly "warns" you about what you're going to face inside with "waiting time" & leave ASAP!<br/>Strict NO!!
Gnanu Priya
Firstly they said 30mins waiting though restaurant was empty, later the rude & careless staff who didn’t respond well. The food was disgusting RIP fish biryani, was that really mutton biryani. I doubt if they are really running a restaurant or ruining the restaurant! No at all suggested in all terms & aspects.

I ordered in via dunzo. The restaurant was prompt in servicing the order. And made sure dunzo collected it and pakced it warm and safe<br/>All that matters for naught because the price vs portion is deplorable. It's outrageously priced and although the food was pretty good and on point.<br/>This place had been recommended by a couple of people and I was really kicked about ordering. But eventually five people ended up being very happy with food quality but left hungry at the end of the day coz the delivery was late night and a half fulfilling dinner is usually what leaves a bad feeling overall. They can demand the pricing that they have coz it's banjara but they seriously need to up their portion sizing as this doesn't work at all

I was eyeing this place for quite a long time now and finally attempted to have dinner today.<br/>The outer ambience and decor gives a royal look, the interiors are well decorated and cleanliness is up to the standards.<br/>Service is prudent.<br/><br/>Ordered 3items: #picsattached<br/>1. Nalli Nihari- 2 very succulent mutton shanks, cooked in a very tangy gravy. Mutton was well cooked, somehow the gravy lacked it's flavours, tasted bit bland.<br/><br/>2. The gravy was accompanied by Butter Naan- this is kind of Delhi kinda bread. Loved this, a bit thick, soft and was the show stopper of the evening dinner 😜😎<br/><br/>3. Murg Dum Biryani- This was a very average, sad looking dish. The zaiqa in this biryani was missing. However, the salaan was too good, it had a coconut flavour and could get the mixed cashews paste taste.<br/><br/>Compared to the quality and quantity of food, the pricing was a bit on the higher side.<br/><br/>I might come back for their famous haleem which I somehow missed.
Manish Hemdev
Staff was courteous and that was a saving grace for me in front of my guests. I reckon chef had no mood of sorts that night, cause Hyderabad Mughalai food is way better. Perhaps, I should visit a second time and then decide for sure.... Good luck.
Divya Rajkumar
One of the best biryani in Hyderabad... Very flavourful and tender and succulent mutton pieces... By far the best I have tasted in Hyderabad. But the lukhmi was disappointing. It was not the warqi type and also the kheema filling was too less and not tasty. That's why 3 star rating... But the biryani is must try. I tried the kachi yakhni biryani

Now I finally know why I keep coming back to this awesome restaurant. ..Zaiqa E Hyderabad ! It has always been my favourite place! The quality of Indian Hyderabadi food is unmatched from the succulent kebabs and melt in the mouth tender mutton and chicken masalas and gravies. ..to the hot naans and laccha parathas.. all of it was simply finger licking delicious. Was too full to try the desserts else I would have had the baadaam kund and the kubhani ka meetha. The added advantage is comfortable seating with large sized tables that makes you enjoy your meal without playing “poke your elbows with your neighbors “ A very hygienic kitchen and a neat and clean hand wash and toilets. Courteous service good ambience soft and soothing background music with valet car parking are it’s other advantages. A must visit place for true blue Hyderabadi foodies!
Hyderabadfoodtrip
This is one of those places serving authentic hyderabadi cuisine.<br/><br/>Their specialty is that they have haleem round the year. I'm not kidding! They serve haleem through out the year and it really tastes amazing. I really appreciate them for maintaining the consistency.<br/><br/>When ever I'm craving haleem, I visit them. I also love the Kacchi Yakhni biryani which is a Nizami stuoe mutton biryani. It is really balanced, as it is not too spicy.<br/><br/>Recently, I also tried - bagara baigan with naan. It was really delicious. I wasn't really expecting it to be that good.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a place serving authentic hyderabadi food and craving haleem any day, this is the place.

No complaint on the food ,Staff should have behaved politely when we asked for a corner table for 5. They mentioned that its reserved , we were there for 1.5hrs . Still I can see the table was empty. Management kindly take care .
Akash Sarabhai
This is one of the best places in hyderabad for food. Especially their Barkati mutton is really awesome. Spent good time there
Vicky
Never again !!<br/><br/>Food was just ok for the hype...<br/>Onion salad was dry (as if left to open air for hours)... requested for fresh cut... He got us slices with some curry marks ... (They had the audacity to serve such on the table...m surprised)<br/>Now.. to add to this.. THE STAFF...<br/>Parking guy ( doesn't let my driver park in the space.. instead asks to park on the road)<br/>security guy ( after parking inside post some intervention.. this guy is pissed off whenasked to remove the chain to drive our car out)....<br/>nd THE WAITER ... seems to be doing customer some unimaginable favor by doing his duty - bad attitude<br/>
Asif Ali Khan
The food is way too overpriced and the it was not worth it. Taste of food was pretty average and quantities are not at all ample. Ambience is average as well. To sum it all up, will not be going for a second time.
Narasimha Rao
we went in with a normal expectation of the restaurant. It turned out to be one of the best dine-in places of Hyderabad. We tasted haleem, mutton biryani, and badam halwa... we are super happy with the portions, taste, serving and ambiance. !!!
Dinesh Veg
If you are concerned about hygiene, be warned that you may find a hair or two in the food "once in a while".<br/><br/>If you are concerned about taste, be warned that the ingredients may not be not blended in the right proportion. <br/><br/>If you are concerned about health, be warned that the food made the writer sluggish and indifferent. <br/><br/>If you are concerned about vegetarian food, don't bother - there is nothing here for you.

I went to Zaiqa-e-Hyderabad after a tiring exam and hungry stomach, it's situated right opposite to my college and was pocket friendly for biryani.<br/>If you are away home and miss maa ki haath ka biryani, please go visit Zaiqa.<br/>This place is beautiful and located in the middle of the city. It's a small and cozy place with a road view, and the ambience is spectacular. For me Biryani should leave those flavours after finishing the plate, and Zaiqa is one such place where I am going back sometime very soon. The fried onions were tried to perfection, the rice were cooked beautifully with tender chicken pieces in them. The masala had proper Dum in it just like our authentic hyderabadi biryani. This place is usually busy on weekends and weekday nights, but for peaceful lunch it's the best.<br/>Overall, it was great! And can give a 5 star rating.
Ahmed Hussain
The Ambience is Awesome and the Staff of the restaurant is Very polite and now about Food I have Ordered Haleem and the taste was okay okay and later I have ordered Kacche Yakani Ki Biryani and That was the worst Biryani I had in my Lyf.... Please don't order This Biryani
Raunak Jharia
The owner has spent money on ambience , but lacking in food quality. Not a place for people looking for good food. The owner has to think about improving food quality and taste.
Nilesh Boddapati
I liked their Haleem... But the biryani was little spicy I felt a lot masala was added to our portion of the biryani. This needs to be worked by the chef to maintain consistency in taste.
SB
Food items are not fresh..the ingredients used are not fresh. Especially the items made using mutton are really bad. The smell of haleem was like very old stale mutton.<br/>GHMC should carry out some food inspection here. They will definitely be able to find something there.<br/>No doubt they use not only old but stale ingredients.<br/>Very very very disappointing.<br/>
Rohit Reddy
Recently been to this restaurant hearing about its authentic Hyderabadi cuisine but was highly disappointed with the taste of food.<br/>We had lukhmi with Keema for the starters which had different Keema stuffing inside the lukhmi compared to the Keema given separately. The Keema still had the raw smell and tasted like it was just boiled and put as stuffing.<br/>Later we tried our hand at the main course with kachi yakhni biryani which was again another disappointment. The biryani was bland and mutton pieces were not tender and lacked the flavour.<br/>The ambience was good but the service again was very slow and delayed.<br/>
Shuaa Prehab 121
Food not upto the mark. Ordered Biryani. I was highly disappointed. There was no masala in the rice. Chicken wasn’t marinated properly. It was very blend.
Duaa Samar
Great ambience,<br/>Portion sizes are too small for the price<br/>Pathar ka gosh was really good but can hardly feed one person.<br/>Most dishes are too spicy.<br/>
Aditya Kavula
Zaiqa-E-Hyderabad has a great taste for hyderabadi flavour. <br/>The infamous dum biryani was spot on as there was no scope for error. <br/>The kebabs were instantly hot and perfectly cooked. <br/>The add ons were only on demand, which is not really hyderabadi. <br/>But overall, being situated right next to a Biryani competitor, Zaika takes away the cherry for much better ambience than its competition.
Arun Kumar
Awesome food.....and i love the tast.....and it's my fav restaurant in banjara hills. ..and i like mostly chicken dum briyani. ..and it was very neat..to eat..
Divya
one of the bestest restaurant we had ever been to....we are not from india residing in banjara hills for few days and roaming around like aliens we didnt know where to go and we landed in this heavenly place.. beautiful ambience and Mr.Pradeep khosla no words for this man.... he gave his seat when we requested for a corner seat and such a loving person poocho math..i felt like i went to my parents home.. i love love love this place highly recommended.. and last but not the least never forget to try there raitha.....in a single sentence this place is heaven on earth...especially for NRI's highly recommeded.

I tried Pattar Gosh with Kacchi Yakhi Biryani.<br/>The food was awesome & Delicious 😋<br/>Biryani is superb tasty with soft mutton pieces(lamb).<br/><br/>I enjoyed a lot, but little expensive.<br/>If anyone wants to try different Taste. Here is the place.
Khanithafathimashaik
Being a pure Hyderabadi i dint like the food at all. Service was not so good. I ordered pathar ka gosh, paiga e murgh and kachi yakhni biryani. Pathar ka gosh in starters was worse , i think the chef should learn to make it properly. Next Paiga e murgh i can feel that chicken was froze andwhile having it the pieces were sticky and stiff. Biryani was quiet satisfying.
Vikram
#bad food # bad service # overpriced # small portions.Very bad experience with the restaurant and would not recommend this restaurant. There were only 4 tables occupied and the manager took 15 mins to come to our table to take the order. The Murg tikka kebab was served cold and and on saying ,they heated it in a microwave and got it back.I had to point it out to the manager and he got us fresh kebabs from the tandoori. We ordered Kali Mirch Murg and the chicken was stale and rotten, which the manager tasted and agreed to it.I have got food poisoning and would not recommend anyone to dine here.
Ram Kiran Vatturi
This is an upscale restaurant for authentic nawabi styled food, with an awesome ambiance, depicting the by gone era of Nizamian times.<br/><br/>The cuisine is simply awesome taste wise and presentation wise, hence nothing can disappoint anyone here.<br/><br/>Haleem is the best in taste, followed by starters like Himayati Aloo(Veg), Zafrani Tikka are outstanding. Biryanis are a true delight to any taste bud, Mutton Biryani being the best and Chicken dum Biryani being delicious. Do try Anda Biryani which takes you to a different taste level. Gravy Dishes are rich in make and taste with correct spices. Your experience will be sweetened by the richest Kubani Ka Meeta ever made in Hyderabad.<br/><br/>Kudos to the whole team at Zaiqa-E-Hyderabad.

If u ever wanna eat proper Muslim marriage style biryani then this is the place<br/>Their menu mostly comprises of dishes which are seen in Muslim marriages<br/>Shikampur is very good here<br/>And both chicken and mutton biryani tastes amazing here<br/>And they serve 365 day haleem 😀
Ch Sumith
The restaurant was placed in the heart of the city as it is in Banjara hills but the taste of the food is very bad...we ordered for haleem but it tastes like an sheep Haleem which we can smell the sheep.. And mutton biryani is the worst in taste... It doesn't have any salt or any spices... The taste was blunt

Finally, the plan to visit this place worked out. Went there along with my family. Name of restaurant truly fits the meaning- food taste is awesome. Ordered maragh, fish fry, and hazrati chicken curry, all which were lip smacking. Ambience is good. Flow of people speaks for the popularity the restaurant enjoys. Service was good but can be improved - it took them 30 mins to serve maragh. In my view prices are a bit high given the quantity of food, should cost 20%. However, quality of food over rides everything else.
Irfan Mohammed
Best for take away. Not for dining. They expect toddlers to behave and sit silently. Because other customers are getting disturbed. The restaurant inside sounds like a fish market, and they expect kids to behave. Not expected this kind of behaviour from them, for a regular customer.
Safiya
Got take away of their tandoori chicken and it was great. Especially the skin on the chicken was so flavourful and juicy, a must try indeed. Would definitely want to try more of their stuff next time!

I tried kacchi yakhni biriyani. More or less like normal biriyani available at other restaurants but not worth the price . Overly priced.Totally disappointed.
Kristie Rajbangshi
Zaiqa-e-Hyderabad was an experience!<br/><br/>Ambience- Modernish with medieval touches. I loved the decor, the mismatch chairs- none of them were uncomfortable, as you might sometimes expect with "mismatch chairs". The lights, the view outside just blended in with the inside, as if on a canvas.<br/><br/>The food-<br/>Sona zafrani chicken- tasteful, succulent but not all great pieces. 3.5/5<br/>Masala coke, Victoria, Pudina nimbu- all three good<br/>Paigah murgh- tomato cashew gravy, this was the only savoury option at the time, wasnt all that great. Pieces were good. 3/5<br/>Rumali- Okay but huge.<br/>Naans- garlic and butter, both were the highlight. Crispy, yet fluffy soft. Best naans I've had in the city. 4/5<br/><br/>The washroom- needs special mention. Shows thought went into the decor. There's a mural of charminar on one huge wall and birds and flowers on another. Good selfie spots. Loved it, loved the little sink arrangement too. 5/5<br/>

After dining there I decided to order online their famous Kacchi Yalhni biryani using Zomato . It ended up as the worst biryani experience ever. They delivered bland biryani with just two small pieces of mutton, one piece was not fully cooked. Never order online from this place . Zomato should remove this place from online delivery to save customers from worst experience.

One of the finest dining restaurant and every Hyderabadi will love this place absolutely nothing to hate, great ambiance too a must visit place

One of the Finest Dining Restaurant in Hyderabad. Inherited the tasty 😋 cooking style from the cook 👨‍🍳 of Nizam the chef serves deliciousness on plate. The Paneer handi and Anda naan are finger licking and must have, mutton is also delicious, a must visit for non veg and veg lovers equally. You’re most welcome :) love Ashish

This place is a paradise for a hyderabadi!! I’ve been to this place for their biryani!! I still remember the first time I’ve had their biryani!! It was nothing like the biryani you get anywhere in hyderabad!! But I’m sorry to say this but my last two visits were disappointing!! The biryani was not up to the mark!! And the other thing is their haleem!! Their Haleem is the best I’ve had in the city till now!! They’ve maintained that with their haleem!! Double ka Meetha is worth mentioning here!! Omg packed with ghee!! So flavourful!! It’s delicious!! Their ambience is great!! Their service is great!! The 3 star rating is only for the biryani which did disappoint me the last two times when I was here!! Or else their biryani was the best I’ve had till date!!
Varnika Tyagi
Need alot more improvement on flavors. We ordered Lukhmi which taste like Samosa with less stuffing. Paneer gravy taste bland, Kheema was very nice, garlic naan was super nice and soft

The pricing of the Biryani is very high but then for the perfect taste of biryani one can afford such price.. But the biryani is completely low class.. The road side biryani tastes much better.. Biryani in this restaurant doesn't go with the name Zaiqa e Hyderabad
Ms Naidu
Love this place for Marag ( forgot to click🤦🏻‍♀️) , pattar ka gosh which just melts 😋, Mirch ka Salan, Badam Kund( again forgot to click the moment I saw the dish🤪) <br/><br/>I always ask anyone visiting Hyderabad to try this restaurant before they leave. A must for a bimonthly visit for me. <br/>

One of the best restaurants visited in this year. Wonderful Ambience and of course Tasty Food.<br/><br/>Food:-<br/><br/>Their USP is that they serve Haleem throughout the year. It tasted delicious.<br/><br/>Ordered Shikampuri, Sheek Kebab and Chicken 65 in the starters. Shikampuri was melt in the mouth and tasted heavenly. Remaining starters were equally good but Shikampuri is top notch.<br/><br/>In the Main Course, ordered their signature Mutton Biryani with double masala. Wasn't spicy but could enjoy the flavours.<br/><br/>Reducing 1 star for their less quantities and high pricing.

A good fine dining experience with perfect Hyderabadi food.. Decent ambience and quick service.. Haleem is available all round the year and it tasted good. Mutton Sheek Kebab was tasty too.. The Badami Chicken curry was decent too.. Will surely visit again for few more dishes.

I have been wanting to try this place always as they serve haleem 365 days. Been here for dinner. The place looks calm and soothing. Ordered haleem and mutton biryani. Haleem was tasty and mutton biryani was good with right amount of spices and tender mutton pieces. Service was quick and good. Prices are a bit higher but worth the quality and quantity.

PACKING CHARGES.... A restaurant of this status adds packing charges of ₹40 which doesn’t suit. Each dish is charged at approx ₹300, which I think surely covers the overheads of packaging. One can argue about saving other additional cost while not dining and just takin a take away, but the restaurant should realise that their income lies in the food they sell and they need not resort to such cheap tactics by adding packing charges and try to earn in that.

I've had one of my worst experiences here. This place has no value for money at all. The food is costly and is'nt worth the . It was served cold and when asked about it...we had to explain the problem to 4-5 different waiters instead of eating our food. Even the forks and spoons had to be asked for! It was a terrible experience.<br/>

Lipsmacking Haleem, finger liking good starters and Biryani with balanced spices and pieces cooked right.<br/>Thank you zaiqa for a great Haleem!!

Very ordinary service and food. Ambience average. Though the quantity is decent, the quality could have been better. The worst is the restroom, where one have to go out for handwash

Went on a family dinner . The place is good and family friendly . staff were courteous . We ordered sonar chicken kabab ,chicken and mutton biriyani and for dessert we had double ka meetha . The biriyani was good not so spicy and one plate was more than enough for two person ..<br/>Overall a good place to eat out

Good Biriyani in taste ..But it's not.worth of 410rs.<br/>Definitely not worth for 410 rs where there are other competitors who serve excelent biriyanis at 300 rs .<br/>Further i am surprised go see the bill that you have charged 60rs for 20 rs water bottle...<br/>3 time u r charging for a simple water bottle which u got for some 15 rs.<br/>U charged 75 rs for 1 small glass of thumbs up in the name of VICTORIAA . So u mentioned the name victoriaa with out mentioning it as thumsup.<br/>From 25 rs of thumbs up plastic bottle , u gave me two glasses of thumsup which u charge 150.rs for both.<br/>Is this a 5star hotel or.what kind of services you r giving me.<br/>Further for 410 rs biriyani , u won't give one cup.raita extra..Again u r asking some 35 rs for small cup of raita...<br/>I told the waiter and the manager that this is my last visit.<br/>My suggestion is<br/>Biriyani or any item u make ..U charge as much as u want ..Because it's ur speciality and style ..<br/>But when u r getting.other items like water bottle and beverages u please charge for 10 to 20 % more not 200% more.<br/>When I asked this with ur manager , he informed me that it's purely owners decision and further he asked me to write a review ..Thank you

A classy Hyderabadi restaurant I’ve visited lately. Just loved the food and Ambience, simple menu with limited dishes but each one stands out for itself. I always wanted to have “Shikampuri” but never got a chance before. This place served a great Shikampuri and I would love to try it again❤️. One of the very few places that serves “Marag” and it was on to the point👌🏼 “ Chicken Biryani” was very authentic not so spicy but reflects the great quality of their service

We went on Friday evening for dinner...the place is decent and peaceful being at the prime location of Banjara Hills...the staffs were very active and quick..we had chicken biryani which was decent...then Haleem for which you should visit this place because it’s really good if you are a Haleem fan...we had malai murgh in starters which was good as well...so overall the food is really tasty and worth visiting...🤩

<br/>Good place for haleem ,paya, marag and biryani .<br/><br/>Paya is little bit expensive compared to the others .<br/><br/>You can feel the real floavors of hyderabad.

I would call the biryani as pleasant? It’s not too spicy not too bland taste is perfect for the crowd on an average. The cleanliness and surroundings are slick. Best starter - murgh malai kebab.<br/>Note - haleem tastes heavenly here.

A very good place. And their shikampur kebab is worth a try. The art on the wall just opposite to the restaurant also adds a great ambiance to the restaurant. And most importantly the food is served super quick unlike other restaurants.

I went Zaiqa upon multiple friends recommending it. The waiters were polite and responsive but they got our order wrong the first time and the mutton biryani was a MAJOR downer. The meat was tender but the dish was very bland.

Ambiance and service is good, food is too costly here. Haleem available 365 days. Chicken Biryani 350/- and egg biryani 275/-. You can get same taste in normal biryani centres. Taste don't worth the cost here.

Probably the worst marag and mutton Biryani in Hyderabad. I did not expect plate and boel full of bones in both marag and the ₹400+ Biryani. Thanks for ruining the first dinner of 2019.

The place was really good All the decor and environment was really nice and was welcoming but the food wasn’t that tasty and pleasing. The kebabs and biryani was really tasty but the haleem and Marag wasn’t that tasty.

I’ve wanted to go to this place for a while now, finally went yesterday. Greeted promptly at the door and were seated quickly. We ordered garlic naan and Tamatari murg that tasted ok. Then we order the Badami murg which tasted awful. It was like burnt almonds and rotten tomatoes made into a paste. The Biriyani was not at par with Hyderabad. Was quite disappointed!

Simple ambience. No loud music. Very food place for having a nice chit chat over lunch or dinner. Food is average. Didn’t find the authentic taste of Hyderabad. Service is quick and good.

We had ordered chicken dum biryani but it did not taste good. It was worse than any normal chicken biryani. However ambience was good. The service was good as well.
