Review Ohri's Jiva Imperia - Hyderabad

Excellent ambience. Reasonable buffet pricing. Good place to hangout with family and friends. Wide variety of dishes. Sweet corn soup is a must try dish. Kids will love the different flavours of ice cream and the chocolate fountain. Live dosa counter, must try the banana dosa.

Food variety is good enough, however there is room for quality. Refills are pretty slow. Other than that they did a fantastic job over all and it was a nice experience for vegetarian. The furniture needs some upgrade because they look dated.

We were meeting family after a long time and this is out favorite location to meet. There is ample food options for a large group and seating is really convenient. Nityananda took real good care of us. He was prompt and made sure we were served well. I would highly recommend Ohri's Jiva in the Whitehouse building for family gatherings.

I can't speak highly enough about Ohri's Jiva! The experience at this vegetarian restaurant is truly exceptional. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warm hospitality and a delightful ambiance. The food is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of vegetarian options that cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. I have visited several times and each time, I am blown away by the flavors and presentation of the dishes. Ohri's Jiva is definitely a must-visit for all veggie food enthusiasts out there! - Chopperla Ravikanth

A multi cuisine vegetarian restaurant with a wide variety of options to choose. We had a great time trying different items like chole bhatura, pav bhaji, veg grilled sandwich, tandoori paneer sandwich, burger n pizza, fries n aloo paratha Out of which, chole bhatura is too good. Fries, tandoori paneer sandwich n pizza comes next. The filling of the paneer tikka burger n paneer sandwich n pizza are of the same. So, it's better to order one item rather than all. But, pls don't order a veg grilled sandwich, pav bhaji n aloo paratha, they are like no taste and waste of money. Even being a Sunday evening, the restaurant is almost empty. The ambiance is good n the service is also fast.

Must visit,(unlimited delicious starters and delicious food) also thanks to manager Laxman for the hospitality. hat's-off to such restaurants for still valuing vegetarians customers thank god we still have such pure veg restaurants in Hyderabad because Telangana is on the top for non-veg eaters. 98.70% of the state’s total population is non-veg. Overall one of the best veg restaurants in Hyderabad

This place is highly suitable for all our vegetarians, loaded with plethora of varieties, different types of salads, Starters,Pastas, Pizzas, Noodles, Biryani, Naan,Kulcha,Tandoor Roti, yummy curries, South Indian Rice and Dal, Chat Items,Cakes, Sweets, Ice creams and oh what not? It was such a treat there! We had so much fun trying out the maximum we could, my personal favourite is the Papdi Chat, oh boy, that was delicious. Ambience is good as well. Well, service was not that great, so 4 stars.

The food is really amazing, the menu is very elaborate. The buffet consistent of all comfort foods. The dessert counter is amazing, the chaat section is always good. Hygienic restaurant, the ambience is good, good service. 2/10 times the snacks aren't always great.

I love the food, it's simply delicious and is a safe heaven for vegetarians, the starters are versatile, there's pizza which everyone loves, the north Indian food is to die for, they have a few live counters like chat and dosa, there's a chocolate fountain which makes it great for the kids.
Over all it's a very satisfying experience!
Well done!

Ohri’s as a brand, needs no introduction in the food sphere of Hyderabad. This is apparently the only chain of restaurants where even our Parents and elders have at least one memory associated with it. When the culture of multi-cuisine was catching up in our city, Ohri’s laid down multiple outlets covering length and breath of the city. It was not just famous for the delicious food and heart-warming hospitality but for the theme based restaurants that gripped the diners.

From the multiplex of restaurants that housed a jungle based outlet and an authentic Chinese buffet spread to the famous Titanic and Bulls Eye ice-cream, we grew together enjoying the college dates to the more polished corporate buffet at Nautanki Gali that offered a desi carnival theme against the back-drop of lavish buffet containing multitude of food options.

After almost 3 decades of serving predominantly non-veg food, here comes the debut Ohri’s Jiva - an 100% pure vegetarian restaurant which initially started off with Italian and wood-fired Pizzas and now retaining only the buffet section for both lunch and dinner. I must have just passed out from inter-college when my Dad saw the paper ad and took us here since it was a pure veg outlet. Since then I don’t have a count of no. of times I must have relished food here.

The buffet is priced between Rs. 520 - Rs. 580 ++ and occasionally host food festivals as well, arguably the best in the vegetarian segment for the price tag. The buffet consists of 3-4 starters served on the table and a heavily veggies and cheese loaded pizza in the Buffet. There are 1-2 Chinese preparation, 3-4 curries including Paneer. The concept of buffet is similar to what other offers but what makes the difference is the chat and live dessert counter. The ingredients are of superior quality and so the taste. The offerings are relatively large and there is something for each one of us taste-buds.

The servicing is non-intrusive and amicable. Breads are served on the table and the food is quickly replenished at the counters. The English desserts specially the pastry/cake adds a colourful zing to the mithai platter. I am not too sure if Mocktail is part of the menu. Nevertheless its just Rs. 125 and prepared by their well-trained barista’s.

Its not everyday that I rate a 5 star to a restaurant. After my numerous visits accounting to the impeccable service and consistently great food, here is my second 5 star rating on Zomato. The manager - Mr. Ram Ji deserves a special mention and he has been the face of the Restaurant since 2016 for my family and friends.

Highly over rated, don't deserve 4.8/5 rating, rating seems to be manipulated.

Good food, I was spoilt with options. Had to choose between items I couldn't have all of them, they literally have Soooo many options and trust they are all tasty. Being a non-vegetarian I didn't regret veg buffet at this place, infact this is probably my 5th or 6th visit in past few years.

Must visit place for vegetarians. Buffet was great, perfect and has almost all the food items that you wish for. Mocktails were missing though. My picks from the buffet are soup, chats (from live counter), pizza, desserts, salads, peas pulao and dal makhani.

Have been to this place many times. Some times the food was good. Sometimes it it was tasteless. Should work on improving taste.
