Review Cafe Coffee Day - Hyderabad

Went to CCD because there was no other option within walking distance from where I was staying. Ordered Cappuccino. Was quite good considering their other branches. Ambiance is slight neglected. Actual price is more than menu price. Server didn't have much idea about the menu items. When asked for a coffee recommendation he suggested cappuccino!

Good ambience, less crowd, good service. Momos were good. The caffe latte is perfect. Chilly chesse tostiza and roasted veg sandwhich were great.

A very nice place to hang out with friends or to catch up over coffee right on Rajbhavan Road. They have regular offers running and standard coffee day fare is available. Seating here is casual and comfortable and can easily seat about 30 people. I would have preferred if their service was a little bit faster though. Food is also nice, mostly ready made sandwiches, cakes, biscuits and snacks. Welcome to heat and eat. Plus point they have a unisex washroom!

Perfectly located in Somajiguda. Visited there this week during a business trip to Hyderabad and between client meeting breaks. Staff was well behaved. As always the usual CCD experience, cold coffee, quiteness.

Been there for quick coffee , and was very happy to see the hospitality by crew , they were on toes and very generous , was served by MonaLisa , she also clicked pics for us and many thanks for endorsing CCD in pics , good professionalism , which is rare these days. All the best , please keep it up 👍🏻

Once upon a time, a very good place but unfortunately it is going down the reputation drain very slowly. Staff are very sadly not interested in work. No smiles on their faces, no courtesies, no airconditioner at all. I had to step out in 30 mts, when I actually went for two hours. Pathetic place. So expensive

Ambient. Devil's own is good but not great. Moreover, toilet condition is exactly like a station's public toilet

Tried the hot chocolate but it wasn't worth it. The muffin was yummy. Must try. Also the parking is to be improved.

I'm a coffee lover and CCD is my second home...have been to many outlets of it..but this place is my fav.<br/>The ambience is such quite and cozy.

ABSOLUTE AND COMPLETE RIP OFF! (Food and drinks)<br/>I decided to visit coffee day after many many years for old times sake... <br/>First the good : <br/>Ambience is lovely as usual. <br/>Restroom is clean<br/>Crowd is good ( time of visit 4:00 pm weekday but a holiday)<br/>Nice smell all around ... Mostly of coffee... <br/>Comfy seating and a vast choice of seats <br/>Here comes the bad : <br/>I ordered for a soupy veg noodles (basically Maggi) and what I got was extra dry Maggi noodles with three small pieces of capsicum and two small pieces of onion 🤣🤣 ... In a Chinese take away carton like box (which obviously won't hold soupy noodles (duh!!) ) And a icecream stick fork which was bad as the noodles kept getting stuck onto it and I was fighting to pull the noodles off the fork 😂 (all this for a huge 79 rupees+ tax SLAP!!!) <br/>I also ordered cafe frappe ... Old time fav of mine... Taste hasn't changed so the first hit brought back lovely school memories back... But the size of the glass has been decreased. Definitely not worth 167 rupees plus tax (another SLAP)<br/>But to sit around.. Waiting for a friend or a loved one... Or taking a break and reading a book... It still is my go to place... <br/>I think this is the only place I'd really feel confident and comfortable coming alone !!<br/>

Perfectly blended coffee and rain showers with your loved ones makes a perfect couple to refresh your mind. Had a coffee in Cafe Coffee Day to refresh my mind and continue with my daily chores. Let's have cup of coffee when ever you feel tired.

cold coffee was good but it was having lot of ice in it, after half glass was not able to drink as all ice ice was coming. Please make sure to have less ice and properly crushed ice from next time<br/>Thanks

Nothing much to review on cafe coffee day, where as it’s all the same in all the branches, only concern is there’s no parking and that could be better if there’s a smoking zone included where people are smoking near the entrance makes ppl feel uncomfortable

This ccd has a lot of memories for me. Best place to meet, or hangout with friends, or wait for always late friends. Located in the heart of the city makes it the best meeting point

Had been to Hyderabad for a Medical Conference and this CCD was the closest to it. Hence thought of trying some good coffee. It is on the Main road and can be noted easily. It is quite big. Has space of a CCD Lounge. Though it's just a normal CCD. <br/>Service is ok. Staff is good. Ambience is the traditional one of all the CCD outlets. <br/>They had limited resources specially in food item. <br/>Overall a good place. Nothing great or bad about the location or service.

This place was our adda about 5-6 yrs ago , it was a fun hangout and affordable .. now its wayyy too expensive .. they have a whole lotta stuff on their menu which isn't available, probably isnt even frm the cafe coffee day .. but honestly it isnt worth the price .. definitely not my adda now ! Total waste of money , if it were worth it was a different issue , it isnt even worth it !!! <br/>P.S - the chocolate syrup tastes yuck ! Definitely isnt CCD brand type

I went 2 days before I hve 2000 notes new money, I m Foreigners and I came first time in the cafe coffee day and sale is dnt take from money they are said we dnt hve exchange but they are in the big Caffè and they re should taking from money but they are not taking money and they are dnt gving in my order so I will gve 1.0, I dnt like this sister,. I hve money but I can't use

One of the most under rated Cafe store in the chains of Ccd shall be this branch. The customer service is horrible, the people behind the counter are least bothered with the orders given. Looks like they are doing an additional job by serving customers.<br/>I remember the last time the Coffee served was spilled all over and even after being observed by the server she turned her back and hurried back to the counter and behaved normal. <br/>Pathetic experience

Visited this outlet, two days ago. It was raining heavily and i needed a hot drink after getting drenched as i do not have utensils or stove at my room. After much difficulty, i ran and arrived at the outlet at 10:50 pm, 10 mins to closing time. The staff was all ready to leave and I was told that all the drinks are closed, the manager noticed my condition and decided to take an order. Ordered the Hazelnut Cappuccino and it was quite good. Overall, an awesome experience!

This has been our adda for the last 11+ yrs now. We've had and still continue to have our best times here. We do have some bad experiences with the service but no matter what we keep going here (may be its coz we have no otha options in and around Somajiguda?!) <br/>Its just right in front of our office. We either dine-in or prefer a take away based on our schedule. No one to pester you to leave you can happily chillax with friends for hours together. And neither do I stop myself from clicking pics. :D <br/>Be it Birthday Treats, Farwells, Chit-Chats, Gossips CCD is the place!!!

Parking can be tough due it's location. Cappuccino and sandwich were decent. Restroom wasn't clean. Hard to have your coffee in peace due to its proximity to the busy main road.

Cafe Latté is my fav drink here. These people maintaining the quality in all their outlets. In this outlet they are delaying little.... There's is no WiFi connectivity here. I think AirCon is also not working here.....

The chicken burger I got today (they apparently start with a frozen patty)... Was still partially frozen when served...how disgusting can CCD get... Their regional manager was there...he was not the least perturbed..<br/><br/>Below earlier review rating 3.5<br/><br/>One of the better outlets by way of space. They have recently upgraded the furniture which adds to comfort. Food and coffee above average. Staff is polite and efficient. Good for a quiet coffee and also for meeting people. Seems though there's no parking. As they say, this CCD is perhaps as good as it gets.

Strange !!!<br/><br/>Review is simple , their coffee is inconsistent which is very strange for me as I have visited atleast 4-5 outlets of theirs and didn't have that much difference in taste like I have here , especially for cappuccino. <br/><br/>Had iced tea which was okay , frappe is perhaps the only decent item which I liked and didn't disappoint<br/><br/>Parking is a hassle if you come by car as I didn't parking and it took time for me to find a spot.

Been here couple of times while having small official meetings with the clients ! Yes a lot can happen over coffee 😛 located on the main road of somajiguda just opposite to ratnadeep super market , you can hardly miss this place. Parking seems to be a lil problem here as they don't have a specific place to park vehicles. A small cute place with courteous and helping staff. coffee here is average but they serve some really good smooth soft garlic bread 👌 I always prefer caffee frappe instead of cold coffee. And ccd never disappointed me, as always a very good mixture of coffee for the taste buds. It's a good decent place to visit with friends or for official and casual meetings.<br/><br/>P.s : its a free open WiFi zone

Not so in to coffee or any other beverages, I only visited the place to get some hot chocolate which is my usual choice at CCD, with my lady. But there was no hot chocolate and I had to convince myself to a hazelnut cappuccino which wasn't as good as it sounded and neither was the vanilla latte my gal wanted. Not a great place for the taste but they do have ample space and good ambience and good seating.

As usual for which we Indians fall in love. And to my opinion a sip of coffee at coffee day is sweeter than lover lip kiss. And I can get it here. Love you darling.

One of the worst coffee days in city. Hostile and unfriendly staff. Very poorly maintained. There card machine doesn't work most of the times and staff doesn't feel important to mention it while placing order. Washroom is very unhygenic. Avoid if you can. <br/>
